I had a problem with AT&T and Telcel, and the complaint was resolved in my favor. I want to recover my number, but they haven't given me a solution. The customer service is good, but their system is very slow. I hope it improves soon.

The place is very nice, it's true it needs better signage, but nothing too serious. I came to a course here called Maxfra Academy. Beware! It could be a scam. They offer the course, but for what you pay, they only teach you the basics. When you sign the contract, they tell you that you won't have to pay anything else because they provide all the materials. This is false, and the few materials they give you are the cheapest, forcing you to keep paying and buying more. If you don't bring your own materials, they won't give you classes, and that means you've lost the course and they'll never give it to you. You also sign up for a diploma that certifies your knowledge in this course, and when the time comes, they just ignore your messages. If you go to the building, they leave you waiting for hours, telling you they'll see you in a little while (they never do). I stopped looking for them or sending messages, so I don't know if they're still in this building. But if you don't want to waste your money and your time, don't even consider this course. Horrible experience!!
