Smooth creamy ice cream. Lots of yummy choices. The liquid nitrogen gimmick is nice to watch. Located in a nice plaza with lots of free self parking. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few tables inside.
OMG, best place for ice cream made to order, so refreshing and very flavorful to the pallet. They have a variety of flavorful treats, I suggest ordering every flavor your heart desires, they are delightful!
Enjoyed my visit as a first timer here loved it. Immediately upon entering I was able to see the nitro shake be made. It is so neat and different. Makes trying new things interesting ! PREMIUM LIQUID NITROGEN ICE CREAM MADE FRESH TO ORDER VEGAN & NON-DAIRY OPTIONS FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE Ok so they have to options for there nitro shake whole milk / and or Vegan based milk products.
I simply have a soft spot for ice cream, overall a had a pretty good experience here. Highly customizable with a variety of different flavors, definitely a recommendation of mine
Great ice cream. Very soft and rich. My son got cotton candy with sprinkles mixed in, and I swear it tasted like animal crackers. I wouldve taken a picture but his was already half gone when I tried. Will definitely return but prices are really high.
First Time Visiting This Place. Staff Are Friendly, Everything In The Menu Looks Good. Price Is Fair. Portion Size Is Good, I Just Feel They Need To Use A Bigger Cup, That Way Ice Is Not Falling On The Sides. I Would Definitely Recommend This Place For Some Ice Cream.
Great place for the smoothest possible ice cream
Amazing ice cream... unbeatable. Went for a special treat, and was not dissappinted. Highly recommend
Delicious, many options for vegans and lactose intolerance. I really like the taro flavor.
Always a great place for some ice cream.. Yet.. Kinda pricey..
the staff makes these ice creams and desserts look fancy, and to take pictures of, and they are really great. Like the Cookie monster, unicorn, s'mores, party animal -flavors are great, in a large cup is a full meal. Get the receipt- so next time get a 10% off your next purchase within 7 days. Thanks creamistry
I've heard that liquid nitrogen ice cream is smoother than normal, but idk why my mind didn't really imagine what it'd be like. It's good, pricey, and not something I would do frequently, but it's worth it because it is a uniquely different experience.
I had the crab salad, California roll, & tempura. My friend had the salmon dinner. Everything was delicious. Definitely coming back again. Happy hour was fantastic!!
Service was great from the start. Our server was very attentive and had a great positive personality. I got a Bento box. Think it was the samurai. Good portions. Beef was cooked to perfection. Chicken teriyaki grilled perfectly. Sushi was delicious. Presentation was neat!
My family and I have been going here weekly for many many years! The cooks and servers have always been great!! The food is always fresh!
Very good food!! Surprised me, how good it was and the price was even better! Not that expensive! Very good & fast service! We will be going back for sure!
Hadn’t been to a Kabuki in years and we were so happy we did. Didn’t know they had happy hour, so that was a pleasant surprise! Sushi was perfect temperature, the flavor was good too. Happy hour menu has great affordable food and drink selections. Service was polite and quick. Just a perfect experience all around and we left more than satisfied. Can’t wait to go back!
I sat at the sushi bar and had the cilantro albacore rolls, lotus on fire rolls, California rolls, house salad, and miso soup and for dessert I had a scoop of strawberry ice cream, green tea ice cream and mochi balls ice cream. The customer service is outstanding! Stephen is awesome and Francesca the manager is wonderful.
Cool experience to watch them make the ice cream and the flavor was delicious as well. But for the price I think it is a little too expensive, almost $10 for the smallest size. You can customize your order to whatever you like but I think it is slightly too pricey. Other than that, everything about this place was great!
Good ice cream but we can say this expensive place
Friendly staff willing to explain how to craft your perfect dessert step by step. Great variety of cream bases, flavors, and toppings. If you have little ones with you, they will enjoy the process on how the staff will prepare their treat, specially, because of the nitrogen smoke that will invades the counter top.
Unique way for ice cream handcrafted using nitrogen mix. It offers plenty of flavor, fruity as well as sweet and chocolate flavors. The taste is better than a regular ice cream.
Portion sizes were average. Happy hour was reasonable. I was seated right away when I arrived. Atmosphere was nice. Wait staff was a little slow
Sat at the bar and the service was a bit slow but very nice. The food came out in good time and it was well served. The food was good and we left full. The price was just right for the food that was served. I’m thankful to the sushi place across the street (south) as all you can eat was not for us so we crossed the street to try kabuki and thankful we did. This place a worth a try.
Excited to see them make your ice cream. You can create your own combo. The taste is delicious. However, its pricey for a regular size for almost $10. Not worth it!
It is a not bad place. As seen in photos they make the products right there in front of you. It does not taste like ice cream i think it has different texture than the classic ice cream. I wanted to get large one but they said you can't choose two different flavor which is weird to me because why would someone want to have the whole large cream the same flavor. It seems like they don't do it because it's more work to do two flavors and put it in one cup but for the price paid i think it should be possible. Overall it's okay place and it's fun to see inside.
My spouse LOVES this place so it definitely has some things going for it. I like it okay but I'm not a huge fan. It's overpriced and over hypes imo. It takes forever to get your ice cream and the flavors aren't always as great as they sound. Plus they make odd choices like I ordered the Elemint creation to try something new because I love mint/chocolate combos - it's mint ice cream with chocolate chips, oreo, & fudge. I expected those things to be mixed into the ice cream. Instead they all come caked on the top and as soon as you start to eat it they start falling off so pretty soon you're left with just mint ice cream. My spouse says I could've asked them to mix the stuff in, but I don't understand why that isn't the default since it just makes more sense. Anyway, that's just one example. Their ice cream is definitely some of the smoothest creamiest ice cream you'll ever have - that's where they excel. But the flavors and toppings and price and long wait all leave a lot to be desired. I prefer DQ Blizzards or one of several ice cream flavors from my local grocery store.
Food was 6/10 nothing special. Service was 3/10 I arrived 1 hour before closing, my waitress was terrible . She was condescending and I could tell she was eager to leave. They switch waiters about 40 minutes into my meal and he was way better. First and last time coming here.
Compared to the Irvine location of Creamistry, this location is probably the worst in service and cleanliness. The counter is extremely filthy with spills all over the floor, serving areas, tables, chairs, bathroom and ice cream prep station. We were in the store for 25 minutes for our three ice cream orders to be fulfilled. Some people finished when they were behind me! Waffle cones were made in advance and there were only four individual ice cream makers operated by three employees. This location should be closed by the Health Department!
The food wasn’t terrible, but the service was. We got the love plate which was supposed to come with a California roll, but we never got it, and never got the chance to ask our waiter about it. It wasn’t particularly busy but we barely saw our waiter all meal
Been to Kabuki restaurants in the Phoenix area. Each and every visit, the service was good and so was the food. I thought I was going to have the same experience going to this Kabuki. Wrong! Ordered the chicken teriyaki with rice. The miss soup and salad were what I expected and they were good! When the chicken came out, I could see that it was overcooked. And there was barely any teriyaki sauce on it. And after tasting it, aside from the teriyaki sauce, the meat had no flavor, probably ly from being over-cooked. And the meat was tough to chew. I ordered a couple of pieces of salmon nigiri. The fish was good. Typically, with sushi that I've gotten anywhere, I typically get ginger and washable on the side. This salmon didn't come with either. I don't think that's a Cali thing, is it? The waiter was obviously busy. Taking that into consideration, he either needs to slow down or re-organize how he's doing things. I appreciated how much he was hustling, but for all that hustling, we barely saw him. And when I made a simple request, I didn't see him for ten minutes. Not much else to say other than I was very disappointed.
