A true local gem in Rockaway Beach that really impressed me! Vinny who is one of the owners actually served us for our meal! Everything we ordered was so delicious as all items are made to order! We will keep tis one on our radar whenever we visit our family in Brooklyn!!! The only thing you should know is on certain days they have a DJ playing old school dance music (Disco) which I love, but was quite loud. You might want to call and ask their schedule if you want to have a quiet meal that I promise will not disappoint!!!

This is was an experience of authentic Italian cuisine. I truly enjoyed this pizza! For at home, delivery service, break out the good china & aged wine to complete the vibe. You’ll absolutely love the flavor & texture of his New Yorker…AND as for the Four Cheese Pie…🫠. Olive lovers, you’re in for a treat!! Full disclosure, I DO NOT eat pepperoni pizza…this ISN’T your regular pepperoni pie 😋. Looking forward to having a Rocco’s dining experience. Stay tuned…

My family and I had them most wonderful meal!!! Lauren our waitress is amazing!! Great personality and very knowledgeable of the menu selections and offered us great options, which was spectacular. We will be back, especially when my son is not on a vegan fast!! Lol!

So, after a few years of following Rocco’s via social media I was able to finally eat there yesterday as I needed to pick up a my wife from JFK Airport. I went with my two children ages 6/4 and myself. The staff were beyond excellent with the children, they will make you feel as if you’re at a family members house having dinner. If you’re concerned about kid friendly they made all of us feel like we were part of the family from the minute we stepped in until we walked out of the door. Rocco’s exceeded all my expectations from the food, to the service and ease of parking in the immediate area (it is paid, or valet offered by Rocco’s) The food was phenomenal, I walked in believing I knew what I was going to order until they showed me the daily specials then that went out the window. We ended up ordering the meatball appetizer (must try), mozz sticks which were for the kids but they paid the dad tax very good handmade mozzarella sticks. We also ordered the New Yorker Pizza one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, perfect under carriage, no flop, phenomenal flavor in the sauce everything about it was on point. Then for dinner we tried the chicken special I forget the exact name of the dish at the moment but it reminded me of a mix between a francese/piccata sauce but very creamy full (sorry no other way to word it) sauce with an artichoke on top, 10/10. We also had chicken parm with rigatoni in a vodka sauce as my 4 year old would not take no for an answer for what she calls the orange sauce pasta, it was top notch as well. We finished the dinner off with some handmade ice cream amazing, if the hazelnut is there try it and washed it down with some espresso for me at least, the kids had a Shirley temple to put away all the food. Again I couldn’t say it enough if you are in the area, or willing to travel for good food this is a must add it to your list and stop in. See attached photos, quality isn’t the best sorry tried handling a 6 year old and 4 year old at dinner solo. From our experience last night anyone who gave this place a bad rating is full of you know what, or a hater on the business because they did not miss on anything. Food/service/etc everything all top notch. Wish it was closer to us we would be regulars.

This authentic Italian restaurant is probably one of the best kept secrets on N.Y C. ,and Long Island.I thank the TV show,Brindiamo ,for giving me the heads up about this place.The owners have assembled a truly high quality staff from gracious Chef Bruno, formerly of Il Mulino Chelsea and their master Pizzaiola ,Angelo.Their Servors certainly contribute positively to the dining experience as well. All of their pastas are made fresh,and their entrees reminds one of what you would expect in the finest restaurants in Italy.The colossal Veal Valdostano was one of the best I ever tasted. Their pistachio cannoli is unforgetable.I can almost give a guarantee that you will very happy to have experienced this gem of a restaurant.

I’ve been to Rocco’s multiple times and the food and service have always been consistently amazing! I recently went to celebrate an occasion with my family, and everything was absolutely chef’s kiss. Our server Loren was Incredibly attentive, hilarious, and made the whole experience feel fun and comfortable. If you find yourself at Rocco’s, the spicy rigatoni with the thin and crispy chicken cutlet is my go-to and I 100% recommend it. Can’t wait to come back again!

Just celebrated my daughter’s confirmation at the new party room in Rocco’s. Everything was perfect! From Joanne decorating the room for us to the pastry chef creating a fabulous cake for my daughter. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! This is the spot if you want authentic Italian food in Queens, NY. Everything is made from scratch with love. The host Joanne is great. Vinny the chef is amazing, he really knows his craft. Its nice to see a chef walk to the tables and introduce himself and gets to know his costumers. Liz the waitress attends to all of your needs and makes you feel at home. The restaurant workers work like a team . I drive from CT to pick up family in Brooklyn to eat here. I am amazed every time I eat here. Try the specials on the menu you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is always excellent. Best spot for Italian food in Queens, NYC. Everytime i go its like being home. Vinny makes you feel like family. Try the spicy rigatoni and the porchetta.

We ended up in Rockaway Beach, NY on a spontaneous family trip (from Windsor Ontario 🇨🇦), eager to soak in anything New York — and wow, did we stumble upon a gem! If you’re in the area, do not miss this place. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was pure warmth. The staff treated us like long-lost cousins — friendly, funny, and full of personality (accents and all!). It honestly felt like we’d walked into a scene from a great New York movie. The tablet menu with food photos was a fun touch — who doesn’t love seeing what they’re about to eat? We asked Michael to surprise us and choose our dinner, and he nailed it. Every bite was delicious. Oh, and the dirty martini? Absolutely the best — trust me, get one. We had such a great time, we went back the next night. Big thanks to Marco for the amazing service round two. Also very kid-friendly and close to our hotel, which made everything super easy. If you’re craving that true New York Italian restaurant experience, this spot is a must. Don’t miss out!⛱️🇮🇹

Straight out of the kitchen from southern Italy. Rocco brought the love to America. Joanne, the owner will come to your table with an iPad and digitally show in full detail all the beautiful displayed dishes she has to offer. In the back of the restaurant, there’s an option where the roof can retract and you could have dinner under the sun or the stars depending on what time of the day you go.Next door they have a hidden classy dining,Party room behind the gelato display. They have a full bar with special drinks and the music made it feel like you were in a party of your own. They offer delivery service as well. Pedro was our waiter,he was awesome. The place was very busy and yet he had the time to come over to the table quite often to make sure everything was good with us.
