Excellent pizzeria. I found this place through Trip Advisor. We were in Chiavari and were looking for a place to eat good pizza, perhaps at a competitive price. What can I say? I'll start by saying that the management has been new for a couple of years, and any negative reviews that may appear are from the previous management... I'll get to the point, step by step. The location has been renovated in a simple and modern way, yet very welcoming, with a large screen. The air conditioning is really efficient. Excellent cooling in the summer without suffering from the cold. The dining room and restrooms are extremely clean and tidy. The pizza is made with any type of dough you choose. Thin to the point. A wide variety of options with a truly extensive menu. Top-quality ingredients. The service is 5-star (like everything else). Speed and availability. You are treated with extreme courtesy and friendliness, while maintaining professionalism. A special mention goes to the desserts, all homemade. Giving a rating would be too limited, as they truly achieve excellence. I tried the pistachio tiramisu (sublime) and the cheesecake, which was excellent. To conclude, the coffee was also good, and the price was more than fair for the quality of both the food (and ingredients) and the service. I thank the owner, the pizza chef, and all the staff for the wonderful dinner. Thank you! See you soon!

I returned to this place a second time to give it a second chance and see if it would convince me more than the first. Like last time, however, I found the pizza to be really heavy, perhaps due to the excessive amount of sauce and cheese, or perhaps the dough, which didn't cook evenly and remained undercooked. Unfortunately, the other person I ate with a gluten-free diet had the same problem (if not worse). As I observed, their pizza was sopping wet with tomato juice that it was impossible to eat without all the ingredients coming apart. A plus is the price, which is certainly reasonable considering the prices in Chiavari, and the staff is courteous and helpful. In my opinion, the restaurant needs a redesign, and the cooling system needs to be improved. Despite having asked to sit inside (specifically because of the air conditioning), we were first seated in a corner and then in another place, but unfortunately, we suffered from the heat throughout the dinner.

Shameful. When ordering, I asked for a plate of pasta, either with tomato sauce or plain, for my two-year-old. The woman replied that they don't serve first courses in the evening, only second courses...ok...so I see that it's possible to have a hamburger. The young lady replied that it's too big for the child and, besides, they only serve it in a sandwich. I won't add anything else...obviously, we left this place, and we'll definitely never return. Customer service: zero. I've never seen anything like this before. How can you not find a way to prepare something for a two-year-old, considering that the kitchen was working and we weren't asking for parrot tongues? Absolutely not recommended if you have small children.

I've been a customer for a long time and I've always had a good experience, but unfortunately after this episode I won't be back again: I called to book to celebrate my son's birthday... 10 children, no more... I was told that they don't have large tables on Saturdays and if we can celebrate it another day 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, I'll never come back again

I ordered from Just Eat... I had requested a time, and they (rightly) set one that was convenient for them, so they could get the pizzas there on time. Too bad the pizzas arrived another 25 minutes late... one of them was even quite small. Poorly topped... rubbery mozzarella... poorly cooked dough... (you wouldn't know it from the photos). It's almost better to get them frozen... Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment, especially when you read the reviews that made you think otherwise.

Ordered on Just Eat. The pizza arrived exactly as pictured. I'm speechless, it was horrible. I didn't eat it. Besides the obscene presentation, it was heavy, a mess.
