I really like the new ownership. The new owner is really sweet and has created a inviting and friendly atmosphere in the store. Besides for their bagels and appetizers, they have really good coffee that you can buy by the pound. I highly recommend trying the vanilla or German coffee.

WORKERS ARE THE MOST RUDE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I ALSO SAW SO MANY FLIES ALL OVER THE MUFFINS AND CROISSANTS IT WAS SO NASTY!! DEFINITELY GONNA CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR.

I am so disgusted with this man who says he is the manager at this bagel store I didn’t get his name he is a spanish rude man with a go-tee! He states he is the manager but I have never dealt with such superiorism and disrespect with someone who supposebly runs a shop! He made a huge scene over a damaged bagel tht was sold to me. I will never be returning to this bagel store.

The food was not great. Usually that can be propped up by good service, but the workers and especially the owner was extremely rude. We were a group of 10 people and after all of us got food, the owner asked us to PAY HIM EXTRA MONEY TO SIT as we were “taking us his space”. Tones of lost business from me and everyone I meet.
