Their new brownie and oreo cupffection is amazing. Sweet savory and a good size. Highly recommend it if you have a sweet tooth and enjoy ice cream. 5/5 will go here again.

we ordered our 4 different types of blizards oreo heath peanut butter and a cherry dipped cone they were all very good. we also ordered the cheese curds with were GREAT!! This location is relativly new, very clean and well maintained. It is fairly busy no matter what time of day or evening you go. This is a good thing. This means that the food in the freezers will not have a chance to be old or out of date because of the volume of business they do.

Wow! was I impressed with my visit to DQ. As soon as I walked in I couldn't believe the cleanliness of a fast food restaurant! I experienced great customer service. Employees were helpful, friendly, and kept the lines moving quickly. We ordered some burgers and a tender basket and everything came out hot, fresh, and tasty. And of course, to top it all off, the Oreo blizzard is to die for. I couldn't have been more impressed! Highly Recommended!

Location is pretty new so I expected the newness and cleanliness. But the workers were great. Everyone was very professional and curtious. Went with my kids for dessert. My kids love the pretzel sticks!

Went there with good friends. Ordered a burger and fries it was delicious fresh onions, tomatoes, lettuce and bacon. Oh my it was some thing I wanted for a while. Next time I want an other I will visit there again. Oh the fries were crispy, just right. Come in and try it out.

I take my kids every Sunday morning to this location (when I say morning I mean like 10:59am, first car in line haha). We were so excited when this grill and chill was being built and now this is one of our favorite weekly treats. Silvio takes care of us at the drive thru window every week and he is the best! So friendly and considerate and of course he knows us by name (and order) now! You can't go wrong with blizzards, but Silvio goes above and beyond to really make the experience every week. Thank you!!

We went in for the $7.00 meal deals and it was great. As seniors we look forward to going out inexpensively. Delicious burger and fries and sundae. Friendly employees. A nice way to start a shopping trip.

I ordered my ice cream to go, but had a fantastic experience when picking it up. This was my first time ordering from this DQ location. I ordered online and walked into the store ahead of time. Ceara was at the front and wasted no time in letting others know to make my order. It was ready in a minute and I was being handed my item, but Ceara noticed hot fudge on the side of the container. She took it back to clean it, made sure I had plenty of napkins, and replaced the spoon which had fallen on the floor. It's been a while since I've seen that much of a reactive service from anyone in the food business. Thank you Ceara!! It's definitely worth visiting this location.

Such a happy place with so many nice goodies you can’t go in there without smiling and being happy and I got the largest ice cream I could dipped in chocolate. It was amazing. I highly recommend it! Dairy Queen you’ll always be part of my childhood and close to my heart!

My kids and I were at Bowman Park for almost 2 hours, and afterwards we were famished. We searched “fast food nearby”, and Dairy Queen was the closest result. It was my first time trying Dairy Queen in Palm Beach County. I actually didn’t know it still existed. It was so good. My kids were really happy. The kids meal was only $5.77, which included two tenders fries, drink, and a cone. I really liked the interior and the outdoor patio as well. Will make this a stop whenever we visit Greenacres.

Excellent! One of the best Dairy Queens in Palm Beach. The fries, chicken tenders and fried cheese curds are awesome. They also have burgers. The ice cream is great as well - from blizzards to traditional soft serve cannot go wrong with a cake cone and good old fashioned vanilla ice cream. And the prices are relatively fair in comparison to other ice cream places. The staff are always courteous, attentive and friendly. Plus this location is fairly new, modern, kept tidy and has a drive through. Definitely worth checking out.

Food and ice cream is great, but WHO designed this parking lot and drive thru? I understand its busy because the store just opened, but when you are done getting your food in the drive thru, you have to do a U TURN to exit the parking lot and you CAN'T because there are cars in line and in your way. It gets grid locked. You can't even get in to just park and walk in because the drive thru line only has one lane in the front. Definitely wasn't properly planned or designed. Not the store staff fault but would definitely be really annoying to work there!

Dairy Queen I'm sooo disappointed First blizzard I got from you that was NOT blizzary ( nice and thick) it was so melted. As soon as the young lady handed it to me I should have returned it. But I just couldn't. I had to stick it in my freezer when I got home. But don't worry my husband's root beer float was excellent. However I'll be back. Because let's face it, you do have the best ice cream around.

It's DQ and we love it. Blizzards are amazing. We had bacon burgers and they were great, service was quick and friendly. The ice maker wasn't working and the tables needed to be cleaned.

Didn't know I had to order the mini cake 2 days before. Didn't have Orange Julius. What the did have, however made up for what they didn't. Everything tasted fresh. The onion rings were out of this world! They put their foot in it. I'll be back and will order the mi I cake beforehand.

Food was good. Tables filthy. Lobby closes at 10:30 but at 8:45 they are putting the chairs up. Even at table with people sitting at them.

We ordered some chicken tenders, a cheeseburger, and pretzel sticks. Everything was good, the only thing, was the cheeseburger was very hot. This has happened twice where the cheeseburger has been steaming hot. Maybe it's being microwaved. The dessert was good.

This was my first time at this location and first time trying their hot food. I have had their ice cream many times at other locations. My husband and I both had the $7 meal deal with a cheeseburger. We also tried the chicken strips and a milk shake. The sundaes and milkshake were delicious as always. I love DQ ice cream. The hot food wasn't bad either although the burgers are a bit small. We ordered online and my husband went inside to pick it up, so I don't know what the place looks like inside. I took off a star because the young woman who served us, spilled one of the sodas and the drink carrier got wet but she still gave it to us like that when it would have taken just a couple of minutes to grab a clean one.

I gave all 5s because during the week the food the service is everything’s perfect. We went there Sunday after church at 1 pm . And it was not the same place. All I wanted was a hot fudge Sunday. Small. It was in the wrong cup . Overfilled with icecream . The tiniest bit of hot fudge and that’s the only reason I get it ice fricking fudge ! Im like what is this? Are you low on hot fudge? Like if I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream I would have said that . The guy acted like I was nuts. I told him I come here all the time during week si I know what they look like . Also we went there one night , total different atmosphere. So weekend and nights They need to be watched.

Food is always good and fresh. Iced tea is in a bag sitting in a room for who knows how long, so it's not as fresh as id hope. Lady at the counter does not know how to talk to customers. She did explain the tea is always going to taste like that because its in a bag. She sounds like she's always having a bad day.

As you would expect, the new store was very busy. The kids did a pretty good job keeping up. I waited in line longer than I waited for ice cream after I ordered.

I'm going to stay neutral on this place. This location has been open long enough that employees should know what they are doing now. But there are consistent mistakes every time I go here. On the most recent visit they gave my sister a mango slush instead of the mango freeze that she ordered. Then I ordered a strawberry sundae with extra strawberries, they gave me a strawberry milkshake. When asked if this was a strawberry sundae, they said yes. Every time I come here they get something wrong with my order. I have been here 5-6 times since this location has opened. At this point, I only come here when no other places are open. I wish there were better ice cream options in the area, otherwise I wouldn't be coming here again.

Love having a DQ close to home! Drive-thru can be slow, usually quicker to go inside. Only negative feedback is that there are multiple signs on the drive-thru window letting you know you can tip. One employee even asked if I wanted to leave a tip. For me, the tipping culture at this DQ is a little obnoxious, but I just ignore it.

I grew up on DQ however the way they have there drive thru menu set up and price. Forget it especially when the employees have a I don't give a F attitude including management. To have 2 combo meals upgrade which doesn't specify on drive thru menu . Be 25 dollars is outrageous. I will flat out recommend Culver's ,Sonic, anytime. Less expensive dramatically with employees who have a attitude. Which with being cordial was still getting that smile with the don't give a F attitude. Wonder why there all these incidents happen in Fast Food?

Food and service were great. However, there was hair in my order. Everyone who had long hair had their hair down. Not typical restaurant practice and unacceptable. The manager was very apologetic and replaced our meal.

The cashier here got caught not flipping the blizzard and said “ it says participating locations only,” when I said they owe me a free one for that promotion they’ve been running if they’re caught not flipping it. If it wasn’t happening at that location then tell me why the guy is flipping all the other blizzards? It’s cause mine was a bit liquidity. Never got my free blizzard.😂 Anyways the ranch was super watery.

I always love the desserts but I was really hungry and decided to get the burger. This was a joke. I won’t get food from them anymore. The picture doesn’t even look as bad as it really is. BUT my dessert is as good as always!

Average fast food restaurant. Lobby, Dining room & restroom was clean. Staff was average not ok overly friendly but served accurately in a timely manner. I recommend for iced cream, cakes and desserts. Have not tried any food items. Yes, l will return.

It’s just frustrating. I order online to be ahead and they shut down the lobby 35 min before closing. I’ve been in this line for over 20 min and only one car has moved. I wish there was a door specifically for online orders. The app says to pick up inside but the workers say to go thru the drive thru. I just want my ice cream man. I usually have no problems with this place and if I could cancel my order I would and just go home but there’s no option for that. They just need a better system

Gave us the wrong order and when we tried to knock on the door one of the workers kept aggressively shaking her head NO and waving her hands as in a “no. LEAVE!” way. Finally someone came to the door stating they’re closed (yeah OKAY yet we were JUST in line so obviously we weren’t trying to order - just get out ORDER CORRECT) We were then told to gk BACK AROUND IN LINE and WAIT OUR TURN! When we finally got to the window they had Alreadyhad our correct order but couldn’t just hand it to us 10 minutes prior through the front door. As we’re driving away the bull-dog looking girl who originally was saying “no leave” with hand-gestures was standing next to the person who handed us our correct order and kept giving my wife and I DIRTY LOOKS AND GLARING AT MY WIFE. My wife then said “You got a dirty look on your face inside a locked building. How about meet me outside in the parking lot and we’ll see if you still have that look on your bull-dog face!” It was hilarious! The wannabe tough girl slammed the drive through window and started hollering at her coworker. LOL!

How can one enjoy great meal if you have to bounce from one dirty table to another to find somewhat a decent table to enjoy your meal, if we where still in COVID these tables would be immaculate....sigh what happened to the good old days when people took pride in their jobs?

The ice cream is delicious and consistent but the service is terrible. A common response to Thank you is "uh-huh" by the staff. They might as well just nod next time...

Burger came out drowning in mayo. After I wiped that off with a napkin to try to eat it (quite unsuccessfully), we ordered a mini blizzard and a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream must have been sitting up on the counter for a while before the workers brought them to us because the blizzard was soup and the sundae was so melted it looked like milk on top of the fudge. Blizzard was not turned upside down which was probably in everyone’s best interest since it would have spilled everywhere. Seating area could have used some attention for cleaning. Polite workers and good service, but poor execution. Will not return.

I ordered a cheeseburger combo with a small cookie dough blizzard. Did not like the blizzard did not like the burger. Fries were okay. Soda was okay. Blizzard was very watery and really did not taste that good. I've had blizzards at other dairy Queens and they were very good.

It took forever to get me food, several people that ordered after me got their food. No real concern to get my order or figure out why I was standing there for 15min. Seemed like there was only one adult over the age of 16 working. No apology for the issue at hand or communication to rectify it. My shake was completely melted by the time I got my food.

I walked into and ordered two blizzards (Brownie Extreme and Pumpkin) around 11:45 a.m. after waiting five minutes. The person in the kitchen (later I found out was the manager) told me somone would be with me. Poor Aisha, the cashier, was doing the best she could covering the inside and drive-thru. I asked if someone didn't show for work, and she said yes. Aisha took my order. I could just tell that I wasn't going to get my blizzards soon because so many people were standing around, and my husband was waiting in the HOT car. I saw a worker bringing a cake to the cooler, and I asked her if she could make my blizzards. I eventually saw her making the ice cream desserts that were in the order queue. Aisha was getting the orders out ASAP. Aisha was a cool cookie under pressure!! I was there about fifteen minutes (for 2 blizzards!) observing. I lot of people were waiting for their ice creams. I don't know why the manager did not have the cake lady start on the ice creams as soon as she saw the backup. I saw two burgers sitting on the kitchen window for 7-8 minutes One guy waited a long time for his banana split, and he said he would not be back to this DQ. The patrons waiting were so patient. I was the whiniest!!!! Just thought the owner of this franchise should know. The only good thing was that the blizzards were delicious!!!!!

I’ve had DQ growing up and this is the worst location I’ve been! The wait was 15 minutes long, staff are rude and the blizzard was runny and messy. The Drive thru was another disaster, people can not get out after getting their orders.

At the window making this review. Not sure y’all hire kids ! I pull up to the window and the little girl says “what u want “ I said huh??? She’s like whenever you’re ready….? Girl did you say hello. Like no customer service this new generation got no manners . Fix your employees attitude before someone else does please !

This location consistently gets orders wrong. Every order that I've had from this location so far they have messed up at least one item within our order, whether it be having stuff on sandwiches that we specifically requested not to be on there or missing items entirely.

They don’t properly make your orders. I ordered a snickers brownie blizzard when the girl at the window handed it to me it had hints of strawberry in it and not a single brownie in it. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning there.

The wait is so long that the line is around the entire building and the people getting their food have to reverse out of the parking lot. Nobody can move because the service is so horribly slow. It has been 30 minutes and 2 cars have been served.

They just can't get it right. If it's a regular cone you are wanting then you might be in luck but there isn't any traing to make other DQ offerings such as blizzards correctly. We have tried several different occasions and the only good experience was with the day crew on Wednesday. Tonight they took back two blizzards they made incorrectly and handed them to the staff in the back who removed the spoons we had used to eat out of our blizzards with and attempt to fix the blizzards adding ice cream and blending them again. This didn't fix the issue at all since it was made wrong from the start. NO product should ever go back over the counter once given to a customer let alone go back in food prep area and be put back on a blender. We will never return. The drive to the DQ on US1 is worth getting a great product and not having to worry about health issues.

Idk what’s up with this DQ and not knowing how to make a chocolate malt. When this place first opened the chocolate malts we’re actual CHOCOLATE. These past two times I’ve ordered it’s just straight up malt and vanilla ice cream. My bf even asked the workers and they looked at the white shake and said “yes that’s a chocolate malt” let me know what you think? What’s with this new staff. It’s like one drop of chocolate in here. For reference this is what they gave me vs. what a DQ chocolate malt is supposed to look like

I find it funny how they say the Reese's Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard is discontinued but yet the Dairy Queen website still says it’s available and they have all the ingredients to make it, since they have cookie dough and Reese blizzards. If you’re lazy just say so, don’t lie.

I am huge on customer service especially if I’m spending my money at your establishment I deserve to be treated with respect. I wish it was another location closer to my house because I would stop going to this location all together. I ordered a medium Reese’s blizzard with sprinkles and chopped peanuts and the manager tells me one price at the speaker $14.47 and then when I get to the window she says $15.04 so I asked about the price and in a little spicy tone she says “you got sprinkles and chopped peanuts right?” So I said yes but the price you stated to me was $14.47 if that’s not the total then tell me the correct total so I can have my money ready. She took my money and then came back to the window with two blizzards no cup holder and could’ve sworn they have to flip the blizzards or they were free???? I really want to call corporate but instead I’ll leave this review and be done but I’m tired of her attitude this is third time she’s acted this way and now I’m officially done going back to this location until she leaves. I’ll drive all the way to Dixie highway to get my blizzards and much better customer service!!

Ive been going here for 2 years and this was the absolute worst ive ever seen this place (mulan) i think was the name had her drink just out next to the register boxes all over the counter customers were touching them and looking at them had a box of paper in front of the register food left everywhere and on top of that just spaces out not paying attention at all and proceeded to leave customers ice creams out for over 6 minutes and they were melted but she proceeded to give them to the customer anyway, not sure if shes new but have never seen her in here. She either needs training or needs to be fired immediately. Unacceptable to have messes everywhere. Lazy lazy lazy cashier

I’m not one to write reviews because I know mistakes tend to happen, but I came and ordered a blizzard and went on with my day but once I get a scoop from the bottom get the chocolate I pulled out a thick black hair (mine is brown with blonde highlights) , I was indeed disgusted but I went back and let them know. I wasn’t mad nor rude and the girl in the front was nice she asked me what I wanted to do and I just said to redo it because I didn’t want to make it a big deal. Well when she went and told the girl in the back, she gave me a stank look and kept looking at me. Like girl was mad that I found her hair in my food🧍🏻‍♀️.
