Me and my family have been going to this Burger King for a solid 9 years every weekend as a little treat for the kids. The service is really good, sometimes the food is burnt or undercooked but that's only in extremely rare cases.

The manners are on duty in the afternoon. Young lady very rude customer, Mary snappy will never return here again into her rudeness.

Ordered brisket whopper. Unwrapped my burger but saw no brisket. Took it to the order counter and opened the wrapper and said I ordered a brisket whopper. The manager just happened to walk up and she said it was under the cheese. So I dug my fingers into the cheese to peel it back and there was a small amount of shredded brisket. I looked up at the picture and said it doesn’t look like the picture of the order board. This was a Very disappointing attempt to pass it off for what’s on the picture displayed on the order board. I will never return to this Burger King when I’m hungry for a whopper

I stopped in for a quick meal, having skipped lunch. The restroom was immediately found to be unclean, with numerous insects (nats) present. A restaurant's responsibility extends beyond food and service to include maintaining a sanitary environment. My online order was in process when I observed an employee preparing food without gloves. The manager, whom I believe to be a short Hispanic woman, was unwelcoming. Due to these issues—specifically the unsanitary conditions and lack of proper food handling protocols—I will not patronize this Burger King again. I advise consumers who value quality service and cleanliness to proceed with caution.

Horrible Rube Hispanic lady manager. Tried to use a coupon and told me it was no good when it didn’t expire until the end of the month…. Can’t read the date, how crazy! This place use to be great, not anymore! Bring back Moises!!!!

Came to get breakfast signs say open at 6 for drive through and dining area it's 6:39a and doors are locked and no one is coming to the window. If you're not going to be like you're supposed to then change the damn hours on the window

Horrible food service, I went yesterday and ordered mozzarella fries. Was very old! The cheese was all stuck in the coating of the batter! Nobody wants to pay their hard earned money on old food that yall choose to give customers! Stop being lazy and make the food fresh!

I don't know why its so hard to follow instructions thats in black and white...and if you can't read or understand English you shouldn't be working on the grill!! I asked that one burger be without onion and the other be with mayo and ketchup only! I got cheese...which this burger does not come with and mustard on one! No lettuce, tomato, or pickles on the no onion burger! Smh...I will probably not be going back here! On top of that, I'm not a big fan of Burger King! 🤷🏽‍♀

Closed the lobby down before 9pm when their closing time is 10pm. Doors 25th lNo point in attempting to dine in or consider eating at a facility that can't even follow through with their open hours. Avoid Sheldon's BK and go to the dependable BK on Federal Road. You're welcome.

They're usually pretty good here, but I don't know what happened today. We had to wait like 20 minutes for our food, then we got cold, soggy fries. The mozzarella sticks were old, like they been done all day. Won't be coming back for a long time.
