With places to eat in Canton very few and far between Jrecks has become my go to. Hard working friendly staff, clean facilities, always nice and cool inside when it’s blistering hot out, very consistent sandwiches. Thank you!

I grew up in the south and only ever learned about this place through my wife who is from Canton. It is always a must stop at for us when we go up to visit family. The cheese sticks and poutine are a must have here. The kids love the turkey sandwich. I have always had good service and quick orders. We will definitely be back.

Awesome food, fresh ingredients. Would have given 5 stars but didn’t think the staff were very friendly or helpful. Never been to a Jreck subs so was asking a few questions that the staff seemed annoyed about when our family were the only people in the restaurant. Once our food was served, the 2 girls went and sat themselves. I worked in a restaurant setting like this many years ago and totally believe everyone needs to take their break but while working customer service is your job. Admittedly, I am a bit more sensitive to this as everywhere I go nowadays, I am being asked for tips.

I came in just after 8:30 and was told cold subs only since everything had been shutdown for the night. Even though I wouldn't come in 5 minutes before closing and order a BLT since I think that's a bit rude as the employees wind things down for the night, it seems like closing everything down 30 minutes or more before closing time is taking things a bit too far.

I had to wait almost 10 minutes after my pick up time. The guy at the counter had it looked at it when I inquired if the order was done, then proceeded onto the next people in line who came in well after I did. They were not busy there was one person in the store when I entered and two people who walked in with me that I let go ahead.

The service at this place is not very good, the employees are rude and very lazy. I have never been more unimpressed by food as I was with jreck subs. I gave them many chances and still was unhappy with the overall product, food was tasteless and just thrown together. Do better! And the employees need to work on their costumer service skills. The dark curly haired boy rolled his eyes as people made their way in, and they fought over who was going to make the food, the boy with glasses was making everyone else do the work while he sat down in the office. And many people were left waiting a long while for their food. I’m very unimpressed.

Absolutely the worst service I have had at any Jreck or any sandwich shop I've ever been to. 12 people in line, 3 people working and 2 of them are just watching the one poor guy make all the sandwiches. How about help the guy out and do something?!

I ordered a whole capicola on white with provolone cheese Russian lettuce tomato and oil and when I received the order back at my place a friend picked it up there was no rushing on it the sub itself looked like it was thrown together it is horrible I took a bite in the salad is like days old I called the Canton store and they said well I have the Order right here and it doesn't say anywhere about Russian dressing I was like I was right next to her when she placed the order and yes she did say it Period and then he's like well we'll put your name so the next time you come you can get a free sub do you really think I want to order from there again I'm so disgusted. Then he goes well you can come back in and we'll give you a little container of it

The food used to be AMAZING from here. They’ve changed most of their fried food now, so none of it’s as good as it used to be. It’s edible, but not the best. They’ve changed most of their soup as well, it seems to be watery and there’s not as much “stuff” in the soup. Their subs have not changed, thank goodness!! Their subs are REALLY good!! The atmosphere in there is typically nice and quiet, almost too quiet, but it’s still a good place to go with the family. The employees are fairly decent, seems to be college kids that work there. This Jrecks used to be my go to place, but now that things have changed, not so much anymore. I used to be able to get my sub in a bowl (because I can’t eat bread), the employees even stated they still do this when I went there last, but after I paid, I found out otherwise. They will make the sub in a bowl, but you’re being charged for the full price even though you’re not getting the same product! Any of the other Jrecks I go to do not charge me for what I don’t get, apparently not Canton anymore though. Update: just spent a half hour trying to do an online order just to be told they had to stop their online orders, try again. I tried to call 6 times, got a weird beep twice, and the 6th call someone has taken the phone off the hook. I was attempting to call prior to submitting the online order because deep fried cauliflower and no soup selection is visible online and I was wondering if I could add this to the order. It states on Jrecks website and online with Google that they are open. This is extremely frustrating.

This place is a sham. Rolls are either dry and flakey or they’re pure white and stink of yeast. The last straw comes now that they cross contaminate the lettuce it may or may not have onions mixed with it. Subway although not even comparable to how jrecks used to be is now the only choice for a sub in canton. Waste of money and time

The cumoster service was HORRIBLE, I had ordered two subs and received a completely different order. At this time I did not have access to a car so I requested delivery upon finding out my subs were messed up I had called to see if they could deliver the food that I specifically ordered they told me that would be more work for them, I simply said then don't mess it up the first time! Elias took my phone number and I will be calling the head manager on Monday. So terrible customer service is like this!

All i’m saying is this place is so so mid. Where’s the flavor? Also the young boys you got working in there do not know the first thing about customer service. Homie with the black curly hair looked pissed that he had to do his job and make a sandwich. Every time somebody walked in he’d roll his eyes and sigh like dude it’s a sandwich. My husband ordered a hot sub and dude pretty much tweaked out when he had to throw some precooked chicken on the grill. Also why the atmosphere give me back rooms vibes? No music playing, everybody whispering and stuff. Just weird. Husband also tried to order chicken salad and watched as the boys pretty much argued over not making more chicken salad. Y’all open till 9 and it was 4:45pm. Guess you out of chic salad the rest of the day. Whatever. Just lazy and unwelcoming. I’d take subway or jimmy johns over this place that’s how low I rate it. Anyways the brownie was good.
