No pidan el ice coffee está horrible, el desayuno está bueno pero pues nada más, lo que me sorprende es que te pidan propina por tomar tu orden.

El servicio 3s normal la hambuerguesas si se ve que las hacen alas Carreras y sin ganas la maquina de hielo sin hielo y no pidieron dar solucion o decir nada solo esperar 5 min mi bebida me la tuve que tomar caliente 2 estrellas 🤢🤮

There's no reason to lie to customers. I ordered my combo and asked for ice. The cashier, Michelle, told me to give the machine five minutes and it would be ready. I waited, tried again, and nothing. I went to eat and tried again. Nothing. I asked the manager why she was busy. He said she was happy to help, but they serve it from inside; the machine is out of order. Teach your employees not to be so stingy. Everyone was trying to get ice and drinking warm soda because of their disdain.

hoy me atendió una morra llamaba Sofía con pésimo actitud. Pedí el 13 combo y el recibo decía 14. solo quería confirmar que estaba bien mi pedido porque tampoco se veía como en el anuncio y me contestó muy groseramente que su computadora no funcionaba bien. ni si quiera había fila o un montón de gente entonces no sé porque me contestó de esa manera. el anuncio enseñaba pan trigo con verduras pero lo que recibí era decepcionante ni fuera pan de trigo sino pan blanco y muy pocas verduras ni un tomate había. buactafaq? súper carísimos y no te avisen que te suben los precios para cualquier cosa. me siento muy decepcionada la verdad. mejor me muero de hambre que aguantar a alguien quien no quiera hacer bien su trabajo.

La cajera nos agregó casi 200 pesos en extras sin decirnos precio y presionándonos a pagar. No vengan, todavía al reclamarle dice que si se nos informó, cuando no es verdad

Pedí dos malteadas grandes de fresa, me dieron dos chicas de vainilla, pedí el cambio y me trajeron dos de fresa chicas aún, y de mala gana, no comas aquí.

There's NEVER any ice, the service is incredibly slow, the drink selection is nonexistent, but it's one of the few options at the airport right now while they're remodeling it.

Terrible service from the cashier to the person taking your order. They get annoyed when you ask what's in the combos, when you ask for more capers or sauce, and even the way they treat each other is awful. I hope they improve because the burgers are good.

Terrible attitude and service from both the cashier and the manager. I completely understand the concept of suggestive selling, but it's clear they're trying to upsell you through deception. When I explain that you didn't ask for that, they get annoyed. The cashier rolls her eyes at me, goes to the manager, who looks at me and forces me to comply. I paid with a credit card, and they refused to cancel the charge; they refunded me in cash. Even then, and reluctantly, they have the nerve to ask me to select how much to tip. The soda machine was ice-free, and the soda was room temperature. A terrible experience compared to what Carl's is known for. From what I see in other complaints, this behavior is constant and normal at this branch. And I see that their response never goes beyond "I regret the situation" because I see the same complaints from months ago, and my experience was on a Sunday.

I haven't even ordered yet. And I'm already fed up. It's 4:50 am and they still can't help. They're supposed to open at 4 am. At 3:50 am they were all huddled together on the phone, and now they're suddenly "in a hurry," even though all you hear is gossip and laughter. These are pictures from 4:50 am

The person serving you decides the size of your combo meal, and when you correct them, they throw the money at you in a bad mood. The manager was standing right next to them and didn't say a word. Terrible service.

Burgers are more expensive than regular Carls Jr's, line takes forever, and I had to go back twice because they kept messing up my order. On the 3rd run they finally tell me they're out of some of the ingredients they didn't put. Overall incompetence and lack of management skill

Their service is terrible; it doesn't seem like a Carl's Jr. chain. They offer you many things without telling you they're extra, and you only realize it when you pay. They don't have all their food items in stock, and they don't tell you when you order combo meals. In our case, we ordered hash browns, which is what we ordered for breakfast, but they gave us french fries instead. The manager was awful, completely indifferent.

Terrible service. They don't have the essentials: cutlery, sugar, soft drinks. The manager doesn't care about the customer at all. They try to charge extra for everything, even though they don't have anything. Seriously awful.
