Del Taco is always a great place.The staff are always respectful and the tables are clean. The bathrooms arent that sanitary and could use some work. Overall this Del Taco is the best ive ever been to.

Del taco is one of my go-to fast food places so I have been to several different locations and this one is by far the best. Each restaurant seems to have different quality of ingredients, different ways they make the food etc and this food is just always so much better than the other ones I've been to. Never been disappointed!

The best Del Taco in Los Angeles and the best Del Taco I’ve been to outside of their flagship location in Barstow. Everything is very fresh.

I absolutely love Del Tacos quesadillas I don't eat fast food very often maybe once every 2 months but there are quesadillas are delicious!

The fact that they were open on Easter, Sunday is actually a little bit of a plus. The restaurant was also very quiet with no other crowds.

I like Del Taco so unless the service is horrid (on more than one occasion, cause c'mon, everyone has an off day) it's five stars. I eat here a couple of times a month and the service has always been good. No complaints.

My thanks to Martha, Ricardo, Dakota and Norma for a wonderful dining experience. The food was hot and flavorful. The environment was clean, warm and inviting. It was well worth my time to order here.

Dunno what anyone should expect from a fast food joint. Everytime I go in the staff is friendly and helpful to me. Its always super busy there. Just went today and I made my own order confusing. I was ordering for 3 people. The folks there always get it right for me. More recently they forgot something I ordered and worked with me to get me reimbursed. They have always been accommodating.

The service was excellent, the restaurant was busy, but the server was great ! Patient, and attentive.

I love that it's open 24hrs. They accept EBT and you can preorder online. The staff isn't perfect but they are quick to correct the mistake. Very friendly customer service too.

Del Taco is Cool, Wish They’d Add More new creative Items.

This Del Taco is probably one of the best Del Tacos I've been to in the western part of this valley. The service is friendly, they always get your order right, and the employees go above and beyond! I've been ordering through their drive-through for a while now and they haven't mistaken my order once! Perfect customer service and I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

This is a wonderful Del Taco location. I have been here a few times and every single time they seem to get the order just right. Sometimes it's very hard for them to hear because for some reason it's really loud in the store but the person that is working the desk is always extremely friendly. So far I haven't had a messed up order from this place, way better than Taco Bell!

Pretty busy location for drive thru. Almost no one eating inside. Del didn't disappoint. Reasonably priced Americanized Mexican food. Their new chcken quesadilla tacos were very good. Plenty of chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce & the bonus of ano tortilla glued to the 1st w/melted cheese! Also the strawberry lemonade had slices of fresh strawberry in it. Very tasty.

This Del Taco stands highly above the rest Del taco is always good for a quick bite but this particular Del Taco really takes pride in their work meticulously putting together delicious Mexican and Tex-Mex food, always fresh ingredients fresh veggies golden cheese and the cheesecake caramel bites are to die for, the staff here is on point I have come here for years and I have never had one order messed up, it's like they're military-trained or something! awesome service!

I didn't get the workers name, but we stopped by 5/6/23 at 1045pm. He was so polite and clear on the drive thru speaker. Always a good experience at this Del Taco.

I placed an app order when I left my house, which is 30 minutes away, and when I arrived they made my order fresh so it wasn't sitting out getting cold! Also, I had an appointment at 3pm and I got to the Del Taco at 2:45pm, thinking I would be late for my appointment but I made it there early, parked, ate and still went in on time. It all worked out so perfectly and the food was delicious!

CLAUDIA the manager in charge won't help customers. Very poor customer service skills. Obviously a "clock watcher" that can't or won't fulfill a mobile order. I went through the drive thru and even though I had a mobile order receipt, she insisted it did not come through her system. She told me to go through the drive thru again which I complied. She still didn't have it. I told her I will cancel the order and oder the old fashioned way. Unfortunately after I departed, I was charged $8.77 for a mobile order never received. I called her personally when I got home to ask her kindly to reverse the charged and she told me she could not that I need to go on the application to do this. That is impossible as it doesn't work. I asked if I could talk to the franchise owner, she refused. I asked if he could call me instead. Refused again. Is this the way you treat a loyal customer by this stance?? You lost me as a customer FOREVER as I won't do business with companies that treat me unfairly. Even though I like the food I would rather eat at places that value my business. I ended up ordering $20 outside the mobile platform at the end. But that was the very last one because CLAUDIA treated me like a pariah. Too bad for Del Taco reputation. At the end of the rainbow all you have is your reputation!!

Could you imagine devouring a bunch of your favorite tacos without worrying about breaking your bank or even your wallet!Try stopping by on Taco Night and you'll save Al lot of $$$. Del Taco: the food is always good, now the service can be spotty . Del Taco on Shoup and Sherman Way is one of the Better ones good service and clean dinning room plus you don't need a code to go tinkle , and the bathrooms are clean to.

Del Taco us one of my go to places. This is the only restaurant that still sells an extra large soda and extra large fries. Everywhere else has broken it down and only sells large. Thank you Del Taco for keeping it real and not bowing down.

Drive through is a good add. Go there annualy early part of the year for te Shrimp tacos that Del Taco brings out during Feb-April timeframe.

Received a phone call from my best friend as I was driving to his house. Ask if I could go to Del Taco on the way. No problem. He ordered the Double Del Combo (Macho Size). Double Cheeseburger French Fries Coca-Cola Soda He really enjoyed the meal which explains 4 Stars. Note: Me personally, I rarely if at all go to Del Taco. Del Taco doesn't come to mind when I want to eat out.

Still a solid fast food experience, markedly better than it's more famous competitor. The batted fish taco is as good as one you may get at a regular restaurant.

Haven't had enuf different items to give 5 stars, but I liked everything I ordered so far, especially the fresh chile verde sauce, the breakfast burritos and chocolate shakes for $1. My wife is very particular and she liked it as well. It was also very clean, the floor was mopped and the tables cleaned. We went to the one on Shoup nr Sherman Way. I was very pleasantly surprised!

As far as psuedo-Mexi-fastfood goes, Del Taco is very good. They completely and consistently outshine Taco Bell. No complaints other than they no longer serve shrimp tacos.

Got the soft taco special on Thursday. You get three soft tacos for $3.59 i ordered two, so 6 tacos, it was $7.86 total. Took about 5 min to get my order with two other cars ahead of me. The tacos were ok, lettuce, cheese, ground chicken, sauce. Wrapped well, so not a huge mess in the bag. They were warm and tasted good for drive through tacos. Decent value for the money these days.

I love their food and how fresh it is compared to “T*CO B*LL”. Usually the drive thru is somewhat busy when we come, but it hasn’t typically taken too long to get our food. The only issue I have with this location is some workers who are taking orders don’t always listen to the customer’s order, which requires a person to have to repeat the same thing 4 times! Also, have paid for items on 3 separate occasions and by the time we got home, we noticed an item or 2 missing from the bag!!! It’s one thing if they forget to add something to your order when ringing it up, but it’s another thing when they charge you for items and you don’t actually get them. If a person was to take a food item without paying that would be “theft”, so isn’t it the same thing when Del Taco takes my money for items and then doesn’t give me the items in the bags?….. I doubt any management from Del Taco would see this review and actually respond, let alone make the situation right at this point.

Tasty food good price, no quality issues. I held back a star because the layout of their menu board is making it hard to read. I had to finally ask if they still had the tacos al carbon. I don't go that often and everytime I do the board has changed completely. Sometimes for the better, sometimes not. They could have been a little more generous with the lettuce and tomato on the Del Taco but I understand most people want lots of cheese, it certainly had plenty of cheese.

Cashier's at Del tacos in general are slowly improving in their friendliness and courtesy. This is nice to see and they should be commended as well as the managers provided it continues.

Love, love Del Taco but only half the week. It's a hit or miss with the kitchen and/or the customer service staff. It's either great or terrible!

Don't go inside is my advice. I counted a total of 7 cars through the drive thru that got their order before me when I was the ONLY person that ordered inside. It's not like my order was complicated either. Just ordered tacos

I order the 2 fish tacos and a a crunchy chicken taco ,well the chicken taco was great and only 1 fish taco was good ! But unfortunately the 2 one was so hard and shriveled like if it was over cooked in the microwave,because I couldn't even bite tru it . But I was happy with the 2 tacos I got at least. And I think the prices are to high for the items they cook. So its ok I guess ????

Drive through messes up the order half the time and don't tell you how much you owe before you get to the window, which seems shady to me. I always ask for the itemized receipt to make sure they didn't overcharge me.

I have lived in the area for years and can honestly say depending on who is working the food can be awful garbage you can’t even eat to amazingly fresh. When you see the older crew or the manger older Latin female the food is 5 star. Any time lately it’s gone to the second worst I have had in a long time. Lots of new guys trying there skills there but the cheese is with a moldy smell and the fries toast like cold shrimp and the tortilla on the last one was so crispy and wasn’t cooked that it seemed like it was just frosted… the place has just lost all touch with quality lately. But with this said 2 yrs ago it was the best del taco I ever ate at. Now it seems like the team is a bunch of tired people just surviving! Not knocking them but I see the struggles.

The parking lot is a little hard to enter and exit due to the location. Drive through is usually pretty quick. My last visit was okay, food was warm but not hot. I hit this place when it's the most convenient option and I'm in a really big rush.

2/3 of the time the order is good, the other 1/3 it's a total crap shoot. Sometimes no guac when you pay for the extra, sometimes no churros and you might have to go back for it. I use the drive thru 99% of the time over the last decade and this location is close to work. Fish tacos are usually the safe bet for me.

Ordered online. I watched them prepare my order, everything. But then they needed an item for drive thru and took it from my order, more than once. It was almost 10 minutes from when my order was made until I got it. 3 person crew, poorly managed. Then I got home and the food was not as good as from another location just a few days ago. And 5 tacos, one drink over $25

Not a good experience. Uber eats deliver pickup. I had to pickup a 1:51 am delivery through the drive through. My order was ready and sitting on the counter. The male server didn't greet me or talk to me. I sat in my car and watched him prepare the orders of others behind me for about ten minutes. When he finally came to the window, he reached to his right and pulled out a bag that he could have given me a long time ago. His only words were "it's all there". The wait was in addition to the extended wait time for the car ahead of me to get his order. It was so long, we turned off our engines to conserve gasoline ⛽️. My only regrets were that I wasn't live streaming the experience while reading my novel. 15 minute delivery turned into a 37 minute delivery. My customer fell asleep waiting for his delivery. This Del Taco appears to allow the homeless to store their personal belongings in shopping carts up against the restaurant (adding to the ambiance). Positive note: it was a 24 hour fast food restaurant. Providing food opportunities for those that are working late. 💪

It seems like every few visits they get my drive through order wrong. Yesterday I ordered 3 tacos ( and some other stuff) the worker repeated my order as 2 tacos. So I repeated that I wanted 3. She gave me a little attitude like I was being a hassle. When I got home...2 tacos! And the receipt said 2 tacos. Lol. This happens too often at this location. Guess I'll start going to Northridge?

It's fast Mexican food,could you be expecting haute cuisine ...noooooo But its gut filler and cheap. My complaint stems from morons who take the order. I have never once left their doors with the correct order in hand . To the simpleton at the cash register, its not that tough a job do it better.

Horrible del taco I went.. After eating a take out food. My Raspberry tea tastes like chemicals, and the soft tacos gave me a bad stomach ache I almost throw up. I'm still not feeling good. Now, dealing with the consequences of a bad acid reflux and digestion issue. They need to train the young workers to respect others and food handling.

It's usually a nice place to eat, today I waited at counter for 4 minutes before anyone helped me to take order. But lately it's not enjoyable. I got overcharged for my meal by the person in front of picture, and the man in backo of the picture was yelling the whole time, and he was not a customer. I showed my reciept to the manager and got my overcharge returned. I WILL PROBABLY NEVER RETURN. I only want to eat my overpriced meal in peace, and not be ripped off.

This one doesn't accept food stamps & the counter person that I spoke with was very rude about.it & seemed to be in a really bad mood. It's not that big of a deal because there are a lot of places to eat that actually appreciate their customers.

I stop by to dine in my food took 30 min. Other were standing waiting and weren't acknowledged but we're told that they couldn't get their order until they were done with the drive thru ones first.very disappointed for Del Taco the good is delicious.but that crew at night is terrible.

This was by far the worst experience in a restaurant I have ever had. I was in the drive through at 10:46am for 25 minutes. My order was wrong and the woman at the window was incredibly rude and annoyed that I wanted what I ordered. Getting home I found the chicken under cooked and cold like it was just taken out of the freezer. I suggest that no one eat at this location.

This is to the OWNER can you please tell the manager and the girls to stop making the BURRITOS SOO small you can barely see them. I go to the other del tacos and the are regular size, this place is the only one that make any burrito so small its gone in 2 seconds. That new girl makes these tiny pinner burritos its a joke, stop cheating people out of the food. It was fine for many years but really has fallen off. I will have to drive over to the one on Vanowen because at least they make a decent size like it should be, PLEASE STOP STOP IT

Drive thru line is painfully slow. Order was incorrect on a simple tostada. Who forgets to put lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, line really?? Service was so bland like they hated their jobs. Thank God I'll never go back as it's not on my regular route.

Consistently awful fries, and somehow super inconsistent sizes for their burritos. I'd say you're better off going to any other taco place, but if you had to go here, force them to make you a new batch. P.S. Casa De Papis around the corner has 100x better food

Our order was wrong, even when asking the window guy...if he is SURE 5 tacos are meat and cheese only. He said ..YES! Got home and they were wrong. Had to go back...no comp , no extra anything. .asked too. Very inexpensive cost to Del Taco to have good customer service...make customer think you are truly sorry and make up for it. That is remembered....

I am extremely disappointed with this location and I will never go back. It was terrible from beginning to end. You know you're in for it when a simple order suddenly becomes as daunting as rocket science on the other side - when you order the Grilled Chicken Taco (soft shell) you can have the shell changed to crunchy and the person taking your order repeatedly asks you if you want the Crunchy Chicken Taco and Add the sour cream which is an extra charge. I don't need to come to a drive through and educate the attendee on how the Grilled Chicken Taco already comes with sour cream. There is a difference in the price and is quite noticeable if you're ordering a large order. Yeesh. I've never had this issue. And, as I mentioned, from beginning to end. When I get home, an entire portion of my order I paid for wasn't even in the <profanity> bag. Nice. Oh, and they didn't give me a receipt. Double nice. Did I mention my 2 (almost 3) year old was in the back in her car seat? Anxiously awaiting her meal only to find out it wasn't in the bag??? Triple Nice.

Came to the drive thru at 2:30 in the morning. I had ordered something on the app that i was informed was not available. The male drive thru worker asked if I wanted a replacement to which I said no because if I wanted something else I would’ve ordered it. He became annoyed when I asked for a refund for the item and proceeded to refund me less than what I paid for the item pretax. He then told me rudely to not order that item next time. The 30 cents he shorted me isn’t my main issue - his attitude is trash and he’s a poor representative of this business.

I had ordered from Postmates and when my food arrived the bag was closed and untampered with. When I was pulling out the food and sauces I found Alka-seltzer tablets inside the bag. Who in their right mind would give out over the counter medication with a food order. I am very disgusted. I had contacted del taco about this and was given $1 off coupon. I contacted Postmates and was credited $2. This is a health hazard and very unprofessional. What if i had ordered food for my daughters because I had to work and they didn’t pay attention and thought it was candy. Never ordering from here again. And del taco was my favorite place to eat

The food is good but not recommended for dining in!!! At the moment you sit and start eating they start cleaning the tables and floor next to you and who likes it ?! It happened many times but this time i decided to leave this review and won’t go again They made me mad I paid money to eat and enjoy the meal!!! The incompetent worker forgot to give me my credit card back and management refuses to just simply ship me my card despite me living over 30 miles away. Not sure how it’s my fault that I left the card “on the machine” considering I never even touched any type of machine. Worker took my card, put it in there herself and just never gave it back. But at least I can be assured that the card will be safe according to the supervisor on the phone so that’ll for sure make the 60 miles total drive for someone else’s fault totally worth it, right? And that’s full sarcasm. Don’t spend your money on a branch that is overworked with literally 2 customers every 20 minutes

Even if you’re starving , DO NOT go to Del Taco in this location. First, the guy who took my order didn’t understand what I want and I had to repeat it 3 times. When I got my order ($30 total.. unbelievable) the order was NOT what I asked for plus they didn’t separate the 2 orders like I asked them too. The French fries were all over the bag and when the manager came she was very rude. Telling me why am I asking for a sauce when I didn’t pay for it. I told her I did ask him to put sauce in my order but he got it all wrong. Honestly, it was my first time there and clearly my last time too !!!

The food was horrible. I ordered a breakfast roller with bacon and it tasted like they put bacon bits in it. There was nothing about that being actual bacon by any means. I almost broke a tooth! I also ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the beans taste burnt and the cheese wasn't melted. Needless to say I was not happy with the food I got and won't be eating there again.

After a long time waiting at drive thru line ( too slow and untrained staff) , they told me just park front of the store and we'll bring your order to you, after about 25 min, and I called their phone number like 10 times ( they don't answer), a girl brought my order with wrong drinks and wrong and missed Items. It was my last time and if you don't have 1hr extra to waste, you don't go there too.

Not good . My fries were cold and my order was missing one of the main quesadillas. So now I have to go back out at 2am to get it done right. Serve the food warm and get the order right, seems like a pretty easy task. Apparently not.

If I could rate the service with no stars I would. The girl at the drive thru, Brittany was absolutely rude to me from the very beginning. She really needs to go back to training and how to treat customers. Thanks to her and her rude behavior I diffently won't go back. First impression are very important. She needs to be removed from such a position and go back to clean floors or something to teach her a little humility.

Stay away from this place until they retrain their workers or close the business down!! I’m tired of always being politely and nice to service workers for them to turn around and be rude and condescending! That type of behavior is why no one really support paying them more than 20 dollars!! Del taco should send their workers to train at the Wendy’s on Ventura blvd!! Smh!!!

Theres always something missing in my order or it was done wrong. Ill say plain chicken soft taco but its not plain. Sure I could just check before I leave but honestly its their job and they should do their job to get the orders right. Its happened so many times that I finally thought to leave a review about it. Today an item was missing and the two chicken soft tacos I wanted plain, only one was plain. I cant even find the receipt so I will have to take the loss.

Ordered my food through the app at 9:44pm it wasn’t ready until 10:12pm. Chicken burritos were cold and fries were soggy and cold. Owner and management needs to do better with staffing. Not the employees fault. Shout out to the young lady with the face tattoo who was doing her best with preparing the food. We literally threw out the food after one bite and spat it all up. It was absolutely disgusting. The shrimp was old and it smelled terrible. There was nothing jumbo about it. The fish tacos were even worse! What a waste of money. Called the store immediately after and she immediately said you already returned the fish tacos? She confused me with a different customer… but obviously I wasn’t the only one. Absolutely terrible food.
