I love it here! Its a nice place to hangout, do work, or just to relax! I really like their frappacinos especially the strawberry matcha and it is in my opinion even better with oatmilk. I love that they also have a diary free cold foam option. The staff are very nice and I love that they started writing kind messages on the cups.
Always do a great job. Employees are always moving at 100mph but don't make you feel like a bother. Still attentive. Good spot.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I really appreciate Elizabeth today who helped me with my order. She was very sweet. One of my favorite Starbucks locations.
I visit this Starbucks location ALL THE TIME!! The staff is always super friendly and always greet you with a smile, even when they are extremely busy. I always place my order online and by the time I arrive, my order is almost always ready and waiting for me. I'm addicted to the tea lattes and this location always makes them to perfection!
This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area, the new staff are so kind unlike the old staff. The store looks so much cleaner and the environment is a lot better. The new manager Disha even introduced herself to me and made me several drink recommendations. I came to this Starbucks about a year ago and it is a complete 360 to my old experience, Keep up the good work!
This is my local Starbucks and I love all the baristas and the manager. It is almost always busy and they ha e great spirits throughout their shifts. My drink is always made the right way. They have internet and plenty of seating in their long hallway. Bathrooms are always clean. Be careful of morning traffic and the inability to get into the entry way because of the long line. Order through your app to skip the line:).
Huge fan of cold brew with vanilla sweet cold foam. (classic) Visited a couple of times here. Also tried cold brew with chocolate cream it was good less sweet and coffee and mocha mixed flavour ( kinda tasted like McD mocha frape) Also tried lavender cream frape with caramel cold foam. It was good but bit too sweet. Not really fan of expresso hence didn't enjoy cafe latte and white chocolate mocha.
Good, as far as any starbucks goes, trying to find the actual drive-through or door was a little convoluted in that area but once we drove around the Plaza and found it , it was good service and our drink orders were correct. The chocolate crossaints are also good. 👌
Hard avoid - the Starbucks employees have bad attitudes here. I had arrived at drive-thru lane to pick up my Venti Chai Latte (placed on the mobile-app). The employee at the drive-thru was not happy that I literally arrived just about two minutes before my order was ready scheduled to be complete. She "sweetly" suggested that next time I should arrive closer to my "pick-up" time. As a customer, I felt that it was a completely unnecessary response and out-of-line behavior, especially to escalate such a trivial non-issue. A simple "we're still working on your drink" would have sufficed perfectly. Unless Starbucks does better to improve customer service, customers like myself will bring their business to other coffee chains where the employees are kinder
Drive-through person very rude this morning, basically threw my card at me and expected a tip. It’s a shame nowadays that hospitality has gone on the back burner all they want is your money for overpriced food, drinks, and crappy service. Do better.
Ordered and received our drinks, which were very good. Then they decided to close the inside of the store and we were asked to leave. Very strange, 3 people working. They were open till 7pm and closed the inside at 3:00. We were the only people inside. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. I wonder if the owner knows they do this.
The music is so loud it’s very off putting. The employees literally are shouting to hear each other. It’s not a calm environment like the other Starbucks . The order wasn’t correct. It’s just a very chaotic place.
I placed a mobile order to try the summer berry drink, and decided to go through the drive thru, mistake 1. The drive thru was moving slower than usual but that’s fine. After 10 minutes I finally get to the window and I am handed the wrong drink. I point this out and the barista was a bit rude saying “what drink did you expect to get?”. I show her the receipt which includes a picture on my phone which looks nothing like what she is handing me. She apologizes and goes to remake it, but oh they ran out of the base so I wait another couple minutes for my correct drink. She proceeded to hand me the wrong drink AGAIN. I correct her once again and finally after almost 10 minutes at the window I get the correct drink. Unacceptable.
I have had coffee multiple times and never once it was good. It’s just a latte I get it but it can’t be just milk and that’s all I’ve tased every time. No coffee just milk. Not coming in ever again sorry
everyone that works here is actually so rude except for jessica. I came in today to get a drink i ordered online and i went to turn a drink around to see if it was mine and the lady working had a brown pony tail in snatched it and said “nope!”. Not the end of the world just very rude staff
I stood there while several people who ordered after me(at the register) get their drinks. Finally I see the barista making my drink (so I thought) just for her to take the sticker off that cup, switch it with another sticker and give it to ANOTHER person who ordered a good 10 minutes after me. At that point I had enough and left without even getting my latte. I’m not sure why she continued to skip me, was it my hi-vis? My tattoos? So disappointed.
I just went into this Starbucks to return cups that I can no longer afford. They are completely unused and still in the bag from the day I bought them. A employee named Lexa absolutely humiliated me. She questioned why I’m returning “so many cups” making faces at me and even went to another group of employees and talked about me and they all stared at me. It’s bad enough that it’s the holiday season and I had to return something I couldn’t afford but then to be questioned and humiliated in front of a line of customers was so embarrassing. I hope Lexa learns to not judge people. And I hope the manager explains to her that people have the right to return things within the return window no matter how high the dollar amount is.
Worst Starbucks in the area. If you want your drink to be made wrong and also to be disrespected make sure to stop in at this location. I miss the old crew that used to work here. They were always accurate and quick. Whoever is running the store now is doing a very poor job. Won’t ever be back.
Went through drive through - person on the intercom was rude when I asked what was in a particular drink. I ordered two drinks, and paid extra to have them both made with coconut milk - as I cannot have regular - allergic to it....well clearly the person making them didn't care what I ordered, and as a result I got sick drinking them - they were not made with coconut milk, I knew due to my allergic reaction. I called to report it, the employee said his manager would call me back the next day - he never did. They don't care if they screw up your order - and this is not the first time I have had my drinks made poorly - other times they just did not follow their recipes, and they tasted awful - way to sweet (too much syrup), etc. The interior setup is also weird - not like other Starbucks, one long hall with tables overlooking the drive-threw line... Not coming back to this location.
