Fast drive thru service, 10 cars in less then 5 minutes. I'm impressed, however I wanted my order up sized. And she gave me a medium, next time turn on your beltone.

Boyfriend & I ran in to grab shamrock shakes since they’re back, staff was so nice! We tossed our receipt so I cannot remember the name of our cashier but he was so pleasant so just wanted to shout him out that he was great!

Had the double QPC. It was made perfectly! So juicy and flavorful. Fries were hot and fresh, maybe a bit salty for me. Even though it was 12:30pm I ordered and got my good fast and it was busy!

Hot fresh food. There is a little bit of a wait during peak times, which is not surprising. I normally do curbside now and it is much faster than the drive-thru. Employees are always friendly and they do a great job of keeping everything clean.

Service & quality of food was outstanding! Double quarter pounder with cheese was juicy not dried out, fries were spot on not burnt, golden brown and delicious! Quick turnaround time going through the drive thru. Well worth the time, money spent.

This McDonald's delivers meals to your table when dining in. The staff was super friendly and helpful in suggesting low calorie options. They even volunteered to make special veggie only items. Looks like there will soon be an ordering kiosk there as well.

I don't usually review fast food places but I certainly visit them more than I should (don't tell my wife). I had to talk about this particular location. The staff was really good. The person taking my order was smiling, looked me in the eye, and took her job seriously. Also, the place c was super clean. I usually look at the floor around where they prep the food in places like this to see if it's filthy or clean. This place c was clean. I'd have given a shout out to the staff person but she didn't have a name tag on. Well done.

This location is great! So fast and fresh food every time i’ve come. Fairmount is closer but they are the slowest location I’ve ever been to. Worth the drive to Camillus.

Always friendly. Food is always hot. Fries need salt though as they often come out bland (in French fry standards). Otherwise always a solid place to stop.

My go to sandwich is a Mcdouble, no ketchup, extra mustard, add Mac sauce. This Mcdoos would be a 5 star of you could customize the order like that at the touch screen board. If you can do it at the register, you should be able to do it there. Otherwise the place is clean with friendly staff and has low drive through times.

A very new design for a Mc D's. For being in such a snug space, they have various seating, very nice staff, and some unexpectedly comfortable chairs. Not my usual experience at this chain, and all for good reason. This store also now has a screen you can order your food from instead of the counter of you wish!

Good food but slow service. The person at the mic/ ordering speaker took a bit of time to answer. Line was a bit slow. I recommend going inside if there is a long line.

Pulled right up to order and a girl kept stopping and walking away after asking for our order, I pulled up to a second window that was open and no one was there. Pulled up to the next one and told them what happened and two girls started arguing and walked away. My husband wanted me to drive off but I said give it a second.The manager Eric came to the window was very nice, he apologized for the inappropriate behavior. He was very professional and handled our entire order and gave us extra fries and cookies. Thank you. We will be back because of him.

Atrocious service, lol. Every single order was missing multiple things. No questions asked about replacements and the manager/supervisor was very nice. Lots of employees on “break” eating pizza. But no hassles about our kids and the food was consistent so overall not bad. Frustrating that every single order was messed up. But they have a play place, so we’ll be back!

As every mc Donalds, you know what you get, no surprises and no dissatisfaction. Just good as you expect from mc Donalds.

Sadly, the inside was a mess. Soda spilled all under a table on the floor. The back seating area by restrooms was a mess. Trays, napkins all left on tables. Sadly, this is a mess left by customers, but an employee walked out of the restroom and looked at the mess, and kept on going. The cashier, young man, who delivered our food to us, was very pleasant.

Extremely slow service. Got our order wrong twice and they can not make a good cup of coffee. Very bitter and strong. I asked for a mocha hot late...no mocha in the cup...not worth my time or money.

The cashier knew her pricing was rude about it. When addressed about no bacon the just added the bacon to sandwich to an already cold bu then sandwich then reheated with veggies on it. We probably won't go back

I would have given five stars if my order was ever right 3 days in a row my kids didn't get their order right it's not that difficult to count out chicken nuggets I will however say everyone that works there is very pleasant and we got our order really fast that's why you're getting three stars

Food was decent, although a bit pricey. Furthermore, a particular member of the staff ( of whom I know not the name, nor can I recall their features) was rather rude to us. After a mere minute or so, they insisted that we either bought food or left. Now, I fully understand this policy, yet she was extremely rude about it. Besides, it's McDonald's. If you're not going there for food, why would you ever want to go there? In comparison to other fast food chains I've been to recently, I think Wendy's fares far better. The prices can mostly be around the same, for instance the 4 for $4 can be compared to the two cheeseburger meal. Don't confuse yourself though, the 4 for $4 is much better (and cheaper). In addition, the last three times I have been to Wendy's, each employee I interacted with smiled and treated me as a customer, not a burden. The last time, an employee noticed that I happened to be alone, and actually talked to me and offered a hidden deal for a free frosty. That's what I call helpful staff. I've had no such experience with McDonald's, nor do I expect one in the future. If you only care of food, you'll be fine here. Just don't expect the majority of workers to have any heart in what they do.

Kids love it but it needs to be cleaned!! The play area is bad! Thats been thst way for momths its like no 1 cleans it! Im scared at times to let my kids go in their! They say its hot in their. We all no germs live that! Just saying

Whoever makes the iced mochas there during the day needs to be retrained. When I order them in the morning they're fine. But once it's lunchtime, every time I order them then, the mochas hardly have any mocha sauce. Mocha literally means chocolate. Why is my drink pale white when it's supposed to be brown? There was more chocolate sauce on the lid than there was in the drink.

Employee taking the drive thru orders had a really bad attitude for no reason. If you hate your job that bad quit don't take it out on customers. Service 75% of time is slow.

Quality of food and service has drastically decreased in the course of a year. Staff is sometimes rude. Gets my order wrong 95% of the time. Meat is often uncooked.

Having a rough morning. Want a steak egg and cheese bagel. Went through drive thru. First I’m given the wrong bad of food. Had to pull ahead and wait for mine to be remade. Get bag, running late now. Leave. Ten minutes later I find out my bagel is now a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin 😖

Came in this morning and every table was dirty. The self touch screen was filthy. Upon receiving our food which was good I need silverware went to the front counter and the staff couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge me. When the manager walked around the corner instead of asking me if I needed anything he stared at me and then when I realized he was waiting for to say something I asked for silverware. You have time to stand around and joke and the place is filthy you have time to clean. The only reason I’m giving a two star is the food was right and good.

Employees packaged food in a difficult way so when we tried to pass it out to the correct people at the car an order of french fries fell all over the parking lot. When we went back in and explained what happened they charged for the second order of fries even though it was in part because they had too much in the bag and we had to dig under the fries to get to the other food.

Not good. The self order idea has never worked. I ordered and wanted to pay cash. It told me to then pay at the regester??????? The girl at the counter waited on two people who came in AFTER me first. Than told me my order didn't go through even thought the machine gave me a receipt??? Pain in th a**. Third time something when wrong. Too many other places to eat. Will not be back.

10/21/25 7pm This place has gone downhill so much its sad. I waited 3 mins for whoever to figure out how to do a plain cheeseburger with extra pickles. After I waited 2 mins I was told they couldn't even do that. Regardless wasn't a huge order. I recieve my food for half of it to not be in my bag. Now I am inside. Not one, not two but THREE of the workers looked right at me and couldnt even acknowledge me. I had to yell twice excuse me can someone come to the counter to help us in line. What takes 10 minutes took me a total of 30 minutes. Also this was not at a busy time or night. There is absolutely no excuse for ignoring paying customers. The new rebuild is the excuse and its a poor one when 3 people literally looked right at me. I will NEVER in my life come back to this McDonald's.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I have been too. Tried to use the app 3 times only to have them tell me it doesn’t work. Lost 6,000 points because I tried to use my converted points. I’d go to fairnount and skip this one.

So we take an order waited like 10-15 mins the girl never came to any of the windows prolly only 1 person working so who knows if she just ran off to the bathroom or was working by herself you can’t have 1 person work or 2 it’s just not convenient!. Don’t open on thanksgiving if you can’t give us an order? So we never got our food and we dipped the drive thru no one was there. Besides an suv and that girl at the building working.

Waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Cashier never greeted me, just stood there waiting for me to order. Took 23 minutes to get 2 Happy Meals. Trash cans were fulll, floor was dirty and no napkins anywhere.

I thought I saw Donald trump at first but it was the new GM I’m assuming. Not nice at all, rushed us and not polite. Seemed like it was her first day. Food was cold.

For the most part I don't complain about fast food restaurants but, the picture says it all. This happened at this particular McDonald's and when I requested another sandwich the manager was very sarcastic and could you make his sandwich nice and pretty this time. Everytime I come to this mcdonald’s i either end up with messed up food or waiting 20 minutes..random white sauce on my bacon egg and cheese sandwhich? Bagel was barely even toasted. Pretty gross, just tossed it out, will definitely start going to the other mcdonald’s down on west genesee.

Every time we go there we are always short something at Camillus McDonald's. A burger. A chicken sandwich. This time no honey mustard. Will no longer be going there. Oh and by the way 75% of the time the code for a deal never works. This place is a joke. Poor management and workers with poor attitudes.

They can't handle it when you order something with nothing on it. Avoid this place if you have any food allergies because they will not get your order right regardless of time of day.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since they opened atleast once a week, I live up the street. Every single time my order comes out wrong and I’m harassed by the staff for trying to correct it even tho it sais it correctly on the receipt. That’s even if the food comes out decently and not over cooked. I’ll just drive to fair mount, never again camillus McDonald’s you’ve lost my business.

1 star for the night crew. Everytime I go there at night the food is always a container of grease to the point where the buns of the burger is completely soaked in grease. Then the burgar looks like it was literally thrown in the cardboard box and the large fry looks like a small. People are really rude and have attitudes when you order something. I refuse to go to the fairmount ny location anymore.

Took 10 minutes for the all to say my one cup was ready, when it was it wasn’t there. Had to ask for a cup. Both kiosks are broken, workers are rude. Currently waiting for one more thing, it’s been 15 minutes.

I can't express how horrible this McDonald's is... So far there have been at least 5 times were I get out the parking lot or get home and my burger has no burger in it... Just a bun n ketchup. Absolutely horrible check your order before u leave the window!!

They are not letting in middle schoolers/high schoolers without and adult. Kids will go there after school to hangout with friends and just chill but they claimed that kids were smoking in the bathrooms but yet to show the proof, which they claim the have. Kids can only order food then are forced to leave the McDonald's. It is not fair to the kids who are good, kick the kids that they caught smoking out, since they say they have footage of them, but don't take it out on kids who just want to chill and be with friends and eat some food. I will go somewhere else from now on if me and my friends want to eat somewhere after school.

This McDonald's is not kept clean, the foods I have experienced there R always well below a minimum standard. I am assuming that this is a "TIP DOWN" Problem which begins with the Franchise?

Today was the worse service and i attend this restaurant every day before work they got my sandwich wrong and when i gave back to manager on duty he stated that i didnt say that i didnt want cheese so they fixed sandwich again second time they added ham dont eat pork so twice they fixed it wrong and i asked everyday for fresh cookies and they weren't fresh today they heated them up in microwave i was upset and left because it was time for me to go to work but a employee asked me when i was upset and leaving can he help me with something i stated today was worse service i have gotten today. We went Friday at 11:20 to the drive thru. There was a car in front of us who was sitting there and we heard him say "Hello?". No answer. He left. We pulled up. No greeting. No one there. Between the first across and ourselves, there was no answer for about 10 minutes. There were cars in the parking lot and I'm assuming it was employees. But yeah. Definitely not open until 12am. Went to Wendy's and plan on not bothering with this McDonald's again. (Not including breakfast crew, they're always amazing)

Every time I go through drive through I get pulled to one of the waiting spots. Not fast food!!!!!!!

They were really short staffed and had the absolute worst staff on schedule everything was cold between me and my sisters separate orders (that we both paid almost 30 dollars a piece for) they threw everything together and then put everything in the same bags and also had our orders all wrong. After waiting almost 2 hours we left with nothing but time wasted absolute worst experience I've ever had.

Went to this establishment I am an over night nurse and I went to get my late night dinner. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon no pickle or onion with mustard and ketchup. I got back to where I was working and there was no bacon on my burger when I paid for extra!!! and little too no mustard and ketchup. So I politely called them to speak to a manager I addressed my situation AND THE FEMALE PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME!!! I will never ever go back to this McDonald’s ever again. Drove here on my break from work at 10:30pm to get a big Mac with my free big Mac reward. Come to find out, they had no "reg meat". Nor did they just swap out my big Mac for a qp, they flat out denied me. Not good business.

All three times I’ve been to this location they have forgotten either a sandwich or messed one up. Drive-thru service is always poor or lacking at best. Very quick to get you to stop ordering. Always have an attitude when you order more than one item as if it’s horrible they have to work.

I asked for an iced decaf coffee and was told that was not an option. I suggested that they could simply pour the decaf over a cup of ice, as I do at home. I didn't witness the prep, but when I opened it in the car I had a cup of hot coffee. And they were not at all friendly. Poor customer service and poor quality. Won't go back.

I've been standing at the register now for well over 5 minutes before anyone has even acknowledged my presence. They don't seem to be interested at all in serving a customer. Terrible service. The interior renovation they just finished seems to have been designed to make it easier for the inside customers to be more easily ignored.

the service is beyond awful and not even close to bare minimum. they’re hiring lazy, young, and disrespectful teenagers/early 20s kids. no one is ever at the register. the kiosk NEVER works, or you’ll waste your time picking your order and it tells you to go to the register anyway. they all look miserable and will show that to you by being rude while you’re ordering or asking them for extra condiment. there were several times we got mcflurrys where they brought us our mcflurry first and forgot the rest of your items and we were waiting there for 15 mins while my mcflurry was melting away. i don’t expect much from fast food spots but cmonn.

Everytime I come here I’m hoping for a better experience. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET YOUR FOOD. I have my kiddos with me and we just sit and wait while they get more and more antsy. I place my mobile order ahead of time and still wait. Then something is always missing or you need ketchup and you stand at the counter while the workers look at you but don’t say anything even “I’ll be right with you.” And please put ketchup out!!! This mcdonalds has really taken a dive. I order my burgers no pickle every time, yet every time they can't seem to leave the damn pickles off. Tonight my 1/4 lb burger was not fully cooked so pretty sure I'm done with this location

The worst customer service I've had in a long time. The girl at the counter gave the customer in front of me attitude and ignored me. I'm not one to post negative however this was bad.

Just tried to go through the drive thru to order a #5. When it was my turn to order the girl told me she'll be with me in just a minute. A minute turned into 6-7 minutes. So I say hello a girl starts taking my order then another girl comes on trying to take my order while in the mist of giving the other girl the discount code. Which lead to me having to repeat my order and her telling me the code was invalid. I usually don't have issues coming to this mcdonald's but I won't be back.

One car infront of me at the drive thru screen at 6:59am took them 4 minutes to take that vehicles order, pulled up to screen 5 minute wait just to have order taken, pull around to window with 2 vehicles there and order was handed out window incomplete with no idea what I had. Literally never makes our order right. Avoided going to this particular mcdonalds yesterday specifically because they don’t seem to know how to read words or numbers. Gave the lady $20 for $14 worth of food that wasnt my order she gave back the wrong change and wrong food. Had to go to another McDonald’s because the line was so long there and ended up spending $60 on $30 worth of food. 🙄. They forgot half the drinks and french fried that were supposed to part of meal combos it’s extremely frustrating that i have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a good mcdonalds because the one 5 minutes down the road sucks.

So I ordered two plain mcdoubles and was charged for two double cheeseburgers. When i got to the second window i said I wanted two plain mcdoubles he said he can change that I said ok but I was charged full price when the mcdoubles have a discount 2 for 3.50 he said so do you want the plain mcdouble. I said I guess so if I paid for it so noone offered me a refund or anything. I don't understand. I rarely eat out the only reason I did was because I had a headaches and couldn't cook

I wish there was an option not to give stars. So after a work meeting the husband and I went and got some breakfast. Well we didn't know there was no seating because nothing on the door stating no indoor seating just remember to wear a mask. So we walked in I went to the ladies room and my husband ordered. When the husband was ordering instead of the worker letting him know what they did and didn't have he had to play a guessing game with her. Each time he asked her she was getting a snotty tone to her voice. Also after eating my sausage, egg, burrito we noticed the sticker on there said serve by 6:58 am and we ordered our food around 10. Could really make someone sick.

the workers are so rude. they speak to you like YOU owe them money. they’ll answer the drive thru which the biggest attitude and speak in such a monotone voice. don’t get me started on how they order take. they rush you and finish every sentence with “is that it”. And they’ll purposely making you pull away from the window to wait 30 minutes for food so you don’t ruin their drive thru time. one of the rudest locations.

Today 4/23/25, I ordered food in the drive thru. The cashier didn't enter my fries order. When they gave me my food, I told them I was missing my fries. I told her I ordered them. She said the cashier didn't ring them up. If you want them you need to go back thru the drive thru because we have too many cars waiting. I told her does that make any sense to you? You have too many cars waiting but I can go back thru because your cashier made an error. The Manager told me the same thing. Needless to say I will NEVER return to that McDonald's.

First we were given a lg hc to go with a kids meal straighten that out . Left no fries went back straightened that out by returning to the store and spoke to manager. Left and found no dipping .Did not return, and won't. This problem was with both happy meals, except the hc the other meal was with milk and was correct.

I revisited this McDonald's after a 3-year absence. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. The burger was fine, but the french fries were limp and undercooked, and they gave me the wrong drink. UPDATE-1: Wendy's in Camillus was temporarily closed this morning, so I drove the short distance to this McDonald's for a breakfast sandwich. I ordered an egg McMuffin with sausage and American cheese. Instead of the sausage, it came with a very thin slice of ham. The sandwich had almost no taste, even after adding salt and pepper. Definitely not worth the calories or the cost.

Pretty dirty and smells pretty rank. Recommend going down the street to the next one. Looks nice on the outside. No common sense on the inside. I ordered 2 steak, egg, and cheese bagels no breakfast sauce add extra onion apparently this is extra onion????

Service was terrible! Went through the drive through thinking my burgers were going to come out right. The buns were burnt, cheese was not melted, looked like they just slapped processed American cheese on a burger. Sent them back in to be made correctly for the 3RD TIME !!!! I honestly have no respect for this particular McDonald’s..terrible customer service. There’s no way the wrapper should look like a subway sub! This place has no management in place or site.

It has been two years since I've ordered McDonald's. This is how our sandwiches looked tonight, May 30, 2023. This food looked so old, I'm talking it looked days old and extremely greasy. We tossed two, opened four, they added an extra one, maybe because the uber driver had to wait so long. I tipped Uber anyway. Now I will have to call customer service in the morning. This will need to be replaced, plus something for the inconvenience of it all. Shaking My Head!

I waited 31 minutes for a large coke and a large strawberry shake. That’s all I ordered, 2 drinks. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for almost 4 years now and both of those drinks together take less than a minute to make and refilling the shake machine takes less than 3 minutes and replacing the soda syrup also takes less than 3 minutes, There is no excuse. I didn’t even receive an apology for the wait. Worst service I’ve ever seen at any McDonald’s.
