I visited the Subway located next to the Rivian charger and had a mixed experience. The main dining area was generally clean, but the bathrooms were noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. The restaurant also felt unusually warm inside, which made it uncomfortable. Whether it was the lighting or something else, the entire place gave off an odd, slightly unsettling vibe that made the meal less enjoyable than expected. While the food was typical for a Subway, the atmosphere definitely needs some attention.

If I were Starbucks (in the same building) or Tesla (chargers in parking lot), I’d have second thoughts about this location. 🤢

Make sure they don’t cheat you out of the amount of meat that is supposed to go on your sandwich. The guy working there tried to put half as much meat as supposed to go on my sandwich until I called him out on it, which doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. They could put twice as much as meat on it as they normally do, and still be making a pretty good profit. Also I found the floor and tables in the dining room to be dirty, and with crumbs on them.

The bathrooms are gross. Two out of the theee stalls were filthy. Brown filthy stuff in the stalls and yes it’s bad. There are no seat covers and the sink has something that looks like mold on it. I wouldn’t eat anything here if this is how they clean their bathrooms.

After hours of driving, we decided to stop here for something to eat. I was the only customer inside, yet when I walked in, the employee had her back toward me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. When she finally turned around, she asked, “You going to order?” in a rude and dismissive tone. It was extremely unprofessional. I replied, “Yes, please,” and she turned her back again to continue putting cheese on multiple trays of bread she was preparing for the oven. After watching her finish one tray, then start a second, with several more to go and still no regard for my presence, I ultimately decided to walk out. The lack of basic customer service was unacceptable.

I get to subway and it's barley 7:19 pm and the guy inside was already putting everything away and the doors were locked. Online it says they close at 9pm but on their door it said 8pm and it wasn't even 8. The guy inside was so rude and he was just ignoring even though he made eye contact with me and knew I was there. Do not recommend going here.

Keep driving! Rude worker, milk for the kids was expired, dirty inside, all the veggies were wilted, the salami was gray! Bathrooms are dirty and disgusting

I would not recommend stopping at the subway. The prices are about 40 to 50% higher than the average subway and the service is mediocre at best. Highly recommend grabbing a sandwich before or after this particular subway. I should’ve known when I walked in at lunchtime, and the place was completely empty.

Would not recommend. Considering all Subways seem to smell the same and taste pretty similar, this one didn't. The food tastes terrible. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place leave a lot to be desired. The washrooms are very gross. Hopefully the Starbucks reopens soon and is clean.

I ordered a salad with two veggie patties and the guy didn’t even ask me if I wanted the patties warmed or not. I was waiting for him to ask me but he didn’t. It’s a given thing to ask a customer if you want your food warmed, toasted etc. When I asked him to warm up my patties, he implied it was too late to do so. I asked for my patties to be cut into small pieces and he said, “I can smash it with my hands.” 🤣 Typically veggie patties are cut into small pieces when ordering a salad!! I returned the salad & asked if they could remake my salad again with warm patties, and the girl said “did you ask for it to be warmed first?” I told her I did and she give me a very nasty unprofessional attitude. She didn’t seem interested in remaking my salad again and just let me stand around for 5 mins and went forward with helping others. She eventually give me one warm patty when I paid for two patties. I told her I paid for two patties though and she said I’m only going to give you one patty. The drinks were all flat, warm and there was no ice either. Bread was completely stale and we also ordered a soup but never received it. My husband asked for ice and she give him an ugly attitude and said “what?” LOL! I asked for a refund due to the way we were treated and again she give us more nasty attitude. Horrible experience here and will definitely never eat here again. I forgot to mention, I told her what is the big deal about remaking my salad again and she said, “you’re making a big deal.” The girl seemed very unhappy working and seemed hungover since it was New Year. What ever happened to customer service and eating warm food and doing what the customer is asking? We didn’t even get treated, no thank you no please and both employees didn’t even have a name tag Also restrooms were filthy dirty. Please don’t eat here and save your money. I wouldn’t be surprised if my family and I got good poisoning after seeing the way the restroom looked! No soap inside restroom which means employees aren’t washing there hands either. We all went across the street to Taco Bell and had warm food instead with way better customer service!

So disappointing and disgusting to find not one sandwich but two with hair in them!! One has long black hair and the other short blonde hair. 2 out of 4 items has hair! Needless to say we had true then away. When I called to complain I was told a manager would call me back and never did. I guess they know they won’t have to worry about repeat customers with most being travelers. Never will go back!

Was given the wrong item despite trying to correct the associate several times, upcharged $5, and the sandwich was poorly assembled so immediately spilled everywhere. The popeyes/taco bell across the street is a much better deal.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. It looked like a normal sandwich but it tasted like trash. The bread was stale, veggies not fresh at all, and the turkey didn’t even taste like turkey. All this and every sub on the menu is 3+ MORE dollars than any other subway franchise I’ve ever been to. 0/5.
