We celebrated my mother’s birthday, and Shubham assisted us throughout the event. He ensured a high level of customer service at all times, consistently checking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. He treated each guest like a family member rather than just a customer, which truly made the celebration special.

Stayed in Marriott Dubai few times and had breakfast here. It remains standard all time. The staffs are professional and service minded I’m always impressed. The area are clean the food are varied (international buffet) and fresh. Recommend to come in early morning for breakfast otherwise you may have to wait in the line for table. Also good for family and wheelchair accessible .

For its price the buffet has wide range of food. From Asian to Mediterranean to Arabic, it caters to all cuisine. The staff were nice and service is the best I had for a buffet service. Will definitely go back!

The ambiance is upscale yet welcoming, and the attentive staff enhance the overall dining experience but it would be great if they could take basic requests. I asked for an omelet and they said they couldn't make one. Make sure to check third party websites to get good deals like Careem+ where we got 1 plus 1 offer.

Kitchen6 during Ramadan Iftar was amazing! They had an amazing setting with plenty of food options and cuisines! Service was impeccable and the waiters were super nice considering it was the peakest of hours! Food was splendid with 6 main cuisines options and the Thai station had us going back and forth! Those gyozas! And the Indian station as well was very good! The desserts were good but not as exceptional. Definitely recommended!

I have been wanting to review Kitchen 6 for a while now. It is one of the best buffet restaurants in the UAE, considering its price, service, quality, and variety. I have eaten there more than 15 times in the past two years, and they keep the menu fresh with new dishes. I highly recommend it for a buffet experience.

First being a Marriott Elite member, I would like to thank Deekshika at the reception who understood our urgency for a quick bite and to head out. She pleasantly accommodated our request for seating and took care of us. You need more like her ! The food was quite good except the Sushi which we thought was not the best. However, the spread of the various cuisines allowed us to sample everything. The Arabic food was exceptional. We will be back.

I visited Kitchen 6 for breakfast and had a truly wonderful experience. I would like to thank the hostess for her kindness and warm welcome, as well as Vijay for his excellent service. The six different kitchens at Kitchen 6 offer an amazing variety of dishes, and the food was delicious and of high quality. My only disappointment was with the chef in the Western section who prepares the live eggs. She needs to be more polite, as her way of communicating with guests was unfortunately quite rude. On the other hand, I’m very grateful to the chef in the Indian section, who kindly prepared a special dish for me even though it wasn’t available on the buffet. I’m very happy with this experience, which has left me with beautiful memories I’ll never forget in this lovely place. I definitely recommend visiting Kitchen 6 and wish them continued success.

The food was excellent. It was iftarrr. The staff had a huge confusion in seating and taking down the booking details. But took sometime to resolve it. The place was crowded which is understandable.

What we loved most was the choice — even the pickiest eater can find something here. There are familiar comfort foods alongside things you’d normally never try, which makes it easy for families where everyone wants something different. The space is bright, calm and surprisingly relaxed for such a large restaurant. If you’re staying at the JW Marriott Marquis, Kitchen6 is absolutely worth making time for. It turns a simple meal into a proper highlight of your stay.

Had a pleasure to experience delicious food from 6 different cousins all under one roof! My favorite dishes by far: - roast beef - sushi - desert “smoked or burn apricot” don’t remember the name, just having a delicious memories of its taste ;) Nice service, high level cleanliness level. Dined at Kitchen6 and it was an excellent unlimited buffet experience 😍 We availed it using Entertainer, so super worth it 🫶 The buffet has a massive spread with a mix of Asian fusion, Arabic, and Western cuisines 🤤 There is a seafood corner, a ramen station 🍜, and a wide selection of desserts including cakes and ice cream 🍰🍨 You might feel overwhelmed at first because there are sooo many options, but the best part is that the food actually tastes good 👌 Everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared. The staff were also very approachable and attentive 😊 Plus, parking is free at the hotel, which is always a big bonus 🚗✨ Highly recommended if you want an unlimited buffet with great variety, quality food, and amazing value 💯

I celebrated my birthday here with my partner, who has eaten at Kitchen 6 before and knows their food is really good. Being inside a 5-star hotel, the prices are expectedly high, but here’s what I noticed: 1.Some of the food wasn’t served warm. It would have been better if dishes we wanted were kept at a warmer temperature. 2.The steak that night was a bit tough to chew. 3.The restaurant is located in Business Bay, so traffic can be challenging. My partner picked me up from Coral Tower bus stop (it's on business bay also without traffic it takes only 15-20 mins), and it took quite some time (1hr) to get there because of the heavy traffic. 4.The restaurant is huge and spacious, which is great, but it can be confusing for first-timers. I think it would help if there were clear signs showing which cuisine or food stations are where. 5.It would be even better if they could rotate the menu weekly, instead of serving almost the same dishes every day. That said, the food was really good, especially the seafood during their Thursday night seafood buffet. In fact, we came back two weeks later for another birthday celebration, and the quality was consistent. For the price, I feel a significant portion is paying for the 5-star location and the spacious setting, rather than just the food. But overall, if you enjoy seafood and don’t mind the price, it’s a solid choice.

We dined here for the dinner buffet. The theme was Sunday Roast Night. As of the place, it’s cozy and decent, the dining area is expansive with abundant seating. A massive buffet selection, includes a variety of international food options from six live cooking stations. The food is not exceptional but still good. Every dish was flavorful and fresh. Live cooking station, some of their highlights are the steaks, brisket, Arab, Indian cuisines & dessert counter. Wide slection of sushi, variety of sashimi, nigiri, & maki option. Drinks are included in the buffet, and you’ll have to pay for alcoholic beverages. The whole team were very attentive and helpful. Excellent service received from them at this restaurant. Overall, experience was excellent. Great ambiance, quality food and good value. 235 AED per person, the price was worth it. Free valet parking too. We look forward to dining again.

Restaurant has ample space to sit with lots of friends and family gathering around. The only comment that I thought might get improvement is the live stations, the smell of the oil can be displacing. Food wise, sushi rice wasn’t that great. Felt a bit hard. Thought there was going to be some sashimi but nothing like that. Although there were oysters there which makes it a bit high end. Overall I think is a nice restaurant. The hotel and even the restaurant probably have too many staffs! But guess it’s good service provided just felt there were more workers wandering around.

The place is very busy, but they manage to maintain good service overall. The food was decent, but there is room for improvement. The Arabic food corner, in particular, needs enhancement, and the staff should be better educated about Arabic cuisine. The Indian food could also be significantly improved. On the positive side, the Asian cuisine was good, and I appreciated the idea of the soup section. The carving station was a highlight, offering fresh, well-cooked items prepared in front of guests. However, the desserts fell slightly short of my expectations. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, I expected a higher level of quality.

Good variety so different people can find what they want to eat but the food isn't the best of each "Kitchen" as it's supposed to be 6 Kitchens, but I guess to be fair if a restaurant is catering 6 different cuisines you shouldn't expect them to be perfect in all of them. Overall food and service was good atmosphere was 5 stars.

I’ve never seen such a huge lunch spread before. The area is large with huge seating places. There are hundreds of items, from regular dishes to special ones, and all of them are really tasty. Honestly, if you want to try even half of what they offer, you might as well skip eating the day before you come here 😄

Not the birthday experience hoping for. Nightmare started while accessing the place. Terrible traffic jam near the place and shortage of valet staff. Despite booking for birthday, there was no greetings. We were made to sit in front of the counters despite asking for a better seating. Food was good, with different varieties. The concept of six kitchens is great. Deserts can have some more varieties. Bill took forever to come. Despite booking for the birthday cake, it wasn't served.. The atmosphere and ambience is okayish. Too crowded to be called a fancy place. Pretty loud too. Overall a pretty meh experience for us on our special day. Nothing to make us return.

we had a mixed experience at the buffet. while making the reservation, we asked if three separate bookings can be seated together. to which the restaurant manager said yes you can. So we turned up at the restaurant and the staff made a big fuss about not being seated together. The supervisor claimed it was part of the terms and conditions when it clearly was not stated. The bitter start aside the buffet was acceptable, and the staff who took care of us on the tables were exceptional. Great service by the floor team.

It was our first time dining at Kitchen 6, and we chose it to celebrate my brother’s birthday as a surprise. We really liked the ambiance and the overall look and feel of the restaurant. However, upon entering and confirming our reservation, we were greeted by the manager, who did not seem cheerful or welcoming at all. This was disappointing, as we were expecting a warm and hospitable welcome, especially for a special occasion. While the food selection itself was good and impressive, unfortunately our experience was negatively impacted by an unpleasant interaction with one of your staff members. Less than 30 minutes after we started the buffet, a female staff member named Anusha (I’m not entirely sure of the name as I didn’t clearly see her name badge) approached us and asked for the bill immediately. She did this without checking if we were enjoying the food or our experience, and while she could clearly see that we were still eating our first round of selections. She stood there holding the bill and asked for payment right away, which made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. Because of this, I felt upset and disappointed, to the point that I couldn’t even enjoy my meal properly or try the other food options available. From a customer’s point of view, it is not appropriate to ask for the bill without first checking the guest’s dining time or experience, especially at a buffet restaurant. This birthday surprise unfortunately turned into a disappointing first-time experience for us. I hope the management can provide better training to staff on guest interaction and timing, as this situation greatly affected what could have been a memorable evening.

⭐️ Disappointing Experience at Kitchen 6 We booked dinner last night for 11 adults and 2 kids (8 and 9 years old). My sister called ahead to make the reservation and clearly mentioned that we would be using six (6) Buy 1 Get 1 vouchers from The Entertainer. Everything was confirmed — no one mentioned any restrictions. We arrived, ate, and everything seemed fine… until it was time to pay. That’s when the problem started. We were suddenly told that only four (4) vouchers per table can be used — a “company policy” that was never communicated to us during the reservation. Had their reservation agent set our expectations correctly, we would have simply booked two tables so we could use all the vouchers. Simple solution, but no one bothered to inform us. The Manager on Duty, Jinto (hope I got the name right), insisted repeatedly that the reservation agent definitely mentioned this to my sister. He was very sure… but unfortunately, very wrong. We know what was said on that call. The food was good, yes — but the way this was handled felt like daylight robbery. We walked out disappointed, frustrated, and honestly feeling tricked. #NeverAgain

Very disappointing experience. We ordered three bottles of wine during our visit. First, we ordered a Chenin Blanc from France, but were served a different Chenin Blanc from South Africa without being informed. We only found out after checking the bottle ourselves and complaining. Only then were we told that the French wine was out of stock and asked whether we would accept the replacement. This should have been communicated before serving the wine. We then ordered two more bottles, but since we were already full, we couldn’t finish them. When we asked to take the remaining wine with us, we were told that “it is forbidden to take away bottles,” as if we were trying to take leftover buffet food. This makes no sense. These were fully paid wine bottles, not buffet items or complimentary drinks. Preventing customers from taking away products they have purchased is unreasonable, especially when this policy was never explained in advance. Overall, the lack of transparency and rigid handling of this situation left us very frustrated. This is not the level of service I would expect.

Jinto is such a creep. Please chuck him out. He is awful. He becomes over friendly and can get of hand. Very weird man. Targets ladies and then tries to get close to them. Shameless man! Truly made the experience terrible. Disrespectful. Food was okay.

We had a bad service experience with Sakir, he showed no sense of hospitality. I honestly don’t understand how someone like him was hired at a 5-star hotel, as he lacked empathy and failed to acknowledge guest needs. On a positive note, the rest of Kitchen 6 is a good restaurant to celebrate at.

We are regular customers of Kitchen 6 and usually enjoy our visits. However, tonight (Seafood Night) was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 8 PM and were told by the chef that there were no more oysters available. It’s frustrating how can a restaurant run out of oysters on Seafood Night, which is specifically advertised to include them? This experience left us very annoyed and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, we’ve decided we will not be dining here again. That said, we would like to commend your staff member, Jomari, for remaining professional and attentive despite our complaints. His assistance was appreciated. Everyone should be made aware if you're going to promote a themed night, please make sure the key items are available until the end of service.
