Detto ciò abbiamo preso come antipasto il crudo di pesce ottimo, insalata di polipo squisito come anche la mozzarella grigliata al limone, invece come primo abbiamo preso il gran classico fettuccine Al limone su carpaccio di gambero rosso molto buono e per finire la delizia al limone. Da bere Fuorore di Marisa Cuomo. Prezzo medio-alto ma giustificato dalla qualità, dalla location, dal servizio.

Uno spettacolo per gli occhi e per il palato. Sapori unici, servizio impeccabile, gentilezza e simpatia di tutti! Il ristorante, posto in un limoneto d'eccezione sull'isola più bella del mondo, esegue piatti unici dal punto di vista culinario. Il personale discreto e estremamente reattivo, i prezzi tipicamente capresi. Si preparano pietanze per celiaci.

Ottima cucina con porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi capresi (elevati!), ma valgono un'esperienza unica con un servizio piacevole, cortese e preciso, senza eccessi di formalismo, né di faciloneria. La cura e la scelta degli ingredienti è proverbiale. Buffet detto dolci e della frutta unica e memorabile.

#AMAZING spot a ferragosto. È un posto che merita veramente tanto. Ormai è la tradizione per chi visita Capri. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato qui ferragosto in compagnia di VIP e vari personaggi importanti. Si mangia bene, piatti abbondanti e location molto gradevole. Consiglio.

Siamo andati qualche tempo fa ad una cena importante organizzata da Generali, il menu era sviluppato appositamente per noi. Ristorante storico è molto frequentato a Capri. Locale molto caratteristico sotto un limoneto davvero bello, unico. Il cibo è buono, le linguine al limone e gambero crudo sono deliziose e anche gli antipasti ed il pesce in genere. Stanza dei dolci molto attraente. L’atmosfera è piacevole, anche se un sottofondo musicale o un po’ di musica per un’atmosfera più festiva a nostro parere sarebbe stata il top. The ambience alone is already worth the visit. The food is great, high quality, fresh and tasty. Of course it’s frequented by a lot of “influencers”, but the restaurant is so large and tables are spaced quite far apart that they’ll probably not bother you. The only downside of our visit was a rude and grumpy hostess upon our arrival (young lady with glasses). This is too bad because all the other staff was kind, friendly, helpful and made sure you had a nice evening out. Reservations are definitely recommended. It’s on walkable distance from the port, but would recommend taking a taxi as the road towards the restaurant is quite narrow and not too safe with all the busses and taxis passing. Don’t forget to take a quick stroll through the garden to have a look at the beautiful flowers.

Dining at Da Paolino was a truly memorable experience! We made reservations in advance and took a taxi from the main Capri plaza — it’s a short walk from where you’re dropped off, and they’re happy to call you a taxi after dinner. We started the evening with drinks at the bar before being seated, which set a great tone. Once seated, we chose a bottle of red wine and had fun picking out our fish and steak directly from the cooler. We ordered both the truffle pasta and the famous lemon pasta — both were excellent, but we’d recommend the lemon for its bold, unique flavor. The whole salted fish and steak were presented and plated tableside, which added to the experience. Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. They also offer a stunning dessert room for €30 per plate — we were too full to try it, but it looked absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for a special night out in Capri!

Wow, wow, wow. Da Paolino is fabulous. What you see in photos is what you get. There are lemon trees all over and it’s just simply beautiful. The service is unbelievable, and the food was excellent. Definitely a “must do” when you’re in Capri. Make reservations because it does fill up quickly.

De Paolino was a great experience. The restaurant was open during lunchtime hours as it's still not peak season on Capri (We were there in mid April) Though the restaurant's location is slightly hidden, it was actually quite easy to find. When you're there, you feel that you've arrived in Italy. Dining inside lemon groves was very cool. The attention to every single detail was impeccable. The table settings and the staff outfits were all thought out. I highly recommend their shrimp salad with Parmesan cheese and the Vigna di Paola wine paired with the fish baked in salt. It takes a while to cook the fish, but it was totally worth it. While we waited for our food to come out the weather was slightly cool. For our comfort the restaurant provided us with yellow colored blankets which kept us warm and cozy. I would highly recommend this dining experience when visiting Capri.

An amazing and romantic dining experience under beautiful lemon trees. From the moment you arrive, you are in lemon paradise and greeted with exceptional hospitality. We started in the cocktail lounge and had the most delicious drinks before being seated at our table, where I was given a special stand for my purse! We split lemon pasta to start and then had the Lemon Chicken and Steak for entrée. The food was incredible, fresh, delicious, and the service was fabulous. This is probably one of the only positive reviews I can leave for Capri. The service was good — nothing special to highlight, but also nothing negative to say. The staff were professional and polite, and everything was handled smoothly. The food arrived very quickly, which was nice. As for the dishes themselves, I honestly didn’t find the food particularly special. The prices are extremely high — you’re looking at around €50–€70 just for a starter, which feels excessive. The steak was reasonably priced at €45, but the portion of vegetables and fries was tiny (for the price) (not a big deal, since they weren’t great anyway). It came with a delicious red wine sauce I had never tried before — really lovely flavor. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked (I asked for medium but got almost well done), although my friend’s steak — also ordered medium — was perfectly cooked, so I suppose it was just bad luck. Overall, the place is beautiful and the setting under the lemon trees is stunning, but the food doesn’t quite live up to the atmosphere or the price tag. If I could, I’d rate it 3.5 stars — a 3 feels a bit too harsh, but a 4 a bit too generous — so I’ll go with 4 stars.

The lemon pasta was fine but if you are having it just out of curiosity better try something else, it's just regular pasta with lemon sauce, exactly like you would imagine it. Seafood risoto is something you can skip and there may be much better alternatives on the menu. The dessert bar is indeed something special. Now for the good parts: the atmosphere is just perfect, you absolutely have to visit just for the feeling and the setup under the lemon grove. The service is impecable, the waiters perfect, achieving the perfect score, not too intrusive, yet relaxed and kind. The owner is appearance is a nice touch and also his daughter making sure everything is perfect for the guests. Truely an italian family run place with great attention to detail and style. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Nice experience but felt a bit commercialised. Food was good but not that it left us amazed. Staff is friendly and nice, but not that they left and incredible impression like in some other restaurants. The deserts buffet was really cool! And there are details that are cute. All in all I am glad we went here it is a traditional restaurant and it was cool to experience it.

La location è bella quando ci sono i frutti di limone, in modo copioso. Altrimenti è un pergolato fatto di queste piante di limone di verde spento. La magia che si vede in alcune foto assolutamente non c'è. Per il resto cibo per turisti, fatto anche male...linguina al limone degustabile in altri ristoranti capresi e fatta molto meglio...quella di Paolino appena sufficiente. Molto burrosa, linguina troppo sottile, poca consistenza. Fritto misto di cartone, presumo scongelato. Camerieri che non sanno cosa fare prima e che ti calcolano poco con la tradizionale ironia anche forzata. Cinque stelle per la capacità di monetizzare dal turista che va a Capri. Locale rinomato, prezzi altissimi: ci si aspetterebbe almeno piatti eseguiti con cura. Prenotazione proposta da loro alle 23, primo piatto arrivato dopo mezzanotte. Ho preso uno spaghetto alle vongole veraci da 60 euro: scotto e insapore. L’ho rimandato indietro e dopo pochi minuti mi è stato detto che la cucina aveva appena chiuso e che, se volevo, potevo “mangiarmi quello”. Surreale. Ovviamente non l’ho mangiato: 60 euro per una pasta scotta e senza gusto non esiste. Alla fine non me l’hanno fatto pagare, ma era talmente scontato che non fa né caldo né freddo. Rimane il fatto che se un ristorante così blasonato prende prenotazioni alle 23 dovrebbe essere in grado di servire piatti quantomeno decenti fino all’ultimo cliente. L’unica cosa davvero memorabile è la location: suggestiva, con quel tetto di limoni che incanta. Peccato che si venga per mangiare, non solo per fare foto. Banalmente: non prendete prenotazioni se non potete gestirle

Paolino é una limonaia e di bello ha solo i limoni appesi sugli alberi. Per il resto paghi troppo per piatti che valgono un decimo del prezzo. Stasera ho preso uno scampo king da 300 Gr (il peso è tutto nel carapace che non mangi naturalmente) al prezzo di 69 euro che aveva meno sostanza di un gamberetto rosso. 311 euro in due per 2 antipasti, 1 piatto di pasta, 1 scampo, dolci ed una bottiglia di vino da 90 euro. Capri è una location di lusso e spendere è normale ma qui non c’è più valore. Una grande delusione

Over rated. Too touristy The setting is undeniably charming, dining under lemon trees creates a beautiful, local atmosphere. The waiters, dressed in uniform, are quite efficient and professional. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It lacked flavor, personality, and any sense of love or care in the preparation. I didn’t feel the soul of the cuisine – something I always look for, especially in Italy. It felt like quantity mattered more than quality. A beautiful place, but the experience didn’t match the expectations.
