I love Dairy Queen! Their food is so good! Today they got my order wrong but that's okay! They try really hard and I appreciate it!
Nice place to stop at and stretch your legs after driving along time.Close to Interstate 24 at Vienna. They have seating both indoors and outside. And you can never go wrong getting icecream .
Yes fast food is not the best for you. BUT this place does it right. The food is made well and not slapped together. Place was clean and hate that this was just a stop in a road trip and not in my town.
Terribly long line at 9 pm. Took nearly 30 minutes to get through. The girl who took our order was rude and refused to help a visually impaired person in our vehicle with the menu. Won't come here again.
Well Dairy Queen was a great place as well as always I don't usually all the food there but I do love that hot fudge sundaes and banana splits. Kiku go to Dairy Queen. For food are like me just good ice cream!
It's hard to have good fast food AND good customer service, but the Calvert City location consistently has both. I typically stop here for breakfast and I'm never disappointed. I have a friend from Paducah KY that passes two other Dairy Queens and continues to drive 20 miles to get to this location whenever he wants a DQ Ice Cream Cake. It is just a Dairy Queen, so I'm not suggesting you drive out of your way to have a romantic dinner here, but if you're hungry and are in the area, you can't go wrong with the Calvert City DQ!
All the employees where wearing masks and when one left and returned I watched him use hand sanitizer then grab glove and put them on before going to the kitchen. Our order was perfect and timely.
Friendly people, clean and appealing to the eye, and orders are correct! Service has always been correct, and the employees have gone above and beyond to make my children and niece happy!
The food was hot fresh and fast and the angel that took my payment gave my 15 yr old deaf female Pitbull a pup cup. Every company needs a positive personality like that. ❤️
The employees are GREAT!! I have a peanut allergy and when I order my vanilla shake, the employee's will wash & sanatise the equipment before making my order!! Great employees & I'm very thankful for the service each time we visit this location.
Stopped by while we were traveling. Asked for something that DQ used to make - caramel cannonball. The server "T", looked up the recipe and found that she had all of the ingredients. She made us the best blizzards we've had in a long time. Thank you for excellent customer service!
My family and I stopped here for dinner on the evening of the Eclipse (4/8/2024) Whether it be due to short staff or just an unexpected influx of people, they were extremely busy. However, all 3 of the employees at this location were absolutely AMAZING. They all kept calm, polite, and worked so hard in what was obviously a chaotic situation. I hope this location realizes that they have 3 hard working employees and truly appreciates them.
We visited yesterday and the staff went above and beyond for my allergy kid! They asked if they could help us decide what to get and when I mentioned my son had an allergy they offered to take apart and sanitize the machine so he could have a blizzard. He was so excited to be able to try a blizzard. It made his day and mine too! He said it was the best ice cream ever! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding!
I was trying to wash my hands after playing in the woods at LBL. Traffic was a real problem. At 40mph, the first set of rocks came out of my tires. The next 15 miles, i couldn't get over 50mph because of buck wheat Billy truck (toyota with a weed hanging out of it's front bumper like it was chewing on straw) kept on doing exactly the 45mph speed limit. This one particular rock was in my tire tread clicking away to the rhythm of a bluegrass tune, really fast. I digress, we needed to get to the Dairy Queen asap and order some of that delicious gravy, and fries to dip them in.( i look forward to this same way fat kids look at cake) We finally get to the luxurious Dairy Queen, heckers, yeah. My dreams are instantly crushed to see the lobby is temporarily closed, what a traumatic turn of events. With lbl dirt on my fingers and the devious rocks in my tire tread, we decided to use the drive-through and wash our hands at the majestic 5 star across the way. With hope restored in getting the gravy we, oh yeah, my wife is with me on this journey, we pulled up to the ordering station to deliver the good news. With great enthusiasm, a man asked me various questions to steer our conversation in the ways of convenient items that will be fresh and ready. Not gonna lie, I was getting excited, I ordered a 3 piece chicken basket with fries and gravy. As you probably know already, there is not a 3 piece chicken basket option, no worries folks, he talked me into a 6 piece. Being that I could have 3 tenders and so could my lady. Excellent negotiations on part of the gentleman speaking from the ordering box, the audio was crisp and clear, (he needs a raise) When it came time to handle drinks, we ordered a cotton candy blizzard. Never even seen one of these before. When the order was almost through, I requested extra gravy, because it's so dang good. We pull up to the window and receive the goods in record time, hot and fresh, the sir handling the blizzard even did a party trick before handing it over to me. He turned it upside down, and you know, he didn't even spill a drop, that's talented work right there. We had our dinner, mission 1 accomplished. It's time to wash the lbl dirt and enjoy this feast. That's when it all happened, I had clean hands and hot fries, 2 cups of gravy, I pulled the lid off of one container... seems a bit low on supply, and the cup even seems smaller. I take a chicken tender and attempt to dip it in. The gravy is too shallow to put an adequate amount on the crispy tender. I'm suddenly hit with despair, such a lonely feeling to have traveled so far with rocks in your tires and dirt in your hands, I couldn't belive it. I pulled a hot and golden fry from the banquet of the bundle. Still no way to secure the right amount of this precious gravy upon the fresh made fry. My heart sank to the bottom of my boots. My wife is getting impatient with me typing this review, so I better head on home and see if we can get these rocks out of my tires. I can only hope it goes better. I'll check in next week and see if I can properly dip the fries into the life source that is Dairy Queen gravy.
The best ice cream of all the Dairy Queens around. I don't know what they do different from the others but theirs is the best. All of their food is the best of all the DQs inbthe area, in my opinion.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat on way to work at the drive through. Burger was juicy and made as ordered. Overall good food and service despite a small mix up at the pay window.
I love all their food but the only think I don’t like is their “toast”. Every single time I get the chicken strip basket the toast is just the bread with butter not even hot or toasted. But if they fixed that they would have five stars.
The sundaes tasted delicious, but the presentation was definitely lacking. Also, I put in the order on the app from the parking lot, waited a few minutes, went inside, and the sundaes still hadn't been made. It didn't seem that busy when I was there nor did it seem understaffed. Maybe I have no idea? I suppose it's better than having melted ice cream.
Love dairy queen food is excellent every time I highly recommend
Didn't have my usual blizzard and was disappointed, I didn't go to my normal store so but I would have thought the blizzards would be the same no matter the state. Device was very slow.
Ordered a blizzard and a milkshake. Both were runny not thick. Milkshake was like strawberry milk. Will drive to Paducah next time!
If you’ve been to a Dairy Queen then you pretty much know what to expect when you choose to dine here. Average or below average food. The prices certainly don’t reflect the quality as it is priced higher than most of its main competitors but doesn’t have the food to support that.
Ice cream was good but waited in the drive thru for 22 minutes with only one car in front of us. I give them props for allowing people with vehicles too big for the drive thru to come inside and order.
Love their Butterfinger Blizzard, but at $8.55, for a large, it's close to pricing me out.
3 of us traveling south. We stopped in for lunch and almost walked out straight away.. I'm guessing they had a lot of new staff or the manager was micro managing everything.. short story.. it took a little longer than expected to order. Not too bad on delivery but it was in uncoordinated and some confusion on what was ordered.. my chicken strips spent way too much time in the frier. A burger came out with the meat cold and toppings hot. My blizzard was nice but smaller than expected..
The food was out quick, the cashier was super helpful and our food tasted good. It was an overall good experience. They seemed to be short staffed, but everyone was working hard. The main issues were that it wasn't very clean. The bathrooms smelled bad and looked dirty and a lot of the tables were dirty.
The food is always good but their dine in is almost never open and service is always slow even for 1-2 cars
Food was overcooked.came back for a second round cause wifey needed pretzels and they were hard as rocks and cheese seemed old.it was close to closing time and can understand a little.but not that they had me waiting for 10 min im only car then shorted me on a order.ordered 4 orders and got 2 hard and 1 fresh.ans 1 short.
Burgers are ok. As good as any other fast food. Was really looking forward to the fried mushrooms but they stopped carrying them. Will be a long time before I come back
Blizzards not mixed very well. All ingredients in top half of ice cream. They have changed there hamburger buns which I don't care for myself. Really liked their hamburgers before that.
The burgers weren't the greatest. The burger was dry and the bun tasted stale. They had no ranch, and barely any Blizzard flavors - which was the main reason for going here!!!
Forgot the ketchup I asked for which generally wouldn't be as big of a deal but the fries tasted terrible! Definitely one of the lower end dairy Queen's I've ever been to.
Went there today for breakfast at 9:15 am sign said open 8 am till 8 pm. I was first inline at the drive thru, then four other cars pulled in behind me. I guess they didn't have enough employees to run the store. No note or anything.
There are very few places to eat in the area on Sunday afternoons, so I’ll keep going, but the extremely slow service at this particular location, uncharacteristic for a Dairy Queen, is very disappointing. Hope you have an extra 15-20 minutes to wait for your order (even if it’s a very small one.)
First time eating anything besides ice cream at a Dairy Queen and most likely my last. Incredible mediocrity across the board. Extremely dry burger, could have used triple the amount of ketchup and mustard. And for being called DAIRY QUEEN, you all sure don't understand what comprises an adequate cheese serving....one slice of cheese on a double burger, WHY??? And the cheese sauce for my pretzel sticks was only half full. Way to do just the bare minimum and absolutely no more.
Staff had an attitude. One lady who came from the kitchen finally gave us our meal.
Our burgers were cold and gross! We also ordered a dipped vanilla ice cream cone, and they forgot to give it to us at the window. They wouldn’t open the window back up after giving us our burgers. So we waited patiently, but no one came back. We honked twice, and they still didn’t open up… No one came back to the window! So we had to go back around the drive through to ask them to make our ice cream.
Went to the drive through. Ordered a chicken strip basket and a small blizzard. I did add 2 strips to the order. Total price was outrageous at over $14! The fries were soggy. The chicken was ok. Who ever heard of a fast food meal costing over $14?
I watched the cashier touch customers' food. To be fair, she was checking on the accuracy of the order, but she didn't have on gloves and didn't wash her hands after touching the register. She hadn't touched my food because it was in clear plastic, so I ate it. The food wasn't bad for fast food. No one was rude and the service was faster than last year.
Just went n got a $7 banana split! Hardly any whip cream n they put hard shell butterscotch topping on it n hardly any hot fudge ....I'm thinking REALLY? What happened to the traditional BANANA SPLIT?? I'm VERY disappointed in how the businesses I use to brag on are doing such SORRY business anymore ....GEESH! I ordered a banana split not a hard shell cone! And I paid plenty should have gotten what I ordered ....
Out of large cups, no plastic knives, the fries were inedible, the card machine by the takeout window broke, and the server very overworked and rude!! To the owner. Skip responding..just fix your business.
Had my wife pick me up dinner here since I'm at work, and when she brought it here, it was completely wrong. Instead of a 4-piece chicken strip basket, it was a 2-piece, and not only was I charged for a full meal that I didn't receive, but I also had an extra gravy that I paid for that was only filled probably a quarter of the way full, and so was the gravy that came with it. I'm speaking for all people when I say this, and I'm sure you all have heard it plenty: get it together. I would like a refund for my meal that I didn't receive. I was not left with a receipt, so that's on you all, but my name is Chris Prater, and I have ID to prove I am who I say I am. This is getting ridiculous. It's not even a busy night, and you still have people who have been there for years who don't know how to do their jobs properly.
Food was good. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Not by just 1 employee but 2. Looked to be high schoolers and were rude as could be.
So I’m curious, if the place is short handed and was not going to open until 4:00pm then why has four people entered and exited the back door three times in a half hour when the lobby is closed and maybe two to five vehicles in the drive thru in the same amount of time ? It’s now 4:10 lobby door still not open unlike what the piece of paper on the door indicated, poor elderly couple at the lobby door waiting and knocking no response!!! Finally the door open the girl hold the door open but when I get there the door is locked, soon after the crowd leave, they are so over worked they are back outside taking a break, meanwhile the men’s bathroom is out of soap, curious where the employees wash there hands, floor sticky from soda dropped on the floor I’m guessing from the day earlier because it was t in the 15 minutes I was present, yes you could say I’m a little crabby !!!
Went through the drove through and honestly from the moment we pulled up it was negative. Also the door was locked for in dining experience.
Several hours on the road and just wanted a burger and relax. When I got to my hotel down the road the burger was cold, then noticed the green moldy bun it was served on. Tossed it in favor of some noddles.
customer service at this location sucks. guy who was working the window (like mid 40’s, wearing glasses) is extremely hateful for no reason. pretty sure he was on high on something.
Did not enjoy the overcooked onion rings and chicken tenders. Fish sandwich had withered lettuce on it and smelled bad. Best tasting thing was the Sprite.
First you walk in and the place smells like rotting fish, the floor was so sticky I literally almost fell because my shoes stuck to the floor and their air conditioning was out. Our food was ok but our ice cream was melted before they even gave it to us. Trash was over flowing in the bathrooms all the tables where dirts. This place need some help! 6-16-19
It was horrible. When we ordered our food the young gentlemen had friends come in and use foul language in front of my 4 year old and 9 year old then after waiting on our food it was all wrong they got our order mixed up because he was messing around with his friends. It was a horrible experience. Will never go back there it only got one star because I couldnt post if I didnt give one.
We camp close to this Dairy Queen and it has been my go to place BUT this past week they had no Oreos for the blizzard one day and then I went back few days later and there was no ice cream. How do you run out of Oreos and ice cream at a Dairy Queen very disappointed.
My neighbor and I went to Dairy Queen in Calert City,Ky. tonight. We go there at least once a week. I placed my order and tried to pay with a $10 bill to be told they woud not accept it. Because it did not have the strip in it. The older bills dont. I cancelled my order and will not go back as i was made to feel like a criminal. Yes I had a debit card but if they can not take my money they dont need my business.
Pending 28.00 and get home and stuff left out of my order. I had had this problem before. Called and told them they said let them know next time and I did and got home and that order was wrong stuff left out. So I don't think I will go back to the Greenville dq again
Worst dairy queen in the area. Avoid this place like the plague.
Doors locked on a Monday afternoon. I called. The employee said it was for the customers own good. There were only 2 people working.
Young employees and no manager around makes for very poor service, the employees were not organized and they couldn't figure out who was supposed to be doing what, wait on Icecream in the restaurant for almost 20 minutes, and it was not even busy.
We travel a lot...this is the worst restaurant we have ever went to. If I could give a zero rating, I would. The employees were very rude. Drive thru employee smarted off to me when she handed me an orange juice and I simply said ..."I ordered a sweet tea." She said, "I couldn't understand a word you were saying," then she comes back and says, "To be fair the orange juice is cheaper than your ice tea!" No smiles, just anger. They obviously didn't want to be there this morning. We will not be bavk..
Always a long wait in the drive-through not very courteous service, and today while going through the drive-through was told the store was out of sweet tea I then said just the burger and fries then I was told I couldn’t order just the burger and fries I had to get some kind of drink. .I do not drink carbonated drinks I drink sweet tea. I do not drink carbonated drinks I drink sweet teaI was then told I could not order the fry’s without a drink, So I then drove off and I will not be back
Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and no tp. The girls working there didn't seem to care. Still not attended to before we left. Brought our food with no gloves. Wanted to charge for ranch after I ordered cheese curds.
One of the worst Dairy Queens I have ever been in. There was trash outside and trash in the doorway. The doors were filthy the bathroom was nasty. The dining room looked like it hadn't been swept all day. The food was not cooked to order. It was old. The fries had been sitting for a while. The drink machine was nasty and you stuck to the floor in front of it. The only reason they get a one star is because the ice cream was good.
Very unprofessional people. Dining area was very dirty, employees using profanity, food was not good. From reading other recent reviews the owner is not concerned because it seems to be an ongoing practice at this location. Ate here consistently until Covid shut things down and the store was usually clean and very polite people. This was my first visit since and I will probably not return. Hate to see something good ran into the ground.
Got the meal I ordered but also ask for 3 Ranch & 3 Honey Mustard dipping sauce when in drive-thru & also again @ window ! The employees are so useless they couldn't get it right either time ! They sure can push can push the buttons on those phones & never miss a word but when their getting paid to do a job they become useless ! Gotta love the direction this world is headed ! I'll just go to Zaxbys or Chic-Fil-A or others their chicken is much better anyway !
Dear Owner, I will not be back again, this is unacceptable, cold food, wrong drink, this is the third time this location has done this to me, quality control here is non existence, what happened to this location??? It use to be so good. 😡👎
Absolutely disgusting! I spent $70 on dinner for my kids and i and the only part of anyones meal that was edible was the blizzards. The queso was literally like glue. The cheese curds and chicken strips were soggy and we didn't get our gravy. I'll never visit this location again
The cheeseburgers were not made how we asked, and you could tell they had been made for quite a while. The cheese wasn't even melted. We asked for chocolate malts. Honestly it was more like a vanilla milk shake. They get one star because the fries were good.
I've been here three times and everytime I'm disappointed with my food. My orders are simple and when I call them to say my order is messed up not only do they not apologize, they also make excuses. This time they told me it's my fault my order was wrong and to order it differently next time..... I ordered a blizzard with extra peices in it. I got charged for that. What I actually got was a cup of plain icecream with nothing in it.
This is at least the 4th or 5th time we have ordered food from this Dairy Queen since summer started. All 4/5 times the food was not good, and was cold. All 4/5 times they did not get the order correct. The entire crew has been teenagers, who seem more concerned with each other or their phones than service and their job. We have been disappointed for months, but we will not be disappointed any longer, because we will not frequent this restaurant again. Apparently the former times we have returned food, or completed a review, it was ignored by the management. There are plenty of other places to eat in this particular area and we will take our wallets to any of those establishments in the future. The cheeseburgers across the street at the service station are sitting under a warmer and are usually better.
The lady on the drive through speaker was very rude, and the boy who handed us our items, well I should say shoved our items in our face, slammed the window as we left. My shake is watery with no flavor, my sons chicken tenders were cold, and my daughters blizzard was wrong AFTER they repeated it to us. Terrible experience for someone who is coming from out of state.
The door was locked 2hours before actual closing time, we tried drive thru, and sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for a single meal and a single drink
Parking lot is full of trash, entry doors and flooring are filthy. I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the food prep areas if the most visible public areas are so unkept. Ordered only a drink and left as quickly as possible.
Absolutely unacceptable! I have given this location chance after chance. After my last visit I will not be back. Food was terrible. It was cold, the fries were cold and soggy, the lettuce on my burger was brown and nasty, my soda was flat, and they charged me $1 for 1 small thing of ranch dressing. I will not be back.
First time I've ever been to a dairy queen that "couldn't serve ice cream"
“Temporarily Closed” read a paper scrawl upon on the door. “Out of ice cream” yet again. This DQ location has repeatedly run out of ice cream in recent years. There is a new DQ location at Princeton KY off I-69 that is cleaner, offers better service, and manages to maintain an appropriate inventory of Dairy products. The Calvert City DQ location is an utter embarrassment to Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway, and the Dairy Queen management team.
Been going the past 3 days. There is vehicles there yet never get a response on the speaker it's cool though. My business can go elsewhere. Just an absolute unbelievably unprofessional establishment
Half my order was missing and the other half was cold. They had so many cars pull around front to wait for their orders that it caused chaos. I don't typically leave bad reviews because I work in the service industry as well and I know stuff happens but you can tell staff is undertrained/doesn't care
If I could give this place a negative zero I would. I don't know if there's never an adult around in there or if they're all kids and they don't know what to do or what. But common sense would tell anybody to have the person in the front of the line that is waiting on food to move completely up out of the way of the traffic behind them so they can get out. Not everybody is ordering food that they have to wait for, some of us just wanted to get an ice cream cone and be on our way. That's not the case. So the guy in the front takes a lot of responsibility also no common sense whatsoever just sat there and held up everybody else while he's waiting for his food. All about him. And when we finally got there to the window they didn't even know what we had ordered and we just said forget it we were done. I don't know if we'll come back anymore or not this isn't the first time this has happened and whoever is running the place or owns the place must not care much about it or they would do better training. Whenever you are working a window at a drive-thru you should make it clear to the person that has to wait on their food to pull completely up out of the way of the other traffic. That's just common sense. I would just like to add that I've been reading the responses to the reviews and they are all the same and they've been going on for many months. When you're having this many negative reviews for that many months don't you think you ought to do something about it?!
The SLOWEST supposed "fast food" eatery I've ever been to. The food is good. I waited 30 minutes in a drive thru you cannot pull out of for three single cheeseburgers, three chili dogs and two fries.
Stopped by Sunday afternoon for ice cream. We weren't sure if they were open..you can't tell anymore. A young girl was standing at the counter, but never spoke to us, just walked off. We stood waiting to order when finally a woman from the kitchen asked if we had been waited on, and came to take our order. My husband said to the young girl that she doesn't talk much, and she said, " It's my second day."!!! Got to be the worst DQ!
Manager is doing great job but kid behind counter couldn't hear half of what he said then told another employee that they was out of ketchup in the pump instead of replacing the ketchup he looked at it and walked away didn't even refill it
I came into the drive thru and ordered food and it was wrong. I called back the next day and they said a manager would call me and one never did. So I came back today to get it remade and the manager was very rude, she came to the window and snatched my phone with the receipt on it and tried to say I was lying. I told her it’s fine if you can’t replace it and she said “Pull to one” and slammed the window. I was very polite and I’m a manager myself at McDonald’s I couldn’t imagine talking to my customers like that. 0/10 will not return. Would rather go to draffenville and waste more gas.
This is to add to my first review. With literally one scoop, you can see the bottom of the cup. Start filling the cup up with gravy. That's what I pay for instead, im being robbed by the lack of having a work ethnic or caring for customers. Btw there's the 2 chicken strips in the background when I order a 4 piece, I don't see how yall are still up in running. Yall have messed up my order every time I come through
We went to this dq during a long day of traveling and had to wait 20 minutes for our food inside while they only served the drive through.
The cupcake didn't have any fudge in it. And the hot fudge sundae barely had any hot fudge on it. Both of the Frozen treats were lacking in the fudge department.
Guess napkins cost extra, didn't get my drink gave me the wrong sandwich, il spend my money elsewhere lol
Came by today and got a lg hot fudge milkshake and a small chocolate milkshake and a pup cup. We usually go to Benton and Draffenville Dairy Queen. Everytime we order this at those places its around $9.54. Calvert DQ total was $10.47. No big deal, few cents difference. We get up to window for our stuff. Employee is trying to take our money and talking on their cell phone and laughing with whoever. Very unprofessional. Then we get our stuff and the LG hot fudge milkshake ended up being just a chocolate shake. The pup cup was in a very small black condiments container instead of the clear plastic ones that Benton and Draffenville give us. If the employee wouldn't have been on their phone then maybe they would have gotten our order right.
Horrible. Pulled up at 8:28 suppose to close at 9:00 and told they had no food. Wouldn’t even sale ice cream.
First time we went they didn’t put the sauce we asked for in the bag thought we would try it again but this time was worse they didn’t have no sauce no ranch or buffalo was trying to order a coke and was told no coke ,sprite no sodas in general one of the girls who works there was on register eating fries
Worst DQ in Kentucky. Service is terrible. Wait time is ridiculous. Employees are rude. Had to wait in line, at the speaker mind you, for over 10 minutes, just for some rude girl to come on and tell me they couldn't make a blizzard. Not the first time its happened here but the last time we will go. Just shut the store down.
We understand that you didn’t have chicken because of the shipment. So we ordered two bacon cheeseburger meals. And I’ve had multiple people who ordered after us get their food. Unfortunately, this is right on par with all the other one star reviews.
Unfortunately two nights in a row the same worker, a girl with dark hair in a ponytail, in the drive thru was very rude, and the second night the ice cream wasn’t working. We came back the second night, thinking we just caught the girl on a bad day, but she was just as rude the second night. We felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
I will not be coming back here I waited almost 30 minutes for my food I'm walking to the counter asking where was that cuz I want people came in after me got their food she asked if this bag was a mobile order they did not no that was my food sitting up there for about 30 minutes. I'm nice and I hate complaining but I'm not waiting another 30 minutes for my food I just won't be coming back and I'll be leaving to review for others to see
Went through the drive thru and it was busy so I didn’t mind the wait. When we ordered at the speaker the guy just kept saying “ANYTHING ELSE” after everything that was said. We ordered a cookie dough blizzard and miss stated and called it a blast and the guy said a what!! Like Jesus you don’t have to be rude it was a mistake. And at the window he was rude as well. Definitely not a good experience felt rushed.
We came through drive through and the mexican girl that waited on us was very rude and wouldn't even let us order without cutting us off. So we finished the rest of our order at the windows. She gave us our food and both biscuits and gravy meals were all over the bag. The 2 1 inch long chicken tenders that my 6 year old grandson ordered was thrower in the bottom of the bag covered in gravy. Her attitude sucked and I will not be back there again. The food and service was not worth what we had to pay for the sloppiest food ever. You need to give the girl an attitude adjustment! Very unprofessional!!!
Used to love going to Dairy Queen. But from now on we will not go back unless it’s for ice cream. The food has taken a terrible turn. This makes the fourth or fifth time that we have ordered food and received food made incorrectly or the quality is absolutely awful. One visit I had ordered onion.m rings with a chicken strip basket and didn’t receive the onion rings but was charged for them. They also didn’t have gravy which was understandable to me because it was later and getting close to closing time. This time I went to order for my family. W all got chicken strips except our youngest who got a cheeseburger only ketchup. Extra gravy with the baskets. When we got home and opened our food we had only pickles on the burger. Two milks instead of a milk and a sprite. The gravy at first glance looked like just milk. Upon further inspection we found that at the bottom of the container was the think buildup of what is supposed to be the gravy. Pictures attached so you can see what I’m talking about. When I called to let the employee know she said they made the gravy on the microwave rather than how they’re supposed to. I get it equipment breaks down but tell someone that when they’re ordering heavy. And a note that I am never the person to call and complain at a restaurant. People have bad days and make mistakes but this is just too consistent and food that I would never dream of serving someone. They need new management or new employees that will serve better food. Maybe they need to pay better. I don’t know but the quality in food has seriously declined. Up until the last few months I’ve never had a complaint when ordering from there.
Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. “General manager” is super unprofessional. Food is cold and gross and matches the trashy staff. Chili cheese dog was ice cold the cheese wouldn’t even melt, ended up throwing the other one away. Traveling to Florida from Illinois I figured the DQ would be better in a bigger town and state, absolutely 100% not.
Very disrespectful people. I will not be back at this place at all!!! The little teenybop kids are very rude.i brought my family in to eat dinner and have some ice cream. This kid was very rude. Another thing I had to make her recount the money and show her how to subtract. 20.00 -13.78= is 6.22 not 8.22
