We were visiting Niagara Falls and decided to find a vegetarian-friendly Indian restaurant. After looking at a bunch of reviews, we settled on Taj Grill. We ordered Saag Paneer, Malai Kofta, Dal Makhani, Dum Aloo, Chhole Bhature, and Poppadom (both regular and Masala). The Saag Paneer was excellent (the paneer was soft and the gravy tasted great). Getting authentic Dal Makhani in the US that we enjoy has been very difficult but their preparation was very good. The Malai Kofta, Dum Aloo, and Chhole Bhature were all good, even though the recipe for the Dum Aloo tasted different than what we expected. Overall, we were happy with the dining experience. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and craving quality Indian food.

Taj Grill is my favorite Indian restaurant in Buffalo. Descent table setting with fresh rose brings customers happy mood. The food is well prepared, the waiters work diligently to make sure customers' dining experiences are above just okay.

Good food, fair price. The new Fantastic 4 pizza let's you pick different toppings for 1/4 of the pizza (2 slices for each set of toppings). The crazy puffs are our favorite. The pretzel crust pizza is also good.

I ordered this after my dentist appointment, so ever 4 months. This place is cheap, and fast at making food. Was able to wait for an Uber while I ordered, and it still came before the Uber did. I especially love their crazy bread! The store inside is quite small, but the staff is pretty friendly.

Buffet food was good but at $20.95 for lunch, other local Indian buffets offer more at an equal or lesser price point (more dishes, more desserts, garlic naan, rosemilk/mango lassi). Happy to see there is no credit card surcharge as mentioned in previous reviews. 5 veg dishes 4 meat dishes along with pappadum, pakoras, bhatura, Idly, Coconut Chutney. Deserts included a mousse and Kheer. Chai is available.

Place is always understaffed and food is rushed nonstop. Normally I’m cool with waiting as long as food is made right but today had a long wait just to get home and half the pizza is burned to point kids don’t even want to eat it.

Low manners, could've been because they were busy... food consistent. I just recommend acknowledging the customers when they are coming in if they not gonna take your order right away.

Beautiful atmosphere with real tablecloths and a wonderful attentive staff. They have a lot of food options on the buffet and also hot chai. We came to experience this place for the first time with out-of-town relatives. We were surprised to realize we had better India food elsewhere because as visually appealing as the buffet was it was very bland and some items were tasteless and/or old.

This place was... awful. Employees yelling about having to work, swearing, arguing about schedules... the food was wrong and the atmosphere was... dismal. I ordered the pretzel crust... they made a regular pizza and threw salt on it. Um... not good.

Nothing is ever hot or ready after 4pm and if it is its not fresh.I dont even try to come here for dinner anymore(30-40 min waits) place is always packed at night because they have no food ready and staff doesnt care they walk around high and miserable ignoring the counter til people eventually walk out. Avenues around the corner has better ingredients better service and can have a better tasting fresh pizza done in 25 minutes after ordering. This place sucks

honestly, the food was just okay 🤷‍♀️. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I'd rave about either. I definitely wouldn't have any cravings for it. Ordered some dinner around 7:16 it is 8:29 & my order is still being “ packed “ I went to the restaurant twice, both times I wasn’t greeted nor offered help I scanned the barcode & attempted the pin for pick up at the kiosk but was met with an error code?? They had several pizzas on the counter instead of the heater & a lot of people inside either way I haven’t received my food. Don’t waste your time folks.

Been getting bad pizzas here for years. Finally got fed up and called. Kenneth was unhelpful and smarmy so here's the picture of the pizza Kenny. Order was wrong and Mister Kenny wanted proof of his excellent and totally correct work. Will be emailing corporate.

Horrible Place I ordered pizzas from them that came not fully cooked and then when I tried calling about it no one answers the phone get left on hold forever or they simply just hang up.

These are kids with no manners or customer service skills working at this location. Employee vaping over the pizza she was boxing with her phone set up in front of her like she was streaming live. I will never go back here. Don't care how much my kids enjoy the bread sticks.

They slammed my food around after they forgot my pizza the lady dose not know how to do there job I feel they should shut right down and start from scratch with all there employees

Terrible. Just terrible. Ordered food for pickup at 2:30 at noon. Didnt get all food until an hr later and pizza wasnt fresh... asked for compensation and all I got was 3 breadsticks and a 20 oz, they barely even gave up that.

I placed 2 orders (4 Items), the night before through the app, to be ready at 7:45pm. I wasnt spoken to till 8:00ish when i asked a man who came up to the counter about my order he only said “It’s not in the oven yet”. He asked a couple people around me what they were waiting on, and gave an order to a doordasher who wasn’t sure what liter to get for the customer and asked the Little Caesars worker and the he gave him no consideration so i went to the fridge to help him pick out the liter the doordashers customer wanted. At 8:15 i was told it’d be 20-25 more minutes . So i went back out to my car. Finally at 9:00, I got my food that i ordered the night before to be ready for 7:45.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. They rely on DoorDash for their deliveries and the average waiting time is over an hour as the DoorDash driver does other deliveries and pickups the store refuses to answer the phone when Little Caesars customer service tries contacting them for a resolution. It is one of the worst locations I have ever ordered from with the absolute worst delivery service I have ever experienced definitely a pathetic way of serving customers. Store management and staff refused to communicate with their corporate helpdesk and refused to answer phones and speak to customers what a joke!

I do understand that it's busy but I ordered online it took over an hour to make and then we get here our pizza is slid to one side like they threw it against the wall and then when asked to remake he looked like it was our fault. NOT ONLY THAT .....Two workers were out side not behind right out front of the store. Smoking weed clear as day. Really I just want my food hot and right. Now if the workers go back inside to make food all the orders they touch will be messed up because they are high. This is NOT good customer service. I am a manager at a retail store I know customer service. if you want good cheap go up the street to dominos.

It's Little Caesars, it shouldn't be this slow. There were 11 or 12 dashers/Ubers waiting so long for food, that it made me wait 30+ mins for 2 Hot-n-ready pizzas. Do not Uber/dash this place. This was at 4 pm, not even at the rush period.

I waited over an hour and a half for my order. I called to cancel, but no one answered. More than 10 calls and nothing. On top of the long wait, the food was cold, the drink was wrong, and the sauce container was only half full and taste very bad. Terrible service.

I totally get that rush hour can get crazy 😅💨 and everyone’s hustling back there 🍕👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 — but I think things would run way smoother if someone was keeping an eye on the counter 👀🛎️. When drivers walk in, we’re all kinda left standing there unsure if we should interrupt or if our orders are being worked on 🤷‍♂️⏳. That awkward “I don’t wanna bother you but I have to ask” vibe 😬➡️🙋‍♂️. A quick “Hey, I see you — we’ll check your order in a sec!” would help a ton 🙌💯. It would cut down stress for the staff AND the customers 👥❤️. Everyone’s grinding, I get it — just a little communication would make a huge difference ✨📣🙂

Thought it’s an Indian restaurant . There is nothing Indian about it. Curry were sweet in taste and Chana curry was not cooked properly. Very limited options . Not satisfying at all. There is no biriyani option in buffet.

Service is so bad, no one even came once to ask about the food or anything we want it order. They treated us that we are asking them for free food. Food was stale, specially the shrimp, grilled chicken corners were burnt. Never going to go back and recommend everyone, think twice before u go this place.

It’s a terrible Indian restaurant and I am sad to say there is nothing Indian about this eating place. Unfortunately, they cook beef for Buffet ( which can be overlooked) but they place it close to vegetarian items such that steam/flavors from Beef curry is all over other items. If this is mix-up we see on the Buffet counter then I am not sure how it is managed insider kitchen. Many Indians and Vegetarians avoid this restaurant in Buffalo. So be cautious before visiting and promoting this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience. A group of us ended up with food poisoning after eating here, and the main culprit was the mutton biryani. The meat wasn’t even cooked properly; it was tough, underdone, and completely inedible. For a dish that should be rich and flavorful, this was a huge letdown. On top of that, the overall quality was just awful. Honestly, one of the worst meals we’ve had. Definitely not worth the risk to your health.

We were just traveling through buffalo and made stop at this place... and im regretting to made stop here ... first service is very poor , secondly food is tastless ... kadi pakora was terrible so as butter chicken ... only thing good was their white rice , naan and salad section...and top of that price for buffet is expensive $20 and some change per person., Im from Syracuse and we have some incredible indian restaurants in our area.

I have ordered twice and each and every item was very high on salt. I literally had to cook it with water to dilute it to lower down the salty taste. Portion is small , taste is not even close up to mark and pricy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Hyderabadi people stay away from this restaurant unless you want to eat sweet biryani (we ordered extra spice) with green peas and Broccoli in it.
