Truly wonderful to have the employee stationed outside at the drive through. Love this extra service so gets us all through faster. And In-n-Out is the best "Fast Food" around. Also, my daughter loves the availability of the "Grilled Cheese" that is "Animal style". You guys are very clever. THANKS

Lovely burgers like any other In-N-Out on a new location. The only downside is no inside seating - only drive through. And pretty dark area in particular.

The very cool thing about in n out, is that it seems no matter where you go, the food is consistent. GREAT that is!! And this proved to be the case again. Doesn't get any better than a double double animal style with fries and spread. Unless it's animal style fries!! Lol 😁

I always use the drive-through and everyone is super pleasant, fast service and I love that I can get the spread on the side. Food is always delicious served with a smile. Out of the many many times that I’ve gone I’ve only had an issue one time where a burger was missing. I got home and had to return and they made it right. Very pleased. Keep up the good work.

Stopped by for a road trip lunch with the family on the way to San Diego. This In N Out is unique as it has two drives they'd and outside seating but no interior dining room. It's conveniently close to all of these amenities you'd need on a road trip, coffee, food and fuel. Jamila was the nicest part of the visit, and the food was excellent.

I don't like beef patties, but I can eat In-n-Out any day. I trust the quality of the ingredients they use. They are nice people always ready to help you. The only problem with the restaurant is that is usually busy and it could take 20 minutes for you to get your order.

The burger was delicious 😋 as always, but the service needed to improve more. I order to go some animal stile French fries with my burger, and they didn't include utensils and ketchup. I had to walk back from my car twice to get this meanwhile my food was starting to get cold😒

We went through the drive through around 10:30 on 8/21 and Matt (working drive through) had such a great attitude and was very kind. Just wanted to shout out Matt’s positive energy and the food was good too!

Nvr been to this location but it was AMAZING. The staff was courteous, involved. For the first time in a long time, you can tell my cashier loves his job! I love seeing that craving for customer service interactions. And I went around 10pm and he made me feel like I was waking up and going to in n out in a dream commercial lol....if I'm ever in the neighborhood, I'm definitely coming back. Good job night crew 👍

Been a huge fan of in and out for 40 years now. The quality is always the same exactly the same friendly service no matter what in and out location I visit. I love this place and they are a Christian organization and a privately held company. A friend told me once that he watched a documentary on them, and the owner who is the female, stated that they've been offered hundreds of millions of dollars to sell the company. And she replies every time, it's truly a family business and we're going to keep things just the way they've been running for 75 years. So I love places like this we have good quality consistency and a very friendly customer service oriented attitude to all the customers. It's a great place and I highly recommend it to everyone out there. And the prices, well, you simply can't beat the prices for the quality of food that you get. It's head and shoulders above every other hamburger chain out there.

In-N-Out Burger, oh man I just love saying that, these restaurants have been open for many years now and I can't remember what I ordered but, you just never forget what it's like. It's usually very busy but the wait is worth it and I gotta say that I miss going into an In-N-Out Burger 3-4 times a month. In-n-out is probably the most solid choice wherever you are in California. Any time any Day they have the best most reasonably priced food And best customer service as well. In my opinion it’s probably the greatest fast food money can buy and that’s pretty safe to assume for all locations which I can’t say for any other fast food any day of the week at literally any location!

Justin was just so sweet while taking our order, it was late and cold outside, but he was still really kind and had such a bright personality. The staff at this location are always kind and so hardworking.

Always an absolute delight to stop here and get an amazing burger and fries. It's slightly inconvenient to get in there because you have to turn down like 3 roads to make a circle around the block but no biggie. The parking lot is quite small and the drive thru gets backed up during peak hours but it's ok

Mostly drive through with a few tables for sit down, but they put both speed and quality at the forefront. To add, their positive attitude makes this little place not just any fast-food burger stop. It's fun to watch the fry-making process!!

This is mainly a drive through location but you can also park and order at the windows facing Westminster. There is some seating available near the small parking area. In-N-Out just always hits so good! The burgers are just grilled so perfectly and everything is so fresh! You get nice crunchy lettuce and onion each time. So simple and just so damn good!

Fresh in-n-out expectations fulfilled. The fries were just made so they were nice and hot and the burger was tasty as well. I really like this location which divides into 2 lines. I would recommend this location if getting drive through to avoid a long wait because they are really quick here, but if want a full dine in experience, I suggest going elsewhere.

It's difficult to get into right now, but the food and service were awesome as always. It was my first meal back in CA and my daughter's first experience with their food. I had to get a boring plain cheeseburger to share with her (it was late and I couldn't eat a full one) so I'll be back for a real burger!!!

I'm not a big fan of these locations where you can't eat inside, at least they had some outdoor seating so you don't have to eat in the car.

As good as they ever are. The driveway is a little tight, so there's not much room to maneuver. The entrance is actually on Willow, not Westminster, so expect that. But as always, the food is burger perfection.

Nikoli is lovely and kind in the drive through he gave us colouring in and hats for the kids the lady gave us lap pads no other in n out in LA or Vegas has staff this amazing they should all be so proud of themselves Thankyou guys!!! This is my go-to In-N-Out after flying into LAX and en route to San Diego. It’s far enough from LA proper that it’s not ridiculously busy. As far as the food goes, it’s what you’d expect from this famous burger chain—consistent and familiar flavor and quality. My favorites are fries animal-style with ketchup, cheeseburger w/ chilis and onion protein-style, and the chocolate shake. While I’d have to agree with some In-N-Out skeptics that this chain is, in fact, not the world’s best burger, it is actually probably the best burger at its price point. The quality and consistency for what you pay is leaps beyond other fast food. If you want something better, you’re looking at a restaurant burger that’s at least twice the price.

Food is always good at In-N-Out. Service was good. Basically a drive through with a couple of tables outside. No indoor seating and on the corner of a busy intersection, so recommend for drive through only.

Californians seem to love In-N-Out, but I think it's comparable to a McDonalds. They only sell hamburgers, fries, soda, and milkshakes here. It was absolutely packed when I arrived - both the drive-thru and walk-in. It moves pretty quickly though. The burgers are a bit better than McDonalds burgers, but the fries are flavorless potato mush. Milkshake was basic, but decent.

LOVE In-N-Out! Normally would be 5 stars all around, except that this specific location is in a very sketchy part of town. There's no inside seating, which makes it unsafe for teenagers/young adults to visit after dark unless using drive thru

They only offer take out. And the drivers got priority, so if you go to the window, you have to wait more than drive through.

Cant go wrong with In-N-Out! A must try for those not on the west coast. Cheap and delicious, cant really go wrong with anything on the menu. Parking and drive through during peak hours is kind of crazy but not too bad of a wait. They're pretty fast. For those on the road, there's a bathroom outside. Fun facts: asking for fries without salt gets you piping hot fresh fries and just ask for salt on the side. Want animal fries but not soggy fries? Order regular fries and ask for packets of spread along with your ketchup and peppers. They give stickers if you ask for them. Even if it rains for 1 minute, they give free hot chocolates to kids and they're pretty good!

My family has been going to In-n-Out Burger for years. My Wife is a huge fan. I like it, but it's not a 5-Star Burger. To be fair it's also not priced like some high-end burgers I've enjoyed. What I like the best is their Protein Style Double Burger. It's a Double-Double without the buns. I add grilled onions and I've got a tasty "no-carb" sandwich. I recommend In-n-Out Burger, just plan ahead, because there's almost always a line of cars waiting. Cheers!

In-N-Out Burger has crept into popular culture. While visiting my brother during a 23 hour layover, we had In-N-Out Burger for lunch. Great burgers and decent fries. Eat the fries fast, that's when they are best.

It's an In-N-Out, they did a solid job, like most In-N-Outs. Location is okay, it's better than some, where the line is all out in the main road. This one you enter through a side street so it feels safer. Got the usual animal style single, it was excellent. They have a double drive through and it's busy most of the day but not super slammed.

08-11-24 Slightly busy at dinner time (this is a drive-thru only location). Order Takers stationed out amongst the cars to speed up the line. Was "in-n-out" fairly quickly. Ordered a regular burger and fries and a double double and fries. One fries I tried the "well done" option... didn't care for it, too hard and dry. The burgers were better than average for In-n-Out. I don't particularly think In-n-Out is as good as everybody else seems to think they are. They are OK.

My first time and it was really good. Food was just a tad salty but otherwise a good value meal. The line was long. The staff outside taking orders should be doubled. However, definitely not mad at the overall experience!

Its always good because its in n out the only flaw is the really long lines, it can be longer or shorter specific time of day.

As an In-n-Out it is good. However my problem is that this is one of those smaller/mini In-n-Out locations, designed solely for drive-thru only. For a city like Westminster to have a population of around 90k and not have a real/normal size In-n-Out is a waste. They should really build a new one. And yes I understand they want to have it next to the 405 freeway but I'm sure they is somewhere they can put it.

Limited outdoor seating only. drive thru is busy but efficient. Burgers are good n consistent. The patty is a bit thin. Just ask to double up the patty if you want more meat. Fries are on the soft side. Ask for light well if you want slightly crunchy fries

Burgers are about average compared to other in and out locations. The employees seem to tolerate the job at best/do the bare minimum and often my order is wrong. Food is alright but I’m usually slightly disappointed in some way after going to this particular location.

Oh gosh, I am so disappointed in my past two visits to the In-N-Out Burger located on Westminster and Springdale in Westminster. 😔 Two months ago, they got my order wrong, and my hamburger was extra salty, not good at all! In all my previous visits, my order has always been on point, fresh food, and no issues. I have always been happy with everything about this In-N-Out, so I just assumed it was just a fluke. Today, we ordered (3) hamburgers and 3 fries, and all the fries were cold. Not even luke warm, totally cold; as if they had been sitting out for a while and not under a heat lamp. We had to put them in the microwave, and we all know how that tastes. 🫤 I may need to switch locations and go to the one that just opened on Edinger. This was the first time there wasn't a line out to the street either, which I thought was unusual, Im not sure if that was a coincidence; but I hope they turn things around at this location. 🤞🏻

Great burgers 80% of the time but I never order fries from here. This place hardly ever gets crowded to where the line sticks out to the main road. They overcook the fries to where they are these hard little cardboard salt sticks. Best burgers, worst fries. Sometimes they toast the buns a little too much to where the edges are all hard

Over rated salty burgers, how does a place cut potatoes into French fries and they taste old ans pre frozen every time.

Terrible wait times for dried fries and burger. Milksakes were defrosted and not very good. Would not recommend this location.

Please, please check your sodas as they go out. I have gone to this location twice in total and both times my soda has looked like the attached photo, completely lacking soda. I don’t want to have to wait in line again for a new soda and it’s not worth it to take kids out of car seats to go in and take care of it. It’s super frustrating that 2/2 times this has happened.

This location is a poor reflection of the usual service and quality of in-n-out burgers. I have been going to in-n-out for 17+ years and have never had a wrong order, at least until I started frequenting this particular location. They're slower, and the quality is lower, and multiple times, they've made mistakes on my orders.

Not the best experience I've had at an In-N-Out Burger. Maybe it's just me but, I've been going to In-n-out since I was a toddler. This location especially has gone down in quality and attitude. Not up to In-N-Out standards. The takeout girl gave us our food with a “ here” kind of attitude and left-out drinks. Had to get a new shake, and left the other out for too long(melted).

I LOVE In-N-Out double double animal style😳 no tomato most delicious Burger anywhere. BUT I got to say today wasn't the day for In-N-Out fries. My fries were so crunchy it was like eating strips of potato chips. But I was hella hungry so I just ate them but i wasn't. Very Happy. What were the cooks thinking 😬

Love their burger and service was good but was ruined the experience at this location was they OVER SALT the fries here. I thought it was a fluke once or twice but the if you can’t get it right the third and fourth time, it’s time for a negative ding. To whoever is doing the fries they need to get put on cleanliness duty like on day one of being hired. Clearly, they can’t handle anything high profile. I’ll continue getting In-N-Out but not from this location.

I don't understand the purpose of having 2 employees take your order in the long drive thru line when you pull up to the window and pay and have to sit there waiting for them to get your order together. I saw so many employees standing around the drink counter with one of them offering to help another employee who refused help. These extra employees could be bagging up the food instead of the cashier. Fries were cold, pickles as thick as the hamburger patties. This place is very unorganized. I prefer the location in Orange.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had any complaints — I’m a local resident and usually enjoy the food. But today, the Animal Style fries were off. I understand having a few crunchy fries, but most of them were hard and burnt. It almost seemed like old fries were mixed with new ones or overcooked. Also, I didn’t get any forks with my order. It’s the small details that make a big difference. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share this so you can look into it.

Put tomatoes on my burger even though I asked them not to and did not salt the fries. Not what I expected from in n out Went from 3 to 1 star for this one. Like they were making a joke out of my order. Ordered a burger protein style light tomato. I received a burger with tomatoes as a bun an extra tomato on. This place real needs new management and needs to respect customers. Manager full of excuses... wish I could rate negative...

The food come cold ,unprofessional staff

Eating their fry's is like eating sand, they crumble in your mouth like crunchy powder. They *claim* they are fresh which is a shame because it felt like they had been sitting in a freezer for a week with freezer burn. If they really are fresh, then I have no idea how they are frying them to the state they serve them because they are inedible.

This is irritating. My son and I pull up New Years Eve to this scene. Notice the lane on the left. Turns out they were open just not for us. When I pulled up neither of the 2 employees moved. Moments later a car pulls up and both of them moved and took their order. Not sure why we were singled out. Naturally because of the delay our food was cold. I let the attendant know who unfortunately did nothing to make it right. Poor customer service! There are a number of other In N Out locations who care about quality.

Make sure these workers that come up to the car TAKE YOUR ORDER!!!! I had a white male and mexican female on the parking lot the white male see’s me pulling up and i have my window down and he looks at us then goes to the other car takes their order and didnt even take our order and then were still goin foward so i start waving at the mexican girl and she just looks at me and then takes the other peoples order AND DIDNT GO UP TOO US!!! 2 WORKERS?!?!?!?? Thats no cool i had to go up to the window and order and wait even more!!!So thank you for horrible customer service maybe u should get these two and make sure they know how to remember which customer they’ve done the orders with and haven’t!!!
