I order online and either pick up or have delivery. I live 2.2 miles away from the store. Sometimes it's pretty good; sometimes it's not good at all. Tonight, my pizza was the most wrong it could be. Called manager, he I offered redelivery with correct order, or credit with the store. I chose tedelivery, because I'm starving and the pizza I had received first, had ingredients I'm allergic to. I was told 20 to 30 minutes, but it's been an hour and it's still not here. 2.2 miles away.

Understaffed, waited 20 minutes longer in line to get my pizza. No updates on the app for heads up. That would definitely be helpful instead of standing outside. But overall great staff and the food was excellent

We ordered a taco pizza. It has been a long time since we got one, and it used to be really good. It was not. It was a pizza crust with a little bit of brown stuff and lettuce. There may have been 4 or 5 flakes of cheese, but it was hard to tell. It was a shredded lettuce pizza at most with very little flavor. We will not get it again.

Haven't been to this location since 2009 due to this location ripping us off and lieing about delivering our pizza to our house. Fast forward to Aug 2025 and we decided to give them another try. The pizza, salad, chicken wings, and bread sticks were good and we have to complaints. The sad part is that the service was sooo slow. The waitress did her best to keep up but she was the only one on a busy night. She was not very organized however and when she brought out my pizza she was completely surprised that my wife had a pizza which took another 20 minutes to bring out. Speaking of time, after getting our salad plate it took about 30 minutes to get our wings and bread sticks. The two people who ordered after us, dined in as well, finished eating and left before my wife got her pizza. No apologies from the waitress about the long wait. She actually avoided us toward the end except to give us the check which took a long time to get. Place is a little run down but it seemed clean enough. Sad... We were hoping for better.

Super frustrating dealing with the inconsistencies we have always gotten extra seasoning on our breadsticks without any issue. As of late if you ask for extra seasoning they tell you they are not allowed to give it and they barely put any on the breadsticks to start with. In the past we've never had an issue getting ranch with the breadsticks instead of marinara. Now all the sudden they say that is not a possibility you have to have marinara and if you want the ranch then they will charge you almost $1 extra. We usually order breadsticks once or sometimes twice a week and this has never been an issue until the last 2 weeks month I don't know if it's a change in management or what but it would be nice if they would be consistent. This is what the consider extra seasoning. Barely any at all. 🤬

I can see why this establishment has terrible reviews. To say this was a frustrating experience would be an understatement. We booked the back room for a large party, and it was confirmed available. Upon our arrival, the booked room was not available for 20 minutes. After being seated , a portion of our group went to the salad bar, where we discovered it was understocked and out of most items. We were told they only had 1 server today, and they were closing the salad bar because they were out of lettuce. (We suspect it was because the staff was too busy to deal with restocking it) Part of our group got frustrated with the lack of food available and frustration with trying to order food almost an hour into our being seated and left . (The only gluten-free option available was a small pizza for 14$ or hot wings) Most of the people in our party were upset at the salad bar fiasco and even more upset to realize that after our meals were served, the salad bar was reopened and stocked for incoming dinner customers. It was hard to leave 2 stars because a harsh 1 star is what this restaurant earned. Half of the pizzas had undercooked dough, and Luke warm toppings. The staff was noticeably trying hard but was understaffed and not prepared properly for a large group. (Hence why we confirmed a week prior for a large group to avoid this problem) the large room has no window coverings to block the sun , and it's uncomfortably warm. seating was very minimal. The 2nd star I gave is to recognize the staff for trying to make the best of a mismanaged situation, and it was appreciated. We will, however, not be returning again after this experience. As a lifelong resident of this area, it was disheartening to have had such a bad experience at a once beloved restaurant. The pizza was so tasteless that I have had better pizza from the frozen food isle.

Last 2 times we have done a carry out, its taken over an hour to get our food. The app says its ready and still had to wait an additional 30 mins each time. One time the food had been sitting for over 20 mins and no one came out to let us know. Kept asking about it to staff in the back but they would walk away. They only had 1 old lady upfront who was very overwhelmed and no one helping her. Saw at least 7 people in the back and no one helping in the front. No one was calling out orders when they were completed. Its been incredibly frustrating with the lack of communication, especially when the board says everyone's orders are done, but the obviously werent. Why mark on the boards/screen that they are completed when they werent even made yet. Both times there were multiple angry customers and door dashers that were all in the same boat as us. I'm not sure whats changed, but it use to not be like this at the caldwell location.

Do NOT order here! The food is not worth waiting one and a half hours, a complete disaster on all fronts. They wouldn't refund my order either, such a complete joke.

I scheduled a pizza for carry out for 11. I showed up at around 10:55. I rang the bell 3 times and still waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. After telling them my name I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. A personal pan pizza was all I ordered.

Waited an hour. Driver couldn't find out home. Never had this issue before. They canceled my order without telling me. So I called to figure out what was going on and the manager was so snobby. Telling me she called but I had my phone in my hand with no missed calls. So I hung up, she called me back to be snobby again so I hung up again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely need a new system and a new management!

They put over 5 pieces of hair on this pizza , on top and underneath it as well, I had a prior complaint with them when a delivery worker took 2 hours to deliver a pizza after saying “ on the way” then the delivery driver showed up and tried opening the door to my home! Incoherent and seemed to be on heroin! That was the complaint I had with themin the past , then I ordered tonight to find 5 hairs on a pizza on multiple pieces? Say less… UPDATE 11-2024 this is how they deliver wings to the house for my children to eat. Just a week prior to this they brought our order but didn’t bring the soda but still charged us for that… I’m really about to file a lawsuit on the employees and owners here.

I just ordered 90 dollars worth of wings and got all but 3 drumsticks. Then call to complain and was told i was a liar and they know we got equal amounts. . . I still have the order, the boneless were fine but the traditional pretty much sucked!
