My parents and I were probably among the first to come and eat at Altamarea, in fact we have been eating the dishes they prepare regularly for over 15 years. What can I say, it is my absolute favorite place for Chinese cuisine (but the Italian one doesn't disappoint either)! Always very fresh and excellently cooked fish, intimate place and welcoming and very kind owner!❤️

My favorite place for Chinese food. The ingredients are top-quality, and I never leave disappointed. My classic menu is: steamed meat dumplings, spring rolls, and soy noodles with shrimp and vegetables. The service is always very friendly, making you feel right at home. Everything is simple and delicious. Super!

I'd say this restaurant is more fusion than Chinese. You're greeted by a friendly and very knowledgeable Asian woman, whose Italian is also decent. The dishes are plentiful and offer excellent value. The fish is fresh and beautifully prepared, and the decor is minimalist and quite elegant.

Ristorante gestito da cinesi ma con ambiente e menu più raffinati. A scelta antipasti, primi e secondi di pesce, più piatti cinesi e tre portate di sushi. Tutto buono, anche il vino della casa. Pochi tavoli a livello strada e un'ampia sala interrata. Fresco e piacevole. Servizio basic. Prezzo competitivo.

Found this gem on a lunch stop on our drive from Umbria to Bologna. Lovely outside tables in a small alley off Piazza di Popolo. The mixed fried seafood was great! I also had some very tasty sushi! The menu is both Italian food, Chinese and Japanese. Delicious!

First and foremost, you're struck by the meticulous attention to detail and quality of the place settings, tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, and glasses and the attention to hygiene in the dining room and service. Then you notice Sonia's kindness and her husband's experience as a chef, gained over eight years at a well-known seafood restaurant in Romagna. A truly successful combination of Chinese and Italian cuisine. Recommended

Located in an alley just steps from the Masini fountain, this Chinese and Japanese restaurant offers an à la carte menu (i.e., NOT an all-you-can-eat option). The owner immediately welcomed us warmly; the restaurant isn't large but it's comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of dishes, and the portions are truly generous and delicious; you can taste the difference in quality compared to the all-you-can-eat option. I really appreciated that the owner made sure we were satisfied with the food and, if not, was willing to remake the dish. I recommend trying the pasta dishes and enjoying the delicious sushi. The prices are reasonable for the food, excellent value. They also accept credit cards and are happy to bill separately.

A clean and elegant place, certainly far from the common image of a China restaurant. Excellent seafood dishes paired with traditional Chinese dishes, naturally revisited for Western tastes. My favorites: spring rolls, steamed dumplings, and raw fish. The coffee is incredible, too. Last but not least, the quality/price ratio is exceptional.

Restaurant located in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza del Popolo (pedestrian area). My partner and I already knew this place, but we hadn't been there in a while, so we came here for lunch. Chinese and Italian specialties made with the freshest ingredients. The family-run staff are very friendly and welcoming. Altamarea never disappoints!

Locale in centro storico di Cesena Gestito da cinesi con menù misto Non so se era una serata negativa o è lo standard, per me' era la prima volta, il mio ordine è arrivato con velocità (insalata mista e cruderia di scampi e ostriche 😁) per il resto della tavolata cè stato un po' di calvario, con ordini che non arrivavano mai e andavano in tavoli arrivati dopo il peggio è stato un piatto di spaghetti con vongole arrivato h 1,30 ca. dopo stracotti e affogati in un brodo senza sapore, rimandati indietro (eliminati dal conto) comunque secondo il mio parere La media è 3 su 5.

Intimate place with soft lighting. Very quiet clientele, practical and efficient service. Excellent quality of raw materials but processed in a way that is too Asian. Even if the menu indicates otherwise. For two we had an appetizer, a first course (which was supposed to be for 2 but was a single portion), 2 second courses, one of which was recommended by the owner (which turned out to be the most expensive) also because the one we had chosen was not available. a fried food of excellent quality and two desserts It cost almost 90 euros. Too much for the quantity and quality. I won't go back easily
