I'm giving them a 5 Star, not for the service, the service sucked. I waited 30 minutes for my food. I'm giving them five Stars because there was only one lady making the order, there was a wave of people at the counter plus the Uber guys and a line of cars that went out to the street and cars parked in the front entrance waiting for their food. And that lady was obviously frustrated but she kept her composer I was astonished how well she handled all that pressure. I know my self and I would of walked out of that situation. You have a great employee there. Please get her some help during the rush, (8pm)
I threw my receipt away but I wanted to give a shout-out to this team! Very friendly- everything was packed super neat (unlike sometimes at other bells when it seems tacos are wrapped in haste!) and of course, quick service with a smile :)!
Day time shift is horrible, i placed an order thru the drive thru with my nieces. And the guy taking the order wasn't paying attention or must have been on his phone cause the whole order was butcher…
Be careful when you order for delivery. They always forget to include the utensils, napkins & sauces with the order, even though you add it with the order. Call them to make sure they include that …

Always come here and if you come anytime between 4am-530am they are not taking any new orders only uber eats or door dash as to what I am told yet they are open 24 hrs even during the day they mess up orders and don’t look at the changes being made on the app smh 🤦🏻♀️
I really don’t like to complain but I bought a 12 taco pack 3 crunchy 9 soft all supreme tacos. There was only 3 crunchy supreme and the rest was regular. I’m currently pregnant so this was a craving I was having. So I went back to claim my supreme soft tacos we had ate 4 tacos already since I was hungry. The manager or employee just gave me 8 soft tacos supreme because I had already ate 4. I think they should’ve gave a complete box and some type of extra taco, drink or something since it was their fault.. but this is just so you make sure they get your order right before driving back home.
Maybe I'm being too picky; but when I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, I just naturally assumed there would be POTATOES in it!!! Yup. Just got home to find this out. None. To be fair, more often than not, the food is prepared reasonably well. But more frequently than is acceptable, stupid stuff like this happens. Usually it's in the form of "one of these tacos has almost nothing on it," or "there's just one tiny speck of sour cream in one spot the size of a nickel." It was not busy at all when I went; so although that would be a lame excuse anyway, it doesn't apply. Managers, please have employees review Taco Bell standards for what each item needs to look like. (I know: It's hard to find competent, diligent workers these days.)
Every other order I don't receive all my items. Ordered a cravings box and they forgot to add the nacho cheese for the chips. They were quick with the order just always have mistakes.
Foods the same as always just sloppier than years passed and three time the price. 3 people was 50 dollars i mean come on. You know how many tacos you can make for 50 . Love me some taco bell but definitely gonna be doing my own tacos at home whenever I want em from now on.

Bad service they always get my food wrong. I go alway go back to try to get my food fix and they just ignore you. Also the staff look like they are high needs better management.

Terrible service (staff ignored multiple customers), disgusting and unsanitary dine in, both soda machines were not functioning correctly, I won't be going back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Kids are working in here and they don’t have a real adult to supervise them and they’re not working. One taco takes an average of one hour to get prepared if they feel like it!!! I am sorry Taco Bell but this place is not clean neither has a manager in shift. But if it is late at night and you want tacos it is faster do it yourself because kids are working and there is no body supervising them and they are on their phones. Did I say that twice? Yes because it took more than hour for one taco and one drink!

On 1/10/2026 at 9:40 pm, Ten or so high school gen z customers came in ahead of me. They were using foul language, cursing, breaking things in mian diner room, laying in top of tables, using staff access bathrooms, once bathrooms were accessed boys and girls were using same bathroom have sex in. Staff allowed underage sex in the bathroom on top of allowing this behavior to continue. Destroyed both bathrooms as well, and ran out. After this, I may issue a charge back for my order. Absolutely 💯 % ridiculous for staff allowing this behavior to continue.
The food was almost to the point of rotting and the service was horrible the missed one of my items on the order
Ordered on Uber eats. The first driver cancelled. When the second driver got it, I communicated with him that the order was 20 minutes old already. He was there...... We ordered at 12:11, that driver was on his way at 1:51. 100 minutes (1 hour and 40 minutes) for fast food. Absolutely nuts. I realize it's in the middle of the lunch rush, but wow.
2nd straight time this store did not get an order right when using the Taco Bell App or online web ordering. Terrible. Waited for the order every time in the drive thru.
Ordered from here. Paid a lot of extra for extra items on my food. Only one of the extra items was included and the sausage that it was supposed to come with on its own was not even included. They just gave me a breakfast crunch wrap without its sausage patty.....what?

Ordered food on the app at 8pm and didn't get it until 9pm. App said it would be done by 8:21. I got there at 8:24, it wasn't done, and there were 20 people inside waiting for their orders. A friend of a customer went across the street to get McDonalds, brought it back, and finished it before they got their food. One woman seemingly had an issue with her order, waited for about 10 minutes before taking her food and leaving without being addressed by an employee. When I got the bag home I realized they forgot a taco, the last item on the list. The food was light on the meat. Even in the items where the meat was swapped for beans, it was light. All the meat was wet. Like it was soaked with water or a bland sauce. I asked for sauce and they put none in the bag. They put extra cheese on the wrong item. If it weren't for the old sauce packets I had at home, the food would have had no flavor. Last time I went here was over a year ago and I had the exact same experience.
This is my 3rd time doing a delivery for this restaurant. And each time they have taken an hour or more to prepare the food. One of my customers ordered at 3:30 am. It's 5:29 am now. Where is the food? Im in the lobby right now and multiple delivery drivers left because of the long wait time. WE HAVE WORK TO DO. PUT MORE PEOPLE ON STAFF IF THIS IS A REPEAT ISSUE!
Employees do not speak English. Tried explaining to them how much I gave them. What my change should be and the difference they gave me. Was told “iz ok take it jus go”. Then no one would talk to me. I was being completely ignored. Only a $4 and change difference but it’s principle. Food is good but have employees that can communicate with customers!!! ……….After reading other reviews seem like the same story either they do not know how to count or they are ripping everyone off saying they have no change or you gave them the incorrect amount. Was told both. Stay away!!!!
I customized the Mexican Pizza combo from hard to soft tacos because I do not like hard tacos. Instead of 3 Chalupa Sups I ordered, I got 3 hard tacos! Mexican Pizza was also placed at the bottom, ruining the cheese! It looks disgusting to eat. I will never order here again!
Ordered the new deluxe craving’s box with ground beef the entire order was wrong instead of the chalupa supreme with ground beef got a chicken chalupa the soft taco with ground beef got a steak taco with 3 piece for the new Salsa Verde Grilled Chicken Burrito is was missing all the ingredients just got rice 4 piece chicken and a lot of sour cream plus the customer service was bad employees giving everyone attitudes very disappointed…
