I went to Sweetfin a few times at their Santa Monica location and loved it, but they finally opened a location closer to me and didn't disappoint! I loved the bamboo rice with kelp noodle. Poke was delicious and high quality and the sauces and veggies were all perfect. Would highly recommend. thanks Sweetfin!

Really appreciate the freshness of the food at this place, clean and beautifully designed space and the service is friendly. The quality of their ingredients is very clear in eating their food. I enjoy customizing my own poké bowl and feel good about eating it!!! Happy to have them in the neighborhood!

I love the food here and order regularly but I did receive a bowl with rice that had to have been “cooked” for 3 seconds maximum. It felt like I was chewing on pebbles. Truthfully, I will be eating here again because I know this is just a small slip up.

I order from Uber Eats and this particular Sweetfin literally never adds my taro chips to my combo burrito. Guys. A combo… means more than one. How can you not include them every.single.time?! Also, why do you give me choices for extra sauce that I pay for… but you never give me? Please for the love of all that is holy, give me my dang sauce! Lastly, whoever is making the burritos needs to learn the difference between cauliflower rice and bamboo rice. The ticket literally says cauliflower rice, but of the countless times I’ve ordered it, it’s only been right once. I’m not one to complain as a rule, I know people are human and trying to do their best, but this is starting to get a smidge ridiculous. I’ve ordered from other locations and my order is always correct, but I’m not even asking for always, I’ll take sometimes! Listen, if 65% of the orders I make with you are correct, I will consider it to be both a miracle and a blessing, and will thank you heartily for it. Until then, I remain flummoxed and a bit disappointed.

Sweetfin labels themselves as chef-inspired poke bowls with premium ingredients and bold flavours. Unfortunately, this is far from it. Having spent $93.40, the quality of the yellowfin tuna is hardly high quality and the quantity of fish was about 1/3 the amount of regular poke places. Items ordered were the Classic Tura, Superfood Bowl, Spicy Tuna Bowl, Keto Bowl, and two different BYOB burrito – all barely had any flavour…can we say bland? Also, the bowls and burritos were filled with primarily the base ingredients (rice/cauliflower rice), sweet potatoes, kale and bean sprouts (depending upon the bowl selected). These items are not only inexpensive but fills up the bowl. If you call it a poke bowl, at least 50 percent of the bowl should be filled with poke and not filler. Otherwise, it would be called a rice bowl with poke! Street parking is difficult in this Burbank location and I was greeted with a hostile attitude even though I spent nearly $100.00. Both food and service is lacklustre.

It's over-prized for what's offering. When I went last week, they didn't have white Japanese rice during lunchtime. The staff was very nice and helpful. The fish is fresh, but nothing special about the toppings options and the sauces they offer.

Ordered here via Uber eats. They don’t have a option to list my deadly sesame allergy. We called and spoke to the restaurant on how to remedy the in-edible food we received via there error. While I’m sure the food is good. Their service is lacking

Seriously? My daughter ordered the shiitake chili tofu in a small. You can see the picture below, that’s their version of a small ($9.75). She had to add rice and was still hungry. What a shame that you’re not generous with your portions, you lost our business!
