I can say this the place isn't cheap whatsoever but the food is always fresh and taste great the customer service is second to none when I go to other fast food places I am disappointed in how bad they are compared to this location the staff manager everything is on point apperciate I go 3 times a week and me and my family always glad we went

Great fast food place for Tex-Mex food found in California. Good burgers and burritos that really hits the spot. Always stop here whenever in town to see friends and family that fills us up after a long drive. Definitely recommend this place.

Great food at Bakers' twin kitchen! I've eaten there the past 40+ years. Customer service = terrific, restaurant & restrooms = cozy & always clean, accuracy of my orders = 99%.

My order is always right. The food is good. The drive thru moves quickly. The staff is very friendly. I ordered my food got up to the window and realized I did not have my wallet I only had $10 in my car and the girl at the window was very nice about it and gave me the food that I ordered . Such a great and friendly girl in the drive through. Wish i had asked her name but she had a really friendly smile and was very helpful while picking up my order. She had really cool piercings, I'm glad bakers allows their employees to express themselves.

The level of salt was unreal😅 but was still good. So much salt 😂 but the service was great, fairly quick, and very friendly. Plus I got a medium fry when I ordered a small. Bonus! Who doesn't love baker's. Man I miss their barbacoa tho.

Every time I come the food is always on point. They get you through the drive thru very quickly and they serve you with a smile! It’s very easy to spot from the street. Better then in n out! I drive over an hour just to eat it! They have lots of great menu prices and this location is always clean!

I love Bakers. Even though it's no longer on the menu, they will make me my taco Burger. They're always nice and friendly and the bathrooms are always clean. The one in Beaumont seems to be the best one. Been eating there for 16 plus years. Thank you Bakers.

Bakers is always good. Flavors don't change. Had 2 tasty, greasy tacos and a peppermint shake. 😋 The only problem was parking. I parked in an area that was too close to the drive thru parking line. And of course people in line don't like to park too close to the car in front of them. So we had a long wait to leave the parking lot.

Staff is always friendly and great. I usually go to get a large fry (their old half pound) or Frynormous and spicy ketchup and a man I'm assuming is the manager always knows me and my order. Their fries are fantastic, don't see the rage with In-N-Out when you can stop by Baker's.

Went to the drive through on a Taco Tuesday to grab some tacos. Order taker was polite and nice. There was 5 cars in the lane and I was out quick. Tacos were hot and fresh. Will be back there to get more food.

My wife and I love this place! The employees are always pleasant, cheerful and just good people. Obviously the food is great, too. But it's the staff that really makes us want to stop here when we're thinking about lunch.

We always return here whenever we are in town! I love their food and everyone is so kind. Their burritos are the best and they still make REAL milkshakes that are the bomb!!! I just wished there was one where I live in Arizona! Love Baker's!!!

Fast, friendly, fresh at every visit. This is an update because it is very or extremely important. I have stopped going to this Baker's because they put extremely way too much salt on their fries! I have to give them credit that they do give you hot fries every time you order or every time I have ordered however, they over salt their fries and that's why they have stopped. Some people just can't have that much salt on their French fries I think they should lighten up!

Throughout the whole ordering process, they are as nice as everyone says, and the food is quite good quality and well-presented. It's an ideal balance of service, taste and value. It's not the fastest drive-through ever, but they make everything fresh and they tell you that up front on the signs; it's a different concept or service model and it's totally worth it :)

Baker's is one of my favorite burger places I love the Papa burger combo with the half pound of fries. It's got to be one of the best fast food restaurants in southern California

Good, easy access, fast, but the children burrito with salad full of water and oil. Fell all over my husband's chest messed up the shirt. Otherwise Great place for quick stop.

I wish that the taco shells here after 6pm were crunchy. They consistently have chewy tacos by this time of the day, on Tuesdays at least. All other components of the tacos are delicious.

Food is fine, about on par with other drive thru restaurants in the area. Tacos a bit bland, but good fries.

You can never go wrong when you stop here. Don't forget to try in a strawberry lemonade with real strawberries.me and my husband came here for a late lunch we got a twin kitchen meal which had a cheeseburger with a taco and a french fry with strawberry lemonade with real strawberries inside.

Baker's is alright, wasn't my choice but being down the mountain its nice to have choices ! Its been over 10 years since I had the teriyaki burger , I thought they would still come with teriyaki flavored sauce on them. I was wrong , too bad I waited till I got home to find out , lol ! I didn't expect much much so I wasn't really disappointed 🤣

Must be hard to be heard here when giving your order through the drive thru with the freeway so close. Something in my order is always wrong. But food always comes out hot and fresh, even if it is wrong. Workers are nice!!

In a major food funk so I decided to try the new Carnitas Burrito. It was a great change of pace. Fries were hot and cooked to perfection. Only issue with the Calimesa Bakers is the line at the drive thru but there are so few food choices in town it's bound to be packed. Not their fault.

Love my local Bakers. Just wish they would give more met up when you order in the drive thru. Ordered 3 hash brown and asked for ketchup and only got 3. Some training is definitely needed

My visit was going so good, than I sat behind one guy, that took ten minutes at the window just to get his food. Seriously, that was not cool. Park those orders. Don't make the entire line have to deal with that persons order taking so long. Lines are long enough at this establishment. And still no inside ordering or dining. Ridiculous! Masks off, and get back to open doors and regular hours, plz!

Was grateful for the meal deal. In California it is very difficult to run a fast food restaurant now, and Bakers provided affordable tasty food in a reasonable amount of time with excellent service

Staff was nice and it’s always nice to go sit inside an establishment that is quiet and clean while you eat. If your car is low watch out because it is a very steep entrance/exit!!

Always had a good meal here. I take the grandkids and they enjoy lunch here. Order is always correct and correct portions. Ate today, tacos and a burrito and all was well. My only concern is they charge for onions. Reasonably priced and food is hot .

We stopped on our way home for a quick dinner. If you download the app they have different specials and rewards. The taco was crisp and hot. The fries hot and fresh . Tator toys nice and crunchy outside and soft inside. The burritos and burgers also fresh and tasty. Christian took our order and was very nice and helpful. They have a large dining area or drive thru. The bathroom requires a code to help keep it clean. The food was good and economical, location and staff were nice. Ten out of ten recommend.

New morning gal cant seem to get orders right. She asked me for if wanted sauce i said yes. Drive away no sauces. A few days before got drink flavor wrong. Before that gave me wrong food. I wish Jaun was still at the window in the mornings. He didn’t screw up this much in the 6 years i knew him.

I really love bakers but after yesterday’s stop I was very disappointed with the place lol I don’t eat fast food that much anymore and this was my first time in a few weeks and when I got my burger I almost thought they forgot the patty all together and gave me a burnt piece of cheese. Turns out that thin black piece was the patty. I’ve never been disappointed at bakers before but this was some bull. Skimping on the patty like that lol terrible couldn’t even taste it just taste like bread and lettuce

I put a 5 for atmosphere because it achieved that much sought after drive through feel. They cook the food fresh, so it's extremely hot and stays hot til u get it hope. The price of this kind of cooking is a slow drive through tho. Do not go here expecting a quick meal.

Bakers is not the same. The meat is different and the hot sauce is not the same I got a pa pa meal and the burrito was for a child. And the prices I understand it's a Cali thing but I can not afford yall anymore either.

I must just have ordered the wrong thing, Carnitas Burrito, after looking at other reviews. I only took a few bites because to me, it was awful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The floor was very dirty as well, maybe because of staffing. First time at a Bakers, will be last time.

You guys can do better. Bathrooms were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the food was greasy. 10 dollars for 2 tacos, a fry and iced tea is already severely overpriced. When the experience is greasy food, weak Taco shells, and a dirty restraunt, it makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. I'm sorry to have to leave this review as most of mine are 5 stars. Please address this review professionally, and I'll gladly come back and update you appropriately.

I have gone to Bakers since I was a kid and I wanna support a local business, especially with all these corporations coming to town, but every time I come here and get a breakfast meal with a coffee, the coffee is practically water. I'm not sure if they are reusing the filters or what but you can literally see to the bottom of the cup. This isn't a one off instance, this has happened multiple times. Hate to leave comments like this for a small business but it sucks when I'm on my way to work and don't have time to turn around and ask for a new cup of coffee.

The order line took forever (20 min.) Yes I was there on taco tues but ? The tacos where dissapointing. Hardly any meat though it was greasy by the time I got home. The shells where misshapened. Short on one side too long on other. Normally go to Redlands and love it ! Not this time.

This was anything but fast... I rarely go to Baker's but was doing a friend a favor and sure enough the line took way to long for a fast food joint and of course I was in a hurry. Burger was good, Fry's only okay, and I went there for a bean cheese burrito order for a friend so that must be decent.

Fast food with drive through. Chicken is actually a patty. Order your fries "fresh", since in my experience there, they were not. They also serve burgers, breakfast, and cold floats.

Got a beef 🌯 burrito was disappointed in the portion size should have went to 🌮Taco Bell or Del Taco🌮. We've been going to Baker's for 40+ some years and it feels that there serving or portions are dwindled to nothing and prices keep climbing. If you're looking for a burrito don't buy one at Bakers save your money and go to 🌮Taco Bell or Del Taco🌮and get the same thing for 3 to 4 dollars less for something better at least the same after dollar menu.

Food was okay. I mean it was a burger and fries. We didnt even want the fries man. We tried to get just a burger for each of us and two fries total but we ended up with way too many fries. Then we asked for the small soda then they said no size smalls we got a huge size then they asked if we wanted to change it. Bathrooms were also absolutely disgusting. Bugs, dead bugs, and no ac.

Order a Taco Burger no combo. Paid extra for extra meat, extra cheese, extra onions, extra red sauce, pickles, mustard and no tomatoe. Cost almost $9.00 bucks for what yummy fat Taco Burger. When i received it. The only thing they got right was the no tomatoe. When I should the female employee she said that is their Taco Burger with all the extra stuff. She said she can remake it but it will look the same. I took pics but I don't see anywhere to upload them.

Very disappointed. I ordered a sausage burrito which was made of 70% tortilla, 20% egg, 5% sausage and 5% cheese. It was the smallest burrito with the largest tortilla. I also ordered a chorizo and egg taco which was mostly tater tots inside. The person preparing the food need to be retrained on how to make food as to what this business advertises. Photo is of left over tortilla which I ate the majority of.

This bakers literally never fails to screw up an order. Don’t go here unless you want to have to go back 2-3 times to get your order correct. To the managers - hire better people and stop hiring kids who are clueless.

It took forever!! the car in front of me was getting so mad he started honking his horn. Honestly it's not just Bakers it's like this everywhere. The grab something quick using the drive through is a thing of the past unless you hit them at the right time.

New pricing structure is A RIP-OFF SND MISLEADING! The meal price should say WHAT it is and HOW MUCH. Not hard right? Apparently it is! Better listen up Bakers lots of people are talking. You have managed to take a good brand and FLUSH IT by ripping people off!

This restaurant has refused service to my father who is deaf. My father tried going through the drive thru and they told him to stop because he “held up the line”. So he tried placing an online order but they didn’t have the order he wanted on their app so he kindly stood by the door and tried to communicate with them through the door via pen and paper to respect their wishes and not “hold up” their drive thru line. They told him they could not serve him and asked him to stop coming. This is complete discrimination and I’m so upset with this service. This has happened multiple times now ONLY at this location and my dad feels defeated. Every other food establishment is HAPPY to serve my deaf father in their drive thru by simply taking his order at the window. So what’s problem here? We will never again eat at this location and will be taking this matter further. This needs to be addressed and handled.

Ordered a regular Double Baker Papa meal that's suppose to have 1,000 island, lettuce, and tomato on it. Got home (Which I live far away) to find a plain double cheeseburger with only pickles. Was looking forward to their really good burgers and I get this!?!?!

I usually love Bakers milkshakes. I got a regular chocolate shake today and it wasn't good. It was more like chocolate milk. Little to no ice cream. Very disappointed, especially because these shakes are a little pricey.

Understandable that the guy in front of us possibly ordered most of the menu. But our shakes were more or less warm. Didn't turn around to ask for a replacement. The 30 min wait was enough for us

I only ordered two beacon and cheese burritos. When I approached the drive through they offered me a meal and some shakes for $17 and change…which is nothing but they as soon as I said I only ordered two burritos they charged me $10 and change which again is nothing but their entire demeanor changed and treated me like I was trash…I resisted the urge to go in there and order 100 burritos because this money is nothing but I remembered the time we live in and these people only care about themselves and no one else.

Payed $18.00 for shrunken food. Apparently, this idea to shrink food while keeping prices the same is a recent change directed from high up. My Red Burrito was more like a kid's burrito now, mostly tortilla in every bite, and no longer a great taste. Must have taken 30 minutes to get my food. Price hike or larger item option would have been better. Been going to Baker's Drive-Thru for over 30 years. Always loved it so much that I got my family, extended family, and friends hooked on it when they saw my enthusiasm. Stuck with them through price hikes over the years. Appreciated thier philosophy about who they were as explained to me by Joe (one of their top guys I met years ago). "We are in the food busines where the other guys are in the marketing business." Apparently, something has changed for the worse. I can't believe I'm thinking I will not be back here ever again.

Waited in the drive thru line for half an hour. Finally got our food and over half our order was wrong, and every item wasnt fully cooked. Some of the taco meat was still icy from being frozen. We had been driving for hours and were starving. So I ate mine anyways, got food poisoning Halfway back home. They took their sweet time making the food, not even to prepare it safely. Worst 20 bucks ive spent. I advise anybody without a stomach of steel, not to eat there. Im not the type to leave bad reviews because i know mistakes happen. And I myself have been in the food service industry, so i know nothings ever perfect. But every single item not being cooked and 3 of our 5 items not close to what we actually ordered...

The Drive thru was busy so I went inside. One order ahead of me with the lobby fairly empty I was surprised how long it took. The entire line of cars I was behind plus four additional cars were served while I waited (I stopped counting). I ordered a boca burger that was dry and chewy with the fries warm not hot. This is not the best Baker's that's for sure.

It's a pretty disappointing when your order isn't complete. Even if you ask them if that's all that we ordered. Stopped here to get food for my family and didn't get everything we ordered. Apparently this location seems to always mess up or forget to give your complete order. The food is always good no matter which Bakers you choose. It's just the staff that doesn't seem to get your order correct.

Would not go there again. They screwed up both orders. When you place the order the woman talked so loud you could not understand a word she said. She would be good at announcing trains because you cannot understand them either. When you specifically order a hamburger why do they ask if I want cheese? That is a cheeseburger and I wanted a hamburger-I was very specific no cheese. They gave me a cheeseburger. Nope never again

Very disappointed in this experience First turn off was being instructed to place my order through a kiosk on the counter … it wasn’t an option it was the only way to place a dine in order I am not trained as a bakers cashier and rude to be assumed as one when I come into your establishment looking for a dining experience Tables were dirty and as I stood at the counter where I was told to wait for a table cloth to wipe the table literally my order was ready by time anyone was able to wipe the table down I wasn’t able to modify my order due to not being educated as a bakers employee I don’t understand why you feel as an establishment that the drive-through area is important enough to require full attention, but complete lack of attention to your dine in customers No paper towels in the restroom either Do better bakers 👌

I ask to speak to Gm. They are never there weekend nights. Management did good with my experience except the long long of cars but never any Gm to resolve this issue. Gm is lazy from my point of view, they don’t hire extra crew. (They need it, took 20+ min) Once I went to pay there is 1 crew n 1 managers. Higher up always taking advantage of crew, No communication!

We ordered a shredded beef burrito, and 2 cheese burgers with bacon. Shredded beef burrito was cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Hamburgers had barely a patty on them and the cheese and bacon looked hideous. There where Flys everywhere and the employees were to busy making fun of each other to be working. Would not recommend this particular Bakers, others are good.

Normally I enjoy bakers and they usually do a good job, but I have never had a problem, until now, there patties where so thin, thinner than normal and one of them I order a double cheese burger with no lettuce, and no tomatoes, and single baker with cheese well they did not care what I ordered because they gave me 2 single bakers with lettuce and tomatoes, they also didn't not give me one of the my drinks that I ordered, and when I asked for it they told me they where out, so I asked if I could get a different one and she was upset that I asked, like dude I paid for this I expect to get what I order. I called to talk to someone in charged and no one was there. I have never had an uncomfortable, hostile experience at a fast food joint before.

Taco Tuesday and nothing like getting home with 4 tacos and the wrapping is soaked in grease. Food has gone downhill in the past year. The bean and rice burrito had absolutely no flavor. The guy working the drive thru was friendly but the worker with the long hair and hat handling the fries looks like he needs to maybe wear a hair net....at least wash his hair

Two hours before close, we didn't have a car, so we walked in. The doors did not have a sign and were not locked. They told us they were closed inside and that we had to walk through the drive-through to have our order taken, and they would take care of it. We stood there for 10 minutes before I had to call into the store for them to finally take our order. The women who met us at the window rolled her eyes at us when we walked up and did not fill our fry bag up. They embarrassed us by forcing us to walk through the drive-through when we had already entered the fast food chain, and they could have just entered it in.

I want to start off by saying how much I love Bakers as I have grown up eating it all my life and so have my children. This kind of review really bothers my because I have tried many times to give this location a chance and when I do I spend $50 or more ( we have a large family) only to deal with rude customer service from the staff and food that is cold, stale and not made right. Today my family decided to have bakers so my daughter and I went through drive through and ordered over $50 in food and had asked for our frynormous to be fresh. We get told sure no problem and when we get home you can tell they took fries that had been sitting and put them back in the fryer for a few minutes just to make the appear freshly fried. Not to mention my burgers were all stale and cold too. It's such a shame they are tarnishing the Bakers name. I will have to start driving a little further to get good proper bakers food.

When I first got my order from the drive-through, I couldn’t figure out why the top of my cup looked like a straw had already been poked through it, I had to look in the soda to make sure nobody had put anything in it. Once I tasted the soda, I realized that most of the ice was already melted into it. What they had done is that they got a soda back from a different customer that probably received the wrong drink, They let the soda sit there until they could give it to another customer and it had sat there at least 10 minutes if not more. I remember the owner being super cheap, but I’ve never experienced something so gross from this place. Along with that, my fries were super cold. This place was so good when I was a kid, and now it’s garbage. Very unfortunate.

$6.24 for a burger with old cold patties, I asked if I could have one made. I was given an even colder one. I did hear the Woman that was preparing the burgers ask the manager if she should keep using the old patties, and he told her yes. I’ve been eating Bakers since I was a kid, it has Definitely gone downhill. It used to be fresh. If I wanted a burger that was being kept in a food warmer because someone cooked too many patties, I would’ve just went to McDonald’s, and over paid there instead. I don’t think it was the cooks fault. I would say it was a bad management decision. But hey on the brighter side of things there was a man there with his dog I gave the burger to the dog. I didn’t even have to worry about the dogs mouth get burned YIPPEE!!
