We have got donuts from here several times. Every time they have tasted great. Of course the kids love getting donuts and this place is fantastic.

Good maple and glazed donuts. Not really a fan of the cream that stuffs the donut, wish it was sweeter. Besides that I love the cinnamon twist and cinnamon topped donut. And the cake donuts.

Very convenient location for us that live close. They accept cards, which is very helpful. Always has a variety and tons of drinks. Not just milk there!

Great service and donuts and the parking situation isn't that bad as long as you're not dumb and can look and see if other cars are coming.

I’m seeing posts of people calling the owners thieves. Sometimes things happen and a store will over charge you because they hit a wrong button. This donut shop uses an old fashioned cash register that they have to hand put the prices into and a credit card machine that they have to do the same to. One time they did overcharge us by $100 on the credit card and my husband went back the next day with the receipt and showed it to them. No problem. They fixed their mistake and even tossed in the same donuts we had gotten the day before for free! Every time we go, and we have a large family, we get at least a dozen donuts and they always toss in extra donuts and a bag of donut holes for free. If there’s a problem, they fix it quickly. The owners are sweethearts and their customer service is excellent. You get fresher and lower costing donuts than if you’d gone to The Walmart to get them.

I don't know what the secret is ,, these Asian donut shops serve the best tasting donuts by far.

I go here often, very delicious donuts. Good variety of breakfast foods such as cinnamon rolls, breakfast buiscuits, burritos, and bagels. There are some tables in the store but it's more of a on-the-go store.

Fresh donuts. Reasonable prices. All types of donuts, pig in the blankets (excellent), breakfast sandwiches, coffee, all sorts of drinks from cooler (milk, juices, soft drinks, etc.). We enjoy stopping by about once a week!

Donuts are very good and kolaches are good ones. They are not the best sweet bread style ones but they do have some to them. Overall a great place for donuts

The people are friendly and generous, and the donuts are delicious. I hesitated to give it 5 stars because of the dangerous parking situation. When I say dangerous, I mean life-threatening. There are very few parking spaces, and there is no safe way to pull out into a very busy intersection. The shop has no drive thru, so there are no options. I can't believe someone has not been killed here.

Donuts are better than most other donut shops in the area. It is the only one located in Caddo Mills. They sell out quickly, so get there early.

The lady behind the counter LITERALLY yelled at a maybe 12 year old girl in front of me trying to fill her box of a dozen because she was taking too long to decide (in the lady's opinion...I didn't mind her taking time to make choices and my son and I were the only other customers at the time) When the little girl picked something she wanted the lady put a different donut in the box...not one time... not two times...but three times!! And then when the girl asked to use apple pay, the lady SNATCHES her phone and almost throws it back to her after she scans it. My 10 year old was almost afraid to order his breakfast 😅 This lady is a hot dang mess!

Donuts were great. I wish I could say the same about costumer service. My daughter and I felt rushed by the lady behind the donut counter while ordering our donuts (I’m sure we weren’t the only ones that felt that way) and she intentionally didn’t grab the correct donut I wanted because she was rushing to take the other peoples orders.

I pay and say thank you and have a great day. I get the stone face “really?” look. Get home so the little can eat before his baseball tournament. Donuts are mediocre at best. Because of the nonexistent good customer service and meh donuts, a return visit is most definitely not in the cards. We will continue to go to the shop in Lavon. But if you like this place, that's fine. And your experience might be different than mine.

I usually only write reviews when service is good but OMG will someone please put another donut shop in Caddo Mills that will be glad to have the business. On 04-14-25 I visited this shop as I do often and although the donuts are great and taste great, it is very very obvious the girl working there does NOT want to be there. Went today, and will never go back. The lady working the counter is so rude, and impatient. I rather drive to Greenville or Royce City than to ever give them my money again. I don't recommend anyone that is looking for a friendly experience to not go here. So rude!

I came here because it’s closer to my home and i should have made the extra trip to royse city. They have no fun kid donuts, my little one was a little upset about that as the one in royse city goes all out. Didn’t help this lady was hateful as hell on top of it. I’ll never be back. I hope they open a donut shop in Josephine or Caddo to make this one shut down, they do not deserve the communities money.

The sausage breakfast taco/burrito is all potato! It is 1 sliced sausage patty, about 4 small egg crumbles, cheese and the rest is mushy mashed potato. No seasoning. Very bland, and a pile of mush. Very disappointed in the breakfast taco. Too much $ for what I got. Mcd’s is better! Donuts are good, could use fresher oil.
