The softdrinks were flat, the ice machine was broken, the unsweetened tea was sour, and they made my sandwich with olives even though the cashier put the order in correctly. Also, I'm not sure why restaurants pack your meal to-go even though they ask you if you're eating in. Seems wasteful. However, my sandwich was good despite the olives and Miss Vickie's chips never disappoint.

So food was good, my only issue was the staff at the drive through window. Talking shit loudly about the people at the speaker and cursing loudly with the drive through window open. Gave us our food and all we are told is "sorry it took so long, these people suck at their jobs haha" and closed the window. Train the staff better. This was not okay...

The food and service has always been amazing at this Brownwood location, the staff have always been friendly & helpful. But today I went with my mom & my sandwich was so small, so I opened it up & there were literally 2 small shaved pieces of beef & 2 pieces of bacon that looked like it had been one snapped in half. I did ask them to redo my sandwich as it looked nothing like the menu board & they did remake it, but looked like they just added one more slice to the sandwich. I am highly disappointed in this group as they've always been amazing. I know prices are skyrocketing and they need to cut back, but this was really ridiculous.

Ordered a 10" pizza and got a flat bread. Asked for the pepperoni to be cut and with that got very little toppings. Thus is the first time that my food was this bad. There was no offer for a refund only to remake it and I didn't want to wait as long as I did for the wrong order.

I went into this schlotzsky's yesterday around 7:30,it's would have been my first time to actually try them but I didn't order anything due to the fact of how nasty and rude the service we received their from an older lady around her 50 to 60 years old wears a apron,had a pink shirt on and an orange fishnet ballcap.stepped inside looking at the menu telling her how it was my first time trying their subs their was no need for her to rush nobody,then the entire time she was being rude and snarky,when I finally did pick Sandwhich their number 12 the Reuben I don't get told after I put my whole order in she finally told me oh we're out of what I was ordering then why wasn't I informed before starting my order that is very unprofessional I'm sorry but this is not the job for her if that's how she speaks to customer

Bread was undercooked, doughy and breaking apart. The veggie pizza had mushrooms even though the cashier put in order correctly with "No mushrooms". And the 4 sandwiches/pizzas took over 20 minutes even though the restaurant had only 2 tables occupied.

I tried keeping this off of Google reviews and I emailed the company directly with my complaints 7 days ago and have not heard back so I'm going to copy and paste my original complaint..... Hi my name is Meagan and I used a T-Mobile code from my phone company to get a free email sandwich from your company. I ordered a French dip and small drink and I am insanely disappointed in what I received. I will attach pictures. What I ordered should have 2 cheeses and carmelized onions and all that is on my sandwich is dry meat, nothing else. I was looking forward to this French dip and don't understand why the employees would be so careless. I understand it was a free sandwich but that should not matter. I have attached pictures. This was my first time eating here and I'm very disappointed and will be leaving a review.

These kids are out back smoking instead of doing their job, my order was 15 minutes late even with a one hour prior online order and pick up instructions. Will not give them any more chances.

Dined after church the restaurant was full of smoke ...the only fountain drinks were coke an diet coke .... employees out of uniform...took 45 minutes to get order...we had to pick up order and bring to our table ....we asked about the smoke and the employee just laughed and said oh maybe that is why my eyes are burning ....the pizza had no sauce it was just meat and cheese...very dry....very disappointed will never dine there again ...it was like a bar atmosphere with all the smoke and the loud and rude people
