I came on a slow Monday afternoon and was immediately greeted by the manager, who held the door open for myself and my grandparents. We were warmly met by the hostess who sat us around the corner. After some menu browsing Misty our server came over and was very friendly and approachable. She has a very kind and friendly demeanor and was also making conversation with my grandfather, who happens to be in the military. When my food came it was steaming, and fresh from the fryer. My meal was verified gluten free, with an allergy prong and I feel safe eating here. The staff is always friendly, and kind, I would recommend this place to family and friends. I WILL be back again (:

Let me start by saying we haven't been to any Red Robin in years! After today, I am sure we will back more often! Lorrie was the best waitress! She informed us about the specials! Oh my..for $9.99 that was a great deal! Lorrie made us feel right at home. She helped with other issues, other than food specials! For that we are very grateful! We also want to thank Nate! Super burgers! Super staff!

Went in with some friends for a late lunch and had a great experience. Our server was super friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. It was my first time at Red Robin, so I was pleasantly surprised to get free fries — a nice touch! I ordered the Simple Burger with fries, and it was absolutely delicious — just the right portion size for me. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was quick and cheerful. I’d definitely love to come back soon with my family!

Hubby and I stopped in yesterday for a bite to eat. It was my first time having red Robin and MANNN let me tell you, that bacon fondue burger is BANGING!! Whoever Invented it is a genius! Service was excellent, our waitress was also tending bar and still made us a priority. My husband loved his burger with the blue cheese as well. I highly recommend visiting this establishment and I know we will be back for sure.

So we came here on an SU game day, and thankfully it was not packed. We got a high top by the bar, and we got some burgers and beers and enjoyed the game. The service was good and so was the food, and as more people arrived the atomnosphere of watching the game there got better as well. My only criticism would be that they do the unlimited side like French fries, but they serve them in such small portions that it takes two or three servings to feel like you got a normal restaurant portion of fries.

The food wasn't as good as when I went there a few years ago and they took my fave brussels sprouts off the menu. But the waitresses were very friendly, and I was seated quickly.

We had Misty as a waitress and she was great. Brought drink refills before being asked and checked in several times to make sure everything was good. Food was just mediocre, not good not bad but definitely not worth paying that price for.

Food was good but if you ever good don't get the waitress Abby she was extremely slow took 20mins to take our drink order then another 15 to bring them. Anther 10 to come back and take our order. It was just our table the table next to us waited 20mins for drinks to come and had a kid with them. Another table finally got their drinks and food and immediately asked for to go containers cuz it took so long. We were seated for an hour before we finality got our food. The food was very good.

We like the Red Robin in Fayetteville, but the Township 5 location does a poor job. How often do you hear other patrons complaining about the food as you leave a restaurant while considering how bad your own meal was? UPDATE-1: After a lapse of about 4 years, we decided to give this restaurant a second chance. Although the food and service where a bit better than during our first visit, I don't think there will be a third chance. The worst food item we encountered was the broccoli my wife ordered as a side to her burger. The stem end of the florets were brown, suggesting that the vegetable had seen better days. Also, the burgers were excessively greasy. Perhaps a slotted spatula would leave most of the grease behind on the flat top grill. Finally, the french fries we're not cooked long enough to give the outside surface a crispy texture, so they were fairly limp. I did raise my rating of the restaurant from 1 star to 2 because this time we left disappointed rather than leaving angry as we had on our first visit. My advice is if you want a burger, go next door to LongHorn Steakhouse where the quality is much better, but the price is about the same.

I've given this place plenty of chances. To people being seated well after I had already put my name in(3 parties) and I'm a party of two, to the waitress just not checking on us the other times we came,getting my order wrong and checking on us at the end to pay. I don't know why the Red Robin in fayetteville is better,but I will never come to this one ever again.

I went there for lunch today with my Mom. The food was good. However, the service was awful. The hostess said she'd seat us away from the door, but that didn't happen. She sat us close to the door. Not cool! Especially since it was so windy and cold. My Mom asked our waitress, Misty, if we could move. Our waitress came up with a bunch of excuses as to why she wouldn't move us to a different section. Everyone who came in after us got to sit in a different section. Misty was also rude and didn't check up on us to see if we needed anything else.

Just went today with my son and we were both highly disappointed. I ordered a burger with extra patty, order of boneless wings and my son got the chicken and fries. The boneless wings were suppose to be scorpion sauce and hot, they were more like buffalo sauce and the chicken tasted dry. My son's chicken was also dry and hardly palatable. My burger was suppose to be no onion. I look at the burger and there is onion. I said something to the server that ther was onion on it and she tell me there isn't, I was looking at them. I pulled one off the burger before she would believe me. She took it back and thats when it gets worse. They kept the bottom burger and bun and tossed the top burger and rushed a new one. I could tell because when brought back the bottom burger was dry and the bun was soggy while the top bun was hard from being rushed in an oven and the top patty they rushed was undercooked. There was also still a piece of sautéed onion stuck to the bottom burger. $25 for the worse burger ive ever had. I would never recommend this place.

The host at the front was cordial and prompt. I received 12/14 pieces of chicken advertised with my order. I didn’t realize the side was potato chips until I opened the box. For $20 it’s beyond disappointing. The chips are a mix of burnt and soggy, some almost like a gummy candy.(see photo) The sauce on the chicken is sulphuric in smell. The chicken itself is soggy, and feels like it’s mostly air and water. It makes sense that their stock price has lost 90% of its value over the last four years. This experience validated my avoidance of the brand up to this point in life, and I won’t be back to give it another shot.
