The chicken taco salad was ok, not much salad. The tortilla bowl seemed to taste old. The staff were very friendly and the business was clean. I've eaten there before and it is usually better.

We ordered our food on the phone and we had to wait a few minutes before the employee responded. When we got there we waited for another few minutes for the employee to hand us our food through the window. It looked like there was only one worker so service was slow. The employee did not have a friendly face and she looked like she wished she wasn’t there. The food was great though! :)

Friendly staff. Not full menu. Small town store, so it's a little old, but mostly clean. Bathroom really needs some TLC.

Chicken tenders were overcooked and hard. Fries were good. Tables and floor were dirty. They were not busy so someone could have cleaned something!!!!!

Horrible experience.. called in my order in advance and when i got there 30 mins later they informed me they didnt even have the item I ordered and offered to sub it for something else for our trouble. They ended up just charging us for what our “sub” was supposed to be. Food was overcooked, like literally my fries we hard as a rock. Called and spoke with someone said they could not help us unless we brought the old food back and we live in coleman …. Wont be back there.

Place is filthy for one. Went yesterday 10/26/2025. My parents ordered some bbq burger and we got 2 kids meals with chicken, 1 kids grilled cheese, and two adult baskets of chicken. My parenta (who paid separately) got milk shakes and so did my husband. Apparently no one can make a milkshake besides the lady that’s a bubble off that works the front register? Took forever and she got the order wrong (that’s nothing new) we come occasionally and the lady always gets orders wrong when you get there in the morning time. Hispanic lady with glasses. Anyways… people start coming in (my parents and us were the first there) My parents get their food. My family… we are waiting on our food 3 groups of people that came in AFTER us gets their food. My husband gets up and check. Lady says, waiting on chicken. Yet a couple that came in AFTER US got their chicken? About 25 minutes goes and more people that came AFTER US get their order. My mom gets up cause I’m about to lose my crap. And magically there is our food? My mom informed they needed to learn how to get orders out IN ORDER. Little lady that works front informed they were? That’s why we had to wait forever, but everyone else there got their food that came in afterwords!? I wanted a blizzard to take home. But forget that crap wasn’t going to wait another hour for ice cream. Definitely will not give ANOTHER CHANCE. This last time ticked us all off to care to go back. And don’t tell me. We are short handed. I worked at Burger King and many of times I had to work drive thru, the front, and the kitchen by myself and no one EVER waited like that!

Waited behind 2 cars in line for 40 minutes got to the speaker and no-one answered so went in to order and was told it would be awhile so we went somewhere else. The place wasn't busy at all seems like this is an issue everytime we go there, definitely won't be back.

We stopped to eat Wensday it was terrible the chicken strip were way over cooked 3 order's you could not eat them. I got the Taco basket you could not eat the shell it was so tough. Put the rest in the trash. Won't stop here again.

When I say this place is nasty. I mean nasty!! Every table was dirty!! The floor was dirty!! One of the employees got off and went home, and not one of the other employees mentioned cleaning before she left. The men's bathroom doesn't flush, so pee is just sitting in the urinal!! And let's not talk about the files!!! They were everywhere!! Everyone had to ask for a lid to their drinks. The lady handed me one. I said, You don't have anymore? She said, Well, how many do you need? I responded with just one, but other people are going to need lids, too. She said we are running out. I'm thinking no one is going to take more than they need. Whoever owns this needs to go check in it before it gets shut down by the board of health for not being clean!!!

Will never go to this Dairy Queen again!! Went in and stood at the counter for a long time and no one greeted us....there was one table occupied so they were not busy at all but one worker made a blizzard and looked at us but didn't speak, one was in the kitchen doing ??? and a 3rd was wiping down tables for non-existent customers!!! Again, no 'hello', ' we'll be right with you' or anything. What ever happened to customer service??!! If you want fast service and courteous staff visit the Coleman TX location...they are awesome!!!!! I would NOT even give Santa Anna one star!!!!
