After many complaints I actually can have a brown grilled grilled cheese sandwich on a yellow one egg grilled cheese should be toasted Brown cheese melted tweeked with mayonnaise and dill pickle chips and 98% of the time the sandwich is correctly diamond cut 🤔 but a few times the cook doesn't even bother but yes and a cranberry limade or just order the best classic lime aid. Gotta love it I would like to let everybody know that lady with the hot dog and that's not responding that's look at the picture it's not it's not been edited my boyfriend doesn't give me all the time it's a scanned photo I don't believe that lady and I'm a big believer and I know what I know and I know that photo is edited highly edited and it's what it's called a scan Federal and I'm going to run it through my app when I'm finished. Awesome Sonic drive in. A poster child for what one should look and act like. Courteous service, hot food and everything clean at that restaurant. Just beautiful.
Service is always quick and the staff always friendly. I normally order ahead using the Sonic app.
Pulled up to 2 different drive-in parking spots before I found one that worked. I hit the button, someone greeted me, I placed my order. Then nothing. I asked if they heard me. Nothing. Pulled into the drive-thru, placed my order and finally got it. Took it home and found out that the hot fudge on all of my hot fudge sundaes was burnt. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. We had to throw away the 3 sundaes. Very disappointed.
They keep bringing me a route 44 red bull slushy as a drink and not as a slushy!! And that is not how I ordered it..also red bulls are no longer on the happy hour half off list..this is the main reason why I goto sonic!! Or used to go..
I dislike having to give a low star but today I requested a Chili dog menu with drink and Cheese curds. I was in drive thru headed back to the shop. When I got back I was disappointed to find no chili just the liquid of it and no cheese just onions and jalapeños that I ask to be put on top of it as additional. The woman were very nice but when you ask for a chili dog and get no chili and your in a hurry . It’s so upsetting. The person at the window or someone should have seen the ticket because she read it back to me and see the chili wasn’t on it or cheese. I don’t go to this Sonic much but seems every time I have the foo back isn’t correct. Just needs someone to manage the food going out. Rant over
No one came on order mic after 5 minutes, so I pulled up to window…another 5 minute wait, even though 2 workers looked at me. 3rd worker then waited on me! My tater tots were cold and I was only Customer on the lot! Another car pulled up to order- no one took order so they pulled out and into stall and the left as no one answered them! Lots of laughing, giggling and talking going on! I’ve been a customer at this Sonic over 30 years…totally pathetic!!
I gave you one more try after several goofs in the past. But guys, come on. I ordered ranch for my jalapeño bites, got honey mustard. And my bites don't seem to be over done. So I am guess you cooked them in old oil. I know because I worked for KFC and when.oil got old it made chicken dark. You charge a bit for them.bites. maybe we should do better.
Horrible serving. First I ordered my drinks and they said WHATTT whenever I asked for an OCEAN WATER. I thought they knew what an ocean water was but apparently not. So then I say it again, and then she said WHATTTTT again. And then I changed my mind and got a root beer instead. Then, my girlfriends CRANBERRY LIMADE, WHICH ID ASSUME THEY HAVE LESS ORDERS OF THAN OCEAN WATERS, COMES OUT WAY BEFORE MY ROOT BEER. But here's the worst part, THEY GAVE HER THE WRONG DRINK. wow. So then she comes out FINALLY with my root beer and her correct drink, and then she asks to take the other wrong drink, (which already has a straw in it by the way) so we gave it to her, and then she grabbed it and gave it back to us. What? But 2 stars for an extra drink

Very upsetting when all of your order does NOT show up on the screen and you try to clarify and one of the workers says "You dont have to yell i can hear you".. I was not trying to yell, just trying to clarify the order... There was 2 orders and the card machine wouldn't even work... and no there was not a suggestive sale on the second order because I asked to speak to a manager...very disappointed
I went to Sonic and honestly I think I aged 40 years waiting for someone to answer the red button. By the time they took my order I had already accepted that happiness is a myth. My burger looked like it lost a fight. The cheese wasn’t melted — it was just casually existing like it didn’t even want to be there. The bun was upside down. The patty tasted like sadness and maybe cardboard. The mozzarella sticks were so oily I’m pretty sure I could’ve lubed a whole car engine with one. I took a bite and the cheese shot out like it was trying to escape the situation. Relatable. My Cherry Limeade tasted like carbonated regret. Even the ice looked tired. A carhop gave me my food like they were handing over a bomb they didn’t want responsibility for. I asked for ketchup and they vanished into another dimension. Overall: ⭐ 0/5 ⭐ Would rather eat air.
Say in the drive thru no one would take my order worst service I’ve seen
I waited for 15 minutes to get help asked if I could be help after 10 minutes got told they got more important stuff to do right now.Waited 5 more minutes asked if I'm going to get helped at all and got completely ignored.They was trying to charge me more than what the meals actually cost. Finally, I just told moz. I was gonna call corporate so I left and called corporate. And they didn't seem to care too much either. So I doubt anything will be done just know if anything happens. Don't ask the lady manager during the day. She's rude. I will not be reternie as long as she's still manager there. She does not care about her customers
First off I drive through this Sonic every morning and get a lemonade. Always have great service. I went through there about 4:45 today and bought a bag of ice. On one of my visits they didn't offer an add on so the girl gave me a $2 coupon. When I went to pay for my ice I handed the young man the coupon and some change. He looked at me kinda funny. That's when the manager came to the window and said " Did you pull this coupon off of our menu" I said excuse me? She said these aren't coupons they go on our menus. I said well idk what to tell u that's what your employee gave me. Then she proceeds to ask me what was the employees name. Ok... so idk I was supposed to remember every drive thru persons name. So, basically she told me I took a $2 coupon off their menu!! They need to be careful on what they're accusing people of. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but she was definitely in the wrong and very hateful. She didn't even care that she was rude. Sorry Sonic I don't need to steal your $2 coupon
Raw meat and Terrible customer service from the CAR HOP person what a combo. The app kept crashing, finally I got in. To redeem my offer I clicked redeem now but nothing happened I merely was trying to ask the car hop lady was it suppose to give a code SHE RUDELY replies without at least seeing what I was asking WE CANNOT TROUBLE SHOOT THE APP FOR YOU, YOU HAVE TO CLICK on support, then walked away. I went through the drive thru last night and placed and order that totalled almost 40 dollars. We waited in the line for over 15 minutes at least to get our food. We took our food home and found out our order was incorrect. We had to turn around and drive back across town to get it corrected. They acted like it was no big deal and were not very apologetic just offered coupons and did finally replace the food that was incorrect. While we waited for the food we noticed the kitchen area was completely trashed and disgusting. A shake had spilt or was dropped and just walked through. The machines looked like they had not been cleaned the entire day. My family and I will not be going back to this Sonic. It was not even a good experience let alone a great one.
Have to say, I'm rather disappointed how my order went today. I eat here once every week or so and never have had much issues but along with a poor order I notice something I think is new. So, I got a couple of meals, smash burger and footlong coney. After getting to the window I found out the gal rang me up for a dbl cheeseburger instead of a coney. I ran with it since I was sick and didn't feel like dealing with the issue. Once I got home 5 minutes later I pulled out the smallest lil burger I've seen in a while along with mozzarella sticks that weren't melted and smelled as if they were cooked in bad oil. The smash burger looked boiled for some reason and after half of it and a couple mozzarella sticks I find myself blowing out my internals on the toilet. I spent 30$ on this meal, I suspect the burger size is a corporate issue but the sanitation is definitely a local issue right now. I don't think I'll be back to this location for a few months until whoever is dropping the ball there is rotated out. Suggestion: McDonald's has never given me an issue and Arby's has a good 4 for 10 sandwich deal so try either of them instead until Sonic can get their act together.
Normally excellent food. Today I ordered #2 Sonic cheeseburgar with mustard and side of French Fries. It was nasty tasting. It smelled like had been cooked in old oil that fish had been fried in. The French Fries also tasted like deep fried in fish oil and smelled like it too. I gave a lot of it to the dog.....
