Tanea gave us excellent table service! And the food was great for my first time in an IHOP I loved it here in Bryan

The restaurant was very clean...they were even cleaning, sweeping, and mopping while we were there. I felt comfortable eating there and was very comforted by their care for the community and the restaurant. My food was on POINT!! DARN Good Belgian waffle with strawberry and whip cream on top. Yum!!

Yvette was the sweetest!! We came at 2am and kept needing things, but she handled it all with a great attitude and was kind the whole time!!

Abby was great! She was very kind, attentive, and gave great service! Would definitely ask for her next time!

We’re here every other Friday with our Men’s Group and Tanea takes great care of us. We were meeting at another place in town, and after the care and timeliness of service we moved to this location and have been here a couple of years.

Latasha was very accommodating and worked with the Kitchen to change out from a biscuit to an English muffin on a sandwich that I wanted, but we couldn’t find it in the ordering online iPad. Beautifully, friendly and welcoming staff.

Gabby has been our waitress on 2 occasions and has always been delightful and helpful. She's made out last two visits so pleasant.

The food was actually quite good with one exception, the sausage patties were entirely too salty. I know these are premade elsewhere, perhaps reaching out to the producers of this product would be a great idea. With everyone’s health kept in mind for future clientele. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Thank you for that. Our server, Tanea, was absolutely wonderful and the example all servers should strive to follow. Our greatest appreciation for the best service we have ever received. Thank you IHOP for good food, nice atmosphere, great service and a keeper of an employee. From the moment we arrive we got seated. Latasha so nice and friendly. She made sure that our food came out correct, and what I loved about her service she went the extra mile to take the butter off my daughter French toast due that the cook accidentally place butter. We will definitely be back.

I did over here the next table complaining about their order and the way Miss Tasha handled it, was customer service you don’t see often anymore. Also your staff just watching them in motion all of them are team players reminded me of a good basketball team all in sync. Anywho go IHOP thanks for the good experience.

This is one of my favorite restraints to visit. Especially late at night. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is outstanding. Lindsey is always pleasant and competent and makes us feel welcomed and valued as customers.

Abby is awesome. They forgot the whipped cream on my wife's French toast. She noticed it from a distance and brought it to us. We will come back more often based on this high level of service and attention to detail.

Love this location. The people at the front desk were kind and we were seated quickly. Servers are away wonderful and food delivery is quick and GOOD! Dad comes with me or my brother almost every weekend, sometimes both day for the past couple of years. Manager Marcie runs an amazing restaurant! IHOP never disappoints! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy with the perfect toppings, paired with crispy onion rings and golden fries—definitely a comfort food win. The breakfast plate was just as impressive with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, hearty ham, sausage, and hash browns done just right. I love ihop all over in Texas las Vegas Nevada the philly cheese steak the meat is amazing I ve had them at other places and they were not good at all.

My eggs were cooked perfectly but the bacon was not as well done as I would like and all 4 strips were flimsy. The hash browns had good flavor but it was a much smaller portion than I normally get at an IHOP. The service though was pretty good and the restaurant was clean, well lit and had a nice feel.

We enjoyed eating with family at IHOP. The food was good. It was a bit crowded, but we did go at a busy time - late Sunday morning. The waitperson was very gracious. I'mWe were disappointed that they had run out of biscuits and gravy.

Food was alright. The cheesecake pancakes just taste like normal pancakes but the burger was good (even with the random dent). It was a pretty slow day. The waitress never came to check on us while we were eating which was weird but she did give us drinks to go which was nice. I wouldn’t go here again but it wasn’t a bad place.

It was very nice of them to leave hair in my food so I could floss when I was done. The place looks clean, but we were brought to a dirty table. From there we watched the servers wiping their noses with their hands, playing with their hair, coughing, adjusting themselves. Half of the food was good and half was cold - the butter didn’t even melt on the pancakes or French toast. We spoke to the manager about the hair in the food and our observations and she clearly didn’t care, but was annoyed that she had to leave her office.

This location use to be good but the last few visits were terrible. Took my family recently, although we got seated immediately, we did not get served for 7 minutes. No one even came to our table to take our drink order. For 7 minutes. ONLY as we were leaving that’s when a waiter finally started coming to table.

First I waited 10 minutes to be seated then 10 more minutes for the server to come for y’all to be out of everything I wanted. The food was cold and not worth it. This was my second time here and both times were awful. Dont waist your time at this location.

I don't know whats worse, coworks making fun of another coworker, or refusing to take something off of a ticket because it would have to be retyped and the server was trying to do the correct thing. A bottle of hot sauce shattered near us, hitting one guest, and the manager was rude, rolling her eyes and called the police instead of fixing the issue. I have to change my review 😕 I was really disappointed in my last visit; they're normally pretty good but the omlettes have been getting smaller and smaller (about half the size of the one I originally posted below). I couldn't even eat the one I got last because of the taste. It tasted really off (I get it every single time I go).

I was just there in the 15 and had a Wonderful time. Had so much fun with the waitress and the Table next to us. I took my cousin back 3 days later to be the WORST experience ever. The waitress had no idea what Ihop stood for. ??? Just very rudely said I don't know as she shrugged her shoulders and left the table to PLEASE bring me some water. When I manage to get her attention to order...I asked her about the cheese on the Omelettes. I mean you pay $14. For a 3 egg omelette with cheese. What kind of cheese is it. Her answer was "white cheese or yellow cheese" I asked again what kind of Jack cheese is it, is it Monterey Jack or Colby Jack or pepper jack?? She still did there and said I don't know. I said never mind. What time does Natalia come in? She said at 10 Pm. I closed my menu told my cousin to order, I will go get tacos when you are done. A waitress that didn't know what Ihop stands for or what kind of cheese is on an omelette besides white or yellow. I will wait for Natalia next time.

Walked in and we were seated immediately, Several tables had been left without being bussed so I assumed they were just short handed or had just made it through a rush. After seeing several different people walk around and not greet us, we left after 30 minutes. There were maybe 5 other customers in the store at the time. I won’t be going back

I gave a 1 star, but if I could I would give less. Today me and my friends went to IHOP super excited to eat some yummy! We took time out of our busy college schedule and planned an exciting day, only for the start to be ruined by a server named Cece. Me and my friends all ordered 3 pancakes and hash browns, when our food came out everything we wrong. My friends all only got 2 pancakes and I got 4 pancakes. We patiently waited for the server to come back, not touching our food yet. When she came back we told her and all she said was it was hard to explain and there was nothing she could do. We then clarified that I would only pay for 3 since that is what I asked for and my friends said they only would pay for 2 so we then ate the food. When the bill came back mine said it was more expensive that what I had order and over double of what my friends where paying. When she came back I asked her and she had an attitude which is unacceptable. I had asked her why it was so much and she said she had accidentally charged me for a combo when I didn’t ask for that and so I asked her to change it and she said no. I was very upset and when I asked her for the prices and it didn’t add up to the amount on my bill all she said was “you can do the math.”- cece. I also explained how I didn’t order this and that when we told her earlier, before touching the pancakes, she said it would not be on the bill all she said was “I can’t do anything cause you ate the food.” Even though I asked earlier and she said it was fine. I am very upset about this and because of this I will never be coming to IHOP again!

This was the only time I've ever gone through the effort to leave an old rusty penny for a tip, but damn this place was deserving of it. The food came from boxes and freezers, and was awful, the service was slow and unhelpful, and the atmosphere was modern in the boring sense. This was the one chance ihop had to impress us, and good god did they fail HARD! You can keep the prefab food, we'll be sticking with Dennys from now on, cause they actually serve food.

Upon being seated a waitress sat us down and then advise us that we could sit at a particular table because they had now server for it and said we would have to pull chairs up to a table to be served. Very unprofessional but hey we did it. Upon our orders being taken by the gentleman who was a bit nervous or new (Pat) he brought out our drinks that I had to send back not once, twice but three time because the glasses were dirty with lipstick. He even said so I advise him to bring the drinks out in Togo cups. After our orders were taken we had to literally wait about 30 mins or more to where my family that was at a different table had already got their  food and was just about done. So now I’m like what’s going on asking the other server if she could check to see and my aunt wants to speak to a manger at this point cause it was ridiculously frustrating . So we waited about 15 mins and asked again do yall have a manager on duty we could speak with. After the second time asking about 10 mins the manager very rude, unprofessional and had a huge attitude walks up and says someone called for a manger. Like what the heck that’s definitely not how you approach anyone when your in leadership. So my aunts tells her please don’t walk up with a attitude. The cops were called to no apparent reason we did not get service because the manager wouldn’t allow the servers to wait on us anymore so we are all ready to leave and pay. But mind you our food was cold it had been sitting in the window for so long before it reached us. Glass was broken and they made my bro n law get up from eating his food so they could mop but was only spreading the sauce every where. And in the mist of that he forgot his wallet on the table and when we called they told us there was no wallet left but I would like to bring my lawyer to watch the camera cause I know for a fact it was left there. I am requesting a full refund of my money $58.47 because of how our service was it was horrible and very frustrating I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT EVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

My family and I visited this establishment on Sunday October 19, 2025, while traveling home. Upon arrival we were advised the wait time would be approximately 40 minutes for our party of 16. We patiently waited to be seated. After an hour we were seated only to arrive to the table and there be 12 seats (not together) even though there was a table to our right that remained empty during our visit. Reason giving was it was a different server, which at this point should not have mattered due to us already having two separate servers. While we were waiting to be seated, there were several large parties who came in after us be seated and finish their breakfast and leave. At this point we have now waited over an hour for a part of our party to receive their food and eat. The beverages were flat and had to be returned multiple times. To say the service was unacceptable is an understatement. After a few of us received our food asked to speak with the manager. She finally came out some time after. Approaching the table her body language spoke volumes to us prior her even saying a word. Upon approaching the table not only did she lack empathy or show any sort of concern, but she also never gave her name only spewed of negative energy. Before we could ever fully address our concerns or lack of service, she immediately retreated to call the police. An employee by us was cleaning dirty tables and she dropped a bottle of hot sauce on the floor, one of the ladies was hit with the glass. Still no apology, only a remark intended to be funny by the African American host. " DID YOU WANT TO SUE" at a time when this is not a laughing matter. If the employees would have spent half as much time taking care of the customers as they did stand around watching the police being called, there is a chance our experience would have been better. Nonetheless this expense has by far been the worst. This experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not visit any other Ihop.

My family and I visited this restaurant on Sunday morning October 19, 2025 while traveling home. It was 16 of us. We were ok waiting about an hour to be seated because of our large party. While we were waiting to be seated we seen several large parties who came in after us be seated and finish their breakfast and leave. After waiting over an hour the hostess seat us a a table and a booth for only 12 people. We then have to be split up. We waited another hour for half of our food. All of the soda drinks were flat and had to be returned 3 times. Finally we had to get orange juice, coffee or hot chocolate. The service was horrible. After only half of us received our food and 30 to 50 later we asked to speak with the manager. She finally came out after maybe 15 minutes. She clearly had an attitude even before approaching our tables. We only got to say 2 words to her then she storms off and calls the police to us. While seated at our tables an employee by us was cleaning dirty tables and she dropped a bottle of hot sauce on the floor my niece was hit with the flying glass. No one even said sorry. Once the police arrived and heard both sides of the story they apologized to us for the treatment we received from the staff at this restaurant. In all of my life I’ve never experienced anything like this. I will never ever eat at another IHOP!
