Puedo decir que es un lugar muy ocupado debido a que está en un aeropuerto pero es un excelente lugar, no tengo nada malo que decir… el servicio fue excelente, nos atendió Rudy y fue muy amable, la comida llegó rápido y caliente! Pedimos nachos de entrada, el mesero nos dijo que eran grandes y aún así los pedimos.. cuando llegaron pudimos haber comido de ahí mi esposo y yo y no necesitar otro platillo, SÚPER GRANDE y Rico! Luego pedí unos tacos que estaban Ricos y normales de tamaño… la comida fue servida muy rápido… el precio es muy caro pero así es en todos los aeropuertos, no me quejo, solo les aviso.. pero si tienen que elegir entre que restaurante comer dentro del aeropuerto, sugiero 100% este lugar !!

Excelente lugar para esperar abordar un vuelo en l Terminal 2 del Aeropuerto de Cancún. Recomiendo tomarse una cerveza 🍺

Delicious food and fast service. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was great! Wasn't expecting that here, but I should have known since all the stores probably have the same recipes. My husband had the Cheeseburger in Paradise and he said it was really good. The fries taste freshly cut and of course their beer is great. He had a Havana Banana daiquiri that he got in a cute glass which we took home.

The food was very good! I got the steak tacos, the table side fresh quac, and a margarita. I loved it all. Service was fine. It has an upbeat vibe and food portions are huge!!

Pricey but that is everywhere in the world on airports, can't expect low prices on airports unfortunately. But our waitress was very nice, asked 3 times if we needed anything, I went to ask for 2 knives for burgers and they helped. Burgers were just fine, we had big beer and a pepsi. We paid for 2 burgers and pepsi and big 0.9 L beer - 49 dollars (1000 pesos). Nothing special but ok for an airport.

Decent service and the food was good. The waitress was a tad slow with bringing checks (especially since people have planes to catch). Overall I would go back but I would request my check as soon as food is served to make sure it gets there timely.

We visited this airport restaurant for a quick bite and refreshments.. I must say the Margarita options here are must must try.. we were on cloud 9 right after one margarita.. 😝 We also tried Nachos, fajitas and quesadillas.. everything was fresh delicious and full of flavor. The service is top notch, and the server recommendations are spot on. Generally airport restaurants are expensive and not worthy at all.. but this one is exceptional. We really had a good time here.. Again big shout-out for the Margarita makers

Extremely rude Hostess. “No, not one gluten free item”... seriously! Wow. Not even nacho corn chips? “Nope... “ Did I mention RUDE?! Anyways, after a while, determined to have one last meal, preferably Mexican... we wondered in anyways. Ended up enjoying some good guacamole & shrimp ceviche, along with great fish tacos & beef tacos... oh, All Gluten Free! Glad I didn’t forego the meal, and at those prices... ($$$) surely The Restaurant is glad I didn’t listen to uninformed Rude Hostess.

Food was poor. Tried the chicken fajitas because they were out of the fish tacos. Tasted like you would get in the US, nothing like food downtown in Cancun. Little flavor and when I asked for more salsa pica de gallo they charged me for it. Tabasco is the only hot sauce they offered.

If you have to eat at the airport I would recommend this place they have a mobile guacamole bar that I would recommend. And the sandwiches are huge.

This place is ok for breakfast.. there are lots of food options in this terminal and many have very long lines. This place is big and has lots of tables the only issue is that service is not very prompt. They did have an American style breakfast that hit the spot.

The food was OK but expensive. The waitress seemed uninterested in our table (didn't check in with us after our food/ignored us when we tried to get her attention), when she did come over she was dismissive. I had to ask different members of the team for the bill, on three occasions as we are forgotten. Would only go back for the convience to the gate, not for the service.

Although the prices were typical airport costs, the drinks were automatically upgraded to Patron, and were souvenir glasses. We asked for Cuervo, and never get souvenir glasses. The food was NOT worth the money, chicken strips without fries or a drink were $26! Tourist trap with ridiculous prices. 2 orders of chicken tenders, 2 orders of a small plate of fries, 2 drinks, total came out to $81 USD. There is poor internet service in the airport so it’s difficult to look up conversions. DO NOT EAT AT THIS AIRPORT IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. The service is nice, however.

Food was okay, portions are far too large and impractical for an airport. Service was awful Our server barely came up to us, was not particularly helpful and then at the end chased me and demanded more money for a tip. I’m all right with tipping however, nothing she did warrant a tip. jimmy would be disappointed.

Margaritas taste really good (they should, they cost around 18 dollars each). While servers are friendly, the food was far from a memorable experience. My "Oaxaca Burger" had little to none flavorless Oaxaca cheese, which looks more like mozarella cheese from Great Value (burger costs around 20 bucks). We asked for more cheese, and while we got some more cheese, I also got a cold brioche bun. Moral of the story: after spending a whole week in Cancun-Playa del Carmen, this was the worst place. Hope they improve their kitchen.

They tried to steal from us TWICE. First by asking that instead of paying cash and leaving a tip on the table, we use a card and they would add on a 10% tip as there are "13 employees to share the tip". I insisted then on paying cash in Canadian and was told the total was $168 Canadian for lunch for 4 of us. I spoke with the manager and found out the actual amount was actually $156 Canadian! The manager said she would take care of the employee right away. I told her I would post what happened to us on this review. Too bad...the service was good and the food was delicious, although very pricey. For the first time ever, I recommend never using this establishment.

Worst place to eat or get drinks at the Cancun airport!!! Would never go back even if I’m starving! I sat at the bar today to get some food before my flight and ordered a salad. I requested to swap chicken in the salad to fish and they asked if it’s okay if it’s 27 pesos more. As all the prices in the menu were also in pesos. I agreed and they brought me the salad. But when I got the bill it was 300 pesos more than what it should have been. So I asked the server and sure enough no one took responsibility saying- “it is what it is” very rude server at the bar. They’re crooks with poor customer service which pretty typical for Cancun. So I ended up paying 30 usd for a damn salad! Lovely! Have been to margaritaville in many states but never had such a bad experience!!!

I understand that airport restaurants are more expensive, but this place was insane. My wife and I stopped here between flights for a drink and an appetizer. For 4 small margaritas and a basket of chips with guacamole it was $110 USD. The guac tasted good and the margaritas were strong, but it was not a meal worth $100 plus dollars. And the service was not reflective of the price point whatsoever. I would have spoken to the manager had our flight not been boarding as we were finishing our 2nd round of drinks. If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst experience ever. The food itself wasn’t terrible but the service was awful. Our server didn’t check on us even once, then we had to ask two different servers for a bill and at the end the server held us by the table cause he felt like we left not enough money for the tip. He literally didn’t let us go until we left more money. That’s disgusting. The tip is for the server’s performance. He didn’t perform, yet DEMANDED money. Food and drinks very overpriced so don’t bother, choose another spot.

Eat anywhere else! We ordered a cheeseburger with Oaxaca cheese and it didn't have any, literally we could not find the cheese in the burger; when we sent it back they brought it back out with barely some cheese and it was cold. Drinks were good though.

Overpriced food (fries and chicken tenders) that is average and overpriced disgusting margaritas. The waiter was one of the worst ones I've ever had. He didn't come check in on us and we had to ask a hostess for help, and when we brought the margaritas to his attention, he said we should of told him earlier.

The worst in the Cancun airport, hands down. I got a burger, awful, (supposed to be a specialty), and my wife got a quesadilla which was laughably considered Mexican food. And… we both got sick after a week in Mexico being fine. Skip it.

I could have eaten at a high end restaurant in a major city for what we paid for sandwiches and burgers. I am the only person that wanted a drink so...I order a mimosa. The waiter tells me no ...ok why no? You have to order 4 drinks he says. I am the only person drinking they are just sitting with me. He then proceeds to tell me 4 drinks have to be purchased when there are 4 people..makes no sense to me ...well sorry he says everyone HAS to have a drink to sit here. We left..no mimosas for me and none of my money or tip. Btw the place was empty for the whole hour I was there I saw maybe 5 people go in and I see why lol. Please place a sign up that all patrons must purchase a drink. Get better customer service training...you can tell the servers there don't have the same hospitality as outside the airport.

I came here to eat with my 4 year old daughter. We were greeted by a nice hostess in front of the restaurant. A feminine male/ gay male was our server. He had an unpleasant attitude and seemed incompetent. We were polite with him. My daughter didn't get anything but I ordered a cappuccino and a chicken meal. Food was good but the service was subpar. Management needs to train this server so customers can avoid incompetence and terrible experience henceforth.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if I can save one traveler from experiencing the food poisoned he’ll I’m currently going through, it will be worth it. As many older reviews mention, this restaurant was the sole possible source to give me the worst food poisoning of my life. It seems to me that the vegetables served may be the culprit, as my travel companions who did not eat the pico de gallo escaped unscathed. The quality is low, the flavor is lacking, the environment is loud, and it is NOT worth risking your GI’s stability before getting on an international flight.

DO NOT EAT HERE. We stayed at an all-inclusive resort and had no problems during our week in Mexico. On the way home, we decided to have lunch at Air Margaritaville. Huge mistake. My husband ended up with food poisoning (most likely from the lettuce and tomato on his cheeseburger) and was as sick as a dog for days. As a side note, the prices were outrageous. We paid $200 for lunch for four people with no appetizers or extras - just chicken strips and cheeseburgers (and we only had two margaritas…when the bill came, we found out they had charged us $35 per margarita). Our waiter was very friendly and our table was near our gate. But no lunch is worth days of stomach cramps and diarrhea.

We were sat at a table, though servers were extremely slow to take our order. Meanwhile, another couple sat at the table next to us about 5 minutes later and their order was promptly taken. I get it. It's a busy place. Our order was finally taken about 5 minutes after that. The other couple's order arrived, they finished their food, paid their check and left. Our order still hadn't arrived. I asked 4 of the staff, including our server about our order. We were told to wait again as they promised our food was coming. Mind you, this is now 45 minutes after we arrived. The staff promised again our food was coming. 10 minutes later - nothing. I then asked another staff member if I can just leave $5 for the can of 7-up and the water we actually did receive so we didn't miss our flight. She said yes. We started to head to the plane then our server who essentially ignored us the whole time and never brought food, chased us through the airport terminal, telling us the 7-up and water was $10. What a joke. They wasted about an hour of our time, we never got our lunch before the flight and the server had the nerve to ask us to pay $10 for a can of soda and a water. This place was a mess - highly unorganized and overpriced while customer service isn't a thought in their minds. Oh yeah - then they gave me a receipt from Wolfgang Puck for food we didn't order - primarily because we weren't at Wolfgang Puck. What the heck was going on here?

The food was not fresh - the children became sick on the airplane after eating there. The service was quick but rude. We paid 123 USD for 3 glasses of water, a Margarita, a bottle of local beer, a serving of french fries and 2 chicken tacos.

Our server added beers to our check- luckily I always double check our reciept so I pointed it out to her. Then, my son ran away from our table and she offered to watch my other son which I thought was kind of her- when I came back to our table, my bag’s zipper was open- she opened it and took my sunglasses and money out of my bag!

Ordered three vodka sodas and they had the nerve to charge $107 USD. Immediately told him not to make it after looking at the receipt and the person checking us out said we should have scanned the menu first before ordering. The menu you can see in front of the bar and the scanned menu are completely different prices. Total rip-off

STAY AWAY! Both my wife and I got food poisoning from one of their Paradise Cheeseburgers. Suffered on plane 4 hours, bowel and vomiting symptoms. Experienced poisoning symptoms for 2 days. As for the burger itself, it's not worth the $30 for a burger and fries. Worst dining experience.

Delicious food but insanely overpriced! Total for meal which had 1 chicken tings bowl, 1 beach club, 2 water bottles, 1 large vodka slush and 1 small vodka slush came in at over 2300mx with tip. That is roughly 175 CAD for this meal. Also, breakfast is only served until 9am which I thought was weird.

The bartenders are ripping people off. They are charging $36 for a regular size well margarita and $56 for a big well one. They are also charging way too much for the beers as well and pocketing all of the extra cash. The menu says $235 pesos (roughly $14) for a large beer but the guys asked for $24 USD. When we confronted them they said it was a better price in pesos. Then we complained and they refused to serve us. These guys are cleaning up by ripping travelers off. Get your employees under control. I’m reporting this to the company.

Queria propina si o si.. mínimo un 15% Hemos dejado propina en cada sitio que fuimos pero nos sorprendió la pregunta y le dijimos que lo dejaríamos en efectivo Dijo que no, que con tarjeta y le dijimos que no, porque no eran las formas Nos dijo que ellos viven de la propina.. Y nos dijo que era obligatoria, al pedir llamar a un encargado, nos dijo de muy malas formas que no nos la Cobrara que “no iba a discutir con gente como nosotros” Si no le pagan lo suficiente o no le gusta su trabajo que estudie para conseguir uno mejor, en lugar de pretender que la gente le regale la propina que no se ha ganado. Los precios son desorbitados y los cócteles son puro hielo

Los camareros son muy antipáticos, sobre todo el chico que nos atendió por la tarde el día 21/10/23 hemos pedido un café y nos dicen que solo hay el que se preparo a las 4 de la mañana y si queremos café que solo sirven ese, hemos preguntado si tienen café expreso y con mala gana responde que si, luego pedimos dos cervezas a lo que nos pregunta con tono amenazante “LA QUE 15€ O LA DE 17€ ” al final hemos decido marcharnos por la mala actitud del camarero. Para el tipo de servicio no vale la pena esos precios. No lo recomiendo.

Todo fue en la terminal 3, en el Air Margarita ville Exclusive Merchandise. Quería tomarme un mezcal antes de tomar mi vuelo, pregunté si podía estar en la barra me dijeron que si, el chico de la barra me trato muy bien sin embargo llego una mesera al parecer de nombre Denys Santos por lo que dice el Ticket, sin decir absolutamente nada solo me dejo el ticket y se fue sin antes yo haber pedido la cuenta, pasaron menos de 5 minutos cuando tenia la cuenta. Se me hizo una falta de respeto y se lo hice saber. Se quería escudar que ellos ponen las cuentas en las barra para llevar un “Monitoreo”. Muy mal servicio primera y última vez que me paro en este lugar a consumir. Adicional que fue un trago doble cuando yo lo pedí así. No lo recomiendo.

Visite la semana pasada este lugar con mi familia y un mesero llamado "Luis" resulto de lo más grosero y mal educado, me devolvió $50 que le di de propina porque resulta que no acepta monedas el joven...y porque no era ni el 10% de lo que yo había consumido, personas sin educación como como estás afectan la imagen de ese negocio no volvería a ese lugar,es muy mal servicio"ojo"con sus empleados. Cabe mencionar que mi consumo fue de $1200 aproximadamente.

Quería utilizar agua caliente para enjuagar las mamilas que mi bebé ya había usado puesto que teníamos 6 horas esperando por nuestro próximo vuelo en la terminal 3, preguntamos si nos podían ayudar y nos dijeron que nos cobrarían 6usd por cada vasito con agua caliente cosas que se nos hizo absurda pero dijimos que si porque necesitabamos las mamilas, pero nos salieron que nada más nos daban los vasitos con el agua y teníamos que ir al baño a enjuagarlas , cosa que es totalmente insalubre , no tienen consideración ni para con los bebés. Pésimo lugar.

Es un restaurante costoso, la comida cuesta el doble en comparación con otros lugares del aeropuerto, el problema es la mala atención, se demoran en atender, en traer la comida y cualquier requerimiento adicional es esperar 10 min mas, la comida se enfría de tanto esperar! Muy mala la atención.

El sabor de la comida no es bueno ,prepárate para que el mesero por llevarte la comida que ordenaste a la mesa al final quiera $100 pesos o más de"propina", si les dejas monedas te las regresan. Mala comida,mal servicio,muy caro. Mala opción.

Ripped us off for $160! As two couples, we asked for the bill to be split in half. We gave them two cards and they charged each card the full amount for our table. Our total was $160 and my friend and I were each charged the full amount. We didn’t notice until we got home. I spent two days trying to call them to get this rectified, but I have an unable to get a hold of anybody. Don’t trust their thieving servers!

Ate at this restaurant with our family during our delay to depart as there are limited options for food at this airport, all extremely and criminally overpriced. We asked for water and assumed like most restaurants this would be free. Instead they did not inform us yet brought bottled water at the cost of 169 pesos or $13.30 Canadian for a bottle of water! My wife asked for a coke and got the "free refill" version that was actually never refilled for 278 pesos! thats nearly 22$ Canadian for a single pop. We also purchased an order of chicken fingers, a cheese burger, and 1 beer. Our total was $1716 pesos or $135 Canadian for a meal that might have been $60 anywhere else. The service included dropping the food at the table and never checking on us throughout the meal. Overall would never recommend this absolute money trap, but at this airport it seem hard to avoid the abysmal pricing monopoly they employ here.

Restaurant cleans, Service was good but food underwhelming for the price! Steak tacos, chicken quesadilla, shrimp quesadilla, chips guacamole and 3sodas 155usd. We were not aware that chips and guacamole were an additional charge and not a complimentary starter (like bread and butter)?! Overpriced to say the least!

They disallowed my senior citizen INAPAM holding mother from sitting at these tables when she needed a rest. Absolutely no one else was in the restaurant, being greedy isn't acceptable, being rude to elderly people isn't acceptable. Don't worry though, we got what we need to lodge a complaint with both the airport and the service for senior citizens. Don't eat here.

If you are foreigners, you shouldn’t go to this restaurant. I had the worst experience ever. I wanted to have a table to wait for my friend and the staff told me I have to order an alcohol. First of all I didn’t want to take alcohol at the moment,I was like if I can’t take alcohol, there is not right to have a seat at this restaurant? but I just didn’t say anything and ordered just one glass of pina colada. And they charged me 570 MXP which is $45. That’s so insane and the staff did not explain about it at all. Feeling like I got a scam. If you wanna start travelling with good vibes, you shouldn’t stop by here. Don’t waste your money at this restaurant.

Beware of this place. It's very, very busy and because of that your server, who may be very friendly and offer good service, may also help themselves to your money. Recently, I had a flight delay, and the airline gave my wife and I 300 pesos each to go towards meals. I gave the two vouchers to the server, but she only deducted 200 pesos from the bill. She asked me what percentage of the bill I was gonna give as a tip, and she entered it herself instead of letting me do it, so I don't know what she paid herself. Two taco salads, two Bahama Mama's, and an order of chicken fingers were $160 cdn, including tip. Outrageous to say the least. My advice: keep a good eye on your bill.

I ordered a cheeseburger in paradise and swapped it for a veggie Patty. The veggie Patty looked super dry like it was sitting in the freezer for the longest time. There was no cheese on the burger and no sauce. Super dry and both the burger and fries were cold.
