Always slow service. Saw a roach crossing the dining room floor this time. Burgers taste like the hamburger is mixed with a lot of bread filler. Chicken is a better choice here.

There were 4 tables occupied at lunch time in a 20 table restaurant while most of the employees we're chatting to each other, not paying attention to food stacking up on the shelf getting cold.I saw my order while standing for 10 minutes waiting for it to be put on a tray! The burgers were all cold, the french fries we're cold! Idiots!

I ordered breakfast and the sandwich and pancakes were cold, Coffee was watered down to almost no coffee flavor 🤣 this is one of the many issues of this location. The place was empty and took 15 minutes to serve me breakfast. At least the hash browns were kinda warm. Definitely not recommending for anyone to eat here. The crew needs to be retrained 💯 and fire the managers and hire new ones. I'm sure the owners can see that they are not getting customers. The Aircon was also off and the place was hot 🔥🥵

Regular Burger King, the food quality is medium but if you are going with kids they have the playground quite ok. The bathrooms are really gross 🤢

Worst ever fast food order processed. 20 minutes. Ordered a 2nd for para llavar and that also took 20 minutes. 6 staff mostly standing around. We went a great distance for our typically satisfying BK…but this one was sorry to say pathetic.

If you're used to Burger King's quality based on The US or Europe, then you'll be extremely disappointed. The flavor of the meat is terrible, there's no smokiness, actually there is no flavor at all. We ordered stackers and the interior of the bread, which was in contact with the meat, was soggy. We ordered a milkshake and it was OK, nothing extraordinary, no whip cream either. I wouldn't recommend BK in Cancun.

Burnt so bad I pounded it on the table and it didn't budge and so angry we didn't speak good Spanish we didn't want to take the chance taking it back. Waist of money

Burger King like other ones... food is always ok. What I really dont like is a attitude of employees. They dont know how to say please thank you and all basic things that we use to in a service to client interaction. They often look dirty and when I ask them for a little bit of hand sanitizer they look at me like I fell from the another planet...we are in pandemic right. And ofcourse again no smile nothing of costumer service...or maybe I am asking to much

My family and I left this location after we saw that the sweaty staff prepared the food in times of Corona without gloves, with the same unwashed hands they used to clean up. I'm still shocked. This shouldn't even happen when there's no pandemic going on.
