Stopped for breakfast before the Bills/Ravens playoff game. Felt bad for the server, she had to keep apologizing to guests as the cook kept messing up orders… (Apparently he was new). Worked out for us, our meal was totally fine, the cooked did mess up by sending out 8 eggs instead of 4!!! No complaints for food or service, restaurant did feel empty, nonetheless would come again…

The food was pretty good here. The server was nice. I got the cheese steak omelette with hash browns and an English muffin. I actually wanted French toast instead but when she told me the price I had to pass. They want $2.50 per slice which would have made my breakfast with an OJ like $24. No complaints other than that.

It is quite frustrating when my order gets messed up in some way every time I order from this location. I like the food, that I ordered, but one time your forgot my coffee which was the only reason I ordered food that day and today you have my name in the burger box, but it was not the Slamburger and red potatoes I ordered. I know distress is a bit much of an emotion to feel in this case, but i have to pick stuff off first and then sauce it up before I can “enjoy” it. I don’t want to order from here anymore; I’ll stick to the one by my good friend’s place for now on.

Ordered from online take out. Food was over 45 min late, cold and burnt. Got an apple dessert with chocolate ice-cream instead of vanilla(don't like chocolate) without an option. Overall very poor experience for the money spent.

Absolutely insane the way I was treated at this Dennys. I frequently go to Dennys as I am a huge fan and absolutely love the atmosphere and food but after today I do not know if I will ever return. At least not to this location. The waiter made fun of me for asking a very genuine question on how the egg whites are done. But as a former cook of a restaurant I know they can be scrambled, fried, made into an omelette.. among other ways. The waiter then continued to chastise me because I ordered a larger amount of food since I wasn’t going to be able to eat the rest of the day but instead of trying to understand that, I was fat shamed and made to feel stupid for ordering what really wasn’t that much food. I then CLEARLY showed I was not amused but the ridicule continued about how much food I ordered. Not even FIVE minutes after receiving our food we already had a check and Togo boxes shoved in our faces and when I said “I never said I need a Togo box” I was told “well maybe you should consider using them so I’ll leave it here”. If this is the crappy service that Dennys tolerates then by all means I guess I should take my money elsewhere.

Weird experience.. I ordered a Cobb salad and added chicken. I received the salad with no chicken or no hard boiled egg. I mentioned the absence of the egg and they said they cannot cook it because it takes too long… keep in mind, the cobb salad comes with a hard boiled egg. Also, it’s just a boiled egg? It wasn’t busy either. I was disappointed, so they took it back, and I ordered a plate of spaghetti and meatballs instead. They had no meatballs. I didn’t end up ordering after that. Just had a few bites of my partners food. I feel like it would be fair to receive some discount or something for this inconvenience. Just to show that they are taking accountability. It’s saddening because we frequently visit Denny’s. Our money goes there.

Arrived at this restaurant at 5:41 at 6: 41. We were getting ready to leave because we had not received our food yet when they just brought it out. The waitress was downright sullen told us that our food was coming out and it still took a while to get it. My wife's omelette still had solid cheese in it hadn't even melted. $85 for four people at Denny's totally ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend anybody going there. In fact I would avoid it.

First they didn't have any fruit for what I wanted to order 2nd they stopped serving turkey bacon and sausage! Not everyone eats pork!!! 3rd the crapes was put together so very poor they weren't even rolled whom ever made them fold them in half they were rubbery and the cream was all over the plate. My eggs and hash browns were so cold like they had been sitting for a while!! The cook was/is horrible! I will never go to that one again

ate here a few times, every time thinking it will be different and there’s always issues, cold food, bad service, long wait time, unsanitary. every time i have eaten here there’s ALWAYS been hair in my food that’s not mine. i don’t believe the cook wears any hair protection, the servers don’t also. i’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt but.. it’s the same. there’s always hair in my food. i always tip extremely well but it’s getting to a point. there should not be hair in my food every time i come here!!

Visited this Denny’s on Christmas Day and had a really disappointing experience. I completely understand that holidays can be busy and that restaurants may be short-staffed, but basic hospitality was completely missing here. We were never greeted—not even a simple “hello” or acknowledgment that we were waiting. The manager walked past us multiple times without saying a word or checking in. Even a quick “we’ll be with you shortly” would’ve gone a long way. After standing there feeling ignored, we decided to leave and go to another location. Being busy or understaffed doesn’t excuse ignoring customers entirely. Unfortunately, the lack of courtesy and professionalism made this visit a total letdown. I usually expect better from Denny’s, especially when people are choosing to dine out on a holiday. Won’t be returning to this location.

The restaurant is not like it used to be. Our order was “lost” and when it finally arrived it was very poorly cooked. The restroom appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. The mirrors were covered with a thick nasty looking film- maybe someone soaped them . The waitress was holding herself together pretty well given she was the only waitress. She offered to pay for our meals when she told us they were “lost”. We refused, paid the bill and tipped her generously, never to return again.

Ordered chocolate chip pancakes, didn't get that. Ordered berry stuffed french toast didn't get that, only got 4 plain pieces of french toast, no cream, strawberry sauce or strawberries. It's okay though they gave me ketchup packets instead. Do not go to this Denny's the one in West Seneca is better.
