The service when I go to this place is normally really good. The staff is great. Tonight though, Wed the 18 around 11 the service was amazing and the food was perfect. Dude taking orders has a great personality and attitude. Everyone seemed to be working as a well oiled machine! Great job!

Food is great. Always delicious. Line gets a bit too long sometimes but hey its worth it. Other taco bells have nothing on this one. We usually get an extra Baja blast when the lines are too long. Love it here and will always come back.

I seriously don't know what it is about this particular Taco Bell but as of this writing at least (February 2019) they have by far the nicest most professional workers of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Same food just way better service. If you like it too go leave a review for the employees on the site they give you a link to; it helps them out and they deserve it.

Idk why everyone’s leaving bad reviews. It’s a Taco Bell. What do you expect. The drive through is always backed up but the food is about as tasty as it can get. Don’t try to talk about the sanitation part because it’s a fast food joint not a 5 Michelin star restaurant.

Food was good but drive through took 20+ minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. This definitely isn't normal for them, and they knew it... They apologized profusely and gave a free taco coupon. I'm not sure what was going on in that kitchen...

I ordered through the kiosk but did not get the correct items. I wanted a chicken chalupa supreme and got beef instead, and as I was on my lunch break I did not have time to complain and wait for it to be corrected.

I previously had a bad review about this place. Since then, this Taco Bell has improved tremendously. I don't know what changed in management, but whatever they did is working and successfully keeping their customers happy. I removed my old comments and reposted this to let management and employees know they are doing a great job in making improvements. I give credit where credit is due. Thank you.

Service was friendly and swift! The food was an amazing amount. This is why I have a 4! However, we ate inside and the tables could've been more clean, by the looks of no customers and the amount of staff that were working. The bathroom could use upgrades but it didn't smell :)

Listen. Taco Bell has never lied to us. They don't pretend to be healthy. They don't claim to be anything but exactly what they are: affordable, delicious, and consistent. You get great portions, and your dollar goes a long way. What were you expecting, gourmet? It's delicious and cheap. That's a winning combo

The food is amazing, tastes and is made very well! No surprise as it is Taco bell. I wish they were faster at answering people with mobile orders since they complete the order quickly but I sometimes wait roughly 20 minutes for them to simply notice me at the counter and hand me the food that is already prepared (not always the case though but a frequent occurrence).

its taco bell so you get what you expect, they take ebt but you have to go inside for it not drive thru, cravings menu items are pretty baller but ur probably gonna end up eating way more than you need since the portions are pretty small compared to how many calories they are

I have been going to this Taco Bell off and on for over 1 year. Lately it seems this Taco Bell is understaffed. In particular lately it seems this Taco Bell is understaffed. And particular on Sunday night. So they put a sign and close the lobby and only serve the drive through. My husband and I wanted to eat inside of a Lobby before heading home we do not want to take food home so we ended up going to a different fast food competitior. Over the past couple weeks though. They have seems more responsive to Lobby customers. And they may have had another reason such as people coming in and camping out in their lobby as part of the reason they decided to close the lobby. the food is always delicious here. My favorite thing to order is the Fresco style bean burrito and 🌮! 😃

Kiosks seemed to be the only way to order food that day. Our order took about 15 minutes to get from the time we ordered. It seemed like staff was short and business was plenty. Everyone's order took a while to get that day.

We happen to be in this area to watch grand daughter's Lil dribbles basketball ball games at St. John Catholic school. Wanted a quick bite to eat, saw Taco Bell, placed order, got order went to go sit to enjoy 1st sitting area, floors was so sticky you literally can hear the sound when you walked away!! Tried another sitting area floor was okay, but table was sticky! Good thing I always have disinfectant wipes handy. As for their co ed restroom, THEY WERE UNACCEPTABLE!!! Managers/staffing pay Attention!!

Ordered some food threw drive threw with my wife late on Friday night. Looked like only 2 guys were working. whoever was working the window seemed like they could care less about there job or life when he handed my wife the bag of food all he said was "its all there" When we got home most of our order was wrong like most of our food was missing ingredients or sauce or had the wrong ingredients. My wife's chicken Chipotle melts didn't have Chipotle sauce and my bean burritos where just stuffed full of beans and sour cream. I get its the late shift but if your not gana do your job maybe quit the job. 1 year later stopped back by and updating review. Been waiting over 40 minutes for my order now. Drive threw was a little long but not near being out in the parking lot so wife and I went inside to order. I've seen about 4 drive threws worth of cars come and go apparently the drive threw takes priority over customers that come inside to order. But whoever handed my wife an I our food was very respectful and apologized for the wait and handed us some free taco coupons and a free drink.

Depending on he day and time and the manager on shift...I had to wait over 30 minutes in drive through for tacos and a strawberry freeze while there was a scene going on inside. The staff is usually on it and very nice but when they get brushed its crazy!

Yesterday I ordered a tostada the new chicken nuggets and a freeze drink. My order was 12$. They never gave my debit card back. I didn't realiZe at that moment. I got home opened the box and the tostado was poorly made. And I figured I'll have them remake it since I needed to go back and get my debit card. They did and (made it with love the 2nd time around) while I was there I ordered another freeze drink. Today I'm looking through my transactions and noticed a 14$ charge!!! I spoke to a manager Name starts with a B and he said he can make it right. And when I got back to the store he was very nice and apologetic. It made a difference. Changed my review from 1 start to 3 stars. I like B.....N. he made the expericenbetter for sure.

I got the cheapest box which included wrapped burrito and taco. Also cinnamon twists. Comes with a medium drink. 5.40 for it and hardly a wait. I used the app and was out in less than 5 minutes

One of the longest wait times, can’t really depend on getting in and out cause you really can’t. Staff is hit or miss but I always get them to conversations because I know how stressful the food industry can be.

Everytime go to this Taco Bell location, I get some good food. The only problem is they often mess up my order. For example, one day I ordered a beefy melt burrito with NO sour cream, I received a beefy melt burrito with nothing but sour cream. I'm not sure if it was Apirl 1st or something, but that was an unacceptable prank. I'd really appreciate next time if they told me it was opposite day or something.

I love the food for the price! But what I don't care for but this is not just on Taco Bell but no one seems to work registers anymore! Prices go up and service goes down, this critic is not on the workers it is on the owners they are ultimately responsible. Same applies to store, first it was baggers then self checkouts, less workers and prices go up. I know the owners don't want to hear it! But it's on YOU!!!

Clean location, but I'm literally waiting outside for my mobile order because they locked the doors during business hours. I had to stand in the drive through to let them know, and they said they'd bring it out to me. They didn't bring it so I had to stand in the drive through again to get my food. Ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible, I have tried this location multiple times. The Chalupa shell was hard as a rock (not just once) and the fried chicken taco tasted like dog food that went a little rancid. Only reason I put 2 stars is the employees where nice, but the food is just embarrassing. Even the burrito tortilla was stale! If you want good food in Carmichael you have to pay at least 20 dollars, the fast food is all a joke especially later at night. Save your self a bad night go to California Burrito.

My husband and I ordered online to pick up in the drive thru. The drive thru states to not do pick up there and to go inside instead, so we did. Waited about 5/6 mins, not a single person greeted us or was at the front to help. Getting impatient, we left and went through the drive thru instead. Eventually got our food, got home and the food was wrong. The extras i paid for weren’t there. I highly do not recommend this location, it’s never been a positive visit and the employees are never in good spirits. I took a chance coming today after not visiting for a while because it’s just down the road from my house and it’s frustrating to have another bad experience. We will not be visiting this location anymore.

A lot of signs that read, use the kios to order. Took more than 20 minutes to get our order. Another 4/5 minutes to get a cup so we could get our drinks. Too many people waiting to get their order. All of our tacos were broken. We've been going to this Taco Bell for more than 15 years. Definitely gone way down hill.

Me and my girlfriend come here often, almost daily, we order the same thing every time and I would say maybe about 2 times they have made the food correctly. I have been coming here for a long time and it was not always this bad. Meaning no disrespect towards the employees, but this location used to be so much better.

I was craving some tacos the other day, so I went in and nobody’s at the front counter not a big deal but then the guy around the corner peaks at me and goes back to what he was doing and the manager in the office looks over at me I was back in to talking to the other coworkers long story short I just stood there for a few minutes and when I realize no one was going to come help me I just left. I understand everybody short staffed but they had at least five people working.

The staff is tired and over worked. Also, they constructed a wall during the remodel that blocks the view of the lobby from the kitchen so they have NO clue when there's a line. Also they installed self service kiosks, the employees roll their eyes when you come up to the counter. It's been like this for months... yes I want to order food but I also want some service please. Owners, do better. Hold your establishment and employees to a standard. Might not expect a good ROI but your customers will be happier.

Food was good as far as Taco Bell goes, staff was polite when I did see them, but they have nobody at the registers which is normal nowadays, but also the ice machine is apparently turned off according to another patron so you have to ask for ice and there are also no napkins in the restaurant. Both of those things would be pretty annoying by themselves but coupled with the fact that there was no staff working the counter meant I got tired of waiting and drank lukewarm soda and just went out to my car and got some spare napkins. If the neighborhood is that bad that you guys have to lock up the napkins and ice, maybe just close and try somewhere else.

this used to be my favorite taco bell but the night crew has been horrible recently. they either forget something or they make your order completely wrong. every time i go, i order a bean burrito with easy red sauce and extra onions and they ALWAYS put extra red sauce and no onions. the picture i included is supposed to be a regular chalupa but it only had sour cream and barely any meat. i definitely suggest going when the morning crew is working because they seem to make things correctly.

Since Door dash wouldn't except the review here it is. Food was missing items, put together very sloppy (What we did get), and never get any hot sauce. It's primarily the night shift lately. I don't know who's working, but maybe a little more training is in order.

DONT GO HERE! The night crew is horrible. All guys and don’t know how to run a fast food restaurant. Waited 10 minutes at the window for our food, because they all talking and walking around. Some guy kept touching his face with his gloves. One guy seemed like he was doing all the work.

Super disappointed. I come to this taco Bell a lot,to feed my family,and before work. Tonight (memorial day) the guy at the window was so rude. Usually I give this location a 4 star rating. However, this time, it only deserves 1 star.. I literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes! For one car, three of us waited 20 minutes! It was unacceptable! They didn't even offer a slushy drink or something for my trouble. They could have had the original car pull out of the way, could have been a little more apologetic, showing they cared, but none of that was done. I'm frustrated that they wasted my time! Especially in the heat!

I'm not one for writing reviews, especially about a fast food place but I literally get Taco Bell maybe once every 2 months as a cheat meal. Somehow this location ALWAYS messes up your order in some way. Nice enough staff but the people who are making the food need to not put things in that you specifically ask not to be put in. For my sake that would be an allergy to something. You can't mess around with those things. It's a waste of money on my end and the food just goes to waste because I can't eat it. Once again not trying to be mean but I really hope they see this and change their ways.

Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes at 7:30 on a Thursday. Finally get to the ordering screen to find out they’re out of drinks and about half of everything on the menu. This isn’t the first time. Then you get your $25 worth of food and it’s wrong and cold, covered in unmelted cheese

I gave them one star because i couldn't give them less. It took them three times to get my two item order correct. When i got home the first time my nacho order had no beans, cheese nothing. I went back had them redue my order this time i took time to look and they forgot the cheese what happened to this place they used to be good. Service in dining room is terrible. I sttod at counter for 21 minutes and then was told they couldn't help us they were to backed up in drive through. If you got all night then thats the place to go. UPDATE Second time in dining area and this time I have waited over 30 minutes fo our order and at this moment we are still waiting...This will be the last time that we ever come to this Taco Bell. We have watched a dozen people walk out and nobody has even come up to acknowledge and then was very rude when dropped off not a very good manager traning

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They lock the doors during the day at their discretion and don't bother to acknowledge customers when they knock on the door confused as to why the doors are locked. Refused to give their names or the names/numbers of someone in a higher position than them. They hang up on customers whenever the conversation isn't going a desired way. I don't know about the other shifts but 2-10pm on Thursday, August 11th, is HORRIBLE! If their customer service is this bad, I don't even want to think about what their food is like.

One of the worst Taco Bells in the local area. Literally the last three drive thru visits I had to go back inside to get my entire order. While waiting the staff will promptly ignore you. It used to be good but now it's staffed by lazy incompetent people. I will never ever spend another dime at this location.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. After many attempts of trying to let them get my order right and maybe not have to wait 45 minutes for my order to even be ready today they closed 15 minutes before they were supposed to. When I knocked on the door to try to get my food and called them they forwarded me to the fax machine so they didn’t have to speak to me. I have tried to give this establishment many opportunities to make it up to me and they just keep letting me down I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I suggest you do the same thing if you’re looking for good Mexican food. You will only be disappointed here by the staff and food !!

I ordered four chicken tacos and whoever took the order put down 4 beef tacos. I also ordered a mexican pizza and when i got it everything was off of it. I do not like bringing my food back so i will not go there again.

The cashier was rude to begin with. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and for some reason they replaced the beans with beef. I ordered 2 of the grande nachos box and subbed beef for beans and there was almost no beans on the entire nachos and no guac. This is not the first time they messed up my order at this location. They are always in a bad mood when I order and always messed up my order, I am always polite and say please and thank you. The cheesy bean and rice burrito doesn't even have beef, this is ridiculous. As a vegetarian for religious reasons this is horrible. I enjoy taco bell but I will no longer give this location business.

Worst Taco Bell in the area, here is a recap of my last experience: • Ordered my food via the taco bell app at 12:50 PM PST (order # 966140) for pick up inside at the counter • At 12:50 PM PST I head to the Taco Bell location which is 5 minutes away • At 12:51 PM PST I received a text that my order was ready, and that I could pick up the food at the counter. • When I arrived at the Taco bell location, a sign was posted that the lobby was closed (common for this Taco bell), and I queued up in the drive thru line, which was backed up quite a bit. • When I arrived to the ordering box, was told that my order could not be found, and the pull up to the drive through window. • Order verified via the app, was correct, told nothing can be done, told to contact taco bell for a refund • Reordered my food at the window for more than I paid originally • Asked me to pull up to the front of the restaurant and my food would be brought out. • Realized order was wrong per receipt, wrong food brought out 15 minutes later • At 1:26 PM someone came to the front door with my food, I explained the situation and I asked if could come in, he said he would remake the food. • While order is being corrected a manager behind the kitchen line, starts to hurl insults and crack jokes about me to other people preparing food. Sarcastically referring to me as a “genius”, degrading taco bell, the work he does, how its just tacos, and how taco bell doesn’t do refunds (which I didnt even ask for ) • Manager refuses to come out from the back of kitchen to at least talk to me face to face and directly, and refuses to give me his name, and again continues to crack jokes, and provide his running commentary. • The guy who gave me my food and was helping me, told me he believed the manager’s name was “Tone”; he didn’t know for sure. • I left the Taco Bell restaurant at 1:35 PM. • The food provided was still not what I ordered, hastily put together, and again full of errors compared to what I ordered – but I cannot blame the guy who was helping me, he was determined to get me going and on my way, and I appreciate it. If you have money and time to burn, don’t mind being insulted, and are okay with just getting whatever they decide to give you … go here; I won’t be anymore.

You pay for extra you expect extra. I use to work at taco bell, I'm familiar with the portion sizes. This location charges you extra, but you do not get what you paid extra for. Who is the regional manager at this location? Do better.

The manager Sarah is absolutely horrible. There is not reason to have to wait 45 minutes for a mobile order because of an error your team made. You stated the other cars in the drive thru where a priority and you were short staffed so I had to wait. Then you yourself had no urgency whatsoever in making my food. Extremely rude staff and poor quality food. Update: I typically avoid this location due to their constantly bad food quality and rude staff. However, when I do happen to visit this location, It all but reaffirms my disappointment. Chalupas should not be hard as a rock. The potatoes and gorditas follow suit with being stale and seeming old. The only item up to par with your local competition is the soda. How has this place not improved.

The manager said that she won't serve my children and me because, according to her, we (children and I)were "cursing" one of the employees. We all were shocked about this, especially since we haven't cursed anyone and my children don't curse and especially in front of me.. I was trying to explain to her that we haven't done anything like that. But, she ignored us of what we tried to explain. She didn't even want to listen to us. No food, she said. I told about this incident to my coworkers, neighbors, friends, and, of course, my biggest family just to avoid this location. No one can guarantee that they will throw some trash in my food or food of my kids. So, my advice to all of you is for your safety just to ignore and walk away from this place....

Why is only the side door by drive thru open no sign on front door, poor customer service, we asked for extra of something and got none of it. The so called manager on duty was also very rude and mocked us. Overall a horrible experience, every time I go there there’s an issue…and everyone who lives in area that I know has a few stories to tell about this location. This Taco Bell went from the best in the area to the worst. Consistently understaffed, to the point of closing the dining room during lunch. 20-40 minute waits in the drive thru. And regular mistakes on drive thru orders (I’ve had to return, only to find a queue of folk in line for order fixes) The new management needs to get their staffing issues under control. It’s a shame that none of the regular employees who worked there for years are still around.

Ate at this place two weeks ago. They have some serious health code issues. They don't wash their hands or change their gloves. Need to give a customer change and then go make a burrito? No need to change your gloves! Need to pick those dry boogers off your nose and then handle some paperwork? (Talking to you "manager") No need to take off those gloves! Need to stick your hands in your pocket after you give a fist full of sauce packets to a customer? You got it, no need to change those gloves! This review is specifically to the night time staff. This taco bell was great until about a month ago. Now it seems every time I go here they mess up my order and act pretty childish/rude. I understand they are all teenagers and they goof off but maybe only do that when customers cant see or hear you.

So the last time I was here they shorted me 3 items. I called when I found out after getting home and spoke to a manager named Enrique. He was very nice and apologized. He offered me $20 in free food and agreed to provide the 3 items that were missing from my order. So I drive the 5 miles to go get my items and waited...and waited. Finally I flagged an employee and asked for Enrique. He comes out and apologized again and ordered the kitchen to make the 3 missing items. I asked for a refill only and he gave me a replacement drink. I was nice. He was nice. He said to cime back anytime and just say his name to the staff and thatvwe spike and they would take care of me. Nope. Went in tonight around 7:30pm and the employee wouldn't honor Enrique's promise. He said Enrique just left and that my name wasn't in the office. Now I'm pissed. Drove there for that promise. Broken promises = bad business. Not ok. Thanks for wasting my time twice and making your manager look like a liar. Not cool. Super unhappy.

I think they have just completely given up on dine-in. No soda fountain, all employees seem to stay in the back to avoid anyone there who is trying to order or get a refill. Probably just need to close the dining room and keep drive thru open?

It took them 22 min to make 1 Chalupa supreme. the Drive through line was really long and there customers inside That were pretty upset still waiting for their food. What happened to the saying fast food? where did all the good workers go?

Because of the manager Antonio, the entire experience was absolutely awful. The entire time we were in the restaurant Antonio did nothing but complain about everything, from their cheap customers who only order on the valve menu to upper management. We entered the restaurant at around 8:15 am this morning (12/21), and Antonio started right off with telling his employees in a very nasty way that he didn't unlock the door so why are customers coming in. He then told an employee to go tell us that the lobby was not open and we'd have to leave. Again, this is 8:15 am and the lobby is supposed to be open. He said everything out loud so we could clearly hear him. I then asked an employee what this managers name is, and we were told very nicely his name, and this is when the manager makes himself visible to us, then gave me a very nasty look. As an owner of a building trades corporation, I am very shocked at how he mistreats his employees by how he speaks to them. We do not allow any of our management team to ever speak to an employee in this manner, nor are they allowed to speak about customers like Antonio did. He is very unprofessional in conduct and behavior to employees and customers. All of the employees under Antonio were very nice, respectful, and professional. It was just the manager Antonio.

Ordered Supreme Crunchwrap, and it came with no meet!! The second time happened with taco bell in two weeks. What's the point of selling tortilla stuffed with salad and no meet. This is not advertised correctly. My wife ordered taco with chicken and it came with no chicken.. do not go to taco bell no more, they are ripping people off.

Spent $20 dollars for a luxe craving box and a chicken quesadilla, luxe craving box came out perfectly fine but instead of the quesadilla and soft taco they gave us a Mexican pizza and no soft taco. They can't get it right.

I’ve gotten a cheese quesadilla 3 times here and every time, they’ve undercooked it. The cheese is cold and not fully melted to the point the shredded cheese is falling out of the tortilla.

We come here often for dinner in the drive thru I know it's gonna be bad when a certain crew is there. The manager is horrible at customer service. My food is made so horribly I have to go in and get it fixed every single time like tonight no sour cream on my tacos (again) the forget most of our food. It is getting ridiculous I get no sorry nothing.. someone needs to do something.

God this place is awful. I don’t get it man. They always have like 6 people working and no one ever comes to the front when there’s multiple people waiting. I could offer every employee there $100 each to get an order correct and they will still fail to do so. They also just hand people random orders in the drive thru when they’re really busy just to get them out of the line. Like what the heck man! Does this place have a curse on it? Get it together Taco Bell. Worst location I have ever been to in my entire life. 👎

I'd give zero stars if I could. Not only were they out of everything that I ordered, but they also didn't say anything until AFTER I had paid. I have never been through a drive thru where they didn't tell me at the window where I ordered that they were out of anything. The items they offered as a suggested replacement were nothing like what I had ordered and were also cheaper items on the menu with no offer for a refund for the difference. And when I finally settled on something else, they still gave me the wrong sauce for what I ordered, giving me ranch dressing (which I absolutely HATE) instead of creamy jalapeno. So I left with items I didn't even want and sauces that made me not even want to eat those items. Garbage. Never going to this location again.

This place is a hot mess. I’ve had money stolen and rude workers every time. Just go to the Taco Bell on Auburn Blvd, that one doesn’t steal your money or get orders wrong.

We just left the Taco Bell drive thru on manzanita. I'm so disappointed with this Taco bell. One of the many things I ordered was 10 Cinnaballs. I was shocked that they could mess this up so bad. They were hard & stale & we had to throw them away they were so bad. Also, the Taco in our meals were smaller than the last time we had them. How cheap has Taco Bell gotten. This is my third time here in the last two weeks. Not by my choosing either. But every time something has to go wrong beware of this lazy Taco bell. On top of that it's so expensive now especially for the amount of food you get. If I go to Taco Bell in the future it will for sure be a different location. I've given this location too many chances as it is. Oh yea, and be expected for a long of bumbs to come up to your car asking for money. Bumbs everywhere littering all over that taco bell. Gross.

Horrible horrible. They tell me they can’t take my order at the front. Tell me to use the kiosk. Then the next 5 customers get their order taken at the front. Out of the 2 kiosk, one is broken. Staff is rude. Food was ehhh. Out of Baja blast

Employees Do Not Want to have interaction with customers. If you want to pay cash at this fast food place, you have to wait another 5-10 minutes for someone to take your money, then start on your order. I've had the same experience with other Taco Bells. It's their new Standard Operating Procedure. Striving for terrible customer service.

They don't put food in bags when you order inside, double check. This is the third time in a row that they simply didn't put food in my bag, and I discovered it at home. They simply skip an item if there's a lot of food.

Really disappointing!! speed of service was okay but quality of product was terrible missing cheese on taco supreme and no meat in the crunch wrap this has happened a few times at this Taco Bell recommend trying another location.

The last, and I mean the last I eat here: we ordered 2 meals. They waited on everyone after us and 35 minutes later I asked for the meals. By this time the lobby was empty. The drive thru had a couple cars and it's not a busy evening. The manager (he said he was) was pretty polite and apologized .... but this manger apparently was having some fun..HE HANDLED CASH AND NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS OR PUT ON GLOVES. after proving we paid and he took our money. He got right on it and made the two $7 boxed meals. The entire time I stood at the counter and watched him make the meals. The whole time I noticed him scraping the bottom of the meat/bean tins, walking away with toritllas and setting them on the really unsanitary surface. Then he'd walk away go in the office or around the corner and then come back weird, just weird. Frustrated but not wanting to be rude I stood there. So, all the taco shells were broken. The Xtra sour cream and tomatoes we ordered were not ON our tacos. My cheesy/bean/meat and rice burrito looked like BURNT DOG POO and there wasnothing else in a ripped tortilla with lettuce mixed in (super yum?) not . I'd post a picture but this site won't let me. My friends meal was equally as disgusting and all shells were ripped and broken. The cinnamon twists were just not there. There were a couple crushed up ones though, yummycrumbs.. Additionally our tacos were not even wrapped. I have never had such a horrible meal. And lately taco bell MANZANITA AVE CARMICHAEL 95608 has been consistently bad, With stale/ burnt meat and beans, broken shells etc. Never putting the xtras on. I hope someone from Taco 🔔 Corporate or a district manager from Taco Bell sees this post. Its always been easier to just throw the meal away just like we did the other night. I have my receipt and pictures 📸. But again , I can not attach in this post. You can skimp on size and price, but do you really have to serve a meal that is prepared with unwashed, money handling hands? Just Because wages went up doesn't mean that we, your customers deserve to have a terrible meal. Maybe Taco Bell and it's employees forgot that without customers there aren't jobs or profits? But you guys probably dont even care. I have thrown previous meals away too. WE will be requesting our money back AND WE'LL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

Without fail this location messes up our order everytime! It’s the closest one to my house and I will literally drive farther to avoid going to this one. We went there 2 days ago and not only did they mess up the order again but when my husband got out of the drive thru and went inside the cook came out and was totally rude. Saying that he made it right when clearly it was chicken and not steak… so someone else fixed it for us. Then we got home and the taco was completely broken. They usually are always broken from this location as well.

Ordered 2 combo meals, drove home, chalupas were ice cold and hard, like seriously cold, also only got 2 napkins and 4 sauces for 2 combos. Called and was told they would replace. Ordered beef chalupas and got chicken and COLD again. Not stopping at this location anymore. 🤦‍♀️🤔😠

Ordered the cheesy street chalupa w cantina chicken and this is what I received. I was appalled. The service at this location is almost comical. I can’t believe that they actually hire these ppl to abuse customers the way they do. It almost seems like they have a “ you want it or not “ attitude and it’s quite offensive. Do not go to this taco bell! I have made a formal complaint to corporate on their rude behavior towards customers and their lack professionalism. This was found in my burrito and when I had called to explain the situation to this store they did not want to help me and actually blamed it on me and said I was lying that it was “impossible”. This is concerning towards their management as I would want to have my food line properly staffed and actually care that they are improperly handling food. This is disgusting and I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I am doordashing and they close their drive through when short staffed and when I go up to the door the employee she was very rude and I asked about the order and she tells me well there is only two people in the kitchen and rn we are closed and I asked what does that mean? Will you bring the food out if no one is allowed inside? And she whispers so I asked her to please speak up and she says I will bring it out to you in a loud voice and slams the door I cannot believe the horrible and repulsive attitude of the employees here
