Alhamdulillah, Assalamualikum every one. That's my first experience to have a great halal burger ( chicken and beef) with perfect potato fries and a drinks. I would say it really amazing, and you can see the car parking lot in the side of the building and you can use big well facilitated restroom in the facilities. A big sitting area and specially designed muslim prayer place really make me a pleased and happy faces. I talk to the shop owner who is really a good handsome guy warm welcome me and surviving my lunch. Thank you very much the owner and stick to your honesty and quality, I hope your business will help all of us a positive role to build a safe and friendly environment.

I came from Houston, Texas and had an amazing experience the owner and his employees were phenomenal with service and the food was beyond delicious. They went above and beyond to cater to our taste and gave awesome recommendations. Their Buffalo wings were astronomically delicious and the owner even brought us his special sauce to take home to Texas. He really made our experience there super special.

I ordered a burger, a milkshake, and some fries. Food was very tasty, not to mention that everything at this restaurant is halal which is a huge plus. The gentleman with slicked back black hair was extremely nice and went above and beyond in terms of service. I watched him do the same for another customer that was dining in store. Extremely impressive service and food was good as well. Bathroom was very clean too.

Excellent burgers, friendly staff, and open to 4AM? It doesn't get much better than that when you are looking for somewhere to grab a late dinner (or perhaps comfort food after a night at your favorite watering hole). Don't drive by and miss out!

My family and I just ate here for the first time and we are pleasantly surprised (being new to the Hertel area). The burger (I had the "Spanish Burger") was cooked perfectly as requested. It was delicious. Would highly recommend. I had the bubble tea as well and it was as good as other establishments who specialize only in bubble tea. Very impressed and so was my family.

Great food, and good portion sizes too. The service was fast, and extremely helpful and friendly, especially Shagor, the server who helped us out.

Had a late dinner here last night and it was great! The restaurant has a very relaxed vibe, several big screens going and good seating - very clean too! The food was awesome, I had an angus burger and my girlfriend had the dry aged. We ordered some chicken strips to give them a try too, also great! The spicy chili sauce for the strips was phenomenal - just the right amount of heat! Sweet potato fries were on point, and their regular fries are a disc shape - something different and delicious! We'll be back again!

Update** I've come back 3 months later on a whim. I made the right decision because looks like there is new management. The folks up front seem much more coherent and accommodating. The service was quick and correct. Glad to see the changes made here. My go to place now. Thanks folks. Was super excited to come once I heard about the halal burgers. I came with some friends after work around 10pm, made a pretty simple order. Food literally came 1.5 hrs later. The GM came and apologized and offered a free meal (hence the 4 star). The wait was pretty awful since I hadn't are all day just to enjoy the food. There is a younger woman up front who looks very confused all the time. She sometimes did not even know what they had in the menu. Anyways after waiting what seemed forever I ended up getting a head ache and feeling pretty sick. The food was good. There's a great variety of burger options. Came back a second time for the free meal and the experience was much better. It took about 25 minutes and we were able to enjoy the food. Id probably come back.

This place was awesome. The fries unique cut that keeps them crispy to the buffalo wings. The wings are better than most pizzerias. The burgers were just the right size and great toppings. I had the falafel burger was really good. Would definitely come back and recommend:)

Went there for the first time got the burger combo, it was delicious best burger I’ve had in Buffalo very season and the house sauce is delicious. Very affordable too 14 bucks for the whole meal and it came with a bottle soda!! Will definitely be a regular there!!

Stopped in on Small Business Saturday with my sister. She had the chicken fingers and fries, I had the angus burger. They made a fresh pot of coffee for us. Honestly the burger was really, really good! Fresh, not too greasy, not dried out even though I asked for well done. Topped with tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce and cheese, exactly as I like it! And the fries are great, they are round slices of potato, like extra thick potato chips. Overall very good food. Coffee could be stronger but I like it extra dark, it was okay. Nice people, very attentive and pleasant.

Stopped here at BurgerIM for lunch yesterday as I was in the area and wanted to try something new. The menu intrigued me and had a selection of items I really look for ( They have Lamb !! ) Ordered a Gyro Wrap online with Fries for pickup. Online ordering was easy and the order was ready about the time they suggested. Gyro was tasty and well wrapped and fries were great. Nice clean eating setting with cool decor and some nearby parking that helps. I was impressed enough that i'd go again, the only criticism I have is that the only thing they gave me to eat with was a Spork, I don't really like to eat fries that have a sauce ( Garlic Aioli ) with my fingers so needed a fork, guys ...a fork, c'mon !! Aside from that, awesome food and great place ...recommended

The problem with going to hamburger bar when you're hungry is that EVERYTHING on the menu looks good to you when you see those pictures on the screen. I definitely faced this issue as I walked into this well lit, modern franchise on Hertel Ave in North Buffalo. Picture this- I walk in and am immediately greeted by the staff person behind the kiosk. Meanwhile I am standing there salivating and vacillating over the myriad of choices presented before me. I begrudgingly wave to the staff person that I need a bit more time. I mean salmon burgers, crispy chicken burgers, lamb and vegan options- Dang! Thankfully she understood that this was going to take some deep thought on my end. I calmly walk back to the kiosk and ask her... "If I wanted one burger to rule them all, what would it be?" "Spanish beef, that's my fave. Its something you can't get anywhere else. Plus it's spicy." Got it- beef + Fire makes James a happy guy. The Spanish beef is a jalapeno burger with jalapeno aioli cheese and awesomeness. The fries and coke freestyle machine completed the combo and we're off to the races. Get the burger, Or else The burger while not hand made, you can tell has never been frozen. The fry circles are nice and tasty and don't have a greasy taste. My sole gripe is that the mens restroom was put of service. After that everything worked there like clockwork. We been there twice since their grand opening a week ago. Our first time we went as a couple & second time around with family who were excited to try a dry age burger. Upon entering we were greeted by one of their managers, food ordering process went smooth and wait time is average. Quality of their meat is superior to any burger spots we have been to in the area, dry age burger was the right amount of juicy, came out precisely as we ordered (medium rare) and servers are very attentive to their customers, onion rings are the best and chicken wings are cooked perfectly with flavours of sauces which left our stomach craving for more. It is a treat for burger lovers and 💯% halal plus lamb & beef are Zabiha. Feel free to talk to their managers about it if you have any questions. If you are a food enthusiasts then go and try them out with family or friends or by your self while enjoying a walk along Hertel Ave. A delicious meal which is not heavy on our pockets is definitely a bonus which we don't regret by any means ;)

Visited Buffalo from Toronto for a weekend visit and found this place as one of the Halal burger places. The person working the front counter was very kind and courteous. We ordered the grilled chicken and crispy chicken burgers with fries. The food was very tasty and the presentation was really good! The fries and sauce were also very appetizing. The atmosphere was decent, a little messy but there was sufficient space for a lot of people (lots of seating available). We went at lunch time and it wasn’t as busy. Would definitely recommend as a spot to visit for Halal food in Buffalo. Will definitely come back to the spot for our next visit. Thank you for the amazing food and service.

Friday August 23rd. My first time visit. Never heard of the place just happened to walk by it after an earlier outing. Stopped in and ordered the Angus burger and made it a combo meal. Sagor, took my order in person. He is very polite and courteous. He brought my meal to us at our table. I've never seen it busy here (I assume they do a lot of takeout) but the food is always excellent. I'm vegetarian so I always go for the Spanish burger and sub an impossible patty, definitely much better than the Burger King impossible whopper. Always cooked very fresh, and a good value for the price. The fries are amazing too. A great place to stop before or after a night out on Hertel!

After visiting Niagara Falls I was super hungry. I looked for Halal places and found this amazing place. The front desk guy was super nice and dealt us very professionally. I am not a huge burger fan usually, but my husband loves them so we compromised and came here. I loved it! I had the Angus burger with all the toppings it listed, but changed from American cheese to Swiss cheese - delicious!! And we got the Sweet Potato fries. Very very good. Honestly, we went with our family and loved the food. My kids are a huge fan of the 3 oz burgers and the trio deal, we had 2 boxes of the trio so 6 burgers. Each box gives you 3 burgers fries and a drink, so everyone gets their pic of the patty. Tried the chicken tenders and nuggets — they were crispy and really good. The Angus beef burger was also great, juicy, and flavorful. The crispy chicken burger, however, was just okay. The buffalo sauce was a bit overpowering, and the pickles didn’t help the flavor balance. The staff was good and the service was great. The food presentation was nice as well.

We tried their Three different type of Burger , Fries , chicken strips, chicken over rice and lamb over rice . Burger rating : 8/10, we liked & enjoyed ! Fries : 8/10 good enough . Strips : 6/10. Taste Ok. Chicken over rice & Lamb over rice : 2/10 Their rice gyro combo really disappointed me. Meat was so so much dry , tasteless & salty , the white sauce was also salty ! We took it as parcel for lunch but it was total waste for us ! Waste of money too ! But try their Burger , it’s good . Atmosphere was good. Service was good . I think will go there only for Burger and Fries .

I've come this restaurant a few times and it really is a hit or miss. I always end up waiting twenty to thirty minutes to get my food. I've also ordered it for delivery and have waited more than an hour. Even the driver complains about how long the wait is and sometimes no one is even in the restaurant to have to wait that long. I've paid extra for toppings and have not gotten them on my burger which is really annoying. Besides those complaints, the restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. I've tried the spanish burger, the crispy chicken burger, the Angus beef burger and I've built my own burgers as well. I enjoy the fries. Their chicken wings are basic, nothing overly special about them. I just hope they improve their services.

This restaurant was okay to grab some lunch around Hertel area. It was empty when I went there and there was only one staff who was serving and making the burger. Ordered the crispy chicken burger and onion ring. Felt the whole order was small and didn’t really filled me, however the burger was tasty. Overall, this was a good restaurant to grab a small lunch.

I have always enjoyed their falafel burgers - however, I feel like over the years their quality has slightly deteriorated. I ordered a takeout and was super disappointed to see no lid on my milkshake. I’m not sure if this was just a takeout problem or if they’ve stopped using lids for drinks but I was put off by this. In terms of taste too, it feels like they used better and fresher ingredients when they had started out. So slightly disappointed there but they still sell a good falafel burger, so until I find a better shop I might still give them another try!

The dining area is cool and all but it was very cold inside mind you it’s winter right now. It is a little pricey I ordered 2 burgers and fries and drinks for $28.My burger was at first sat at the wrong table behind me until the customer noticed and said something to the young lady that served me. When I was finally served the food my fries were room temperature and the burger was only a little warm and had a lot of lettuce. The only reason I would recommend this restaurant is for the cookies and cream milkshake It was actually pretty good.

I got the trio and my husband got the grilled chicken sandwich. He was very unhappy with the portion and the fries were cold. The trio tasted good (Spanish, chicken, lamb) but the bread was not warmed or toasted at all- like they just took the buns out of the bag and put the meat on it. I only got maybe five onion rings for an up price charge and they were cold too. There were two people working, I assume one was training but customer service was pretty meh. Giving two stars instead of one because it could have been an off night and I like to give businesses by our home a chance! Taste was fine. A little bit bland, especially the sauce. But what was a REAL disappointment was the size of the "burgers". NOWHERE did it advertise sliders and that's exactly what we got. Knew the price was too good to be true. Instead of being fairly priced, they are just as over-priced as anywhere else in the city... they just get you by giving you sliders instead of burgers. I see in other replies, they will reply that they have special sizes for the duo and trios, but at no point did I have any reason to think I was getting anything other than 3 burgers... Because that's what the name and description imply. I see now that you listed the ounces, but if you weren't trying to be scummy, you'd call them sliders. Super deceptive. Won't be back.

Burger are not priced very well. Portion needs to be increased. But that is not the main problem service is sub par could be better. The staff (Two young boys)was very occupied watching tv instead of making the actual food.Need to hire better chefs and not kids who make your order according to them not the actual recipe. Burgers are very dry. Need to salt the fries. Chicken patty should’ve been named dough. Due to the fact that there was barely any chicken in it. If you are going to charge high prices I am expecting higher quality in food. Looks like the store owner spent all the money of looks of the place and advertising but forgot to spend it on the actual food it self. Very underwhelming experience!!!

I order a kids meal crispy chicken tenders for my kid , chicken gyro with tzatziki, sauce on the side && a philly steak calzone with an 8 piece order of chrispy chicken strips. The only thing that was good was chicken strips n tenders not to mention there actually the same thing but if I was order the tenders like I was going to for myself it would have been different price for the same thing. The fries were very soggy. My son didn’t eat it at all . the chicken gyros wasn’t a gyro .. the pictures that’s advertised on the app and how it’s normally supposed to be is not what you going to get. You’re going to basically get a steak sub on a pita. No lettuce if it was I couldn’t tell like 4 big chucks of diced tomatoes they had sautéed green peppers and onions on the gyro not the mention the chicken was dark and basically chopped/diced the only thing that’s support to be hot on a gyro is the meat n pita not the veggies n they usually don’t come with green peppers …. I took two bites and was done . I didn’t even bother eating the calzone because I was so upleased with the gyro and I’m a hospitality major restaurant management so this was very disappointing. The reviews fooled me. Not to mention I only had my son sauce on the side and another sauce but it was ranch instead of blue cheese and they never put the Buffalo or tzatziki in the bag . Not to mention I paid $45 for this meal, so I was very displeased and upset.

For me and my family, this restaurant has caused us intestinal pain and it is very unclean. When we sat at the table, we saw hair on it🤢 This is horrible and inappropriate. Also, the toilet is very dirty. Please pay attention.

We ordered takeout from here. It cost us $60 for food we could have gotten from McDonald's for 25$. I'm really disappointed. No one enjoyed their meal, and at that price for what it was, it should have arrived fresh and hot. The fries tasted old and like they sat in old grease, the sandwiches were comparable to something off the dollar menu. Really not impressed. The milk shake was pretty expensive itself, and arrived watery with all the flavor cookies sinking to the bottom.

One of the worst Boba experiences I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. I understand that this is a burger joint, but if Boba isn't your specialty, don't make it. The cashier themselves strongly discouraged us from ordering any of them. Their passionfruit Boba tasted like a perfume the cashier could have been wearing and the taro tasted like bland purple milk in a cup. Extremely disappointed. Do not get the Boba.

I ordered an impossible burger, no cheese and no sauce for pickup, it was at opening, they had no other orders. The burger had cheese and sauce on the top and bottom bun, I am vegan and couldn’t salvage anything even if I scraped it off. Total waste, tried calling and it’s a Google voice number that no one answers. $15 down the drain. I never write bad reviews, even if I didn’t enjoy the food for locally or family owned businesses but I don’t like wasting my money and missing lunch, with no ability to remedy.
