I have not been to a Subway in over a year due to prices going up and getting less in the subs. This was my first visit to this location, and I am impressed. Staff was friendly. I ordered 3 foot longs, 2 add bacon, and 1 double meat. They do not skimp out the toppings. Even with ordering extra meat on one, the subs almost didn't close. Definitely would come back to this location.

This was the subway on 2673. It was passed lunch time (1:30) and the store had a continual line. It never cleared & the end of the line was at the front door. There was a crew of 3, they handled it great! And kept on handling it! And even prepared the online orders at the same time they were filling orders for customers in the store. They did such a good job! I’m glad they all came to work today (and I told them so).

Always friendly staff!! Extremely accommodating and customer oriented! Im pretty sure most of the staff are milennials, but they are DEFINITELY NOT your 'typical'! WTG CANYON LAKE!! I've never waited in line long at all and they are patient with all customers. Clean dining AND clean restrooms included :) DEF one of the best Subways!

Mobile order never arrived at store but charged my card and I came in with multiple receipts. Manager continues to say I ordered at the wrong store when the address is clearly for this location. Then he tried to say this is not our address. I then have to pull it up on Google Maps to confirm, yes this is your address. Manager makes the sandwiches then tries to double charge me after that. I refused again showing the receipts. Basically got treated like the Subway scam artist of Canyon Lake. I just wanted the sandwiches I paid for. Needless to say, I will never return here or any other Subway if I can help it.

Rip off Alert!!! The put a tiny portion of meat! Not to mention, a kid workers are rude and unprofessional ! Don’t waste your time and money here!!

I really appreciated a worker named Brandon’s service. I did NOT however appreciate Bonnie the manger putting him down because she was too lazy to work. This is a common occurrence. She has discriminated against him loudly multiple times about his eye sight or lack there of. It is saddening. I was not aware that kind of biased existed these days. It is disturbing that she has some place of perceived power. Oh my goodness. I went back and the same lady I was complaining about was SCREAMING at her employees. It was like a toddler meltdown. I am just never going back. Jesus Christ. I have a recording, and I kinda want to post it lol

I sent my daughter to pick up sandwiches for contractors that working at the house. After patiently waiting behind other customers my daughter told them she had 6 sandwiches. The “sandwich artist” asked the customer behind her how many sandwiches she had the customer respond 2 she then told the lady behind my daughter that she was inconsiderate for not letting her go first…stupidity at it finest I will bring my business else where!

The new manager is rude and also looks mad or angry. The bread has started to look undercooked or is. And the subs have not been made with care. Old management was better. The women that have been there the last few times we have gone are just not plesant at all. The young man working there is fantastic though. Very friendly and tries so hard.
