Any place will give you good food but great service? That can only be done by good people like Bastel Nancy and Denia who although he didn't have to actually took care of me. Vargas also was very helpful and a polite cashier. Please come here these folks are great. Service even popeyes can't match. Also a shout out to Adrian for being so helpful ✨️.

After having an online order getting cancelled at 10:00 am, 11/17/23 I immediately called customer service and was given the phone number of the store. I spoke to Susana and explained my situation, she assured me to place my order again and she'd work on it. (Mystery of why the 1st order got declined) Anyways, I re-ordered and sure enough she calls me back and completes my order for (9) people, which included, 3 piece combos, sides, sauces, drinks, utensils, you name it. She went beyond her service, helped me place my bags on the table to review that nothing was missing before I left the store. All of this was completed at my scheduled pickup time. Great service from Susana and her staff that helped prep everything. We enjoyed all the meals, it was a pre-thanksgivng for the staff. Thank you again...I'll definitely order again.👌☺️

I haven’t been here in years and it has not changed one bit. The employees were super helpful and patient.The tenders box I got was super good. I will be coming back here more often especially this location.

On 11/24/25, we had to return to the restaurant because items were missing from our order. The same associate helped us both times we were there. She was very kind and friendly. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and even gave us a free cake. I don’t know her name. It was around 7:30. I think she was working the drive thru also because she had a head set on. I wish I would have asked her name, but thank you for being so nice!

This restaurant in Torrance on Carson St. & Figueroa service was horrible. Young lady behind counter Wa very rude to one of the customers for advising them his Order was wrong. Very calm speaking young man, she accused him of having an attitude towards her. He never got loud or disrespectful, never said anything to her. She got real loud & everyone heard their conversation. I don't Know if she wa a manager or not But she owed this customer an appology. Instead of telling the customer they did not have chicken Breast ready she pulled it from another order that they had for a Drive thru customer. The customer was ashamed he just kept saying I don't have an attitude I didn't say Anything that should have made her Mad. This restaurant visit gets 2 star For customer service.
Friendly staff, gets orders correct more than other KFC in area. Only concern is the gravy needs to be placed in a better vehicle for transport of a liquid as it opened and spilled out of the styrofoam cup white still in the bag on the way home. Maybe placement of container on top and at an angle wasn't a good idea?

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich with french fries. But I got to the window. The french fries were called and I said something and it said no problem. We'll fix that. Cover minutes later they came back and hand me the bag. When I pulled in a parking spot the bag was coated and grease and the french fries or grease fries. I've never seen french fries so greasy in my life. I probably went in the store. Showed him what was going on and I said what you guys do. Just refry them again. They said let's make you a fresh batch. Take about 7 minutes for me to get my fries. Maybe a little longer. They finally did get them right. I did knock them that bad because it is KFC and won't location. You can't really judge the whole chain by. But I really liked her chicken sandwich. They're pretty darn good
This restaurant's drive thru was closed. I had to go inside. I ordered and was served really fast. I ordered two chicken pot pie combo's. The food was good. You can't go wrong with their chicken pot pies. Always good!
This is a very hit or miss place. Being modern fast food, most of the baking, cooking, frying is about as automated as the company can make it so. Thus the quality of the end product is gonna be about the same from KFC to KFC nationwide. What makes the difference is the staff. And that's where the hitting and missing comes in. Always check your order to make sure they get it right. Too many times, they don't. Kinda hard to confuse macaroni & cheese with whipped potatoes but... they do. And often times they'll be very short staffed so the wait time will just drag out. But, it's a KFC. So, it's not fine dining and the price means it's not top-notch service either.
Most staff are rude and if you special request anything there is a particular female employee that will do the opposite of your request purposely. I thought it was a mistake the first two times but after a few times of visiting this location as I was new to the area, I realized it's unfortunately just snotty staff.
I ordered 12-pc NH Ky Wing and large Coleslaw. The chicken wings was overcooked, too oily, too spicy and most of all too salty. My first time to order this NH Ky wings and was dissatisfied with the way it was prepared. When I got my order, I added fries as I was enticed by the poster which says “secret recipe”. Excited to try it, I hurriedly tasted it and was disappointed because it was too salty just like the chicken wings. 😩 Will not return to this branch again 😡

Outdated interior, dirty sticky, and slow service. Service speed, not very impressive. I don't think they really care about their service quality
If you have time and can't get anything else...you might be at the right place. They take forever if you plan to feed your family tonight. I waited 30min for my meal after they took my money. Famous "can park in one our spots and we will bring out your meal to you." While waiting be prepaid for one of the local homeless to request some CASH, not food. I'll pass and drive down the street the next time. Hope your experience is a bit more pleasant.
Each time I come to this location, my order is wrong. Today I ordered a 2pc breast and wing combo for lunch, I got to work and they gave me a leg and thigh. The leg and thigh had little meat and extremely small, and the biscuit was bite size. This should have been a kids meal! The prices continue to increase while the quality and portion size decrease. In this economy times are hard for the average consumer, so it’s vital that we get a decent meal when we’re paying regular price for the meal. Pay attention to customers orders, serving quality products which built your brand and customer base is essential.

Ordered through mobile app, said it will be ready by 10:50, store itself didn’t open until 11 and never made my sandwich… told them will be late but didn’t seem to care about it. As always kfc poor service bad quality staff and literally robbed my 10bucks and sandwich for their fun!!
I went through the drive thru and calmly asked for my order. The lady had attitude and kept telling me to go back. I will not be coming back. She doesn’t deserve to be behind a register. 👎👎👎
Was here on Saturday 10/29 ordered strip meal, half of the strips were so hard and old I couldn't even bite it, I almost broke my teeth in the process. Chicken wasn't even white anymore from all the times it had been reheated or just plain old. Totally disgusting, the food here is just as nasty as the service they give you. Definitely not coming back here again😡😡😡😡😡
This is the worst KFC I have been to in a long time. The last KFC like this was in the 1980s before the internet - lol The restaurant was dirty, and they took a very long time with my app order. My app order for dine-in was not ready at the time promised for pickup. The staff forgot my drink, condiments, napkins, and utensils. At my inquiry for these items, I was told, "Sorry, we have no napkins - we ran out." - how does this happen? KFC is a multi-million dollar company. I had to ask for an extra paper bag, tear it in half, and use it for my hands. I may uninstall the app & avoid KFC altogether from this negative experience. The food was ok, but I had better at other KFC locations. I will never go to this location again. 💯
Terrible location Do not go there. The staff does not want customers. They made me wait five minutes at the drive through with acknowledging me through their speaker and the message was “one moment”. And no please. I waited another so long that the car behind started to hit their horn. Btw there was no cars in front of me so I would assume that they were not busy. Never going to this location again
Lucero, the woman who took our order and was the cashier, was rude. She took our order with so much attitude and was talking back to us. She had no skills when it came to costumer service. The company should re-educate her on costumer service etiquette. We even witnessed her treating another employee with rudeness. If she was a manager, then that’s just so unfortunate. She was just plain unprofessional.
Very bad customer service, 3rd time being here and all 3 times the staff did not get it right. This time I drove off, I asked a question and the staff was very dismissive. Stop giving up a vibe as if you are being forced to work. I ended up going to Popeyes down the street and they are very busy, I wonder why? Please do better with your attitude and customer service skills.
The customer service is atrocious, they constantly get your order wrong and their Mac n cheese is always cold in the middle. The Carson location across the street from cal State Dominguez is 1000 times better. Only come here if you want food poisoning.
Drive thru 830pm they have no spicy chicken! No crispy chicken only original! After placing the order for a 12 pc family meal thankfully I asked before paying if they had crispy or spicy my kids don’t and will never eat original! They told us they had none! After spending about 5 to ten minutes ordering they told us! Unbelievable that they have no chicken it’s a KFC! Not to add they close at 10pm!!
Used to be good, but last night got overcooked brown almost burnt chicken. I think their quality control is suffering, had only 3 workers, one taking orders for drive up and had her filing the orders and also taking money as well, one at the walk up, I think they were overworked, left my chicken batch too late. Well, not coming back for sure anymore, theres Popeye's down the street
Drove up to speaker. Was asked if I was paying with correct cash, or card? Cash✅Ordered 2 Chicken Pot Pies, an Extra Crispy Breast , side of cole slaw. Was told we only have 1 Chicken Pot Pie and would have to wait 20 minutes. Huh? NOT!
Got the chicken little combo and asked for no pickles and they put pickles the i got a two piece meal and. I asked for no gravy on the mash potatoes and they had to put gravy on the mash and their was no biscuit with the meal. And when i went back inside the guy was acting like he didn't see me or hear me when i was calling him. So i asked for a refund and they don't give any like why?
Lazy servers and the food they gave me was old. I noticed it once i got to my office so I had to waste more rime to go back. Once i got there i had to wait 10 min for fresh food. Ro make it even worse 4 employees was in the dining area while customers were waiting to order. All bad and never again will they get my money.
I would put 0 stars. They closed the doors twice. They closed at 9:30 pm and I arrived at 9:08 pm. They told me: "we will attend you from the drive thru"; They served two cars in front of me. I arrived, they never opened the window, I was there for 10 minutes.
Disgusting salty hard extremely dark dried out chicken. I ordered the 4 piece with a side of green beans , the breast was so dry I couldn't eat it . The thigh was round with hard mostly skin. The flat part of the wing was so small it was not edible. My friend ordered 1 thigh and she said it was salty and dry as well. For $18 I could've went to chick fil a.
Food was ok but staff was very unprofessional they were cursing at each other in Spanish and talking bad things. Manager tried to shape them up buy they wanted no part in it won't be coming back here.

One of the worst services lady in the drive thru I could barely hear. Rushes me I get to the window add a chocolate cake. The man charges me for it. Then hands me both plastic bags at the sametime. I ask if the cake is in there he yells me yes. I get home to LA and I have no cake. And a cranky toddler who was promised cake will never go back to this location.
I ordered through DoorDash and I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. 2 orders of them! What came? No gravy at all. Called the store and the woman I spoke with Victoria automatically blamed the dasher and then they refused to give me my gravy. Also I ordered regular chicken and got spicy which I couldn’t give to my 3yo. Then when I thought it wasn’t bad enough the biscuits are rock solid! Never going to this location again.
Seen they brought back the crispy chicken wraps, 2 for $5 so I was skeptical about coming here to try them as I've had bad experiences here in the past, and sure enough another horrible encounter! Anyways I ordered the wraps with no pickles and when I opened the bag they were wrapped up so small they were no more than 4 inches long unwrapped them and opened up the cold tortilla and I see a very miniature piece of hard cold chicken with no pickles and no slaw with a ton of spicy mayo, totally gross! So i checked the receipt and I got charged 2 for $6 when the sign on the window says 2 for $5. Chalk up one more nasty visit to this disgrace of a restaurant.
Okay so I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:45 p.m. that guy acknowledge that I was there the drive-thru I asked him for a chicken sandwich, his response was they had no chicken or any food that they were closing at 10 and they were ready to go home had everything cleaned, when I reminded him that it was only 9:45 p.m.. now correct me if I'm wrong but if you close at 10 p.m. and you have cleaned everything up 15 minutes before and you are not serving any food isn't that wrong???

There was a time when I could walk in and order food an hour before closing. Once I even got there 35 minutes before closing and the employee who saw me try to open the locked door was gracious enough to unlock the door for me and allow me to order. However, the last few months I've arrived an hour to an hour and a half before the listed closing time and the employees who saw me try to open what should be an unlocked door gave me dirty looks and acted like I was inconveniencing them by trying to be a customer at the establishment. It's not like there's any tables to clean, or chairs to put up that would require you to lock up an hour and a half early. Do better KFC.
