Subhani Chicken fry piece pulav and Goat roast pulav are delicious. The meat is cooked very well in spices and the rice is very flavorful too. Bread halwa had a burnt flavor though, might be a one off mistake.
We did a door dash and we ordered, some kind of starters like cut mirchi, baby corn Manchurian, and Biryani and were happy, we ordered from here.. we needed something spicy and the cut mirchi was at its best spice, the baby corn Manchurian was equally delicious. The Biryani was tasty and filling to make the lunch complete.. would try some more of this place next time…
I can't attest to the other dining options but the lunch buffet here is superb. There's a deep selection of vegetarian dishes, many you don't even get to see at most Indian buffets, like pickled cauliflower/gobi. For their drinks, they even offer mango lassi! The tables were kept clean, the food was stocked, and the water was room temperature. Dosa comes as part of the buffet and it's freshly cooked. It's good dosa. The naan comes hot to your table too. It's not good naan. It's not particularly bad, it's just a bit more chewy and thick then I would want my naan. Paneer was meh, chicken was good. The real star for me was the baby corn. It's so addictively good with its crispiness, it's breathe of heat, and it's sweetness. Definitely my favorite Indian buffet in the bay so far.
Delicious food at a very reasonable price. The butter chicken is pretty large, definitely shareable for two people. Food came out fast and service was friendly
Outstanding place in Cupertino to have a buffet with a great variety of both veg and non-veg food. I wish, I could give more stars to this place. Weekdays buffet had little less variety but truly worth the price. The weekend buffet is priced at $20 and weekdays are $16. The food was very flavorful and delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and prompt.
The restaurant was a total surprise. We were on our and debating different restaurant and ended up here. We ordered chicken 65, Malabar parota, Kadai chicken. Food was really tasty and nice especially Kadai chicken was different. Not the usual Kadai chicken you get from somewhere else which is North Indian. This was almost like chicken Kolambu. Overall food was tasty. Price was really decent and the place may not be fancy but overall quality of food was good. The service was great
Food is really yum. I enjoyed thoroughly, right from pickles, dosa idli, vada to dessert. I personally loved the idli, podi with ghee and pea nut chutney, dosa, upma, vada and one special pickle. I have also eaten the biryani and my fav is chicken pulusu. Taste is just wow, yummy.. I really love one dish, I.e puri with chicken. Don't think much, just visit and enjoy the tasty food.
Ayyooo! 🔥 This place seriously nailed it! 🍗 Chicken Biryani – full spice, full flavour, full paisa vasool! 🌱 Veg Biryani – surprise hit! Not boring at all, actually super tasty. 🍗 Chicken 65 – crispy, juicy, and masala-loaded… just like Amma makes on Sundays! 😍 Full meals, full happy! ❤️ If you’re a true Biryani lover, don’t miss this spot!
Everyday afternoon its buffet, many varieties in tiffins, veg and non veg. In total I guess they have 30+ varieties to try. Mutton biryani, fish fry and poori are the highlightes for me. Must try restaurant in bay area
We were 4 having dinner there. We first had a few "Live" pani puri in the adjacent market next door ,(excellent) then went for the meal: 2 dosas, 1 paneer curry and 1 chicken dum biryani. The dosa sauces were different from what we are used to no tomato-based). All the food came fresh and piping hot. Great naan! Not a lot of chicken in the biryani, but the rice was fluffy and tasty. Chettinad cuisine. We will be back!

We went for the New Year's buffet. Lots of items. The taste was good despite being made in large quantities. Service was not too bad considering the large number of people.
The lunch buffet is AMAZING!!! Both veg and non-veg options and everything is fresh and delicious. A wide variety of foods for everyone. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for high quality south Indian food! Restaurant is clean and well organized.
Came here for their lunch buffet and tried all the vegetarian options. The vibe is casual and cafeteria like, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They came around offering naan and dosas frequently. For the food, the South Indian dishes were very good. I loved the mysore bonda, daal, and curries. The North Indian dishes were just average at best. The paneer butter masala was on the sweet side and the naan was average. Veg biryani had way too much potato. The chana masala was flavorful with a strong cardamom flavor. Desserts here were amazing. First time having gulab jamun warm and it was very tasty that way. The carrot halwa was also fantastic. The chikoo shake was refreshing. The chai was way too bitter. A bit pricey for a buffet, especially for vegetarians, but I’d come back. Probably more worth it if you eat meat since the non-veg options looked bigger. Parking was free but it’s very difficult to find in this plaza.
It was empty during lunch time. The service is good and food was tasty. The country chicken is must try thing. Absolutely tasty curry. Special Pulavs are also nice. The chicken ghee roast was amazing along with Andhra curry spicy. The biryani was okay as like others. The paneer biryani was good.
People say do not expect service in Indian restaurants but I think their service is great. The restaurant offers a variety of food choices including fresh made bonda, poori, naan and even dosa. Taste wise, I think there's still room to improve compared to other Indian restaurants I've tried. But the taste is very personal. I would say its worth a try
Large variety of South Indian cuisine lunch buffet. Has dosa, tea, beer and mango lassi. No naan for buffet. You don’t have to travel to Santa Clara for lunch buffet if you work in Cupertino. The goat curry with bone in meat is the star of the show and also the biryani as long as you catch it fresh.

I have never visited the place but it's one of my favorite places to order in Doordash because of the great street chowmein that they make. This time, I ordered street chowmein with egg along with chicken lollipop and fish 65. The latter 2 items were big disapppointments as the pictures themselves will probably show. The drumsticks were very small, extremely dry and on the verge of almost being burnt. The fish 65 is similarly dry and almost burnt. In addition, the portion sizes of those items were also small. Overall, not a good experience with the food from this place.

What a disappointment. We ordered the boneless chicken biryani, chicken 65, chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. I specifically told the person taking my order that I want really good Indian style and he said don’t worry you will like it. Well the food was missing any masala taste and chicken tikka masala was terrible and typical of the preparation style here in the South Bay I’ve seen at other Indian restaurants (this one being worse). The chicken 65 was bland. When I put the chicken in my mouth there was no burst of flavors or anything like that. The naan was extremely thick more than other places so didn’t seem too good. The biryani was ok probably the best dish out of the other dishes. Lastly, I was annoyed at the service I received I paid a 15% to get service and they just brought out our dishes and told us plates were over there for us to get. They didn’t come by our table to ask us how the food is and didn’t offer to give us boxes so we can pack the food (we had to go to the counter). Not a good experience and it’s ironic below their sign it says experience the real flavors which was the opposite of what we experienced.

We ordered from here on doordash so giving average rating for service and atmosphere. We also ordered from here on Dec 31sr so not sure if our experience was one off. Against my better judgement, I decided to go with a new restaurant for the last meal of the year. Ofcourse the restaurant is well rated so how bad can my experience be. My oh my! Was I in for a surprise… We ordered the Avachi special chicken biryani-family pack. It came with an appetizer. The appetizer, chicken 65 was really good (4/5). The biryani was awful. The spices were not cooked fully, so the raw spices and the garam masala was way too strong. The cloves and cinnamon was out of proportion. We could hardly have a few spoons. Had to settle for time and rested dal rice and yogurt rice! I hope it was one off and a result of Dec 31st.
This place was a huge disappointment.. we ordered the Avachi special chicken biryani, ghee roast chicken, kadhai paneer, ulavacharu paneer biryani and naan.. they took forever to serve our food. They gave us the ghee roast chicken first and nothing else and we had to ask them multiple times (after waiting for 30 min) where our food was and the servers would just come and tell us that we had to wait 5 more min and they never showed up again.. the ghee roast chicken was completely cold when the rest of the food came so we asked the waiter to warm it up again and he took it to the kitchen and never returned with it again while he started serving other tables so we had to ask them again to bring it back after waiting for another 10 min… The food was not worth the wait at all.. the kadhai paneer had a small portion size for the price.. there was nothing special about the biryanis either.. in fact they weren’t even biryanis.. they were just chicken and ulavacharu curries assembled with colorful basmati rice.. we had asked the waiter to make our food spicy and there was no spice at all.. and the ulavacharu was extra tangy and I like tangy food but it was inappropriately tangy..
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. We were here based on a recommendation from a friend, but was disappointed. We were a group of 7 and I guess they lost all of us with this experience. We ordered chicken majestic and it was just filled with oil and some random old chicken. And chicken lollipop was just some fried skin and the meat was not even cooked properly inside. Coming to veg noodles, it was just some noodles and cabbage and green chillies. We request them for some veggies while ordering but they didn't even deliver it. Coming to biryani it is not biryani it is some old morning rice and meat with kajus for decoration. The chicken fried rice and noodles were good. But on the whole it was a big DISAPPOINTMENT. we told the management about our experience and they did refunded us. But overall I wouldn't recommend the place. The staff were not friendly and attentive. They were just busy in their world. I hope they take is as a positive feedback and get better. I donot have photos to post. Else would post them all.
