Pizza increible elaborada y horneada en el momento, deliciosa!!! No me van a alcanzar los días de vacaciones para probarlas todas. Spaghetti Carbonara original 10/10 Tiramisú Maravilloso una delicia. Rica comida y una gran atención.

El servicio y la atención de 10. La comida estaba excelente. Se nota que son platos caseros y bien elaborados. Sin duda repetiremos. Muy buen lugar, en buena zona con un servicio maravilloso y excelente relación calidad-precio.

2025 update, a change of owner or a revamp, complete redecoration and a stripped back more focused menu has delivered a great modern relaxed environment with excellent food, really enjoyed or pizza and pasta visited 3 times in 24 day vacation, lovely 👍 As regular visitors to Calpe over the last 20 years the Rusticana has been a regular.It has recently changed ownership but luckily the standars are still great.A slight tweak to the menus with more focus on the volume of pizza and pasta dishes,we visited twice and were very pleased with the pizza  and pasta dishes we had, all started with great salad to share.Good service and fair price keeps the Rusticana very much a favourite.

Very lovely place in the middle of Calpe, very friendly staff and food was prepared in pretty reasonable time, very large portion for a small price too! If you sit outside, do beware of the busy street right next to you, people walking between tables and the occasional loud vehicle. Other than that would definitely return!

The BEST PIZZA I’ve ever had! They have a real oven, LOVELY personnel and Laura who makes the pizza: best in the world. Service is great, atmosphere is exactly what you’re looking for. More than a pizzeria, a lot of choice from pastas and other dishes. We've ordered one pizza and one risotto. Dishes were excellent, staff very friendly and polite. They greeted us with a glass of champagne and tasty starter. They have also proposed something stronger on the house after we've finished eating, but we were driving :) Anyway, we left the place very satisfied, we were enjoying our time in this restaurant and highly recommend it:)

Cenamos muy bien, pero la ensalada de queso de cabra no tenia tomates cherry, sino unos trozos enormes de tomate y el aguacate era muy escaso, nada que ver con la foto que salia en la carta. Por lo demás todo muy bien y el camarero Holger en todo momento se mostró muy amable, correcto y servicial.

Quedamos muy contentos de esa Pizzería que lleva muchos años en Calpe ahora con este nuevo cambio de Look. pedimos 2 Pizzas y una Ensalada mixta. a pesar de que el restaurante estaba lleno por esas fechas de navidad los camareros se esforzaron a servirnos y eso se valora ! muy bien ! Volveremos. La Pizza de Salmón tenía muy buen sabor ! feliz año nuevo de los críticos hosteleros de Jávea.

We didn’t have to wait for a table and were welcomed promptly upon arrival. We ordered two pizzas — one with tuna and a Diavola along with spaghetti with aglio olio e peperoncino and spaghetti carbonara. Everything was delicious and full of flavour. If you’re looking for a true, authentic *carbonara*, this is definitely the right place! Spaghetti al dente , con il guanciale vero.. (no il solito bacon)...pieno di sapore e crocante !! The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Good pizza, really nice dough, could be a little less cheese but that's just my personal preference. We also had the mushroom risotto, big portion for sharing, great taste. Salads and spinach pastry starters were good. For dessert we had one of the cheese cakes in a jar. Would recommend to visit.

The food was ok (pizzas, jamón with mango), however the service wasn't friendly (zero smile, rude pressure on orders, lack of care and help in selection). Also we had to wait 45 min for food. These two elements impacted 4 not 5 stars.

Un sabor un poco agridulce. La pizza barbacoa, sabía mucho a tomate, personalmente le quitó mucho el sabor de la salsa barbacoa. La base de la pizza era como un poco blanda y era difícil de cortar y poder tomar con la mano. La rustica, siempre personalmente, sabía mucho a atún y no pude distinguir el resto de ingredientes. La de cuatro quesos muy buena. La atención del personal excelente en todo momento. Una cosa que me ha quedado en duda, y por no preguntar... En la carta aparece una pinta de cerveza. Las pintas que yo sepa, son de medio litro, y vino una copa de 33cl. Por lo demás todo bien, la carta de pizzas la veo un poco justa, pero habrá que dar oportunidad a otros platos. Editado: no soy mucho de debatir una respuesta, pero haré una excepción. El sabor "agridulce" lo decía en sentido literal, pues esperaba, como poco como la última vez que estuve. Si con mi reseña lo encuentras subjetivo... O me expreso mal, o no se ha leído bien lo que expreso. La mezcla de sabores en una barbacoa que no me sabe a eso? En fin..que el mismo derecho tengo de opinar que de leer la contestación, pero con esa forma de contestar, creo que no se me va a ver el pelo. Lo de la pinta? Hecho está, pero lo que se vende no es lo que se ofrece.

I usually really like this place, last time I ordered I pre-ordered on an app for delivery for lunch. It arrived on time, though the pizza dough on one side was 3 fingers tall, half cooked, my better half ordered a completely different pizza from mine, what we got was 2 pizzas that where the same except they put bbq sauce on one. Also there was so much mozzarella on it that we couldn’t taste anything else. A bit disappointing. I might give it a couple more shots and will update the review in case anything changes.

3 perros ladrando en la mesa de al lado. La sangria súper fuerte. Se piden 3 sprite para rebajarlo y la camarera se ríe. Las pizas no tienen sabor. Muy grandes y poco contenido. Una calor que no se puede estar. Sudando. No volver. Y no somos turistas.

Es una pena, han cambiado de dueños y han perdido su esencia. Hasta han quitado el trenecito del techo tan característico del local. Pizzas quemadas y pasta boloñesa difícil de comer. Jo era de mis restaurantes preferidos en Calpe, y eso que ha tenido otros cambios de dueños anteriormente, pero siempre ha aguantado y ha mantenido el nivel. Fuimos a cenar hace unos días y qué desilusión, la carta con poca variedad y con un incremento importante de precios. Con respecto a las bebidas, te cobran 2.20€ por 33cl de agua ... Pero lo peor es la comida, las pizzas estaban casi todas quemadas, una hasta la tuvimos que devolver porque literalmente no se podía comer. Y de sabor muy planas. Y la pasta boloñesa muy pasada,sin apenas salsa, y hecha con una carne de muy baja calidad. Éramos una mesa grande y todos tuvimos las mismas sensaciones con la comida. La atención fue buena eso sí, y la comida la sirvieron rápido, pero qué pena, después de más de 17 años yendo tengo que decir que no volveremos.😭

Si pudiera, le pondría un 0. Tardaron más de una hora en traernos la comida. Si no pueden con tantas mesas, que no las acepten o al menos que avisen de que la cena va a tardar tanto. Y lo peor: pedí pasta carbonara (la original, la que se hace con huevo que es la que aparecía en la carta) y me trajeron una pizza carbonara. Les indiqué el error y lo “solucionaron” trayéndome unos espaguetis con nata y bacon de supermercado, hechos con desgana. Nunca en mi vida he comido algo tan malo como ese plato. Se nota que echaron un brick de nata corriendo y un paquete de bacon de supermercado. Ni rastro de la carbonara original. Por suerte al menos tenían sal, porque no llevaban ni pimienta negra ni queso, ni absolutamente nada más. Para colmo, la atención fue nefastísima. Tuvimos que preguntar dos veces cuánto tardarían en traer la comida y la camarera nos ignoraba descaradamente. Una experiencia pésima de principio a fin. No vuelvo nunca más.

This used to be the best pizza in Calpe in 2023 and 2024. Unfortunately, everything has completely changed. The pizza we ordered today was ordinary, watery, and not tasty. It seems that after the renovation, the staff changed and the original recipes were lost. Also, the staff felt a bit pushy.
