My husband and I couldn’t have had a better experience if we tried! Came here after church today on a whim. The service was awesome and the food was spot on!! Definitely coming back. I got the 6oz sirloin meal and he got the bacon rancher. Great portions for the price. Definitely family friendly. Sign up at the table and get free chips and salsa!

This location is struggling for staff. At first the service was slow but after a few minutes it picked up. The food was excellent and the service was great. It was apparent that all of the staff was working hard to make customers happy. I even saw the manager delivering meals and clearing tables.

Ordered through Door Dash. No silverware. No ketchup and or condiments. Burger was cooked perfect. Southwestceggrolls not cut but maybe to keep heat in them. Salads looked wilted old so didn't eat it.

A great place to go for some good food! This place was very clean and what I would expect out a Chili’s. The menu seemed to have changed a good amount from the last time I went. It seemed to have less than I personally would seek after from a restaurant. I got a lunch special old timer burger that came with chips and salsa as an appetizer. I wasn’t impressed with the amount of fries that came with it, as it seemed to be a small amount. The burger was good but nothing super special. The staff were very friendly and very attentive to fill up my water and asking if everything was okay! I found it odd that they had the news on some of the tv’s. Most restaurants don’t seem to do this and play live or old sports games instead. Overall not too bad of a stop for somebody wanting some go to foods.

Surprisingly this was one of my best restaurant experiences lately! The menu options have changed since the last time I went but the changes were "good" changes. I might actually go back again sometime soon. Thanks to all the staff that made this a great experience.

Cannot rate food as we never got service. Stood there tonight for 30 minutes waiting for a hostess or anyone to come speak to us. There were two other families waiting, one had been spoken to…the other was waiting as well. A table left, the table was cleaned and the hostess came and took the one family that had been spoken to and sat them. BUT, they never came back and spoke to either of us waiting. There were 4-5 of them standing in the kitchen door just watching us stand there. There was approximately 10 tables sat. A large family group came in and the bar tender walked up to them and told them there was not enough servers scheduled to seat all the open tables or even 3 more of them. As the group said, maybe those standing around in the door chatting should work. That big group left and said they were going to Applebees where they can get service. We left and went to BWW. What I found so interesting is that there were two tables there that were complaining about the lack of service at Chili’s. I hope either Corporate or the Franchisee gets to the bottom of this. We love Chili’s, we go to the one in Cape Coral FL at least once a week and have never had an issue like this.

Me and my finance came in and I ordered a beer and she ordered a mix drink. We are 21 and 22 so we fully expected for the waitress to check our ID no issues there! Looked at both of our ID for a very long time while bending them and picking at them! Took them both in the back so her manager could see. We waited 10 minutes and informed another employee about the situation and finally she came back with out ID and said Mine was okay but said my fiancés was a fake because the letters was too big? I have always loved chilies but will not be back to this location after that.

Got the surf and turf Ribeye and shrimp Shrimp was spicy Steak was burnt Asparagus was hard and raw The only flavor any flavor any of it had was way entirely too much salt was like they dipped it in salt and then served it Staff was friendly but messed our order up and and gave my family member a sirloin instead of a ribeye as ordered the drink serve was rude I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon

Probably the worst Chilis in existence. The lack of service is astounding. I’d rather pay them to not eat there than receive a free meal. Fluffing embarrassing.

ribs was burnt and no meat and left a bad taste in your mouth. The chickens strips was very small and not worth the price. Fries and mac and cheese was delicious the rest was a waste of 80 bucks

My group of 4 ordered hamburgers, each different, I specifically asked mine to be cooked well done, it was still bleeding! All others was cooked well. I had to send it back by the time I got it back everyone was finished eating and had to wait on me. The fries were cold and we never got a refill on drinks. Service was not good and I have had better food. There are better options to eat at in joplin.

Our server, Kayla, has continuously been our waitress and time after time she is extremely rude. She checked on every table around except for ours. This has happened multiple times now. It is starting to feel very intentional and I am extremely confused as to why. We come to this location weekly and it happens every time. She only takes the order and then never comes back. Had to ask for a straw, silverware and napkins. Had to have someone else bring condiments and get us our refills. Paid my ticket on the kiosk. The manager came by when we were paying and asked if everything was fine. We expressed to him how our experience with Kayla has been and he had suggested that we request to not be sat in her section the next time. He was very nice but do not think that is the right answer. Addressing the behavior would be a better solution, especially since Kayla wears a shirt specifying she’s a certified trainer. On the way out the door we also heard her say “they were rude” which is another questionable assumption considering there was 0 interaction.
