Got a build your own omelette for a bit over $20, really disappointed omelette was flatter than a pancake with very small pieces of avocado and stale bacon, my wife in the meantime ordered Chipotle eggs Benedict for less than 18.00!!!!

Food was good, as per IHOP standards. Ambiance was great too (I took my parents on a Wednesday morning), but service was just ok. Blanca (our server) was in a rush to do everything so we felt pressured to order as quickly as possible, to pay as quickly as possible and (the tablet where the server swipes one's credit card to pay already had 20% selected as a tip by default by the time she handed it to me, I think she did that herself) to select the tip option as quickly as possible. I've worked in the service industry myself so I always tip regardless of how good or bad the service is. I quickly lowered it to 18% but it should have been 15% due to how rushed Blanca was for me to do everything. Other than that, not a bad spot to grab breakfast.

Great b’fast foods, great smiling server staff. The only reason for 3 vs 5 stars: Not paying attention to the food order/details. One eggs benedict breakfast and one French Toast breakfast was ordered to go. Got home to eat the food and discovered there was no hollandaise sauce for the eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce is the one ingredient that makes this dish taste so good! Suggest management teach their food preppers to pay better attention to details, as this is the second time in two visits to this IHop that ingredient details were missed.

The bacon pancakes are to die for but the regular buttermilk pa cakes were stone cold! As you can see here the butter never dissolved merrily onto the pancake flesh. Had to reheat them, but overall their food is good. their over easy egg and toast were rather Luke warm and to be honest it was okay but hopefully they can fix this minor error and send out the hot food when it's ready.. also,, the staff are friendly and cooks work hard. Thank. Hopefully next time it's better.

I got an eggs benedict and my eggs were almost hard boiled my english muffin were not toasted. I asked for water twice none came. The Pancakes my daughter got were not great tasted funky and were dry. The ice tea was so watered down the ice was full melted.It was so loud could barely here my wife.

We went here because it was the only place open early today. Big mistake!!! It took 40 minutes for us to get a double chocolate pancake combo and Swedish crepes with lingonberry sauce. The food was mediocre at best.

Extremely disappointing experience. I dined in here with friends on October 31, 2025, and it was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We were seated and had our order taken within a few minutes, but after that everything went downhill. We waited about 30 minutes with no updates. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, and there were very few staff working. Later, we found out there was no manager on site, which was already concerning. After continuing to wait, a full two hours passed without our food arriving. During that time, we noticed the employee who took our order ended their shift and left, and it became clear our order was never properly communicated. No one else even knew we had ordered. We had to show proof of purchase just to confirm we’d been waiting there the entire time. Eventually, after two hours, the food finally came out, but we still didn’t receive our drinks, and even after finishing the meal, we weren’t given our bill. We had to repeatedly ask staff for things that should have been basic service. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager on site at all, despite this being between 8:00 PM and 10:30 PM. I don’t understand how any establishment can operate during peak hours with no managerial supervision. To make matters worse, when we asked how to escalate the issue, staff told us to call the corporate number on the receipt, but that number just routed back to the restaurant itself. Extremely frustrating and misleading. On top of everything, we were met with rude and dismissive attitudes, and had to repeatedly push just to receive our food, drinks, and bill. Overall, this experience was unacceptable. I’d like to know: • Why there was no manager on site • Why our order was ignored for hours • Why the corporate contact info on the receipt doesn’t work There are much better IHOPE Locations out there.

The waitress was very nice, good service, but the meat was completely raw. I ordered medium well. They brought me medium raw meat.

DISGUSTING !!!!!! 🤮 Today I ordered breakfast for my mother. It was a to go order. I noticed something moving around in the container. When I looked closely I noticed a FLY flying around inside the sealed container ! Gross 🤮. I returned it immediately. When I explained what happened to the young lady. A manger came out. He had NO sense of urgency. He asked, how can he help me. Even though he was told by the cashier. His lack of concern was as if it was a common occurrence. I will NEVER eat there again. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!

Came here on a late night and I’m so upset. I asked for both steaks to be well done and it wasn’t. So they took it back and it was pink as heck. I’m paying my bill and leaving a small tip. I’m not coming back again on the late Night Shift..
