The Jade Tower is an office building. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It has a spectacular view, an elevator, and its own parking lot.

There is a technician who did not want to receive a cell phone that I saw on a rate plan even though there is a one-year warranty and I took it to the pumps and they solved my problem. Why are technicians like that? He said that the cell phone was crooked because I should take it in a bag?
I had a problem with AT&T and Telcel, and the complaint was resolved in my favor. I want to recover my number, but they haven't given me a solution. The customer service is good, but their system is very slow. I hope it improves soon.

Llegas a tratar de que te ayuden y solo saben decir que no pueden hacer nada,solo te saben decir que vayas a tu proveedor del equipo que ellos no pueden hacer nada,pesimo el servicio.
Pésimo.servicio. No tienen personal. Tarde 4 horas para concluir un tema de renovación y cancelación.
Los empleados embobados en el celular. Te atienden de mala gana . Y no te resuelven nada .
The place is very nice, it's true it needs better signage, but nothing too serious. I came to a course here called Maxfra Academy. Beware! It could be a scam. They offer the course, but for what you pay, they only teach you the basics. When you sign the contract, they tell you that you won't have to pay anything else because they provide all the materials. This is false, and the few materials they give you are the cheapest, forcing you to keep paying and buying more. If you don't bring your own materials, they won't give you classes, and that means you've lost the course and they'll never give it to you. You also sign up for a diploma that certifies your knowledge in this course, and when the time comes, they just ignore your messages. If you go to the building, they leave you waiting for hours, telling you they'll see you in a little while (they never do). I stopped looking for them or sending messages, so I don't know if they're still in this building. But if you don't want to waste your money and your time, don't even consider this course. Horrible experience!!
They have arbitrarily closed the entrance to Alborada, which forces you to take an extremely long U-turn.
The valet parking is very careless; they don't treat the cars with the respect they deserve, and the AT&T offices are incredibly slow. Deplorable service.
It seems they already have clients, terrible treatment and the executives just want you to leave quickly, they don't give you any options.
Super slow service. It took 6 hours to renew the contract. Terrible timing and service.
