WNB Factory Wings & Burger

First time coming to this restaurant. My fiance and I were gladly surprised by how good the service and food were. He had a burger and I ordered a plate of chicken tenders. Everything was prepared at the moment, cooked perfectly. Will come back next time we are in Dallas.

Excellent job in the wings! We wanted to try a new place for our wings and was excited this location exceeded our expectations. We came in late and only ordered wings but in comparison to others we have tried, these were far superior in flavor and meat quality. The order seemed fresh and it came out quickly. Thank you for a GREAT experience.

The light wing coating was very well seasoned. We ordered honey garlic and garlic parmesan--both were great! We found our favorite wing restaurant and will return soon. The onion rings were delicious, too. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the manager.

Pretty good food. Fast too. Drink machine had a lot of options and seemed to be mixed and set up correctly. Not sure where the 1 star reviews about drink machine is from.

definitely fresh food! the wings were not like anything i’ve had before! i got the boneless wings becuase i don’t like the bones and instead of tasting like chicken nuggets they tasted like real chicken chewy but not too chewy and the flavor was really good (even for a dry rub!) i got the key west flavor and it was really tasty the ranch cup was deep and really good, they had massive condiment bottles, and most importantly they had a coca cola free style with unique flavors! they had peach tea and lemonade free with purchase.

I tried the Carolina Gold chicken sandwich recommended by the restaurant manager, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I asked for the onion rings to be extra crispy, and I really appreciated how carefully they took my order. The staff was also very friendly and gave me a warm send-off. I’ll definitely be back to try other menu items!!!!

I totally recommend this place! The food there was absolutely delicious. They have a wide variety of food and I loved everything that I've tried. I could easily tell that they used high quality ingredients to make their food and the pricing is incomparable. Would totally come back again.

Come here a lot because the restaurant is clean, with great service and good food! The wings are my favorite with so many sauce options! Wet Ranch and Honey Lemon Pepper are good! Burgers are good and different options for that as well. Fried pickels are delicious. Overall: The menu has a wide variety of options, so something for everyone! Great for lunch or dinner!

Great place for lunch or dinner and always fresh. Great friendly service with a smile. This place should be packed but when I stop in it normally does not have many dine-in customers. Have tried them 3 times now and they are consistently good. Highly recommend this place for burgers, onion rings, and cheese steaks. Will be trying the wings soon. Great job!

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and they follow Cov-19 rules. The first time we got the double cheeseburgers deluxe. They were huge and delicious! This time I was greeted just as warmly as before. My order of a Catfish Plate and dry lemon-pepper wings was quickly taken. The manager opened the containers and allowed me to verify my order before leaving the restaurant. He assured me that if I had any problems or questions I only needed to let him know. Everything looked and tasted great. It was real Catfish!

Hubby and I went into WNB Factory for our first time today. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were spotless. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger, tots with one, onion rings with the other. The burgers were yummy, tasted just like home cooked burgers. The tots were great and crispy. The onion rings were just okay, crispy on the outside, but a bit mushy on the inside. We really appreciated that there was hand sanitizer on each table. We totally recommend WNB Factory, and plan on returning ourselves to try other menu items.

Come here regularly. Always get the Texas Double. Great food all the time. Service is great too.

This is my go to when I'm craving burgers. Live by plenty of place but would rather travel to get good food. The spice on the wings are actually hot and good. Never had a meal I didn't like. And the employees are always chill

OMG Dbl Meat Burger was reminiscent of the 70’s burgers we used to get at WATTs Burger in ODESSA, Tex. Much more juicy and delicious that even WhataBurger!!! I don’t know about the rest of the stuff on the menu, but that burger was awesome . The interior was way too cold for me to enjoy fully enjoy the meal. I wish I would’ve had an outdoor patio or something. It was just freezing in there, and my friend was also freezing. . The lady that took her order was very very friendly. I don’t know who the Cook is, but they need to keep him doing those burgers . The building, the store seemed new. There was a little bit of language problem, but it worked out. I said I wanted it only with mustard, but they put some kind of secret sauce, that I did not ask for …I did ask for jalapeños and I got a big pile of jalapeños in my burger that was awesome. I ordered the combo, but the french fries that came with it or the frozen type. That was a disappointment only ate a few of those the whole package cost me almost $15, but I am telling you that burger was awesome. 😎😎😎

You need to hurry up and put your order in we closing. He made my takeout when I wanted to sit down and eat. The menu changed. Even before then, the food was halfway decent. The lady that’s always at the counter is one of the owners. She acts like she’s afraid of African Americans. I watched her be super friendly to Caucasian people, but gets really timid when I visit the store. It’s hilarious 🤣 The food isn’t good like it used to be. They don’t offer vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion) on their cheesesteaks, you have to pay extra. And the burger patties are SUPER thin. The chicken wings are small, and but the time they fry them, there’s hardly an meat on them. The only really good thing on the menu is the fried rice, hands down. Everything else is a gamble. The floors are dirty as usual, and whenever you get a “Combo” there’s hardly any fries. Don’t waste your time.

Just go to Wingstop this place is not worth it. I read the reviews online and was convinced this would be a decent wing place….. I was mistaken. The wings were by far the tiniest Soda machine was not set correctly. Drinks tasted like absolute garbage the lemonade and peach lemonade were not mixed correctly, and the ketchup tasted extremely strange. It was sour. I came here with my family after working hard all week just to be disappointed by this establishment and then my wife had to get a mouthful of sour ketchup will not be returning. I will take my business to Wingstop. The list goes on and on the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in ages. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. I’m not a food critic, but this place is rough. It needs to be under new management. I wish the Google reviews were more honest. This world is full of lies.
