Had a lovely experience at Nick’s Chophouse recently. We had a very nice waitress Danielle who was awesome! Tried the chicken French special which was delicious, also got the lamb chops which were AMAZING! Will definitely come back here, so good!

Roof top was amazing. Tried the Skydeck, basically a frozen blue whale, and was delicious. Definitely recommend. Has a vacation vibe although you're overlooking Canandaigua. Friendly staff. Stop by the roof top when you have a chance.

Our first time at Nick's. We normally go to Nolan's but this honestly blew Nolan's out of the water. The drinks were mixed phenomenally, dinner was the best (we split our entrees because we both wanted steak & pasta). The alfredo was agreeably the best either of us ever had. The steak was thick and cooked perfectly without char on the outside. Dessert was amazing too. Danielle, our server/hostess was incredible despite having several tables throughout the restaurant. She was so patient and caring and interested in what brought us to Nick's. The bussers kept busy clearing plates and the atmosphere couldn't have been any better. Nick's is a well oiled machine and runs so smoothly. We can't wait to go back and will request Danielle as our server. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary experience!

Stopped in for dinner on Monday and it was not too busy. Had a stuffed pork chop and the pork loin special. Meals came with a salad. Food was great, presented well and very hot. I enjoyed the flavors. The pork was cooked perfect and was moist and tender. Wait staff was perfect. Very attentive, friendly and professional. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely go back.

I ordered the steak and sadly it had a huge vein of grizzle running through it. Normally a delicious meal but between the steak and the now small baked potatoes, the cost should have gone down.

My first visit to Nick's Chophouse . We sat at the sky deck for drinks and food. Mahi mahi wrap and pork tacos were good, very flavorful. Both came with Mac or pasta salad.. they were ok . Kinda bland. But I'm not necessarily a fan to begin with ...only disappointed thing on the deck was the steating . The chairs were very uncomfortable. Nice view and breeze

Staff seemed like a well coordinated team and friendly. Dinner was very tasty. Everything we had was quite heavy- I had Alfredo, and the sauce is definitely not typical jarred sauce. It was thick and flavorful, something between Alfredo and mac'n'cheese in texture. Sounds wrong, but tasted right. Blue cheese dressing was either homemade or very well doctored other. Thick and garlicy! I do wish the house salad had more variety of lettuce types- was strangely hard to get a fork into. Environment was quite nice for what kind of building they are functioning in. Could use a few repairs, but maintains refined club vibe.

Great place to get steak. I have been here twice and both times with a large group of people. Not one complaint about any of the food. I get the steak every time and it's worth it. It's an up class spot but all are welcome. Down stairs bar and rooftop bar in the summer. You can eat up there too. If you're looking for a nice place to eat this is a good spot. Expensive but the food is good. Oh, and the the menus light up when you open them. Good date spot.

Very sleek and elegant. I had the spicy blue corn calamari and my lady ordered a cheeseburger she said was one of the best she'd ever had. The only reason I didn't rate it at 5 stars was because I have yet to try the steaks. I know their supplier, though, so the quality of their beef is without question. Also, the menus they hand you when you're seated are backlit, which is pretty cool

The food was pretty good, but not worth the money imo. I expected more from a self proclaimed steakhouse. The chicken my partner got was excellent though.

The food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The service was seriously lacking and inattentive. The drink order took way too long. It took over 90 minutes to receive our entrees, and no, it's not because they were busy. I'm not one to like to be rushed (one of the things I like about dining in much of Europe), but this was just disappointing.

Called 2 weeks in advance (AGAIN) for a booth for Valentine’s Day and was told no problem given I was coming at 4:30. Noon booths at 4:31! Absolutely horrible experience (AGAIN)!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had If you’re thinking about eating here—don’t. My party walked into an almost-empty restaurant, ordered drinks, and then waited. And waited. Seventy-five minutes later, not a single beverage had arrived and no one had even taken our food order. When we flagged down the bartender, she looked genuinely surprised there should be a drink order. Eventually our lone server finally wandered back to our table , complained that they were “short-staffed” and shrugged off our wait with, “It’s Monday night—what do you expect?” She actually told us it was “our option to leave” if we weren’t happy. That was the most service we received all evening. Empty dining room, absent staff, zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money anywhere else.

We usually love it here. However, this time the hostess dumped a whole tray of waters on my friend. We did not cause a scene at all which we could have because he was soaked from chest to knees. When his wife quietly asked for his meal to be taken off the bill (cheapest meal at the table) the lady, who dumped the water, came over and smugly said the owner would only offer us a free drink or desert. Now i know that he knows better than that. My father was his college professor. He would be ashamed and nick should too. Food was great and so was the server. Too bad ill never eat it again.

Absolutely terrible! This was my first time here. Came with a friend last night and sat on the sky deck. Waited 15 to be greeted, 45 min for appetizers and over an hour for food. Mind you they weren’t terribly busy on a Thursday night. My friend and I had pretzel bites, shrimp and pizza and she got the smallest $12 drink I’ve ever seen; all for the bill to be $63 for small portions and not to mention cheap tasteless food. On top of all this, we were given plastic utensils and paper plates for dining. Disappointed, will never come again.
