It’s only been open a week, so I had pretty low expectations, but the team is working really hard. The restaurant was very busy when I was there, but our order was made pretty quickly, food was correct and was hot and tasty.

It's bright and clean, and I enjoyed sitting inside for lunch. They clearly are busy, but the woman who handled my order was friendly and patient.

I had a different Wendy’s restaurant mess up my order the previous day and this restaurant was kind enough to go above and beyond and rectify the problem. Even though they are a different franchise from the restaurant that shorted me a triple cheeseburger this restaurant was kind enough to provide that missing cheeseburger. There should be more customer service like this for the greater good of the company. Thank you Catskill Wendy’s.

The staff is very friendly but the food can be hit or miss. Several times my order was cold.

Newly opened at this location. The decor is very modern and a little stark for my taste. Outdoor seating available and looked nice.

There biggie menu is wrong. Food was ok it was put together quickly that the food wasent hot and put together so messy it was hard to eat. Very clean and nice staff.

But I went for lunch last week and it was great. The line was moving, food was good (chili cheese baked potato and saucy nuggets) and most of the flavors in the drink dispenser were functioning. Service was a little slow, a couple of tables in the dining room needed a wipe down, but it was a totally acceptable experience and I was not disappointed at all. Hopefully those who had a terrible experience due to long lines and wait times will get the chance to return now that things have slowed down.

IT TAKES LIKE 4 HOURS FOR 2 ITEMS yeah food is good but it’s like SOO overrated to be this packed the food isn’t even that good. absolutely insane.

Went to the drive thru and wanted to order a large baconator without a drink since I already had one. Was told I couldnt get it without a drink so I said fine give me a dr pepper. I get to the window and grab my food and get told have a good day and drive off realizing I never got my drink anyways.

Can you guys stop serving regular Coke when people order diet Coke? This happens nine times out of 10 when I order a diet Coke here, they give me a regular Coke. This is the only place where this happens consistently. Use the tab thingies, train your employees. Some people don't want alll that sugar. What if I was a diabetic and had to be careful about surging my blood sugar?

Closed before closing time posted and refused to make order.

Never answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Won’t go back

The place was open but the doors were locked. Not a soul to be seen inside.

Why are none of the workers wearing hairnets?

I went for breakfast at 9:30 am 5/12/2026. I pulled up to the window and waited for what seemed like an eternity. Finally I said "hello" and got no response. I guess they were closed. This is the second time I've went there in the morning and they don't respond to the drive through. The place is a ghost town and I questioned if they were closed but I saw two employee vehicles outside. Bottom line is if you want breakfast go to McDonald's

Zero stars..worst Wendy's ever been to. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. Had to repeat our order 3x to order taker, and it was still wrong..icing on the cake was when we got the order, all the food was cold.Thats a one and done for this mess of a place.

they don’t tell you when they are out of something, they just expect you not to notice and mess up your order every time, and then the manager gives you an attitude. how do you scan a coupon and the total is $29 and then the manager says ok $39 and you say what she says I don’t know

They were incredibly rude when I asked for my mobile order and did not accommodate my request to look for it. They said it was not in their system and refused to look at my receipt even after I tried to explain that I did have an order. Eventually they told me that my order was “pending”. Which was clearly false since I already had my receipt and confirmation of order. Disrespectful employees and horrible service.

This place is gonna be chaos in the grand opening here, the drive thru was insane and the inside looked like it was the only Wendys in the state, for starters, DONT go to the drive thru until a week later, it is a 1 star for now tho the food was good, however service was just tired, it is understandable. But for the place itself, the inside has that one kid screaming and crying

My order is wrong every single time I come here. I tried to be patient but at this point in time the management is even horrible. Grown adults with very nasty attitudes… not worth the long wait for mid food.

messed up my Taki sandwich why is there lettuce and white stuff on it? it’s supposed to be cheese and Takis and then the burger is only a single and not a double with no bacon.

Where are the frosty’s on the menu?! This place is on DoorDash and Instacart but there are no frosty’s on either menu!?!

It’s hard to tell if an establishment is open when they turn all the lights off on the parking lot almost two hours before they close I’m kind of surprised that Wendy’s would run out of dark sodas. The sprite they served did not taste right either. The burger was good. I don’t I will stop at this location again. It’s a shame too because this is a brand new location.

It’s hard to tell if an establishment is open when they turn all the lights off on the parking lot almost two hours before they close I’m kind of surprised that Wendy’s would run out of dark sodas. The sprite they served did not taste right either. The burger was good. I don’t I will stop at this location again. It’s a shame too because this is a brand new location.

Order a Baconator no ketchup no mayo. Received a sad looking cheese burger no bacon. Brought it back. They put 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. Definitely not a baconator. Suppose to have 6 slices of bacon. So returned my whole order. Catskill will be better off when this Wendy's turns into a Indian food restaurant like the one in Hudson did.

This Wendy’s is supposed to be open at 6:30 AM I come through the drive thru at 9:25 to pick up my mobile order and they’re not even open! Pathetic! How are you not open nearly 3 hours after you’re scheduled to open? You’re lucky my card didn’t get charged or I’d be calling corporate immediately! EDIT 2/17/26: Now they don’t open until 10 AM and don’t serve breakfast! What a joke! Won’t be coming here anymore!

I’m a DoorDash driver and we as drivers are supposed to prioritize as most important. Extremely low with customer service, never gets greeted when arrived, staff rather sit in the back and talk. U literally have to yell to get ANY service. Drivers literally have to wait 10-25 mins for their orders and it give them bad marks and goes against their late deliveries.

Today was my third attempt visiting the restaurant. That is normally overwhelmingly packed. I went inside. I placed my order because the drive through is wrapped around in building as usual. I ordered a simple #1. After 3 customers that ordered after me got thier orders I left. It seems very disorganized. Unfortunately I will not try for a 4th time. Do better Dave

Very slow. Had 1 person ahead in the drive thru line. And still waiting 10+ minutes to get my order I preorder and paid for. Ended up with a cold burger, Chewy nuggets and turning brown apple slices. Drove almost 40 minutes for this crap.

Did a mobile order from the parking lot, because from past experience the workers at night in the window are extremely rude. Tonight I get my food (a chicken wrap and cheese fries) and my wrap is thrown together super sloppy, not wrapped up and thrown in the bag without even the foil covering securing it together. It was all over the bag, my cheese fries had all the cheese in one single corner and you can tell they were old and stale.

Everyone looked lost including the manager. She even left from behind the counter to go lock doors a little after 9pm. When I finally got my order 25mins later my fries were cold the 10 that in was the bottom of the bag!! There were cooks making food with no gloves on and just walking around. A lady came in who went thru the drive thru and her fries were missing. She waited over 15mins to get her fries after asking a second time. Definitely will not be returning!! I will travel to Kingston.

Maybe know what your selling, waited for my food the taco salad said it comes with chili lime seasoned tortilla strips I asked them after because their was none on the salad then took them 20 min to check and started working on other people’s orders instead of just checking to tell me after 20 min they don’t have tortilla strips and looked like they had no idea what they were talking about. And I said I’m asking because it says they come with it and then more silence like they had no idea.

Everything was cold and found plastic in my nuggets!! They forgot multiple things and are very slow! I ordered no mustard no ketchup and they added it anyway!! I get that this place is new but it is completely not worth it!! Be better.
