Locals know the B&B, and we also know there are few places as reliable for good drinks and a good time priced well quite like the B&B Lounge.

At the risk of approaching superfluity: this place rules. In particular, Erin is that rare breed of bartender that makes you wish you lived nearby so as to make a weekly visit.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the Catskills. I enjoy the food the atmosphere and the rooms are spacious and clean. Now the food is bar food but it is so good and the beer is even better.

Nice little place...Interesting to say the least.. the water situation was the weirdest part. But I would have to say for the price that I paid but I enjoy my stay enough. I mean don't expect a five star hotel just enough to get you through tonight. I would come back to this place just because of how interesting it is. The bar is cool too

Barkeep wanted to leave, she made that clear through her body language and noises. Service wasn't great. She closed without saying anything while all the patrons were outside.

First of all I want to say that we just came for dinner, and this is a review of the restaurant only. We didn't swim in the pool or stay in the apartments or anything like that. My family and I arrived at about 4:00, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The place was very attractive -- inside, there was polished wood and plenty of things to do like pool tables, and outside, the landscaping was beautiful. However, the music was extremely loud, and the stall doors in the restroom were only about four feet tall. We sat outside at a picnic table and got drinks. The beer menu was extensive, and there was a good variety of mixed drinks available, but the actual food menu seemed a bit lacking in variety. It was almost entirely "basket" type fried food -- wings, burgers, chicken tenders, calamari, mozzarella sticks... (Maybe they gave us a lunch menu? We asked for a dinner menu, though.) I wasn't asked for ID when I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. I'm 21, but they couldn't have known that I wasn't 20 or 18. Also, my daiquiri had hair in it. I didn't say anything because, honestly, I don't care, but I know some people would be really upset by that. I don't even know where the hair came from, since everyone present (my family, the waitress and bartender) all had longer hair than that.. And then we waited for the food. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And moved to a different picnic table because the sun had moved and we were no longer in the shade. And waited. All in all it took 55 minutes between ordering dinner and receiving it. (Let me remind you that everything we ordered was fried food and wings.) We were told that it was because a phone order had come in right before we had ordered. Even if that was the case, there were still only two groups to serve. Imagine eating here when all those tables were filled... would you *ever* get to eat? When we finally got the food, it was delicious. Honestly, they're right about "best wings around" and even the plain fried stuff tasted really good. And then we got ... THE BILL. Apparently, at this place, 2 sodas, 1 beer, 2 strawberry daiquiris, a mozzarella stick appetizer, and 4 baskets of fried food costs $75. The daiquiris were $10 EACH. We'd expected them to be the same price as everything else on the mixed drinks menu, $7.50. But even excluding those, it's still $55 for some fried food and sodas + 1 beer. Yeah, no. If the hair in the daiquiris wasn't enough, if the 55-minute wait wasn't enough, THIS was enough to guarantee we're not coming back here.

This place told that they had furnished rooms for rent by the month and when we got there to look at the place there was no furniture in it also there was a big space under the door not worth it

We rented a U-Haul trailer from them and had it for 8 days and was charged $500 because they added extra days for no reason! We were charged for 19 days when we only had it for 8!!!! When I called to see what happened and why I was charged that amount I was told that there was no point in arguing because there was nothing they could or would do about it! I will never rent a U-Haul from this place again! Since it will not let me respond to the comment they left I want you to know you contacted me 1 time and I told you it was getting dropped off that same day! My brother spoke to the woman at the front and a man came out to speak to him when he dropped off the rental! And you still charged us for extra days when it was dropped off on the 14th!!!!!

The only thing that comes to mind is perfumed cleaning products being used to cover up the scent of a cat. The smell was so strong I could taste it. Needless to say I didn't stay, never even unpacked the car. To give you a sense of the room, the bathroom looked mildly updated, the floor throughout the room was half laminate wood and half shag burgundy rug that had seem much better days. The bed was completely worn out and was sagging in the middle. The property that we drove around searching for the office, is worn down, and most of it has been converted to low income apartments. Just think of an area strewn with children's toys, trash, and in one case Christmas decorations adorning the door in July.

We went there 5 Strong and left with 2 men and 1 woman down thanks to the half off Chicken Wings. What ensued was two awful days of food poisoning for 3 of us. As a local, I do my best to support our businesses, but this is the second time B&B Lounge has skunked me, first being with skunky beer and most recently with Chicken Wings from Hell. I say this with Love, B&B - please pay attention to quality control. You have a great place, with a fun environment for both adults and kids, so straighten up and fly right before you kill someone or get socked with a costly law suit.
