I went into the dining room so I could pick out my kids favorite donuts for a special morning treat and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond in helping me get my daughters favorite donut and I'm truly greatful. It's hard to find good & friendly service in places now and I can say the gentleman that helped me was the Best, but I also noticed all the workers were friendly & helpful after watching the customer interactions while I waited for my order.

The service here is awesome it takes a bit in the drive thru at ..seemingly any time of day which is odd so I usually go in and I brought my pup with me this time they fed him Tim bits and such were super accommodating and quite nice people not one rude person in the bunch.. the eatery was also clean and well put together I only give it 4 stars cause of the wait time in the drive thru...Fin.

The coffee is still great, it's a shame the prices have gone up so much! But while in in an area that has a Tim Hortens I will still stop and grab a cup.

I went to this location to meet a business client. I never spoke with any of the staff or had anything to eat or drink. That's the only reason it's 4/5 stars. This location seemed clean enough and from what little I observed, the staff seemed friendly enough. The drive thru had a steady flow of cars, but the dining area only had a couple other people. Over all, it met my expectations.

Basically it’s like a locals Dunkin Donuts. The hope for this place exceeds the value and quality of what you get. They do have a more extensive food menu then Dunkin, but the drink options are a bit lacking. I got a sugar free hazelnut ice latte and a honey French curler (had to try one of their “famous” donuts, that’s what they’re known for)! The latte was average. The espresso and milk were fine. The flavoring was so-so. It taste more like artificial sweetener than hazelnut. I have unfortunately had worse. The donut was pretty good! Not overly sweet. It had a nice honey flavor. The dough was soft enough. The thing I was most excited for was the $1 pack of Buffalo Sabres trading cards I got for buying a drink. They sure have a lot of home town pride here! I love it!

We love the way the food is made here. We come here pretty often and the staff are friendly, attentive, and quick.

Honestly I think they’ve only missed up my order once, besides that, friendly, quick staff serving freshly food whether it’s breakfast or lunch. I constantly go there when I’m in that area and no complaints so far from my end.

Every day coffee, donuts for the kids and refreshing drinks available. There is an array of items and you can get them without stepping out of your vehicle!

I went to another location who told me they ran out of food 30 minutes for they closed which is crazy came here and the two people were working hard and our food was good and we had our drinks everything was great. They did not have very much donuts unfortunately.

Well this morning the machine wasn't working to be able to use a Tim card. Also there was a donut on the floor in front of the donut case when we arrived and still there when we left. Several times an employee walked by but didn't pick it up.

Forgot my egg on a breakfast sandwhich, or they didn't hear me correctly, went back through the drive through tho and they were nice and also quick about fixing it

Large chain restaurant with many locations. I don't stop here often as I can save at least a $1.00 by making my own coffee. Had a egg/bacon/cheese croissant. Not bad but nothing special.

Its iffy with any tim hortons, its either they make ya drink wrong or right. I swear they all have different size cups to SML, no location matches up. Or maybe I just be getting the wrong drink and expect it to be in that size cup that I got from another location

Customer service needs work. Also, the employees need extra training when it comes to making specialty coffee drinks. I usually go there 3 times a week and each time the coffee is different. Also, if you want to find what you are craving, visit before 3 pm.

The best coffee Ive had from TH. On the other hand always short on inventory of donuts. Came here at 1pm and no apple friters donuts. They never have any and I do come often here. Always the same answer, we dont have any. Its a shame when it opens till 9pm and at 1pm there is no AF donuts left.

They made my order correctly but these kids that they have working there do not act professional.. I wanted to go there to relax and have a quiet cup of coffee.. I was the only dining in. The employees were loud shouting at each other, it was anything but quiet! I left feeling very disappointed.. I think that is a big turn off for people.. it is a restaurant, I think the manager should have a word with their employees.

For some odd reason this place can never seem to get it right when it comes to my tea. ALL I ever want is 1 X-large tea with 2 sugars and 2 lemons. Makes me so frustrated bc I feel my order is super simple.

The customer service at this location besides the manager is horrible. Nobody talks to you here they just take your credit card and your cash and hand it back to you. Usually pass this one by due to them almost always getting my order wrong. Decided to grab coffee there this morning and I sugar instead of stevia. It wouldn't be a problem except I'm a diabetic, and paid 3.05.

I have been disappointed in Tim Hortons lately. Several different incidents occurred that made me unhappy. Here are a few. I received my coffee one morning and took a sip. I immediately tasted perfume. They must have snapped the lid on with perfume on their hands. Then they gave me a hard time because I wanted to exchange it. Another incident happened where I was in the drive-thru. I ordered a large iced cappuccino. I seen them hand the driver in front of me a cappuccino and the driver of the car handed it back because it must have not been his order. They even tried to give me the same iced cappuccino that the guy in front of me just handled. That should not have happened with the covid-19 situation. They gave me a hard time because I wanted a fresh one. One more thing just happened today. I ordered two BLT sandwiches and an iced cappuccino. I pulled up to the window and they said they would have to give me the BLT on a bagel because they were out of artesian bread. I did not want a bagel so they offered me a refund. They already handed me my iced cappuccino and they wanted it back because they had to refund the whole order. I told them instead of asking for the iced cappuccino back they should have just let me keep it for the trouble of not having the bread for my two BLT sandwiches. I said it nicely. The guy at the window did not say a word and just stared at me. I am very disappointed in Tim Hortons lately.

Ordered medium UNsweet ice tea no lemon, steak & cheddar panini & donut. Got ice tea was sweet, asked for unsweet replacement & there was 5 slices of lemon in it. Was that because I had to ask for new Drink because THEY messed up? After I left I Opened the bag with the panini & not only wasn’t it cut, it was smashed in the bag. Melted cheese everywhere.I didn’t have time to go back. Usually much better service at this location not sure what happened

This location seems to always have issues, weather the grill is broken, shortage of items to select from, or closed when they should be open. There is only one time I can think of that my order here was actually correct and I had a flawless experience, which is unfortunate because it is easily excess able for me going from one job to the next.

Went through the drive through this morning. Sandwiches were fine and the line moved quickly but I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and it was the worst thing I have ever had. There was no saving this drink with some creamer or sugar at home. So disappointing. Tim Hortons is way better than that :(

Every morning you get my order wrong! I ask for smoked sausage and egg on extra toasted English muffin, NO cheese. I get regular sausage with cheese on a soggy muffin. Not going back.

Asked for a number 3 sandwich the crispy chicken sandwich and gave us a blt, sandwich . Went in to ask for the sandwich we ordered , they say they don’t have crispy chicken. Then come back out with blt we got , there’s a hair on The bottom Of it . Absolutely garbage.

Qualitu is getting consistently worse. Bagels are barely toasted with giant globs of unmelted butter. Order incomplete with items missing. This is without any other cars in line so there's no wait/ reason for poor quality and forgotten items.

The sign outside says 24 hour drive thru. Just rolled up looking for my coffee fix and no one's there. Apparently I have terrible memory. I just went there again at 12:30 and they were closed.

Ice Capp machine is broken, I asked for 10 assorted Tim bits and they gave me 2 chocolate flavored and 8 plain timbits.

Well the service is rude and I don't think it's as good as the other Tim Hortons. I bought 3 cups of coffee today. They all had grounds at the bottom for the price on paying for this coffee I don't expect that to be like this. I don't know what's going on and why the service has gotten so bad.

I was an almost daily customer. It seems this company isn’t even allowed to order hairnets for their employees. Hmmm….NASTY!!! As a licensed hairstylist, it was a work hazard to even breathe in small hairs or get hair slivers(yes, they are real, google it) but to go into ANY restaurant and not see kitchen staff without hairnets, is gross. But to pull a couple long, dark wavy hairs out of a sandwich is nauseating and disgusting! They lost my business!

The last 2 times I ordered a sandwich with no mayo and no tomato. Both times I got mayo and tomato, the last time overloaded with mayo. Went thru drive thru because I was on breaks from work, so didn't have time to go back. Total waste of money, they have lost a customer.

This tim hortons location gave me a Luke warm mocha latte, like it sat out for 45 minutes. It went straight in the garbage. I went in to get a new one but the line was out there door. This was at 7am. I'm now out of a coffee and my money.

I went with my mom for a coffee around 9:15pm. 45 minutes before they close. We waited in line at the drive through for 5 minutes till we decided to go to the window to see if anyone was even inside. Turns out no one was even in there and as we pull around we see 5 people outside in the parking lot. Why would you say you close at 10 but leave at 9??

This Tim Hortons has extremely poor customer service! I have given them multiple chances over the years and sadly they continue to disappoint! First the manager speaks over the drive thru like he hates his job as you can hear it in his voice tones, unless he knows the person ordering and then you can hear him car lengths behind being nice! They get the monetary total of your order up on the screen or tell you before you pull forward only to find out at the window you owe more money. Today I ordered a bagel not sliced or toasted with cream cheese o. The side, and I get handed a bag with only the cream cheese in it and was asked you ordered a bagel right, do you want that in the bag? Really I felt like saying no I only paid for why bother. Well this was the last time I am going to this Tim Hortons!

I ordered two iced coffees that tasted horrible. I took three or four sips before throwing it out. My daughter had less. My friend's large triple triple appeared not to have enough cream, so she ended up drinking half then tossed it out as well. It was such a waste of money. We went around 9:30 in the morning. In addition, they DID NOT call out my friend's breakfast sandwich order. She had to walk around the counter and look for it AFTER WAITING for FIVE MINUTES. As a former employee, I know how my drinks should taste and whatever that was supposed to be was not my drink. Wouldn't be back that's for sure. Should not have to ask for remakes because it should have been done correctly the first time.

They are by far the worst! The guy always sounds like you are putting him out but you order will be right. The regular woman at the window is great but that’s about it. Line is always long and takes forever, the coffee is never consistent. Not sure why it can’t the creamer and sugar are dispensed from a machine and a button. Today is not the first time but they only put me in for one of the 2 coffees I asked for and when you have not had any yet that is a heck of a way to start off someone’s day!! Maybe if the crew was a little more focused on work rather then their conversation stuff might get done correctly.

Tim Hortons on Union and George urban was labeled as being open until 10 pm on a Friday. We were there at 9:08 and got no service even though we saw a young lady inside. We honked our horn and still received zero service. Another customer was also trying to get service as well through the drive through and was eagerly ignored. Not okay.

I was just charged $2.60 USD for a medium coffee...to put this in perspective in Canada it costs $1.91 including tax... 2.60 USD into CAD is $3.50... for a medium Tim's coffee... you have lost your minds with your prices.

We just placed a mobile order an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker and no one talked to us so finally we just pulled up to the window and the worker just shook his head "no" at us. Didn't open the window, didn't talk to us at all. Just stood a few feet away fron the window and keep shaking his head no. My husband tried to tell him that we placed a mobile order and the worker just ignored him. Edit: and I still haven't received a refund for the mobile order.

This store does not honor senior citizen discount. All others do. Rip Off. Breakfast sandwich cost 1 dollar more than other Tim Hortons. Manager rude didn't want to acknowledge the price difference. Just want to get rich. Breakfast meal was over 9 dollars.

I like Tom hortons, but this location is unlike any other I’ve been to. Very rude staff especially at the drive thru! Not friendly and ALWAYS with massive attitude problems. They always get my orders wrong and when you try to correct them, they act like they did nothing wrong. This is like my 4th time experiencing this. I don’t know why but it occurs every time and it’s getting worse. They really need to re-train their staff on customer service, especially when people are just ordering regular things, no special requests. Other then that the food is good. But definitely stay with Starbucks or Dunkin, it least there you’ll be treated like an actual customer.

It’s been twice in less than two weeks that I’ve ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, and both times I was given an iced coffee with regular milk. I have a severe allergy to regular dairy, so this isn’t a small mistake. I try not to make a fuss because I don’t want it to ruin my day, but twice in a row is really frustrating. The staff definitely needs to pay more attention to detail or get some additional training.

I am in love with tim hortins but this branch sucks. I ordered my usual one large hot coffee with 1 1/2 creamer. I waited almost 10 minutes to get a nasty coffee which has more than 3 creamer, and idk if they added sugar. Also i ordered a plane bagel and after waiting 10 minutes they said they were out of plain bagels. I don’t recommend coming to this branch.
