Excellent food quickly served by English speaking friendly staff. Very roomy inside or outside seating. We enjoyed superb coffees with ample meals of spaghetti bolognese and a chicken with pepper sauce..both at very reasonable prices, highly recommended.

My husband arranged for us and 6 of our friends to have a meal here on the 5th May 2023 to celebrate my 50th birthday. The staff went above and beyond helping him, even organising a beautiful birthday cake with sparklers and candles, allowed banners to be put up on the wall, nothing was too much hassle. The staff really are lovely and so helpful, the food was delicious with massive portions. At the end of the meal the manager George came out with a bottle of fizz for us all to enjoy and was truly appreciated. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, wonderful staff and gorgeous food. Thank you again for making my special day even more special xxx

Amazing service and great quality of food. The plates are massive and really tasty, we stayed a week in the area and dine 4 times here so, that resumes everything 🫶🏻 stunning service, always checking and when we asked for the steak to be cooked a little more on the second night they did it perfectly and made sure it was sorted, we will definitely be back! Steaks are proper steaks with the fat to add flavour as you should… read a couple of people complaining about that, maybe they never eaten a proper steak as it should be cooked…

We shared a lovely evening here as a little treat to ourselves after being married. We ate the chateaubriand and it was to DIE for ! 10 out of 10 for me ! Rare and mouthwatering. Accompanied with veg and potatoes it really was delicious. Place always seemed busy. Service was quick. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of Veuve champagne and we had a wonderful night

Wir waren gestern Abend hier zum Abendessen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und sehr umsichtig. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Karte nach Themen übersichtlich (in mehreren Sprachen) gestaltet . Hier findet jeder das richtige für seinen Geschmack. Wir hatten als Vorspeise Brot mit Aioli und Oliven und als Hauptspeise Kabeljau mit Katoffelgratin, sowie Entrecote mit Pommes und Reis. Sowas leckeres haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Von uns bekommt die Küche 10 Sterne. Wir wünschen dem Restaurant Beatriz ganz viele begeisterte Gäste. Macht es wie wir, wenn Ihr in Cala‘Dor seid, besucht das wunderschöne Lokal. Es lohnt sich.

Lovely atmosphere with attentive waiters. We had garlic bread followed by seafood paella. Both were delicious. We tried the house white wine, a white rioja. That went down very easily, dryish and fresh.

Great restaurant in Cala Egos, Went here as a table of 7, just at the right time as it got very busy later on. Everyone had a different dish and didn't have a bad word to say, the chicken kebab comes on a skewer hanging over some chips and a salad. The paella was fresh and full of flavour and the steak was great, if a little overcooked. We ordered a few jugs of sangria and the staff would notice when glasses were running low and top them up, which was a nice touch when it was rather busy. Overall, a very nice restaurant with friendly staff and good food.

The steak was good. The frozen french fries didn't fit the meat, the sauce was not the best, it was totally tasteless. The Hawaiian pizza is best pizza here on the island. The spaghetti was good also, but I missed the parmesan. The cappuccino is horrible. Italian style cappuccino but its taste was like a long coffee with just water and with little milk. We can't drink it (all of us, we were four). 12EUR to the trash.

Visited this restaurant a few times over the years. It is typically popular and in high season with a larger party you really want to book. This year has seen some minor changes to the furniture and it looks slightly fresher. Menu is comprehensive... from tapas, pastas, meats, fish and pizza. Food is good quality, well presented and reasonable value for money. On this last visit I was disappointed with the service, which detracted slightly from the experience.

Our server was very kind, the sangria was good, and we enjoyed the seafood paella. However, after they delivered the paella, no one came to our table to ask if we wanted or needed anything. On top of that, it took over half an hour just to get the bill, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The service started well but declined after we were given our food. A little more attentiveness would have made a much better experience!

Ich habe 8 pizzen zum mitnehmen Bestellt. Die pizzen waren ansich in ordnung, war also nicht die beste Pizza die ich aß. Ich hatte eine pizza wo speck drauf war obwohl ich sie garnicht bestellt hatte.

Alors... Que dire de positif ! Ah oui, le cadre est charmant 😊 Ensuite, le reste se dégrade très vite. Le service est long ! Nous avons voulu déguster une paella. Quelle mauvaise idée ! Mal cuite et très peu garnie. Payer 35 € pour 2 pour avoir chacun du riz, 3 moules, 1 crevette, et principalement des os de poulet avec un peu de chair autour... Ça fait cher le kilo de riz ! Globalement le rapport qualité/ prix n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Came here yesterday, bought a T Bone steak which came out and looked great. I asked for medium well! Starting cutting into it and was Raw! Mentioned it to weighter his response was 'cant be cook medium well as 2 sides are different thicknesses'. What sort of lie is that, very dissapointing. He taken my food away and recooked it however it was like he out my food on a flame az when it returned it was all black and burnt! Also my side which was potato and garlic was missing of my plate. I did not bother mentioning it but i know i wont return. The place was so quiet so thought i would give it a go but what a regret!

Having seen so many good reviews & with this being the nicest looking restaurant in Cala Egos we thought we would give it a try on the last night of our holiday. We honestly wish we hadn't bothered. To start with the welcome was friendly enough, so it was a good first impression. I had lamb chops which were OK, not the tastiest I've ever had, definitely lacking in seasoning. I will say the vegetables were nice. My husband had tikka masala which tasted like it came from a jar. You could maybe excuse this as it's not a local specialty dish. Where we felt very let down was the level of service from the moment the food arrived. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy but it took quite a while to clear the dinner plates & we were then left there for 20 minutes at least with no enquiries on whether we required more drinks or a dessert menu, although we would have liked dessert. I eventually got fed up of waiting, managed to get someone's attention on the third attempt, got the bill & left. It takes a lot for me not to leave a tip & I was fully intending on not leaving one on this occasion. However, the bill came to €49,70 so I put down a €50 note & left as I couldn't wait to be out of there. We are a quiet, respectful couple so I am unsure what the issue was but it was noted that tables of native speakers got far better service. Maybe tourists are just not welcome?

I think this review is needed as I was shocked by the high reviews after my experience. Now firstly let me get it straight, the staff were very kind and helpful. The waiters always smiled and were very kind. However the service was amateur. They constantly forgot cutlery and never removed used plates from starters even when we had been given our mains. Now the real problem lies within the Mains. Me and my Girlfriend both got Sirloin Steak which came out rather fast, and I think it must have only been cooked for a few seconds because it was completely raw inside. We both asked for medium and what we got back was “Blue”. I don’t think there was a translation misunderstanding. The meat itself was clearly terrible quality. A huge chunk of bad fatty meat which definitely prioritises quantity over quality. That partnered with the minimal cooking made the steak very very hard to cut, thus I had to ask for it to be returned. The waiters and I think the owner judging from appearance were very cooperative in fairness and were happy to re-cook the steak. However when they brought it back it was evident it was probably oven cooked and mine was still undercooked. Also my girlfriend had to wait 5 minutes before she could eat again as she was not given any cutlery and I had no knife as I used mine for the starter… This is where the service is rather amateur. So overall not worth the price, you cannot charge €20 for bad quality steak even if cooked well with terrible service and sloppy frozen vegetables that were unbearable. But the staff were kind if anything… Hopefully they improve because the place has good potential and a decent atmosphere. The starters and Sangria was decent.

This review might be biased. Start with the positives, the staff were great. The drinks were pretty good. Negatives, the pizza was vile. The seasoning had coated each slice and it overpowered the whole thing, just tasting like eye-watering peppery bread. Wouldn’t return.

Très bon repas avec service sympa. Mais attention au piège à touristes : gentiment le serveur vous propose une aïoli pour commencer. Nous étions 9 adultes, et il nous a été facturé 5,50€ par personnes pour 1 morceau de pain chacun et 3 petits ramequins d’aïoli sur la table: du vol!!!

The worst customer service I have ever received in a restaurant. Theeatening to call the police because I complained for a 1 hour wait for food. No discount, no explanation, no interest. Disgusting. Told me he hasn’t got time to deal with me as he had other customers. Was rude and sarcastic and would not accept any responsibility or engage in a discussion about it.!

The food was actually really decent but the service was a disgrace. I’m 36 years old and that is only the second time in my life I’ve had to complain about bad service. Ignored and expensive. Go elsewhere.

I really hate being that person, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the bolognese and what I got was basically just plain noodles with a few bits of meat scattered on top. Barely any sauce, completely bland. I only ate it because I was starving. My partner ordered a steak medium well (don’t judge him lol), and it came out rare. Not only was this a basic mistake, but we weren’t even given a chance to ask for a fix the service was so inattentive, we were essentially ignored for most of the meal. Between the poor food and the non-existent service, this was a total waste of money. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid.
