My favorite pizza and extremely good customer service.

Some of the best pizza in the valley. Crust is crunchy and thin, best tomato sauce and perfect amount of cheese. Delivery was fast and pizza came hot. Great service too! Would highly recommend.

Michael's has been my go to pizza in calabassas for years. Great food, reasonable prices, & outstanding delivery service. Margherita pizza, meatlovers pizza, ny steak sub, & chicken parm sub my usual go to items. The girl on the phone is always sweet & extremely helpful

We stop by Michael’s Pizza about once a year when we come to town visiting family. The location is conveniently located, and the pizza is usually ready in a timely manner. The pizza quality is right down the middle in terms of taste and appearance. Neither extraordinary, nor dissatisfactory, but satiating none the less. I recommend reducing the amount of contact with the staff as they are easily irritated. Just tell them what you want in as few words as possible, quietly wait, then pay and take your pizza without another comment. Anything outside that routine may result in unpleasantness. Do NOT ask to purchase dough to make your own pizza at home as they do not offer this and again... will get quite irritated. There is some seating outdoors, though we typically use takeout. If you need a quick dinner while in the area, this is a good stop, though I don't recommend making the drive if this is 5 miles or more from your current location.

I hate to leave less than 5-star reviews We had it a month ago and we felt very disappointed by the low quality. Went back to give it another shot. Pizza is $15.99 and total came out to $19.28. Before I paid I said “that doesn’t seem right are you sure it’s only $15.99+ tax”. She replied “yes”. Surprise! A 4% surcharge! I would have no problem paying if I was told ahead of time. Plus I specifically asked her….. Low quality pizza with a surprise fee. 🙁

Our pizzas arrived as pictured. All of the cheese was thrown on the side of the box and toppings as well. Only sauce was left on the cheese pizza. The driver was new so we honestly would have forgiven the whole situation it was the manager’s approach that led us to ask for a refund. At that point they actually sent the driver back to pick up the pizzas to issue the refund which seems a bit petty only because we wouldn’t wait another 30 minutes to wait for new pizzas to be delivered to feed our family. Overall horrible interaction and a lack of leadership from the manager on how to show your new driver how to treat a customer.

I paid for extra sausage & red onion. There were barely any sausage, no red onion which I had to ask for & they gave it to me on a side. Pizza was ready by 20 minutes late. And the worst part is that the owner or lady at the front was adding toppings to my pizza without gloves while she had a runny nose & had a napkin in one hand. She also touched phone, pen, money & etc & of course touching food. That’s how people easily get such by eating outside food.

We have moved and when we gave them our new address, whoever took the order, wrote it down improperly. The delivery driver was getting upset and they told me to work with her because she was older. When I tried calling back to speak to the people at the pizza place, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic, and wanted to do nothing to help the situation. I would never again order from this place just based on the lack of customer service not to mention my food was cold by the time she finally arrived. I hope the owner hires better next time because it was great before hand. Worst experience ever!

But we won't do business w a place that treats their customers this way. Look at other reviews, they have horrible customer service. They own the one in Agoura too fyi. Avoid.
