I love this location. They always make my complicated drink properly. There were a couple of times where they didn't, but the manager was reassuring and the rest of the staff is extremely friendly. Prepandemic, I used to study here a lot. I love the location.
Haven't been to a Starbucks in probably a decade. Their spinach, feta wrap is pretty healthy and good. Their acai/strawberry lemonade cooler is amazing! The staff were very nice! Wish this location was closer to me.
Always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The employees are all friendly and funny and the drinks are always on point. They get extra, extra points for being the ONLY drive through in the SF/North Peninsula area.
Amazing customer service from Val! Went through the drive thru and while we waited for our last drink Val made excellent conversation, which we appreciated. Very unfortunate to hear about her car getting broken into but she maintained a positive attitude.
Absolutely love this starbucks and their workers. Especially the morning crew! They’re all super sweet and loving. They sound more awake than I am in morning lol but they know me as the ‘sticker’ girl, making me feel like a celebrity, because of this one sticker on my car and they always are so nice to me and make me feel so welcomed. All love for this starbucks and also they’re the nearest one with a drive thru which is super convenient for me
Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee store! The service here is always great! The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. I personally love coming here because I have a Starbucks card and it's fun earning those gold stars! Java chips and green tea frappucino is just a few of my favorite drink at Starbucks!

Overall good experience, there was a line like usual but they always get through the line quickly, got the order correct and drinks were good as well. I've been to this location both through the driveway thru and walking in and I've never had a bad experience and been going to this location for the past year I've lived out here.
While waiting in the drive-thru line, an argument between two people in separate cars ahead of me took place. One got out of his car to argue with the person behind him. This stalled the progression of the line for several minutes. The Starbuck's manager came out to quell the dispute quietly and professionally and it was very appreciated from all concerned. Thank you Starbucks! And thank you to the driver who was in the argument for treating us to our drinks. Hope your day turned out well!
Friendly staff and great service always at this location. The drink quality is made to perfection every time I order. I’ve made this location my go to on the way to from now on. Serramonte drive thru location is so inconsistent and they take forever. Thank you to whoever makes my amazing drink every morning! 🤗
They are very quick. Mobile orders are always ready when I arrive. Customer service is awesome. I go here almost every morning and I think they've messed up my order maybe once or twice. They were super nice and apologetic and fixed it quickly. Way better than the Starbucks at Westlake.
These guys always make me feel happy and appreciated! The staff is friendly & energetic! I come here 4-5 days a week and they are always fabulous! Pro-tip, the parking lot is tiny and gets hectic around lunch time, so park by the mattress store 2 driveways down ;)
Partners here are mostly young. They are quite efficient, though sometimes they don't greet you or smile to you as in my another favorite Starbucks cafe. This cafe opens early (4:30am) and close late (11:30pm). It's spacious. In overall, I will five it 5 stars.

I’m Amazed! This is my first time stopping by this Starbucks, and I’m amazed compared to other locations. This Starbucks has reasonable prices, lots of parking spaces, and amazing drinks! The drive-thru lane was VERY fast compared to other locations and restaurants in the area! I got the Caramel Crunch and it was absolutely delicious! The Caramel mixed with the actual drink is delicious! I would recommend stopping by this Starbucks and I am definitely coming again!

Definitely my favorite Starbucks location to hang out in. It’s got a lot of space to lounge or get to studying. Even when I don’t feel like hanging around there’s a drive through! The only downsides are that this location does get pretty busy and parking is difficult.
This has been my go to Starbucks because it's usually crowded on the outside (drive thru) not the inside. They have a decent amount of seats and outlets, so great place to work. The drinks are made very well and they are all on point in delivering good service. 👍 4 stars because their bathroom does not get enough attention. That's the only drawback!
Nice and clean location. Very efficient service and not much crowded. The drive thru can get busy and the line extend into the main road. But there’s plenty parking to park and order from mobile to pick up in store.. Easy access from the highway as well.

Line was really long so it took a long time just to get coffee but it was cold outside so it was worth the wait. However , my caramel macchiato was not stirred at all and was not the usual Starbucks quality. Smh not a happy camper
I always come here and it’s been nothing but great drinks and friendly employees. Not sure what happened today but I ordered the iced toasted vanilla oatmeal shaken expresso and the iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso and it had nothing but milk. A bit disappointed since it missed the coffee too

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There’s a girl there named “G” (according to her), She was disrespectful, did not get my order right, impatient with the customers, just horrible. Especially for a place that has a drive thru, partners should have better customer service. I have tried coming to this place multiple times to see if this changes, but almost all partners here have bad customer service. I understand it’s a stressful environment, but that’s an even bigger reason to respectful and more vigilant of how you treat your customers.
This is the only drive thru on my way into work so when I dont get a chance to make my coffee at home I conveniently stop by. They have great customer service employees always energetic and laughing HOWEVER that being said ... no syrup one day ... NO ESPRESSO SHOTS another ... not trying to be coffee police but if I wanted sweet milk I could buy an entire gallon of milk for $4.75!
Dirty floors all over, dirt behind the benches, dirty tables!?? I asked them very nicely to clean behind my bench cushions, layers of trash including some nasty q-tips but they were not very happy about it and did it very slowly and they made me feel like I did something wrong! They never thanked or apologized. WTF?
You know I must say I've been going here for years. Here lately every time I order food here it's not done. 3 time in a row looks like I wont be coming back to this one again. So sad and frustrating to eat cold food and I had to wait 20 minutes just to be disappointed. Not to mention the tea was totally off point. I dont think I'll be coming back to this location.
Starbucks is really starting to go down Hill as they're trying To save money and Be more efficient by not buying enough soy milk or almond note to laugh out the day for customer requests. On top of that you can't find the Starbucks open past 8 PM unless you want to drive 30 or 40 miles in the Bay a real. Customer service by the baristas is still fantastic but management is really screwing up the customers.
This Starbucks always makes me laugh…. EVERY-TIME I’m in the drive through they are so nice but once I put no tip…. The hidden attitude comes. Like uh yall don’t have to be rude after-wards, maybe tell corporate that you’re being underpaid? I’ll tip when I can but if I can’t… keep the attitude to yourself.
I've been through the drive through now quite a few times and every time a new person helps me and every single time I get someome who is rude and has an attitude like she or he doesn't have time to help me. I've gotten cold drinks. I've gotten terrible drinks.and I have sat in the drive through for 30 to 45 minutes at a time which is the only thing I can partially understand.
Congested parking lot due to Popeyes chicken and Drive-through at Starbucks that well encroaches on to busy Junipero Sierra Blvd. Maneuvering around this parking lot is very difficult. Once you managed to park your vehicle and dodge vehicle’s the service in the morning seems tobe the all star team the afternoon and evening seems tobe doing just enough to get by. Coffee always seems tobe empty along with the cream and or sugar at the condiment bar. I think the people loitering around bumming off their WiFi is the culprit to the congestion Alvin with the slow service at Popeyes.
Ordered the Pink Drink and it didn’t come as advertised in the Menu Picture. Didn’t like how the coconut milk floated around in chunks and they didn’t include the strawberries. As you can see I still drank it, but not happy with this purchase.

I swear they never have cold brew. I even came at 0930 am and they still ran out, consistent in there reply "I'm sorry, we ran out." Then why not make more, I go to any other Starbucks and they have it, don't even bother coming in for strong coffee.
I used to get my drinks regularly from this location before the lockdown. Today I happened to park in front of the store and noticed the employees weren't practicing social distancing. A few of them weren't even wearing any facial coverings. Also, one employee wiped the entrance door, tables, kitchen door, and toasters with one sheet of disinfecting wipe. One female employee showed up for her shift and hugged another employee who wasn't wearing any facial covering. At least 5 employees weren't wearing gloves. I hope they weren't the ones handling any food. I noticed how they have all the signs up encouraging customers to practice social distancing and wear facial covering, but we as customers would like to see the employees do the same as well.
I ordered regular coffee twice and each time I get served cold and not freshly brewed. I even requested a fresh one since my first time i ordered coffee I was given a cold one and the workers talked amongst themselves in front of me acting like they were squirming at my request. Plus it was said that medical responders are given free coffee, my scrubs have RN written on it and they let me pay. Thank you guys never again will I come back to this place.
Upon entering, another couple was leaving and expressing their dissatisfaction with service staff. The woman said, “Nice attitude!” to one of the service staff. We placed a mobile order. My ice mocha neither appeared nor tasted like a mocha at all - this is becoming a common occurrence at many locations. I walked up to the pickup area, obviously needing assistance, but no one wanted even to make eye contact, so I just patiently waited until one service staff helped me out. He remade my flawed ice mocha into an actual ice mocha. I’m not sure what is Starbucks’ policy or strategy regarding drink-making, but I will be asking for remakes and posting bad reviews every time. lol
INCOMPETENCE: In age of internet map programs bringing me to your location, the store manager should update the store hours on internet if the store is closed during the posted hours. Thurs, Mar-7, posted to be open at 0430. Waited in parking lot since 0300. Staff arrived at 0400. Posted closed until further notice at 0415. Many customers waiting.
I come to this Starbucks often because it’s the closest one to me, and literally every single time I come the customer service is very poor always very rude. Also most of the time my drinks are made wrong even when I asked them to fix it, it always still comes out worse which I feel like they do it on purpose because this had happened on my occasions. I’m usually not the one to complain but it’s just really starting to get under my skin when this morning I was at the drive thru and the lady that was taking my order was very rude and I felt like she was trying to rush me saying is that it? Is that ? She said it like 3 times when I wasn’t even ordering a bunch a just order a green tea latte with soy which was made wrong. Made with 2% milk instead. They don’t listen to what you ask for but I think they think us customers don’t know how the drinks are supposed to taste or be so they make them however.
The WORST Starbucks! I’ve given this store MULTIPLE chances, a couple hundred dollars, and time/energy! If you’re reading this- DONT WASTE ANY OF YOURS! Drink quality is worse than lacking! Maybe a refresher on drink making is needed here! How do you mess up on standard drinks? No modifications? I understand that your flow of customers is crazy due to the Drive Thru, but slow down! Remember that people who work the same kind of jobs you do, getting paid the same amount as you are paying for these drinks! They’re expensive - we deserve QUALITY! And when asking politely for it to be remade- I get hit with an attitude! Why? Bc I said the iced caramel Macchiato looked like caramel and milk? It’s lighter than the milk in the carton Girl! As a 7 year Partner- NEVER EVER AGAIN! Go to Gateway Blvd in SSF or Gellert Right up the street. Much better quality and pleasant baristas! The only “good” thing did l about this store is they have a drive-Thru. NOTHING ELSE! Additionally- maybe 6 months ago. I ordered (FROM THE DRIVE THRU) 2 Small Vanilla Bean Fraps- No Whip, 2 butter croissants, and a Venti Misto with Oat milk. I was asked to come inside and pick up my order……… when asked why, they said because my order was too large and would need to be picked up inside. “So don’t stop at the window- go ahead and find a parking spot and we will see you at the handoff plane!” YEAH NO! I waited at the window- i came thru the drive thru for a reason….. Never understood that! This place is a joke!
2/13/24 I visited this location it was early morning around 7:40 and it wasn’t busy at all. I went through the drive-thru and gave the barista my name she couldn’t my order. That’s when I realized I was at the wrong location. I asked her if I could pick my order up there and I would call and cancel it at the order location. She agreed. When I got to the window she told me she couldn’t take my order that I should’ve placed it before I got to the window because she had a line. I was so upset I just pulled off but when I passed by the drive-thru there was only 2 cars in line. She could’ve handled that better.
I WILL NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS INCREDIBLE HORRENDOUSLY AND NOT WORTH TO MENTION IT I DID NOT TAKE ANY PICTURES BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET. THE WOMAN AT THE COUNTER WAS SO RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERY ONE WAS TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER WAITING AND TRYING TO ORDER. Every single time I come here the coffee tastes burnt and old, I’m sure everyone has tasted it because this has happened way too many times at this location. I regret coming here every single time especially when there’s other locations nearby. I don’t even like to make negative reviews but please go to another location. Stop wasting your money at this one. Also today when I picked up my order I received the wrong item so I had to go back in the drive thru to have it corrected. The Grand Ave location on the other hand makes our coffees/orders perfect every time. Save yourself your time and money
I normally go to this location doing an online order because it's convenient on the way to the freeway. It's not the 1st time my order was wrong but this morning was extra annoying I ordered a venti size drink when I arrived there was a tall on the counter when I asked them to remake the order the barista was annoyed like it was your mistake so I waited as she remade it to the correct size and while I waited I was distracted with emails and grabbed my coffee and walked out while I was in the freeway already I took a zip and realized she remade the coffee with out coffee! It tasted like it was only warm milk! Rude! Be aware if they make a mistake they may retaliate and just give you a cup of warm milk!!!!!!
