McDonald's gets a bad rap alot of the time. I am stranded at a reststop and have been for 4 days, no water, food, or gas, lol no juul pods, no coffee. I am not an important person, I am 54 fat and a failure, I realized I had .70 cents on one card and .38 on another, desperate for anything I used my mcd app for that .99 large coffee, however I had to ask, can the order payment be split between two cards, I apologized and just said I am stranded and hope you understand, the McDonald's employee showed such compassion I actually have hope. I just needed that I Also used the wifi, I just want to say that McDonald's is sometimes more than just food, it's a friendly hello with encouraging people, thank you and thank you again

One of the cleanest and most modern McDonald's location's I've been to. The staff were really nice and my food was ready before my butt had a chance to hit the seat.

Nice place to stop when crossing over to the US. The service is pretty fast thnaks to the help of automated service screens. The restaurant is clean. You can also access two drive-through lanes. There is a huge parking, so there is always place to park. The restaurant offers free wi-fi, which is very convenient.

Easy and clean place to stop once you come back into the US from the Canadian border. The coffee is good and restroom is clean. Food comes out fast and taste the way it should.

Service is slow, even even when the place is empty. I wouldn't dare go when the place is actually busy. It's a bit expected since it's so close to the border. The interior seems pretty clean and the customer service is decent. I've only been on days when it's not busy, so my experiences have been decent.

Ah, the splendid ambience of a garbage haven! The artistic touch of having tables not just slightly dirty but serving as the main attraction. Such a delightful contrast to the overall nice facade of the restaurant. And, oh, a surprising twist - clean bathrooms! Stopped in for a quick visit at this newly built location. Nice bright dining room with fresh flowers on the tables. The usual self ordering screens or a helpful staff behind the counter waiting to take your order. If you are in need of food on the go this location has you covered. Stopped here on our way home from Vermont. The restrooms were very clean, but toilet paper was running low. Staff needs some training in customer service, I felt like we were inconveniencing them for ordering. Manager who was at the counter and served our food to us was very nice though. Overall, it's a convenient pit-stop on route 11, easy to access, well lit and plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and RV's.

Before you enter the store there was s sign saying they were out of a lot of stuff. Basically their café was out of stock. You could only get a coffee and nothing else from the "café" section of the menu. They have 2 self-serve stations and 1 person with whom you can place your order with. We tried the cookies and cream pie and it was not really good, the cookie for $1 was actually better. We mainly came here to use their washroom, which was very clean

It seems quite busy and not that clean. Music seems to be louder than other places and the televisions are out of order! Get those televisions fixed!! Most of the fun coffee drinks were not available (latte, mocha, macchiato, cappuccino and hot chocolate). There seems to be quite a bit of adult loitering happening here (all on free wifi?).

Fries were way to salty, It took 10 minutes to get a #7 after waiting 5 minutes to place my order with the place empty. It seems they take care of the drive threw and mobile apps before walk ins because my buddy used his app and had his food in no time. Inside tables needed waping down and the number tags they give you when you place the order were all over the tables still.

No matter what time you go , you'll always have to wait and wait. Even if you're the only one in line. Drive thru and I placed an order inside and was completely ignored by the gentlemen hiding behind the partition.

The Restaurant is okay. The Brrakfast options are still the same although I wish they had more. Women’s washroom was not working or closed but there was A guy that day cleaning and doing the best he can to ensure it was closed. Other than that the food was okay service was okay even though I screen ordered. I would recommend this place especially after entering the USA.

Great location with easy access from the highway. Plenty of parking for motorcycles, cars, buses and trucks. Located between two fuel stations. Offers drive through and dining area with view of the parking area. Several handicap parking spaces near the door. Friendly staff doing their best to keep up with the work, they are in need of more workers. Be prepared to wait for your order. Noted food inflation, prices are higher for smaller portions. Perhaps due to the staff in a rush, the food was prepared sloppy and less than visually appealing to eat.

The past few times i’ve visited this location i’ve either waited in the drive thu, curbside pick up or in store for 20+ minutes for someone to come over and ask me for my order and sometimes don’t leave with my order for almost an hour. The store is packed with people with issues with their orders. I’ve had a whole bag of stuff forgotten to be given to me. And you can hear the workers in the back saying “I don’t care” and complaining about people ordering food.

We generally get drive thru, it's fairly slow. Everyone is stretched for staff. So, it's expected to a degree. However, if the order isn't missing an item, then something is prepared incorrectly. There's about a 10% chance of getting your order correct. I try to avoid this location as much as possible. In short, expect a wait. Always check your order before leaving.

Should not be getting any stars. Was here yesterday around 2pm ordered at the drive thru. Waited about 20 minutes. Noone came to the window to tell us that it was going to take a little time. I came there to pick up order around 5 in the morning, there was a manager(brown hair) who dealt with me very rudely, i politely requested for my uber pick up but he showed me attitude and just shut the window. That was an awful experience for me and i would like to suggest them to show some etiquettes and respect towards their customers. Traveling or a local, don’t waste your time. I’m a local and have been here several times. Now consistently staff will mess up orders and be absolutely null to the customer. This last trip the place was literally pushing customers away from the inside considering they were out of everything. I was going to order until I found out they won’t accept my coupon since their end of the mobile app was down. Considering McDonalds is one of the largest franchises in the world one would think they would be able to address problems better much less a problem store. I’m not the only one to think so. Just sadly I’ve had the last bad experience I want to have here.

We are frequent customers of this restaurant. While the food was good, the inside was a mess! Every garbage can was overflowing, with stacks of garbage piled up on all of them. The tables were littered with paper and garbage. There were papers all over the floor, even by the register. At the drink station, there were scattered cups and catsup splattered on the counter and floor. Counter service was excruciatingly slow. Since we really like the renovation and usually great service, we will probably give it one more shot. We were there almost a half hour and so no one in the front cleaning. Hopefully they can address and correct the problem.

In a rush to get a lunch after 7 hours of work and the cashier takes an employee before me even though I was next in line. No biggie until the employee orders something so messed up the cashier has to ask someone how to punch it in and then needs help again to give the employee the discount. I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's.

Always double-check your order when you get it. Be patient. So many irate customers here. It's unreal. If you come during a busy time, use the self-serve kisoks. I have never seen them open more than one register since the remodel. All of the excellent staff were let go when they rebuilt the store and didn't come back. This particular store is the best argument for a $20 minimum wage. Maybe if people earned more they might be more motivated or they could hire people who are enthusiastic.

Used the drive through, ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 McChickens. Got told our total and to go to the second window. When we arrived we were asked three times if different orders were our order, while we reiterated several times that no, our order was as we stated above. Waited another 15-20 mins until the server came back and said "Sorry, we don't have your order." How? We literally ordered through the drive through. No offer to fix it. Just handed us back our card and closed the window. This place needs to train their employees better.

If you order a quick order here be prepared to wait longer than a sit down restaurant. I've come to this mcdonalds multiple times and they are the slowest place I've ever been to. I got parked in the drive-through for over 10 minutes waiting for a mcdouble, McChicken and a French fry. By the time I decided to go in for the food my milkshake was melted and they tried giving me a less than half full fry. They tried arguing when I wanted replacements. I get home to eat it and the spicy mcchicken ordered was a regular mcchicken and made wrong and was old and cold. Same as the fries. The mcdouble was hard and old. I don't see any reason to have parked for old food. What is the point of the drive through? This place is an absolute disgrace and the workers there are nothing short of absolutely useless.

Ordered 2 Fish Sanwich’s only and a Med. Drink tonight at McDonalds in Champlain NY. 1st bite was a bit plain, took a sip of my drink and had another go at the Fish. Nnnnnnnnope no change… still plain. So I took the bun off to see if there was any tartar sauce on it. Well, there was definitely an attemp at puttin sauce on it but barely enough to even leave a trace of missing sauce. I took pics and will post them. I get everyone can’t wait to get home from work but sheeeese we pay enough for fast food as it is. What would have happened if I ordered extra tartar. 2 things probably 1, there will be maybe and I say that reluctantly maybe there may have been about a 1/4 tsp. I know the 1st attempt at it wasn’t EVEN 1/4 tsp. The 2nd thing that would have probably happened I would have had an up charge of 1$ because I added extra sauce. It’s a good thing I had the items to make my own! It’s an easy fix but that’s not the point. Mickey D’s is not Nickel dime quarter Fast Food joint anymore. Here are 2 pics of the Sammy’s before I made my own. They were $5.39 a piece, I bought 2 plus a medium drink. So we’re looking at about $15.00. Not sure if they just didn't care about walk ins, and only focused on the drive thru, but poorly run mcdonalds.

Few months ago I ordered a single sausage Egg McMuffin for less than $3.00. This week I ordered the same and it was more than 6 dollars. I questioned the price. Clerk advised me that's the price, not an error. Very surprised. Next I noticed the "trio" Sausage Egg McMuffin is $5.00 and change. So I ordered that instead. Not that I wanted the hash brown or coffee but it was cheaper than the single egg McMuffin. Honestly I would have just preferred to buy a single sausage egg McMuffin for less than the $3.00 I used to pay. Weird marketing.

I went into this McDonalds yesterday 7/24/2025 at approximately 11:30am. It was rather busy. There was a Canadian family in front of me ordering and they had a “special request “ the manager came over with another person and demanded to know what it was and when the cashier told him it was they wanted their coffee fresh the manager than walked away yelling I HATE SPECIAL REQUESTS he said this about 3 times. Then I order 1 md dry 1 lg dry and 4 happy meal toys. Cashier was very kind and polite. The manager on the other hand started yelling at the cashier telling him he can’t just sell the toys if we want toys we need to buy the whole meal and was really rude to his employees and customers! That place needs a new manager! So much disrespect there! I feel bad for all the workers there having to deal with him! I will be calling corporate also!

The staff didn’t seem organized, and there was no clear communication about the delay. I understand places can get busy, but 25 minutes for a simple order is too much. Definitely not the experience I expected.
